were sold after seeing pictures of Libby's bouquets and wedding decorations. My first phone consultation with Dalia was wonderful. She helped walk me through everything we needed and was able to take my ideas and create a vision for our wedding day. We set up an in-person meeting for a few months before the wedding but Dalia was unable to make it last minute due to a family matter so we met with her assistant Frankie. Frankie was very nice and knowledgeable. The reason we do not feel we can give Libby's 5 stars is because some of what we discussed with Frankie was not relayed to Dalia. This led to miscommunication and misunderstandings that caused us some anxiety and left us feeling unsure of what we were getting for a period of time. Ultimately, everything was sorted out and the flowers on our wedding day were absolutely beautiful!

No matter what, her only goal was to make sure I was happy! The turnout was far, far beyond even my expectations! I could honestly go on and on raving about how perfect the flowers and design by Libby’s turned out. Stop your search and hire them- they were one of the best decisions we made! Thank you Dalia and team!

Saturday and our home is filled with the lovely flowers and reminding us of what a fantastic event it was and the decor was a huge part of the ambiance. If I could give Libby's a standing ovation through social media I would now be standing in applause!

rd that Libby’s was expensive, but I thought she would be willing to work with my budget. During the meeting she asked the exact same questions that I answered in the email, thankfully I had a copy and gave it to her so that speed the process up. She was awesome, seemed like she was willing to work with my budget. I needed 4 bouquets, 3 corsages and 7 boutonnieres. They said the bridal bouquets go up to $175, so I figured the bridesmaids would be less than that. The boutonnieres would be around $13 each. Great, I thought. I received an email April 26th - “after meeting with you we had several brides that were in progress with us confirm the weekend of your wedding and unfortunately we will not be able to do your flowers.” My response: “Why didn't you say that during the meeting then? It was my understanding that you were putting together a detailed invoice, not determining if you had enough time to take me on as a client. I could have paid a deposit fee the day we met if that meant it would secure my wedding date. If it's the small budget you are really concerned about I would have been able to up it some and cut back on my other wedding vendors. This is very disappointing, I wish you would have just responded to my original email when I first told you of my small budget. Then we both wouldn't have wasted any time.” Bottom line, if you are on a budget don’t even bother with Libby’s Flowers. If you have the money, know you will not be disappointed with quality/value. I procrastinated and now lost 2 weeks and my wedding is in June. Don’t get me wrong, this is my entire fault, but I wanted to share this review so other brides on a budget knew that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Dalia sat down with me personally and showed me her printed portfolio, iPad portfolio and Facebook page coverage to get a feel for my taste and style. When we discussed flowers she would show me a picture of the flower and/or an actual flower if she had any in her shop, she was extremely organized and detailed and I loved working with her! Then when my wedding day arrived, Libby’s Flowers truly went above and beyond with the floral decorations at my wedding. It was everything and MORE than I had imagined. My wedding flowers were amazingly beautiful and exactly what I had hoped they would be. I am so very thankful I found Libby’s flowers to do my wedding. Dalai is not only talented but extremely organized, detailed and very easy to work with. THANK YOU Libby’s flowers for doing such an incredible job with my wedding flowers, your vision made my wedding day complete!

They were also great at answering emails as I changed a few things in the months leading up to the big day. I had a very specific idea for my bouquet and they delivered 100% to my expectations!

They even let me visit the flower shop to view a similar arrangement they were working on for another event. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately, which gave me confidence in their work. The flowers turned out beautiful. We gave them free reign on the flowers for our cake and they were above and beyond what I expected. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We ended up meeting with Dalia, and her and her husband were both very nice and very reassuring that everything would remain the same. The flowers were delivered precisely on time, and everything looked exactly like I had hoped. We were so very pleased and couldn't have asked for a more seamless transition.
