Brittany and her team of artists are AMAZING!!!! I did my hair down with a head piece and she executed better then I could have everimagined. my hair stayed in place ALL NIGHT. My girls did a whimsical bun and they all looked Beautiful. HIGHLY recommend fluff to any Brides to be!

I used Fluff Bar for my wedding hair and makeup services and they did an absolutely incredible job. I worked with Ethan (for hair) and Tawni (for makeup), and they were the most fantastic duo! We discussed the general look I was going for, I showed them a few pictures, and they worked with me until we achieved the exact look I desired. They made me feel positively beautiful on my wedding day and I cannot recommend them enough!

Brittany from Fluff was amazing! She was wonderful to work with from the initial meeting, to be quick and responsive to my questions, and finally for completely rocking my day of hair. The rest of the Fluff team was nice. The day of there was some push back with some of the team members when they were asked to address or fix things. Everyone left happy with their final look, but some Fluff team could have had better attitudes.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fluff! Brittany was so kind enough to still let me do a trial run two days before my wedding since we were flying to Denver all the way from Pittsburgh! She listened to what I wanted, gave great suggestions and my hair for the wedding turned out beautifully! Not only was everyone so kind and friendly, but the salon was gorgeous! Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my special day, I can't thank you enough!

I honestly wish there was an option to leave zero stars for this review. I recently went to Fluff Bar for a Bridal hair and & makeup trial because they consider themselves a top Bridal Salon. I left the salon in tears because my trial was so disappointing, the stylist didn't take my inspiration into consideration AT ALL. She brought me back and left me there for 20 minutes before we started, she didn't let me look in the mirror during my makeup, and rushed me downstairs for a photo in a dark room before deserting me for another client. I looked at the picture because it was the only way to look at my makeup and it looked ok, but my hair looked awful. When I got to my car and saw my face in the light, its was AWFUL! The foundation was the wrong color and totally splotchy, my eye makeup was non-existant, and blush was SO harsh it looked like I was punched. She didn't contour or touch my brows at all. It honestly looked like a child had gotten into her mom's makeup bag, and not anywhere near what I would expect from a professional. I also got feedback from hair and makeup professionals who agree the work was unacceptable from someone who calls themselves a professional. I didn't know what to do so I called the salon and asked to talk to a manager. After talking on the phone to an unsympathetic manager, I emailed her the pictures and asked her if it was up to their standards. She was EXTREMELY condescending and unprofessional, and blamed me for the terrible trial. Insisting I needed fake lashes (they said they had latex-free glue when I booked, but they didn't so i obviously declined the lashes..) and and highlights to feel beautiful. Plus, I should expect AT LEAST 5 trials ($170 a piece) before I was satisfied with my look. However, the issue wasn't the style of the look, it was the application that was no where near what you would expect for a bride. I shared my experience with other brides in the area on a local Facebook group for brides to be and they were completely outraged with the service I received, and even more outraged with the way the manager spoke to me (I shared the emails). Over 100 brides in the area insisted I post a review of my experience because it was totally unacceptable, and that it isn't fair to other brides looking to feel beautiful on their wedding day. This salon, and the owner Brittany Chambers made me feel the opposite of beautiful, she made me feel little, defensive, and that my opinion as a customer didn't matter. Please, please, please think twice before you book this salon for your special day.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Fluff Bar made me feel on my wedding day. And, I never could've imagined my wedding day without Fluff Bar! They truly offer a one-of-a-kind experience and even opened up at 5:30 AM for my brunch wedding! From the moment we stepped foot inside I felt like a movie star. From a cute sign welcoming us, to mimosas and coffee! They do everything to make you feel at home. And, not to mention, have you seen the upstairs bridal area? It's GORGEOUS and makes for the perfect scene for getting ready! The whole bridal crew at Fluff Bar works MAGIC from the trendiest hairstyles to classic up-dos! They make you feel WOW with false lashes and flawless makeup! Then, to top it all off, I had the pleasure of having Brittany join me at the venue to ensure I looked flawless walking down the aisle. THANK GOODNESS because my dress had no zippers or buttons and I definitely messed up my hair a bit! Brittany even helped me secure my vail. If you're getting married in the Denver/Colorado area I highly recommend Fluff Bar! While their downtown location is aesthetically perfect, they travel too and it's well worth the investment to ensure you feel like a million bucks on your big day! My hairstylist was Ethan and Erin did my makeup (they are both incredibly talented)! They will take of you...well all the Fluff stylists will! Fluff was great! My husband and I "eloped" so it was just myself and my mom. Even with it just being the two of us everyone in the salon made us feel special.

