She is truly the best of the best and did not miss a beat throughout our wedding planning journey. We got married at the Parrish Art Museum which involves a ton of coordination with many, many vendors. Sara guided us through the vendor-selection process and helped us pick who would be the right fit for us and our style. She then coordinated countless meetings, phone calls, and email exchanges with the many vendors to make sure everyone understood our vision, and to ensure seamless execution. We pretty much spoke to Sara every single day for 16+ months, and she was always responsive, friendly, excited to help, and professional. She listened to all of our ideas and visions, and worked tirelessly to make our wedding dreams a reality.
The day of the wedding, Sara was truly remarkable. She was calm, yet assertive, and made sure every detail and logistic was taken care of and executed to perfection. Not only did she coordinate with countless vendors (and multiple day load-ins) but she also dealt with our large families and bridal parties and made sure every person was happy and taken care of. Her team was amazing as well - they were all so friendly and genuinely happy to be there and help us with any task, no matter how big or small! We were able to relax and enjoy the wedding day, knowing she had everything handled.
Sara helped us curate our dream wedding and we cannot be any happier with how everything went. We cannot thank Sara or recommend her enough! Sara will go above and beyond to make your wedding weekend perfect, guaranteed.
We have immeasurable gratitude for Sara who graciously agreed to help us plan our daughter’s wedding. Hiring a party planner never seemed necessary – maybe even a bit extravagant. ...
We had the time and believed we were capable of handling all the details on our own. Our daughter thought differently. She wanted her wedding day to be stress-free and memorable for all of us and felt that using a party-planner was the way to achieve this; it was non-negotiable. Thank goodness she was adamant about having an expert coordinate and manage the process because having Sara by our side was the best decision we made. While a true professional, there is no doubt that Sara’s passion is not only her work, but the people she interacts with as well.
We were certain our vision would be realized as Sara has an extensive network of resources, works with the most renowned venues and vendors and is herself one of the most respected event planners in the industry. Sara considered all the upfront work we had done and re-negotiated contracts as necessary. She anticipated every aspect of the event, tweaked our decisions and ensured that everything was in order. Throughout the process Sara made herself available. She responded to every call and text in the timeliest fashion and was incredibly receptive to our questions and concerns. No request was too big for Sara to tackle and finesse.
Sara’s proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail made the entire process seamless. She embraced our vision and brought it to life in a stunning fashion, coordinating everything from the logistics to the décor with efficiency and grace. While we fully appreciated Sara’s exceptional work ethic and her no-nonsense approach, it was her calming presence and her ever-present ear during the weeks leading up to the wedding that were priceless.
Thanks to Sara’s lists the wedding weekend arrived with little, if any, stress, and no unaddressed or lingering concerns. Trouble-shooting details and working with the venue and vendors rested capably on her shoulders. We had the utmost confidence in Sara’s ability to handle anything unexpected, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that everything was perfect. We weren’t aware that at the last minute, Sara was actually the one, up on a ladder, adjusting pipe and drape on the stage behind the band, so that it was exactly what my daughter had envisioned. On the day of our celebration, we had nothing to think about other than the love, joy and fun of our family and friends.
