I will admit that I was the bride that was oblivious when it came to flowers. I was unsure which floral arrangements I wanted and what would work best. Annette made me feel at ease and took the time to explain the different types of floral arrangements, the flowers that would be in season at the time of my wedding (Oct 2021), how to repurpose floral arrangements to stay within budget, and she helped me make decisions that aligned with my vision. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her craft and it shows. I sent her screenshots of bouquets that I liked and to my surprise, she delivered even more impressive bouquets and floral arrangements at my wedding. Every direction I turned, I got emotional seeing all of the beautiful floral arrangements that she designed. Annette was friendly, extremely responsive, accommodating, flexible, and professional. She far exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely book her again for future events. Thank you for making my wedding so beautiful!

Annette is a flower master! I only cried one time during my whole wedding day and that was the moment Annette had dropped off our flowers. She was able to take my vision and bring them to life. She thought of everything I didn't. As a matter of fact, I love her work so much I can't bring myself to get rid of my bridal bouquet - it is in my freezer under protest from my family :) I highly recommend using her for any of your special floral needs.

Working with Annette was a dream! She was responsive, sweet, and funny. She worked with our budget and somehow still made the most beautiful and amazing wedding bouquets I have ever seen. And the flowers must have been super fresh because my bouquet still looked great two weeks after my wedding. She is incredible!

I am the bride's mother, and my job was to arrange for a florist for my daughter's tiny, COVID wedding. However, I live in the Boston area (yes, Boston, Massachusetts), and I know nothing about flowers. Annette from FloraWorx came to my rescue! She understood exactly what I wanted even though I didn't have a picture or a very articulate vision. The ceremony was at the Edgar Allen Poe Museum in Richmond, and she did a marvelous job! The flowers fit the venue perfectly! And we were able to use flowers from the decorations as centerpieces at the dinner after the ceremony.

Annette was absolutely fantastic to work with from beginning to end! I was completely blown away when I saw my wedding flowers and bouquet. Everything was more gorgeous than I had ever even imagined. I had a very specific image in mind when planning my wedding flowers and Annette absolutely nailed it! She is very knowledgeable, flexible, and so easy to work with. She helped me with decisions about flower choices and was always available to answer questions. Annette only books one wedding per weekend to ensure that her time is dedicated to making everything perfect, and her commitment and dedication show in every detail of her work. She made beautiful bouquets for myself and my 4 bridesmaids, boutonnieres for the guys, 2 large arrangements for the ceremony, and 15 centerpieces for our reception. Everything was absolutely beautiful and we got countless compliments from guests on our wedding flowers. I would 100% recommend Floraworx and Annette for your wedding – you won’t regret it!

Annette was the absolute sweetest! She made my vision come to life and walked me through the entire process, making it as stress free as possible. Flowers were at the top of our priority list and she made our visions come to life and exceeded any and all expectations! She was very accommodating and responded to my millions of emails promptly and always made me feel welcomed.

Annette captured my flower vision perfectly. We met with a few florists, and she was the only one that didn't try to make my vision fit a formula, but was able to give make a beautiful sunshine yellow and sage bouquet filled with wild flowers. I also sent her lanterns for the centerpieces, which were so adorable, and lended to the English Garden Party theme. She was able to adjust the plans and use them without any trouble.

Annette did a great job with our flowers for our August wedding in 2018. When meeting with her all I knew is that I wanted lilies in my bouquet and that my colors were teal and orange. She walked me all the types of flowers I could use, even a blue orchid (which I decided not to use because it was not a natural color). She asked me questions I had not thought to ask plus she worked with my budget. She recommended alternatives that would work and be better priced due to the time of year. She also let me borrow her vases. She was very pleasant to work with. The only thing that was a little difficult is that she took a while to get back to me after her quote. Apparently there was something wrong with her email. But she corrected and handled very professionally. Afterwards I never had a problem reaching her. She did a great job with all our arrangements and would highly recommend her to a bride to be.

When we first met with Annette, I knew that we were going to choose her as our florist. She was so excited about my vision, and had so many ideas within our first conversation. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped guide my vision. More than that though, she was just so accommodating. She did her best to make sure we got our money’s worth, and included a handful of things for no charge. The day of, her work was absolutely astounding. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. She added flowers everywhere, and it looked so incredibly beautiful. My flower crown was literally perfect, and my bouquet was stunning. My girls’ bouquets were the perfect accents with their black dresses, and the guys’ boutonnieres were simple and elegant. Annette’s floral work was breathtaking, and I am so thrilled that we went with her for our wedding.

Annette was great! She was so reasonably priced and we got the most gorgeous flowers! She responded quickly to emails and adjusted things easily. I wanted to add some white & a few arrangements at the altar & she adapted easily. I LOVED my arrangements. They were vibrant & perfect. Thank you!!

Annette was awesome! The flowers were gorgeous! I told her my colors and theme and she made it come to life! She is very professional and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her!