Fluff did an amazing job. I had 10 bridesmaids and it was great to know exactly what they needed from me and how much each service would cost from the very first email I received. Their pricing and systems are very straight forward and I found to be simple. My entire party, wedding planner and photographer were so impressed on the day of my wedding with how organized and efficient the artists were. It felt so nice to sleep in a little bit on my wedding day, have our hair and makeup start at a reasonable time and have everyone looking and feeling great within 2.5 hours! That alone is worth 5 stars and every penny ( I love my beauty sleep). Like all of the of the other reviews, the private beauty suite is an added bonus.

Brittany was amazing from the start. Not only from my trial run, but the day of she was so easy to work with. I now am going there for my hair appointments as well! I can't say enough good things about fluff, and how they fit in all my bridesmaids and made it such a great day.

They will definitely make you look good. But I really did not enjoy the process from the beginning. The booking process for large groups is complicated. You can’t just individually book so instead, I had to use my credit card to book spots for all of my bridesmaids then have them all pay me back which just added more to my full plate. This also meant if someone canceled, I’d be charged. Also, the customer service I experienced was awful. I felt like they were condescending, especially when there were questions I had or things I was not satisfied with, like the fact that booking communication could only be done via e-mail. This made the booking process so long since I had questions. Also, one of my guests was forced to pay for a hair service that was awful. She was on the verge of tears, incredibly embarrassed she’d have to show up to my wedding with bad hair and when I tried to reason with the owner she showed no sympathy and would not budge. At this point I’d already spent over $1000 on services. They also took longer than they said they would nearly making me late to my wedding. I’m never going here again, nor do I recommend it because there are a dozen other places that can also make you look great. I only booked this place because it had great reviews via the Knot but of all the vendors I dealt with for my wedding, the Fluff was the worst. I looked great but experienced a lot of regret, frustration, and anger.

I worked with Britany and Erin at the fluff bar. The day of my wedding, it was fantastic! We had 8 people and we got in and out in just over two hours. They had 5 artists working on my bridesmaids, sisters, and mother at the same time. Then Britany and Erin did my hair and makeup. This made it so that we could nearly all get done together. Because of the decreased time it made the day much more relaxed and fun. They did a fantastic job and everyone liked their hair and makeup. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and the quality.

Really excellent job getting 9 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and a bride in and out and looking great in 2 hours! Had a wonderful experience.

I love Fluff! I chose to get my hair (and my bridesmaids hair) done here for my wedding! This place is STUNNING! They have their own bridal suite and we had an absolute blast. The people who work here are absolutely incredible - very talented and fun! I was one of those brides who changed my mind every two seconds on whether I wanted to do my hair all the way up or half up. Andrea was so patient with me and told me what was realistic and what wasn't with my hair, I really appreciated that because this way I wasn't going to be disappointed. I adore Andrea. I sat down in the chair and did something completely different than what I did at my trial and she blew all my expectations out of the water. I LOVED my hair! She's so sweet, personable and fun too! Also huge thanks to her, our wedding photos turned out even better because of the way she did my hair! I truly felt like a real life princess and I can't thank her enough! I got so many compliments - I wish she could do my hair everyday! The rest of the Fluff team did wonders on my bridesmaids hair - they all looked stunning! Do yourselves a favor and hire Fluff!