At the end of the most magical night, we were blown away when we arrived home at 3:00 am and found our front porch busting with dozens of flower arrangements from the reception, that were just too beautiful to part with. Although we wanted to take them with us, there was no space in our cars. Without prompting and unbeknownst to us, Sara packed up her car and delivered them (at that hour of the early morning and having worked all day and night) to our home. Who does that?!?! Sara Greenberg does!! That is the professional and remarkable person she is. Sara is ONE OF A KIND. Remembering the wedding will forever make us smile, in no small part because we hired the only wedding planner, a bride and her family should have. As a type A couple, we were personally very involved in all the details and Sara was extremely flexible with us and sensitive to that. She also never pushed us on our stated preferences or budget. She devoted to us her time, attention, resources, and industry connections. Above all else, she prioritized ensuring we got the day/weekend we envisioned (and that we did and much, much more!) What’s most impressive about Sara is her ability to stay calm, cool, and collected even while problem solving on the spot. Sara is truly relentless and will go above and beyond for her couples. It was only a few days after the wedding, when we had our debrief call, that Sara let us know of a few things that went sideways behind the scenes. We were absolutely shocked and impressed that she not only managed to shield us, our families, and guests from those situations in the moment, but also she was able to rectify them all so perfectly that the weekend truly went off without a hitch. Major shout out to Sara’s team as well who we adored. They are all amazingly professional, hard-working, talented, and kind. I would say from the moment we met her we know she would be perfect for planning our wedding, but we actually knew even before our first convo. We were at a friends wedding and every detail was perfect - from the ceremony to the decor, nothing was missed. Her work literally spoke for itself before she even got the chance to. When the brides dad name dropped Sara in his speech, I immediately whipped out my phone and jotted her name to reach out. From our initial conversation, I could tell Sara was the real deal. She is easy to talk to, has all the best recommendations and truly listens to you to help you with the best fit for your event. OR if you’re super indecisive like me and have an all over the place vision, she can read between the lines and work together with you to figure out what you want. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is the epitome of cool calm and collected.
Sara will make time to come to any and all appointments with you and when she is with you, you feel like you are the only wedding she’s planning that year - all attention and focus is on you and the task at hand. From venue walkthroughs to coming to dress fittings and advocating for me when I couldn’t express what wasn’t working for me with my dress, she is the logical brain to your potential bridal spirals. She is usually ten steps ahead of you, already having reached out to other vendors for little details before you even have the chance to think of them. Not only that, but she will go to bat for you to make your vision a reality - having the tough conversations so you don’t have to and being your biggest advocate. No idea is too outlandish or unattainable with Sara - even if you don’t think it will work out, Sara will do the research and present you with a likely even better option to make it work.
At the end of it all, when the flowers and band are just memories in photos and videos, we’ll remember most how Sara made us feel and continues to support us. Wedding planning can be stressful and from the start, Sara made our happiness and well-being her number one priority. She always made sure we were doing okay. She quickly learned about our specific stressors and would go out of her way to mediate or take those things on to lessen the burden for us. Even if that meant answering the same questions from friends and family over and over, just so it wasn’t on our plate. We will forever be grateful to Sara and feel so lucky to have her as a friend for life now - there is really no one better!

cts of our wedding - like the venue and the band (both of which were AMAZING thanks you Sara's advice). Sara was quick to immediately help us select our major vendors right after we booked our venue. In what would have felt like a sea of options, Sara narrowed down for us who the best vendors would be for our desired vibe and venue. Her institutional knowledge, vendor connections, and innate ability to see (and ultimately execute) the ambiance you want to create is uncanny. Sara's checklist of wedding tasks kept us on track so that we never felt stressed in what is inherently a stressful process, and she was with us every step of the way. Not only did we have countless phone calls and zooms, but she also attended every floral, linen, band, lighting, and venue meeting (and even my last dress fitting), always knowledgeably answering my questions and suggesting new and creative ideas. She came up with the most amazing idea to line our venue's ceiling above the dance floor with twinkle lights and made it work with her connections to her lighting vendor. On wedding day, she took 15 months of me reciting tons of discrete details and ensured everything was executed PERFECTLY. I never felt stressed throughout the entire day. She was beyond on top of it and ahead of everything I could have asked for. Our vendors were all amazing (and we just got our photographs back, which we love, thanks to Sara's recommendation of Juan at Anthony Vasquez), and our friends and family thought it was one of the most fun and beautiful weddings they ever attended. Her team always had someone with both my and my husband, and Sara was everywhere all at once. The weekend was truly flawless. Not only is she amazing at wedding planning and connecting you to the absolute best vendors in the industry, she is down to earth, fun, and just gets it! I would have paid double to have Sara if needed, but she really is priceless. Best decision ever (and now I have a new friend for life)!

