Anne and Jamie were awesome, and made our whole planning process as easy as could be. From the initial meetings with Anne, venue walkthroughs and the several phone calls/email chains/in person meetings to discuss decoration and logistics, they were with us every step of the way to allow us to focus on having the best day ever. A special shoutout to Jamie for sticking with us the last couple of months leading up to the wedding. She was on top of everything and her energy and enthusiasm throughout the whole day of the wedding was amazing for having one of the most stressful jobs of the day. She was a blast to have and she facilitated everything so well. We’re so greatful for both her and Anne, as well as Angela who provided the excellent florals and the entire lighting team for taking an already great space and taking it to another level.

Initially, we didn't think we needed a coordinator due to cost concerns, but FWS's rates were incredibly reasonable compared to other coordinators who likely wouldn't have delivered the same amazing quality. Jamie was exceptionally responsive and had scheduled calls well before the 30-day mark, keeping us organized and stress-free.
On the floral side, they truly went above and beyond. When we needed centerpieces for the sweetheart and bridal party tables with less than two weeks' notice, they made it happen without hesitation. Most impressively, I sent them some potentially far-fetched inspiration photos for my bridal bouquet and floral arch, and they BEYOND delivered -creating something l'd never seen them do before. The best thing they created was a floral collar for our goldendoodle which matched the arch-that honestly made my entire wedding day.
Their day-of execution was flawless. Jamie handled a fallen floral arch before the ceremony like a pro, kept everything on schedule, picked up our cake, managed cleanup, and made item pickup the next day effortless.
The value is unmatched - their prices felt like a steal when others were charging double or triple for lesser quality. Anne and Jamie were completely transparent about what they could deliver and exceeded every expectation. Highly recommend!!

ey to having the day go smoothly. We met virtually weekly the month before our wedding, which was so nice to have a consistent check-in and follow-up on things that needed to be completed. She also coordinated with all vendors before and the day of the wedding.
Despite a rain delay, Jamie and Anne were able to be flexible and work with our vendors to come up with a solution that still carried out our vision. Anne's years of weather predicting expertise even allowed us to still have our ceremony outside!

ively managed the process even though the bride was in Chicago and the wedding was in Florida. After every interaction with her, my daughter and I would say “what would we do without Jamie?” She even coordinated delivery of tables and chairs needed for rehearsal dinner at our home.
Outdoor weddings come with conditions and ours had major storms passing through. Anne and Jamie stayed calm, kept the guests engaged and directed the entire event to still occur as planned after a slight rain delay. They pivoted where needed and kept the whole evening flowing.
I’ve heard parents say wedding planning and the actual event is stressful. Our goal was to build a plan and enjoy every minute of the special day. With Anne and Jamie on our team, we were able to soak it all in and had the best wedding experience.

From the beginning, it was clear that Anne is a veteran in the industry. She was hospitable, professional and there was nothing she could not answer. We instantly knew with her knowledge and experience we were in good hands.
During the planning, Jamie and Anne did everything to make sure we felt comfortable with the plan for our wedding day, answered every question, and though they had multiple other events they were available to us like we were their only event. We were a wild ball of nerves on the wedding day, but Jaime steadied us effortlessly. She checked in on us throughout the day, when guests started arriving early, she handled it like a champ. She literally knelt on the cement floor and buttoned our bustles, monitored the weather by the minute like Jim Cantore to ensure we could have our ceremony free of rain outdoors, brought us appetizers after the ceremony because we were starving, privately hyped us up for our first entrance. Jamie was confident, organized and just plain perfect.
We highly recommend Jamie and Anne.

