Everything about my day was amazing! I told my
Vision and Jamie brought it to light and even better than I imagined! I did go with the all inclusive which made me less stressed and got more time to enjoy planning and spending time with family prior to wedding. I also wanted a traditional cookie table from Pittsburgh (where I am from) and she made sure there was one with the cookies I had my family provide. It was an absolute great time working with everyone 💙
Anne and Jamie were so helpful and creative. They have great relationships with vendors that were trustworthy and the best at what they do. I did very little the wedding weekend, everything was in their hands and I had full confidence!
These people are the best of the best 🤍. They literally saved my wedding. After a horrible experience with my previous wedding planner/Decorator, I contacted them only 2 months before my wedding and they were there for us all the time, they were super understanding and unconditional. They helped me to work within our budget and walked me through the entire process to bring to reality exactly what I’ve always wanted.
Ann and Jaime are amazing, really professional and always there for us. Ms. Angela ( the florist) is so talented and attentive. Thank you all guys, it would’ve never been possible without you all 🤍🙏🏽

Jamie was so professional and organized. She helped us come up with a timeline that was key to having the day go smoothly. We met virtually weekly the month before our wedding, which was so nice to have a consistent check-in and follow-up on things that needed to be completed. She also coordinated with all vendors before and the day of the wedding.
Despite a rain delay, Jamie and Anne were able to be flexible and work with our vendors to come up with a solution that still carried out our vision. Anne's years of weather predicting expertise even allowed us to still have our ceremony outside!
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jamie and Anne -thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

Jamie and Anne truly made our daughter’s wedding experience so enjoyable! Jamie was involved in every detail and was an advocate for us. She thought of things we didn’t and proactively managed the process even though the bride was in Chicago and the wedding was in Florida. After every interaction with her, my daughter and I would say “what would we do without Jamie?” She even coordinated delivery of tables and chairs needed for rehearsal dinner at our home.
Outdoor weddings come with conditions and ours had major storms passing through. Anne and Jamie stayed calm, kept the guests engaged and directed the entire event to still occur as planned after a slight rain delay. They pivoted where needed and kept the whole evening flowing.
I’ve heard parents say wedding planning and the actual event is stressful. Our goal was to build a plan and enjoy every minute of the special day. With Anne and Jamie on our team, we were able to soak it all in and had the best wedding experience.

We worked with Anne and Jamie for our wedding on 2/4/24 at Kelly Farms. Anne gave us a tour of the venue and helped us finalize our rental choices, while Jamie was our main wedding coordinator.
From the beginning, it was clear that Anne is a veteran in the industry. She was hospitable, professional and there was nothing she could not answer. We instantly knew with her knowledge and experience we were in good hands.
During the planning, Jamie and Anne did everything to make sure we felt comfortable with the plan for our wedding day, answered every question, and though they had multiple other events they were available to us like we were their only event. We were a wild ball of nerves on the wedding day, but Jaime steadied us effortlessly. She checked in on us throughout the day, when guests started arriving early, she handled it like a champ. She literally knelt on the cement floor and buttoned our bustles, monitored the weather by the minute like Jim Cantore to ensure we could have our ceremony free of rain outdoors, brought us appetizers after the ceremony because we were starving, privately hyped us up for our first entrance. Jamie was confident, organized and just plain perfect.
We highly recommend Jamie and Anne.
This team really knows what they are doing. They put together a beautiful wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better team.
I would recommend them over and over.

Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful, we had a small wedding on relatively short notice and from our perspective it went off without a hitch (family tell us there were and handful of hiccups along the way that our wedding planner - Jamie - found solutions for without having to bring us in!). Their florist Angela is absolutely amazing too!!

FL Wedding Supplies made my wedding the best day of my life! Anne was able to take all of my ideas from the flowers everywhere, to the lights inside and outside, to the fireworks, and band + a DJ afterparty and so many other details and make it all happen! Hiring Anne to be our wedding planner was the best decision we made! Wedding planning is extremely stressful and so very time consuming. Anne and Jamie made every step of the planning process so easy. I gave her all of my inspiration pictures and blabbed on and on about my dream wedding and she made it a reality for us! It was a true fairy tale that came together so perfectly and went so smoothly. She helped organize all of the vendors and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted down to the smallest, unthinkable detail. I can go on and on about how wonderful it was to work with them. They are a team that we will forever be grateful for.
We had a beach wedding on a holiday weekend- Anne and her staff worked very hard to keep my daughter’s wedding within her small budget - they not only kept bikini wearing beach goers and fishermen away from the entrance, but also coordinated and moved the chairs so the families didn’t float away…twice- the arch and flowers, signage were beautiful and the tables were gorgeous! Sparklers added a festive and fun send off!