s unparalleled relationships with everyone in the industry- from venue, to floral, to photo/ video, you name it. Starting the process, we realized very quickly that the only way to get things done was if you had a relationship. Vendors are in high demand but they respond to those they know and those they respect. Sara is highly respected across the industry so she can get things done quickly and efficiently. Her experience with our venue in particular ( the Pierre ) was worth its weight in gold!
Sara’s attention to detail is also unmatched - she doesn’t let a single detail slip through the cracks and is all over it before you can even think about it. As someone who is also detail oriented, this was highly important to me and she far exceeded expectations. From timelines (to the minute), to budget and vendor spreadsheets, to folders for each contract - she had it all covered. A dream to highly type A individuals, as well as those who don’t know where to start when it comes to planning!
As for the wedding weekend itself… Just speechless! I truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect series of events and it’s all thanks to Sara’s impeccable planning and execution (in addition to her fabulous team). She had assistants the day of and even a stylist who made sure the bride, groom and bridal party (and moms!) were taken care of throughout the day.
Most of all, we appreciate Sara’s transparency and her ability to help us make decisions quickly during a time that demanded it. She helped us get to the meat of any decision quickly and identify what mattered most to us. We’d probably still be deliberating on random details if it weren’t for Sara!!
Sara has become a good friend throughout this process and we seriously could not imagine our wedding without her. We are so thankful!

She has a vast network of vendors she can provide for all categories across the board and can tailor the list based on what will best suit your needs whether its budget, timing, package, etc. Furthermore, she will vet them, help negotiate, review contracts and push to get you a the best possible package/deal. That being said, she is extremely organized, thorough, detail oriented and on the ball in all aspects leading up to the day.
Now when it comes to the big day, she is everything, everywhere all at once! She has her finger on the pulse every step of the way, making sure not only you are well taken care of, but also simultaneously managing vendors, setup, schedule, bridal party, family, etc. I don't know how she does it! ss” from the first time we spoke, and thankfully we did - Sara knows exactly what to do, when to do it and who to go to no matter what crisis or situation we threw her way. Because of Sara, Aaron and I and our families felt relaxed and ready for the weekend, knowing that we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about.
Sara’s detail-oriented and highly organized style PLUS her ability to remain calm in any situation sets her apart from any other planner. She was always there when we had a question, concern or just needed a phone call to talk through a random idea. I was also amazed by Sara’s relationships with all our vendors - it was truly second to none. Sara helped us in finding the vendors that were right for us, and when she brought them all together, they were truly a team working in harmony, all thanks to the relationships she has built with each of them over the years.
All the planning and details aside, Sara was so much fun to work with - whether it was joining for dress fittings, floral appointments or band meetings, Sara always brought the energy but also knew when to get down to business and give us her honest opinion, which was invaluable.

nberg, owner of Forever Young Events. We met on zoom first, and I knew immediately that Sara was buttoned up, organized and experienced. I work full time and knew I couldn’t research bridal shower locations, hotel options for out-of-town guests, rehearsal dinner restaurants, decor and all other details that were important to us. Sara and her staff of extremely competent professionals took care of everything! And I do mean everything! Right down to sewing a bridesmaid’s dress that ripped, doing the bow ties for the groomsmen, and tending to hurt feet from wearing high heels all day during pictures (who knew there’s some spray to cool feet and reduce swelling? Sara’s team did!) I especially loved Sara’s personal attention to details for our out-of-town welcome boxes (she preferred boxes over bags and I listened to every suggestion). Sara handled all our events: bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding. She seamlessly coordinated with all vendors: invitations, florist, band, lighting (yes, lighting) caterers, buses, you name it and Sara handled it and did so flawlessly. We had a very last-minute problem regarding seating and the floor plan at the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner and she fixed it so that no one knew there was a problem! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and stress free throughout the entire process, especially on the day-of!
We hired Sara one year before our June 2023 wedding, and she not only helped us on our wedding day, but she also handled our events prior to the big day, from picking a venue for our rehearsal dinner and bridal shower (both of which she helped plan), and being a sounding board for every question, idea, and observation we had throughout the process.