y the one who gave us the tour of the venue and she was so nice. Later in the year, I went to the warehouse to see all of their options they had for decor. It’s a lot bigger than I expected. I ended up DIYing a lot of my wedding to save some money, but I did end up using their silver chargers (they had a sparkle in them and they were beautiful), their table linens, and a set of their 3 tiered vases for my centerpieces. I had communication throughout the planning process with both Anne and Jamie. Jamie put together our layout of the room so I could start figuring out seating arrangements, I actually was able to meet Jamie at the farm multiple times to show my grandma to see if she would be able to walk as well as to practice our surprise first dance. On the wedding day, Jamie was our main go to person. She did amazing so I did not have to worry about anything. She set up my whole ceremony and reception space with everything I had brought and what they had brought. She worked well with the vendors too, so the day went smoothly (even though it rained that day and we were afraid it would ruin our day, but it did not). She even put all of the decor back in boxes at the end of the night and I did not have to do a thing. I would definitely recommend Florida wedding supplies as a coordinator/planner and/or rentals for your wedding.

The original catering company wasn’t quite able to provide the menu she knew I wanted from the start and without hesitation she found me another one that offered me exactly what I was looking for and more without costing me anything additional. My friends and family still talk about how amazing my wedding was and how seamless it went. If anything went wrong the day of my wedding I had no clue about it which allowed me to just be a bride and dance the night away. Hands down the best wedding coordinator to work with with years of experience and knowledge.

d take a lot of stress off me. Miranda is an ANGEL! She met with me and my mom for over an hour in the weeks leading up to the wedding and listened as I went through every tiny detail I had planned. She was at my rehearsal to make sure my wedding party was prepared for the next day. And the day of the wedding, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. In addition to working with each of my vendors to make sure set up/strike went smoothly, she made sure all my decor items were placed the way I had envisioned. More importantly, she was SO sweet and calm the entire day. If I ever didn’t know where someone or something was, she always did. Victoria helped us plan, organize and prepare for this day and we are confident that is why it went so smooth. With covid also going on they were up to date on all information we needed and guided us through this amazing day. From the first day we met with Anne and Miranda we knew we were in good hands. They are amazing to work with from helping with design, decorations, and schedules to working with the other vendors and most importantly keeping the bride and bride’s mom on track and calm. It is so refreshing to work with a team that really listened to what was wanted and then prepare above and beyond ideas. The flowers were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. There were so many extras they did the day of the wedding and was a wonderful surprise to the bride. I hope to hire them again some day and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your support (even the emotional ones), making it fun, and most importantly the stress you took off us.

d breathtaking would be a severe understatement. It was hands down beyond anything we had ever imagined. Every single member of the team worked their butts off to make it absolutely spectacular. They not only made our special day fantastic but worked with us through our first initial cancelled wedding due to the hurricane, coordinating with every vendor to get it right back on track months later. 350 people, a giant tent, amazing food, wonderful people we couldnt have asked for more. We love these planners and consider them good friends now and you will not regret hiring them. Hope to use them again in the future xoxoxo

dors till a week before the wedding! Then showed up the morning of rehearsal after being out all night and not sleeping. Our officiant had to take over and direct it. The day of the wedding was rude to our dj and family and we were told by the owner that of the centerpieces were done they would be put out. But instead my family the grooms family did not get to enjoy part of the wedding because they had to handle this issue. I deff will be not recommend this company to
anyone ever again. Also if they can charge you for every lilttle thing they will including just putting something on a table..