Florida wedding supplies
I had my wedding at Kelly Farms and Florida wedding supplies is their main coordinator/supplier so we went ahead and went with them/Anne. Anne was actually the one who gave us the tour of the venue and she was so nice. Later in the year, I went to the warehouse to see all of their options they had for decor. It’s a lot bigger than I expected. I ended up DIYing a lot of my wedding to save some money, but I did end up using their silver chargers (they had a sparkle in them and they were beautiful), their table linens, and a set of their 3 tiered vases for my centerpieces. I had communication throughout the planning process with both Anne and Jamie. Jamie put together our layout of the room so I could start figuring out seating arrangements, I actually was able to meet Jamie at the farm multiple times to show my grandma to see if she would be able to walk as well as to practice our surprise first dance. On the wedding day, Jamie was our main go to person. She did amazing so I did not have to worry about anything. She set up my whole ceremony and reception space with everything I had brought and what they had brought. She worked well with the vendors too, so the day went smoothly (even though it rained that day and we were afraid it would ruin our day, but it did not). She even put all of the decor back in boxes at the end of the night and I did not have to do a thing. I would definitely recommend Florida wedding supplies as a coordinator/planner and/or rentals for your wedding.

Anne and her team really outdid themselves for my wedding in April. From the first day she showed me the venue to the day of the wedding I never worried about a thing. Anne went above and beyond every step of the way - one item in particular was our catering. The original catering company wasn’t quite able to provide the menu she knew I wanted from the start and without hesitation she found me another one that offered me exactly what I was looking for and more without costing me anything additional. My friends and family still talk about how amazing my wedding was and how seamless it went. If anything went wrong the day of my wedding I had no clue about it which allowed me to just be a bride and dance the night away. Hands down the best wedding coordinator to work with with years of experience and knowledge.

This team is AMAZING! Anne, Kim, and Miranda took the stress out of planning and made it that much easier to enjoy the process. They provided literally everything for my special day and I never doubted anything they did. Wes our DJ killed it with the music. It can be overwhelming to pick music when you love all types! But I swear he read my mind because he kept the party going! Florida wedding supplies provided the string lights that went to the music Wes played and it was such a cool touch that I didn’t know I needed! If you need a day-of coordinator, hire Miranda at Florida Wedding Supplies! I had so much fun planning my wedding, but I knew having someone there to implement my day-of plans would take a lot of stress off me. Miranda is an ANGEL! She met with me and my mom for over an hour in the weeks leading up to the wedding and listened as I went through every tiny detail I had planned. She was at my rehearsal to make sure my wedding party was prepared for the next day. And the day of the wedding, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. In addition to working with each of my vendors to make sure set up/strike went smoothly, she made sure all my decor items were placed the way I had envisioned. More importantly, she was SO sweet and calm the entire day. If I ever didn’t know where someone or something was, she always did. At one point, she even asked if she could clean my shoes for me after they got dirty from outdoor photos. I’m super thankful for Miranda and would highly recommend her.
I am a little late on this review as this team really deserves to be recognized. My daughter’s wedding was in June 2020 and we had an amazing team by our side. Anne, Miranda and Victoria helped us plan, organize and prepare for this day and we are confident that is why it went so smooth. With covid also going on they were up to date on all information we needed and guided us through this amazing day. From the first day we met with Anne and Miranda we knew we were in good hands. They are amazing to work with from helping with design, decorations, and schedules to working with the other vendors and most importantly keeping the bride and bride’s mom on track and calm. It is so refreshing to work with a team that really listened to what was wanted and then prepare above and beyond ideas. The flowers were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. There were so many extras they did the day of the wedding and was a wonderful surprise to the bride. I hope to hire them again some day and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your support (even the emotional ones), making it fun, and most importantly the stress you took off us.