I will forever be grateful to Sara and everyone on her team who helped make our wedding day (and our wedding weekend) better than we could have dreamed! Love you, Sara, and forever grateful for YOU!
Hiring Sara was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. From vendor selection, to design, to communications, and execution, Sara was always THE expert, professional, ...
our advocate, honest, and got to A++ results. She is full-service and we truly don't know how she did it all. At the end of the process, we are also so happy to consider her our friend.
Let's start with vendor selection. There are so many talented vendors in the NYC area. Sara made finding our vendor partners easy and enjoyable. We started by sharing inspiration photos and having lengthy discussions about what mattered most to us. Sara also always considered our personalities and of course, our budget. She then recommended 2-3 vendors of each type (florists, photo/video, bands) and would join us in meetings with each of them. She would then help us debrief, negotiate contracts, and ultimately hire each vendor. At the end of the process, we ended up with a fantastic roster of vendors with minimal stress. We were also SO CONFIDENT that these vendors would knock it out of the park in large part because Sara had worked with them repeatedly. As we once said to Sara, she's like the A.I. of wedding planning - she knows ALL. We always trusted Sara's judgement - from big picture design decisions to small details - she understood our vision and priorities from the get-go.
Beyond vendor selection, Sara was also involved in so many details. From dress shopping (both scheduling appointments and actually attending them), to invitation design, Sara was always there to support us. She was our advocate in all situations, and offered her expert advice throughout.
In writing this review, we've realized just how many details Sara was involved in:
- Planning our Friday night rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks (venue, florals, menu)
- Selecting our florist and designing the event
- Band selection and creative meetings
- Photo/video selection and creative meetings
- Lighting design
- Invitation design
- Gown shopping, selection, and fittings
- Furniture rentals - selection and coordination
- Food trucks - selection and coordination
- Room block organization
- Transportation
- Photobooth
- Dresser hiring
- Welcome box assembly and distribution
- And of course, day of on-site coordination with a full team of support
Then there's the week and day-of. Sara and her team ensured that our wedding weekend was flawless. There were so many last minute details and decisions (including weather uncertainty) and Sara handled it all without showing an ounce of stress. On the day of our wedding, Sara surrounded herself with a competent and kind team to execute both our vision and to keep us and our families cared for. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our big day because we knew Sara had it alllll under control. Two small examples of Sara going above and beyond: 1) When the bride and groom arrived at their rehearsal dinner, the strap of the bride's dress ripped off. Sara literally sewed it together in 3 minutes. 2) We had requested Joe's pizza to be served at our after-party. Our venue was outside of their delivery radius, so Sara organized for one of her assistants to pick-up a dozen pizzas at midnight and return with hot, delicious pizza in time for the party.
We could go on and on about why Sara is the absolute best. We love her and recommend her loudly and proudly to anyone getting married!

call, Sara immediately felt like someone I knew I could trust and talk to – and from that moment on it really felt like I had a best friend helping us plan our wedding. Sara was not only there to make sure we stayed on top of what needed to get done, but to bounce ideas off of, give honest opinions, and to step in and make decisions as necessary when I just couldn’t make up my mind! She understood me and my now husband perfectly – immediately understood who we were as a couple and what we wanted for a wedding and made sure it all happened – she brought our vision to life.
Sara made the last year+ of wedding planning seamless, going above and beyond throughout the process. Leading up to the wedding, Sara treated me like a little sister answering any questions and making it a priority to make it to every appointment with me, so I wasn't alone. She was amazing to work with from the client side, and in meetings I could see how much our vendors respect her and appreciated having her involved – I know she met with each of them repeatedly in the months before the big day to make sure everything went right.