I don't know much about flowers but Annette was able to take my limited vision and make it absolutely beautiful and somehow exactly what I wanted!! She worked with my limited budget and even allowed me to borrow some of her stands and mason jars! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding florist.

Annette was wonderful to work with for our wedding from the beginning--she was relaxed, responsive, helped us work within our budget as we adjusted items, and was helpful in working with our ideas and providing guidance and very helpful suggestions. The flower arrangements (bouquets, table centerpieces, and boutonnieres) were so gorgeous and even more beautiful than I had pictured--she perfectly captured what I had wanted and then some.

Scheduled a consultation with me on a day their office building was closed. Needless to say that we will be looking elsewhere. Customers appreciate the small things but in this case some large things went awry.

I was so impressed with Annette! She made my fall pumpkin decor ideas come alive and the colors really popped. She was really easy to work with and was timely in her responses to me. I had never met her in person until my actual wedding day and she was able to take our conversations and emails and make them happen and look AMAZING!! She was also really reasonably priced. I would highly recommend her!!

Overall, my husband and I had an OK experience with using FloraWorx as a wedding vendor. Some of the pros and cons of their service were as follows: Pros: 1) Very reasonably priced for the quality of goods that we received. Annette was very helpful at finding ways to help us save on cost. 2) Annette also has a very relaxed/calm demeanor, yet was very responsive during the planning process. She was very accommodating regarding in-person meetings, speaking over the phone, and answering emails. 3) Minus “Con #2” and “Con #3” below, the rest of the floral arrangements, including centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, corsages, and boutonnieres, were beyond our expectations. Many guests commented on how unique the floral touches were. Annette did a great job keeping in-line with our wintry theme, and the flowers were so fresh that the arrangements lasted for weeks after the event. Cons: 1) As we booked this vendor almost a year out from our wedding, we made several adjustments to our contract throughout the planning process. Unfortunately, not all of the changes were captured in formal updates to the contract, which I believe could be a contributor to “Con #2” below. 2) The vision for the bridesmaid lanterns was to have floral toppers for the lanterns with small votives inside them. I provided a picture to the vendor, Annette, over email of what I envisioned the lanterns to look like; however, the language in the contract was vague, and upon reading it again I can understand why there was confusion and why the flowers/greenery were put inside of the lanterns as opposed to being placed on the top/outside. Fortunately, our ceremony occurred while there was still daylight outside, otherwise the lack of candles in the lanterns would have ruined the look. 3) The size of my bridal bouquet was smaller than what I had envisioned a “full” bouquet to be, per the language in the contract. Fortunately, I was not using the toss bouquet so pieces from this were able to be incorporated in the bridal bouquet to bolster the size a little.

The flowers Annette delivered were absolutely stunning, and they were exactly what we asked for. I loved her attention to detail. She was also very helpful along the way, answering our questions and changing our order a few times to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend her!

Annette did a great job with the flowers for my wedding in May. I really trusted her to help achieve the look I wanted, and the bouquets and arrangements were exactly what I had envisioned. Annette was easy to work with and always quick to respond. She delivered the flowers herself and arrived on time. I am so glad I chose her as my florist, she did a beautiful job and was a pleasure to work with.

Annette does an amazing job! She worked with me to get an idea of what flowers I liked and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She seamlessly coordinated dropping off flowers to the church and then to the reception venue. It was nice to have someone I could trust to get everything right. Wonderful experience and better price that other florists. Picked up flowers on a saturday, lasted beautifully until the wedding on Tuesday in NC.

Annette completely brought my vision to life for our early October wedding. She went above and beyond for us; driving over an hour to meet with us a few times, she stuck within our smaller budget, and recommended in season flowers that we even more stunning than the ones I had previously wanted. She offered to lend an ear at any time if I needed any advice or just wanted to bounce ideas off of her. Annette is so personable and made me feel like I was her only bride, though I know she was extremely busy most of the time. She takes great care in her work and it shows! Her floral arrangements are absolutely stunning and all of our flowers took my breath away. I wish I had more reasons to order flowers! I worked with Annette as my florist for my wedding on 8/22/2015. I learned of her through my coordinator and I'm so glad I chose her! I gave her my budget and flower ideas I had in mind and she was able to give me EXACTLY what I wanted within my budget! She was a pleasure to work with and very professional! On the day of the wedding she arrived on time and set up all of my centerpieces! She truly helped make my vision come true! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Annette works with you to make sure you have the colors and type of flowers you want within your budget. She made sure that my day had the color scheme and allergens (low/no scent flowers). Flowers are top quality, many other florists where I saw their bouquets and items when seeing their setup at bridal expos had problems with flowers that were already wilted or damaged. My experience with Annette Tomes was amazing! Choosing her to be my florist for my wedding day was the best decision that I made. When I met with her to discuss the flowers that I wanted to have for my wedding, she listened to everything that I said, gave me other ideas, and told me that she would try and give me the best price possible. She stayed true to her word! All of the arrangements for the wedding were absolutely beautiful! She even made a little wrist band with a few flowers on it for my 6 month old daughter to wear during the wedding ceremony.