Andrea & Brittany went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful. They did my hair & make-up for both my engagement shoot and wedding day! Their entire team made all my girls look GORGEOUS for the day of and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our venue had some time restrictions so to make sure we had as much time as possible without feeling rushed, we booked in-salon services prior to going to the venue and it worked out perfectly. I would recommend them time & time again!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Fluff, especially Brittany and Mary and the whole team that I worked with for my wedding in Vail! I had a last minute change of plans with my hair/makeup team 7 weeks before my wedding and Brittany responded immediately when I reached out and was extremely accommodating! I loved my hair and makeup and all my bridesmaids looked wonderful as well! Book Fluff, you will be so happy you did!!

My husband and I decided to do a destination wedding in Denver, which left me starting from square one for hair and makeup. My mom actually found Fluff online, and the more I looked into them, the more I fell in love. For starters, the space is incredible (hello, pictures!), and if your whole party is receiving services, there is a space reserved just for you. It was all the things you’d want about having a stylist travel to you (although they offer that, too) without the extra expense. Perhaps the most genius thing they do? Schedule hair and makeup for everyone at the exact same time (read: everyone has a stylist)! I loved this about them because it meant that we didn’t have to spend half of our day at the salon, and we weren’t left with a typical bridal situation where the first person to have their makeup done has it melting off by the time you leave hours later. So smart. The *only* reason I’m going with 4/5 here is that I found the booking and confirmation process a little challenging. They were great about working with me, but I felt like if I hadn’t been on top of calling to confirm services and times, we might have been booked for something slightly different than what we’d planned. Again, not a huge deal because they were helpful when I called to sort it all out. Plus, I loved the way my hair and makeup turned out, so that definitely made up for it. My one regret is not actually knowing anyone in Denver that I can recommend their wonderful services and business model to.

The make up and hair trial was So spot on! I loved them! So, I don't know what happened on my actual wedding day.. I emailed and confirmed the different changes I wanted to make. Mary listened to everything I wanted and made it a reality. That was absolutely perfect trial to wedding. I really loved how my hair stayed so well All Day during the trial. But for some reason it didn't stay up passed the ceremony. It all just fell out. I was constantly trying to pin my hair back in all day. It was annoying, and made me wish I chose a different hair style. That was a bummer. I also wanted my bun to be centered rather than off to the side. But I guess that's my fault for forgetting to reiterate that on the morning of? Besides the hair just falling out, causing my hair piece to look droopy and sad, and my veil coming out literally right after we signed our marriage license, it was pretty.

Fluff was absolutely amazing. I was worried about the pricing, since I am a very frugal person. But it was all worth it! Not only did I (the bride) receive many compliments on my hair and makeup, but the wedding coordinator even said she had never seen a better looking bridal party. The pictures turned out beautiful, as every one felt and looked beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more. I am so grateful for Fluff and the amazing job they did.

If you are hoping for a professional salon this is not the place. I had planned my “first look” with my photographer the weekend before my wedding and booked my trial run the morning of my first look. For the day of the wedding I had 14+ women booked to get their hair and make-up done. When I emailed the coordinator of the salon to confirm my first look I was told they were unable to accommodate my “unusual request” as they did not have stylists the day of my first look. They took a week to get back to my email and I had to follow-up with them multiple times to get an answer. I corresponded with Andrea and Brittany via email for about a week with no resolve, I was finally forced to file a dispute with my credit card company as they requested payment in full prior. They then told me it would be illegal to refund my money, now I am no lawyer but I think fraud is illegal. They also began demanding my photographers and wedding coordinators phone numbers as they were going to reach out to them, I am not sure for what. Multiple times they told me that I was in the wrong and my request to do a first look before the wedding was “unusual”. Regardless, I am now happy going to a new salon and stylist that can accommodate my large group and my first look styling less than 30 days out before my wedding. They are highly unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone. In fact, their poor customer service is very “unusual”.

Brittany and team made my day the best it could be - beautiful space for the day, plenty of staff to speed through hair and makeup for the entire party, and I'm so happy with how the hair and makeup turned out!