Amazing vendor and amazing people to work with! We designed and redesigned my wedding day 100 times and they were always to patient with me. If I could give this a minus review I would. Unless you are a party with deep deep pockets, you simply don't matter! We hired them based on companies reputation and Anne's reputation and we were very let down as they did not complete specific task they were hired to do and they also charged us for work we performed and charged us extra to complete. We confronted the company with our grievances and were told we should be willing to help out where needed, even if we paid them for the work. The worst company I have ever worked with....
Demi was our “day of coordinator” which was really about a month of help. She was easy to get a hold of and contacted all the vendors with no problems. She set up everything perfect and just how I envisioned. Everything went great and I had the best time on my wedding day! Thanks Demi!!!

Wow, where do I start. We were lucky enough to be referred to these wonderful wedding planners through a close friend and boy are we happy we did! To say our wedding was magical and breathtaking would be a severe understatement. It was hands down beyond anything we had ever imagined. Every single member of the team worked their butts off to make it absolutely spectacular. They not only made our special day fantastic but worked with us through our first initial cancelled wedding due to the hurricane, coordinating with every vendor to get it right back on track months later. 350 people, a giant tent, amazing food, wonderful people we couldnt have asked for more. We love these planners and consider them good friends now and you will not regret hiring them. Hope to use them again in the future xoxoxo

We had a short term wedding and originally meant with the owner Anne. After that appointment things went down hill. Demi was our Cordinator and did not send out anything to the vendors till a week before the wedding! Then showed up the morning of rehearsal after being out all night and not sleeping. Our officiant had to take over and direct it. The day of the wedding was rude to our dj and family and we were told by the owner that of the centerpieces were done they would be put out. But instead my family the grooms family did not get to enjoy part of the wedding because they had to handle this issue. I deff will be not recommend this company to
anyone ever again. Also if they can charge you for every lilttle thing they will including just putting something on a table..

s we have had on here, she is highly talked about from a bride, guest and vendor stand point.
It is protocol that vendors are contacted the week before the wedding they are called and emailed.
Our normal protocol is that the officiant runs through their portion of the rehearsal first as every officiant has a different style to their wedding service. Then we as the coordinator, walk through the entirety of the ceremony so that everyone knows their placement and timing.
When you asked us about setting up your décor pieces at the wedding, we let you know that this was an additional service as we were only contracted for wedding coordination. This services is a décor/floral service. Of course we are happy to assist you but due to the fact that in this venue we only have a 1 hour time period to do the flip from ceremony to reception, we have to add on additional staff to allow for the décor to be set up correctly. Our job as your coordinator during that time is to ensure that the guests are making their way to cocktail hour, you and your husband and wedding party are in the right place for photos, etc and that the timing of everything is going accordingly by overseeing the set up of the venue, entertainers, caterers, décor, etc. Unfortunately with all we have to handle during that time, we am not able to also add on the service of centerpiece set up without another person to handle this service.
Our job as a coordinator is to make you happy and to solve any problems that come up. Demi had made sure your vendors got there on time as well as let them know where to setup. Demi also throughout the night made sure that both you and your husband had everything you needed. As well as made sure the ceremony and reception events happened in a timely manner. Days leading up to your wedding we also talked to your caterer who we were told was taking care of your napkins and unfortunately through my discussions with him, We realized he was not able to do so. As your coordinator, it was our job to find a cost effective solution that would fix this problem. We was able to order napkins for you in time and also upgraded them at no charge so that they would add a special touch. Of course as this is a rental item, we had to charge you for this service. If you would have had to order these from another company, they would have charged you for the same service. Demi also was available to you all continually no matter the questions. It truly breaks our heart to hear that you did not have a good experience. We truly enjoyed you both so much as a couple. And we am happy for you both and your new little girl on the way.

Weddings by DPC did an amazing job! I was very impressed by the décor and flowers. Not to mention it was one of the smoothest most organized weddings I've ever been to.