On the day of the wedding, Sara and her team brought the best and most calming energy, and I had no worries knowing Sara would have everything handled. It was truly the best weekend of our lives, exceeding any and all of our expectations, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her!! So lucky to have had a planner we now call a friend!!! We went back and forth for a while, but since my mom was long distance and couldn't be as active in the planning process as she would have liked, we decided to hire Sara as our day-of coordinator just to have a little extra help. When our wedding had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, Sara's already invaluable expertise became even more important. She spoke with every single one of our vendors to move our whole wedding in less than 48 hours and kept us up to date on the event regulations in NY. When our wedding had to be cancelled for a second time, Sara found a way to plan the perfect, dream backyard wedding for this very picky bride!! She not only spoke to all of our vendors to negotiate smaller packages and came to virtual meetings and phone calls with us to make decisions, but she thought of EVERY little thing a backyard wedding could possibly need and found the best services to make it happen. She took SO much stress off of us and made everything happen- when the dress store said they didn't have a fitting on the day I wanted, Sara made it happen. When we decided the week of our wedding we wanted mini hand sanitizers that were personalized, Sara made it happen. When we realized my dress wouldn't fit in our car with all of our other stuff, Sara picked my dress up and drove it an hour to the hotel.
At the beginning of our wedding planning process, hiring a wedding planner was not a top priority. Now that I see everything that it takes to plan an event, whether it's at a venue or in a backyard, I would NEVER plan anything else without Sara and her team. We truly believe that this was the best money that we spent on our wedding because it let us enjoy our day with no stress.

rity. On the day of the wedding we had a minor crisis, it rained and we were supposed to take our portrait photos outside at Old Westbury Gardens. Before I was even done with my hair and makeup Sara had re-organized everyone to a new location where we would take our portraits, and got us over to our venue in time.
During the wedding, she flawlessly worked out timing between the caterer and the band and the party was perfect! The dancing was never cut short for food, and the energy was always up. The schedule she created for the day designed an absolutely perfect flow for the party so much so that people are still reaching out to me months later saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

creating Save the Dates, helping me find the perfect bridesmaid dresses, securing room blocks at local hotels, and assisting us with the guest list.
Sara is an amazing wedding planner. She is extremely organized, creative, and detail oriented. But equally impressive is her responsiveness and dependability. She was always available to answer questions and help point me in the right direction. And when I didn't have time to look into something (i.e., the perfect gold shade noisemakers for the countdown at midnight), she would send an email with a link to several great options.
Sara has also developed an extensive network of top-rated wedding vendors, which is valuable beyond measure. Again, we were dealing with a short planning period but that didn't stop her from securing some of the best vendors for our wedding. I'm still amazed at the caliber of vendors she was able to secure for our wedding -- and it was a holiday.
She is also excellent at navigating through difficult situations. We had to find a new photographer for our wedding with less than 6 weeks to go, and Sara was able to secure an amazing photography team within days.
Did I mention that she was also a bridesmaid? That's right. She took on the task of planning her perfectionist cousin's dream wedding in under 6 months. No pressure. One of the best professional compliments that I can pay her: everyone recognizing how calm I had been throughout the entire process. I was calm the week before the wedding. I was even surprisingly calm the day of the wedding. That's because I knew that everything was under control. She was laser-focused during the weeks leading up to the wedding. She created a weekly checklist, a day of itinerary, and regularly communicated with all vendors to ensure we were all set for the big day.
And let's not forget that the weeks leading up to our wedding are some of the busiest (and most stressful) for everyone. Sara once again took the lead on creating the most amazing hotel gift boxes that I have ever seen. She made sure that every single detail of our wedding weekend was perfect.

Sara from the beginning was organized, articulate, and nothing ever stressed her out. g process! We originally hired her to help with the last few months of our wedding planning and day of coordination. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances we last minute had to change our date. Sara helped us every step of the way in making sure we had a smooth transition from our original date to our new date! Without hesitation she took on this new date and continued to help us with everything! Her attention to detail and organization skills are out of this world which made my life so incredibly easy! She even designed and created the most beautiful candy/dessert table for us! As if there was not enough bumps in the road our minister cancelled last minute and Sara without question stepped up to the plate and gave the most beautiful sermon ever!