The team at Fluff is so professional and talented, and I couldn't be happier with our wedding hair! Their salon is beautiful and they are flexible with going onsite for styling. The ladies at Fluff are amazing!! I was so happy with my trial run that I booked a spray tan and blow out for my rehearsal dinner too. The morning of my wedding, my hair and make up stylists were there at 7am!! The salon is so beautiful and it made me feel like a celebrity! I loved the special attention, their excitement for me, the feel of the bridal studio, and the beautiful courtyard back drop. I had never felt more like a bride than the times I spent with Brittany, Emily and Marcy on my wedding day! I can't wait to go back for a blowout, just because! oh, and I looked absolutely amazing in all the pictures!

This place truly went above and beyond for my July wedding. I did a ton of looking around for my wedding wanting the best hair and makeup salon. After doing multiple failed trial runs with a few different places I found Fluff. I ended up using Fluff for my hair and makeup for my engagement picture, rehearsal dinner night, and wedding. They did amazing work every time and far exceeded my expectations. All of my bridesmaids and mom also had their hair done the day of the wedding and all the girls loved their hair. A few days before the wedding myself and all the bridesmaids also got our nails done there again PERFECT and so much fun. Wedding planning is so stressful, but Brittany was always quick to reply when I emailed and super helpful which any bride will appreciate,I truly can't say enough good things about her and the rest of the staff at Fluff. This place is super cute and fun, but more importantly they do amazing work when it comes to hair and makeup. Thank you so much fluff!!!

I am at the age where every single person close to me is getting married, so I am in and attending a lot of weddings! I used Fluff for a wedding I attending in Denver. They were great. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it. The staff are all super friendly AND they have a full bar. I have found that most high end salons are all pretty much the same...Fluff is different becuase they have a cocktail bar and they don't have the attitude.

I recently used Fluff for my hair and makeup. Their customer service was great! I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you Fluff!

I decided to take my bridesmaids, flower girls and mom to get their nails done before the day of the wedding. Fluff looked like a fun place - downtown and drinks on a Friday! We were greeted with drinks, and they had an awesome selection. They even had some mocktails for my flower girls! It was a very trendy, unique place and we all had fun being pampered. I guess my biggest problem is that those manis and pedis were expensive, and I feel like I get more out of my mani/pedis at my place in the strip mall. Fluff doesn't really a pedicure station. You sit on the plush chairs in the waiting area and the girl brings you a bowl of water to soak your feet. That was pretty disappointing - I was hoping for a massage chair and bubbly water. They really just seemed to treat manis and pedis like a quick "get the polish on" experience, when I was expecting, especially from a bridal salon, more of a pampering. It's expensive, and it would be worth it if you got more.

My experience at Fluff Bar was amazing. We had a large group of 9 for my wedding all getting full hair and makeup done and everyone looked GORGEOUS! The staff is so friendly and talented and they made me feel beautiful on my wedding day which is so important. We had the entire place to ourselves and the environment is so fun and relaxed. All of my girls had such a great time! On top ofthe talent they have there, the quality of their products is also amazing. I bawled my eyes out through my entire vows and my makeup still looked perfect. I am so grateful that we found such a wonderful location to spend the day of my wedding at!

We booked Fluff Bar for our entire bridal party (the bridesmaids) and mothers of the bride. We had the whole place to ourselves before they opened later on a Sunday, and it was the most intimate and relaxing experience before the rest of the craziness started! Ashley is absolutely the best if you are a bride- she did my hair for three events that weekend and did extensions for me. I trusted her completely and the results were amazing. Everyone looked so gorgeous, had totally different looks, and we were in an out of there in a reasonable time. The experience was perfect and the prices are much more reasonable than having someone come out to you. The champagne was an added bonus :)

I had a stylist from Fluff Bar come out and do my hair and makeup, and the hair of all my bridesmaids and mother at the ceremony site. Other than being 30 min. late (which, in turn caused the ceremony to be 30 min behind), she did a wonderful job. My hair and makeup were PERFECT. Due to being rushed, my bridesmaid's hair wasn't as well done. I also went to fluff Bar for our shellac manicures the day before. Other than being extremely overpriced, it was great! The atmosphere is fantastic, the drinks are delicious, and our manicurist did a great job.