We were referred here from our vendor, The Treasury. Demi Aeppli was our planner and contact person throughout the whole process and she is top notch. From the beginning to the end she was helpful in making our vision a reality. even though i was not the final decision maker in a few of the processes she informed me of the things that were happening. She even took some of our phone calls on her days off. FWS itself also had a huge selection of linens and props that were all available to us a la carte for the day of the wedding. The company is well connected to other vendors and we were able to save money on some of our costs by going through them as well. On the day of the wedding we had a major issue with one of the tuxedos and they were able to get one to the venue within 75 minutes of learning of the issue. Overall, I felt we had a great experience working with FWS and would highly recommend to anybody who is planning.

I am a little late on my review because my wedding was back in March and things have finally calmed down! Everything about my day was perfect, from the weather to the flowers to simple the decor. Planning lacked a little which was disappointing because thats what we needed the most.
Demi and Nicole were absolutely amazing, and i cannot say enough things about them. They deserve all the credit for my wedding day.
Nicole does amazing decor work. She has magic hands and a beautiful heart! She dealt with my constant mind changes and didn't care that i changed my flowers last minute. I am an honestly person and it was nice that she had no hard feeling towards me when i told her i didn't like something she'd created or envisioned. But the end result was amazing. She made me a BEAUTIFUL bouquet and all my center pieces and decor were everything i could've dreamed of.
During my planning times, i had some issues getting in touch with my coordinator, she always seemed too busy to help me even though I purchased the full package where i was supposed together all the help i needed.. But overall Demi is top notch. She was just starting out as an assistant at that time, but shortly became one of the bests. She stepped up her game and was there for me 100% even though she wasn't my "assigned" personal planner. I can not thank her enough. If you get the opportunity to chose wedding planners, 100% pick Demi. She works really well with you and is available 99% of the time, the other 1% she's allowed to sleep. She also makes extremely gorgeous calligraphy boards with chalk/paint, which are in itself worth it. I told Demi how i imagined my seating chart to look like, and she went above and beyond and made it come to life! Since she wasn't my actual planner, she wasn't able to be there for the whole day of my wedding (wish she was) but i can't thank her enough for everything she did for me.
There was a little miscommunication at the end of the night which actually really stressed me out, so when it comes to your exit MAKE SURE you have a game plan. otherwise no one will know what is going on, because thats where the lack of communication existed.

Florida Wedding Supplies was such an amazing choice for us. We were blessed with having an energetic, smart and talented young lady for our day of wedding coordinator. Demi never left us without knowing all that would be done for us. When she said I (the mother of the bride) would be able to enjoy my day she was absolutely right. She went above and beyond for my family. 1 hour from the time of the wedding she had to run over to my hotel room and get an item that was forgotten..She ran to and from the venue for us never letting that moment be known by anyone. If there were any glitches this day Demi and Ann made sure not one person knew. Demi was also very informative with great ideas for the wedding but also let you remain the sole decision maker. We couldn't have had such an amazing wedding without her help. I highly recommend this staff for your event.

Anne and her crew did an all around amazing job! She assisted with the planning and all of my rentals. They coordinated directly with the rest of my vendors so I did not have to worry about anything. Everyone showed up on time and everything was wedding ready by the time guests showed up. Anne even went above and beyond because we had an outdoor reception off the beach and that night was extremely windy. She had someone come out right away to reinforce the equipment so there would be no worries. If anything happened stressful behind the scenes we definitely did not know about it. I would recommend them 100% !!

Everything Desyibation Planning did was better than I could've ever imagined! From the decor, to customer service, to organization they did a fantastic job! It was so great to not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and know that I had people I could count on and trust to make my day amazing! I would recommend them to anyone for any event!

DPC was amazing to work with. I live out of state and over 2,000 miles away and they were able to handle everything with ease from start to finish. I wasn't stressed at all and they helped bring my vision for my wedding to life! Everything was beautiful and better then I ever dreamed! Thank you!

Great at providing vendor suggestions, but sometimes I could find better ones myself. Provided good checklists I found helpful. They provide decor services and that was FANTASTIC. Didn't correspond well. I corrected errors before the event and they still happened. Lost some of the documents that I provided. Didn't give my marriage license to the officiant. Overall not worth the money, but it was nice to have someone for the day of last minute items.
the team was super helpful and sweet. they totally got my vision and implemented it perfectly. everyone was raving about all the little touches and how personal it was.
She was well organized and had two assistants
