We are 10 days out from the most magical wedding weekend and still on Cloud 9! This has everything to do with Sara Greenberg! She is amazing in every way—creating, organizing, nego...

tiating, coordinating, communicating, responding, and especially caring! Sara is super smart, professional, meticulous, resourceful, insightful, and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate. She made the entire planning process enjoyable and fun, and the wedding weekend completely stress free. On wedding day, she and her wonderful team were there with us the entire time, available to meet any possible need. We’re so grateful to her and could never have done this without her. We highly highly recommend her. SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

Wow, where do I begin! We hired Sara to plan our wedding soon after we got engaged. We heard amazing things about Sara word-of-mouth, and we were very excited to work with her. She...

far exceeded our expectations. Sara knows exactly what to do, when to do it, and who to do it with - at all times. She is truly the best of the best and did not miss a beat throughout our wedding planning journey. We got married at the Parrish Art Museum which involves a ton of coordination with many, many vendors. Sara guided us through the vendor-selection process and helped us pick who would be the right fit for us and our style. She then coordinated countless meetings, phone calls, and email exchanges with the many vendors to make sure everyone understood our vision, and to ensure seamless execution. We pretty much spoke to Sara every single day for 16+ months, and she was always responsive, friendly, excited to help, and professional. She listened to all of our ideas and visions, and worked tirelessly to make our wedding dreams a reality. The day of the wedding, Sara was truly remarkable. She was calm, yet assertive, and made sure every detail and logistic was taken care of and executed to perfection. Not only did she coordinate with countless vendors (and multiple day load-ins) but she also dealt with our large families and bridal parties and made sure every person was happy and taken care of. Her team was amazing as well - they were all so friendly and genuinely happy to be there and help us with any task, no matter how big or small! We were able to relax and enjoy the wedding day, knowing she had everything handled. Sara helped us curate our dream wedding and we cannot be any happier with how everything went. We cannot thank Sara or recommend her enough! Sara will go above and beyond to make your wedding weekend perfect, guaranteed.

We have immeasurable gratitude for Sara who graciously agreed to help us plan our daughter’s wedding. Hiring a party planner never seemed necessary – maybe even a bit extravagant. ...

We had the time and believed we were capable of handling all the details on our own. Our daughter thought differently. She wanted her wedding day to be stress-free and memorable for all of us and felt that using a party-planner was the way to achieve this; it was non-negotiable. Thank goodness she was adamant about having an expert coordinate and manage the process because having Sara by our side was the best decision we made. While a true professional, there is no doubt that Sara’s passion is not only her work, but the people she interacts with as well. We were certain our vision would be realized as Sara has an extensive network of resources, works with the most renowned venues and vendors and is herself one of the most respected event planners in the industry. Sara considered all the upfront work we had done and re-negotiated contracts as necessary. She anticipated every aspect of the event, tweaked our decisions and ensured that everything was in order. Throughout the process Sara made herself available. She responded to every call and text in the timeliest fashion and was incredibly receptive to our questions and concerns. No request was too big for Sara to tackle and finesse. Sara’s proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail made the entire process seamless. She embraced our vision and brought it to life in a stunning fashion, coordinating everything from the logistics to the décor with efficiency and grace. While we fully appreciated Sara’s exceptional work ethic and her no-nonsense approach, it was her calming presence and her ever-present ear during the weeks leading up to the wedding that were priceless. Thanks to Sara’s lists the wedding weekend arrived with little, if any, stress, and no unaddressed or lingering concerns. Trouble-shooting details and working with the venue and vendors rested capably on her shoulders. We had the utmost confidence in Sara’s ability to handle anything unexpected, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that everything was perfect. We weren’t aware that at the last minute, Sara was actually the one, up on a ladder, adjusting pipe and drape on the stage behind the band, so that it was exactly what my daughter had envisioned. On the day of our celebration, we had nothing to think about other than the love, joy and fun of our family and friends. At the end of the most magical night, we were blown away when we arrived home at 3:00 am and found our front porch busting with dozens of flower arrangements from the reception, that were just too beautiful to part with. Although we wanted to take them with us, there was no space in our cars. Without prompting and unbeknownst to us, Sara packed up her car and delivered them (at that hour of the early morning and having worked all day and night) to our home. Who does that?!?! Sara Greenberg does!! That is the professional and remarkable person she is. Sara is ONE OF A KIND. Remembering the wedding will forever make us smile, in no small part because we hired the only wedding planner, a bride and her family should have. Our children’s wedding was spectacular; it went off without a hitch. We will forever be indebted to Sara. We could not have asked for a better partner and now a dear friend. -Beth

