Are you going back and forth deciding if you should hire a wedding coordinator or not? Well, let me tell you... Sara is worth every penny and more! I booked Sara over a year before our wedding was supposed to happen without ever meeting in person, only over the phone. With that being said, a lot of unexpected things came into play over that year in a half leading up to our wedding. But, throughout the whole process, Sara was there to offer advice, give tips, listen, talk, and organize my whole day so when the venue said our wedding was a go (about 2 weeks before the actual day) -- everything was already put in place because of Sara's hard work. She came up with a timeline for all of my vendors, she organized & displayed all of my decorations, she made the whole day completely stress free even when the shuttle was giving us a hard time. Sara told me to go inside and that she had it covered. 5 minutes later -- everything was covered and the rest is history! Thank you again for making everything so streamlined and perfect. The day wouldn't have been so great without you and all your work! <3
We have had the opportunity to work with Sara multiple times, here at The Cannery in Eureka. From a venue stand point hiring a wedding coordinator is HUGE!!! The brides & mother’s of the brides, that have hired Sara are SO much less stressed. They can TRULY enjoy the day rather than worrying about details. Sara is very professional, organized, & a calm to lean on during this most important day 🤍
I will never be able to adequately sing Sarah’s praises but I’m going to try; she’s amazing people!!! We were about 2 months out from our wedding day and I was on the hunt for a day-of-event coordinator. Sarah responded to my inquiry immediately and I instantly felt a connection with her after our first conversation. We met in person and talked on the phone many times leading up to the big day but her help the day before & day of our wedding was just invaluable. First of all, I have a big obnoxious family and she instantly connected and worked so well with them – they still talk about Sarah and how much they loved her! We had a Catholic ceremony and she came to our rehearsal to meet the Priest and to get a feel for how the ceremony would flow. That was so helpful because our whole bridal party was at ease knowing she had our backs and would tell us where to be and when. Fast forward to the day of and I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing she was! First thing in the morning she picked up our entire order for the dessert table, coordinated setup PERFECTLY with all our vendors, made sure the whole bridal party was on time and had our act together – which was not an easy task with our group! I want to stress that I didn’t even know if there were little issues throughout the night because if there were, Sarah handled every single one of them expertly. I don’t know if Sarah knows this but I had multiple vendors come up to me and thank me for hiring Sarah, they said everything was easier on their end because she was such a Rockstar! Her calming demeanor was exactly what I needed on the most emotional and exciting day of my life, I will forever be thankful to have had her by my side. I could carry this review on forever but if you’re still reading, do yourself a favor and hire her. You will not regret it!!!

Sara is AMAZING and is truly a rockstar!! Our wedding weekend would not have gone as perfect if it was not for her!! From wedding planning months in advance and meeting/getting to know Andrés and I multiple times to making the most through timeline, we HIGHLY recommend Sara for your day of coordinator!
She is the most kind, down to earth, and support person you’ll find in this business. We have gained a new friends with her and her amazing boyfriend Erik. We appreciate you so so much Sara!!

Sara was my fairy godmother on our wedding day. Words cannot express my gratitude, but I’ll try.
I first met her at Diamond Club event in March that my photographer is a member of. I had most of my vendors booked at the time, but I had no idea how I was going to coordinate the day of. After meeting with her, I was hooked and hired for her for “day of coordination”, but it’s really like “several
months of coordination”. She is organized, and has a calming presence about her. I like to think I’m a “ go with the flow” kind of person, but I’m not. She helped me enjoy my day by taking on the administrative tasks.
The day of the wedding could not have run more smooth. If something was amiss, I have no idea to this day. Her and my photographer Stephanie’s timelines help keep me focused, but I was never so focused on the timeline I felt that I was missing out on our wedding.
Sara decorated my reception and cocktail hour, and it was pure magic. I was in awe of Sara and her amazing skills. ✨✨✨✨
We really enjoyed working with Sara for day-of wedding coordination. Sara was friendly, easy-going, and the perfect person to have helping us on the day of our wedding. She kept everything running smoothly and helped make our day stress free! Sara also coordinated with our vendors ahead of time which saved us time right before our wedding. We'd really recommend Sara for day-of coordination to anyone!
I hired Sara as my wedding planner coordinator and was pleasantly surprised how attentive she was to my needs. We discussed the timeline and she was very thorough. She contacted all the vendors and answered all their questions. She even picked up my wedding cake and got ice for me. She also stayed and cut the cake. She was there decorating when I couldn't be there and the wedding was so beautiful! My wedding was a success and I would definately recommend her for your wedding planner.

Working with Sara was so wonderful!
A last minute decision turned into one of my favorite parts of our wedding day. Sara was amazingly helpful, she responded to my Facebook messages almost immediately.
Sara wrote out place cards, cupcake flavors cards, and a "Cards" sign. I provided her with all of the cards and a list of folks and the tables they were going to be sitting at, and she worked her magic! Everything was finished in less than a week, and she was extremely accommodating when cards had to be redone because of my spelling error or because of a change in guest.
I was able to meet Sara at all hours of the day (literally) by meeting at a local Starbucks and occasionally her home.
If you're looking for gorgeous calligraphy, completely reasonable prices, and a beautiful person from the outside-in, I HIGHLY recommend Sara and Flowers and Leather Events.
Sara did an amazing job on our placement cards! Many of our guests thought they were printed because of how professional they were. She got all of the cards done in the few days we gave her, and I could not have been happier with how they turned out! They were the perfect touch to our wedding!