Demi is one of our top wedding coordinators. As you can see from the previous reviews we have had on here, she is highly talked about from a bride, guest and vendor stand point.
It is protocol that vendors are contacted the week before the wedding they are called and emailed.
Our normal protocol is that the officiant runs through their portion of the rehearsal first as every officiant has a different style to their wedding service. Then we as the coordinator, walk through the entirety of the ceremony so that everyone knows their placement and timing.
When you asked us about setting up your décor pieces at the wedding, we let you know that this was an additional service as we were only contracted for wedding coordination. This services is a décor/floral service. Of course we are happy to assist you but due to the fact that in this venue we only have a 1 hour time period to do the flip from ceremony to reception, we have to add on additional staff to allow for the décor to be set up correctly. Our job as your coordinator during that time is to ensure that the guests are making their way to cocktail hour, you and your husband and wedding party are in the right place for photos, etc and that the timing of everything is going accordingly by overseeing the set up of the venue, entertainers, caterers, décor, etc. Unfortunately with all we have to handle during that time, we am not able to also add on the service of centerpiece set up without another person to handle this service.
Our job as a coordinator is to make you happy and to solve any problems that come up. Demi had made sure your vendors got there on time as well as let them know where to setup. Demi also throughout the night made sure that both you and your husband had everything you needed. As well as made sure the ceremony and reception events happened in a timely manner. Days leading up to your wedding we also talked to your caterer who we were told was taking care of your napkins and unfortunately through my discussions with him, We realized he was not able to do so. As your coordinator, it was our job to find a cost effective solution that would fix this problem. We was able to order napkins for you in time and also upgraded them at no charge so that they would add a special touch. Of course as this is a rental item, we had to charge you for this service. If you would have had to order these from another company, they would have charged you for the same service. Demi also was available to you all continually no matter the questions. It truly breaks our heart to hear that you did not have a good experience. We truly enjoyed you both so much as a couple. And we am happy for you both and your new little girl on the way.

nd she was helpful in making our vision a reality. even though i was not the final decision maker in a few of the processes she informed me of the things that were happening. She even took some of our phone calls on her days off. FWS itself also had a huge selection of linens and props that were all available to us a la carte for the day of the wedding. The company is well connected to other vendors and we were able to save money on some of our costs by going through them as well. On the day of the wedding we had a major issue with one of the tuxedos and they were able to get one to the venue within 75 minutes of learning of the issue. Overall, I felt we had a great experience working with FWS and would highly recommend to anybody who is planning.

Demi and Nicole were absolutely amazing, and i cannot say enough things about them. They deserve all the credit for my wedding day.
Nicole does amazing decor work. She has magic hands and a beautiful heart! She dealt with my constant mind changes and didn't care that i changed my flowers last minute. I am an honestly person and it was nice that she had no hard feeling towards me when i told her i didn't like something she'd created or envisioned. But the end result was amazing. She made me a BEAUTIFUL bouquet and all my center pieces and decor were everything i could've dreamed of.
During my planning times, i had some issues getting in touch with my coordinator, she always seemed too busy to help me even though I purchased the full package where i was supposed together all the help i needed.. But overall Demi is top notch. She was just starting out as an assistant at that time, but shortly became one of the bests. She stepped up her game and was there for me 100% even though she wasn't my "assigned" personal planner. I can not thank her enough. If you get the opportunity to chose wedding planners, 100% pick Demi. She works really well with you and is available 99% of the time, the other 1% she's allowed to sleep. She also makes extremely gorgeous calligraphy boards with chalk/paint, which are in itself worth it. I told Demi how i imagined my seating chart to look like, and she went above and beyond and made it come to life! Since she wasn't my actual planner, she wasn't able to be there for the whole day of my wedding (wish she was) but i can't thank her enough for everything she did for me.
There was a little miscommunication at the end of the night which actually really stressed me out, so when it comes to your exit MAKE SURE you have a game plan. otherwise no one will know what is going on, because thats where the lack of communication existed.

left us without knowing all that would be done for us. When she said I (the mother of the bride) would be able to enjoy my day she was absolutely right. She went above and beyond for my family. 1 hour from the time of the wedding she had to run over to my hotel room and get an item that was forgotten..She ran to and from the venue for us never letting that moment be known by anyone. If there were any glitches this day Demi and Ann made sure not one person knew. Demi was also very informative with great ideas for the wedding but also let you remain the sole decision maker. We couldn't have had such an amazing wedding without her help. I highly recommend this staff for your event.

Anne even went above and beyond because we had an outdoor reception off the beach and that night was extremely windy. She had someone come out right away to reinforce the equipment so there would be no worries. If anything happened stressful behind the scenes we definitely did not know about it. . Didn't correspond well. I corrected errors before the event and they still happened. Lost some of the documents that I provided. Didn't give my marriage license to the officiant. Overall not worth the money, but it was nice to have someone for the day of last minute items.