We were introduced to Sara through another FY couple after things unfortunately did not work out with the initial planner we hired. If you are looking for someone to execute on you...

r wedding vision, look no further than Sara G! She is the definition of a do-er. As a type A couple, we were personally very involved in all the details and Sara was extremely flexible with us and sensitive to that. She also never pushed us on our stated preferences or budget. She devoted to us her time, attention, resources, and industry connections. Above all else, she prioritized ensuring we got the day/weekend we envisioned (and that we did and much, much more!) What’s most impressive about Sara is her ability to stay calm, cool, and collected even while problem solving on the spot. Sara is truly relentless and will go above and beyond for her couples. It was only a few days after the wedding, when we had our debrief call, that Sara let us know of a few things that went sideways behind the scenes. We were absolutely shocked and impressed that she not only managed to shield us, our families, and guests from those situations in the moment, but also she was able to rectify them all so perfectly that the weekend truly went off without a hitch. Major shout out to Sara’s team as well who we adored. They are all amazingly professional, hard-working, talented, and kind. We are so grateful for Sara and her team and couldn’t be more thrilled with how our entire wedding weekend turned out. Lots of love for FY!

For me, I knew it was going to be hard to let go, sit back and be present on my wedding day but knowing I had her to step in when questions were asked, and assistance was needed was such peace of mind. ly one of a kind and the best wedding planner, pseudo therapist and friend you could ask for. I would say from the moment we met her we know she would be perfect for planning our wedding, but we actually knew even before our first convo. We were at a friends wedding and every detail was perfect - from the ceremony to the decor, nothing was missed. Her work literally spoke for itself before she even got the chance to. When the brides dad name dropped Sara in his speech, I immediately whipped out my phone and jotted her name to reach out. From our initial conversation, I could tell Sara was the real deal. She is easy to talk to, has all the best recommendations and truly listens to you to help you with the best fit for your event. OR if you’re super indecisive like me and have an all over the place vision, she can read between the lines and work together with you to figure out what you want. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is the epitome of cool calm and collected. Sara will make time to come to any and all appointments with you and when she is with you, you feel like you are the only wedding she’s planning that year - all attention and focus is on you and the task at hand. From venue walkthroughs to coming to dress fittings and advocating for me when I couldn’t express what wasn’t working for me with my dress, she is the logical brain to your potential bridal spirals. She is usually ten steps ahead of you, already having reached out to other vendors for little details before you even have the chance to think of them. Not only that, but she will go to bat for you to make your vision a reality - having the tough conversations so you don’t have to and being your biggest advocate. No idea is too outlandish or unattainable with Sara - even if you don’t think it will work out, Sara will do the research and present you with a likely even better option to make it work. At the end of it all, when the flowers and band are just memories in photos and videos, we’ll remember most how Sara made us feel and continues to support us. Wedding planning can be stressful and from the start, Sara made our happiness and well-being her number one priority. She always made sure we were doing okay. She quickly learned about our specific stressors and would go out of her way to mediate or take those things on to lessen the burden for us. Even if that meant answering the same questions from friends and family over and over, just so it wasn’t on our plate. We will forever be grateful to Sara and feel so lucky to have her as a friend for life now - there is really no one better!

cts of our wedding - like the venue and the band (both of which were AMAZING thanks you Sara's advice). Sara was quick to immediately help us select our major vendors right after we booked our venue. In what would have felt like a sea of options, Sara narrowed down for us who the best vendors would be for our desired vibe and venue. Her institutional knowledge, vendor connections, and innate ability to see (and ultimately execute) the ambiance you want to create is uncanny. Sara's checklist of wedding tasks kept us on track so that we never felt stressed in what is inherently a stressful process, and she was with us every step of the way. Not only did we have countless phone calls and zooms, but she also attended every floral, linen, band, lighting, and venue meeting (and even my last dress fitting), always knowledgeably answering my questions and suggesting new and creative ideas. She came up with the most amazing idea to line our venue's ceiling above the dance floor with twinkle lights and made it work with her connections to her lighting vendor. On wedding day, she took 15 months of me reciting tons of discrete details and ensured everything was executed PERFECTLY. I never felt stressed throughout the entire day. She was beyond on top of it and ahead of everything I could have asked for. Our vendors were all amazing (and we just got our photographs back, which we love, thanks to Sara's recommendation of Juan at Anthony Vasquez), and our friends and family thought it was one of the most fun and beautiful weddings they ever attended. Her team always had someone with both my and my husband, and Sara was everywhere all at once. The weekend was truly flawless. Not only is she amazing at wedding planning and connecting you to the absolute best vendors in the industry, she is down to earth, fun, and just gets it! I would have paid double to have Sara if needed, but she really is priceless. Best decision ever (and now I have a new friend for life)!

Where to even begin?! Sara is a STAR! She planned our Dec 2023 wedding and truly made it a stress free and enjoyable process for us. I only wish we could do it all again! Sara ha...

s unparalleled relationships with everyone in the industry- from venue, to floral, to photo/ video, you name it. Starting the process, we realized very quickly that the only way to get things done was if you had a relationship. Vendors are in high demand but they respond to those they know and those they respect. Sara is highly respected across the industry so she can get things done quickly and efficiently. Her experience with our venue in particular ( the Pierre ) was worth its weight in gold! Sara’s attention to detail is also unmatched - she doesn’t let a single detail slip through the cracks and is all over it before you can even think about it. As someone who is also detail oriented, this was highly important to me and she far exceeded expectations. From timelines (to the minute), to budget and vendor spreadsheets, to folders for each contract - she had it all covered. A dream to highly type A individuals, as well as those who don’t know where to start when it comes to planning! As for the wedding weekend itself… Just speechless! I truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect series of events and it’s all thanks to Sara’s impeccable planning and execution (in addition to her fabulous team). She had assistants the day of and even a stylist who made sure the bride, groom and bridal party (and moms!) were taken care of throughout the day. Most of all, we appreciate Sara’s transparency and her ability to help us make decisions quickly during a time that demanded it. She helped us get to the meat of any decision quickly and identify what mattered most to us. We’d probably still be deliberating on random details if it weren’t for Sara!! Sara has become a good friend throughout this process and we seriously could not imagine our wedding without her. We are so thankful! TLDR… hire Sara and her team! The biggest day of your life deserves to be put into the best hands. You will not regret it! Now we’ll be looking to have more events to put Sara and her team on in the future:) Xoxo- Sheila & Michael

Sara was an absolute rock for us during our entire planning process!!! She has tremendous experience and a strong grasp on the industry allowing her to provide meaningful insights ...

and feedback to make your wedding day the best it possibly can be! She has a vast network of vendors she can provide for all categories across the board and can tailor the list based on what will best suit your needs whether its budget, timing, package, etc. Furthermore, she will vet them, help negotiate, review contracts and push to get you a the best possible package/deal. That being said, she is extremely organized, thorough, detail oriented and on the ball in all aspects leading up to the day. Now when it comes to the big day, she is everything, everywhere all at once! She has her finger on the pulse every step of the way, making sure not only you are well taken care of, but also simultaneously managing vendors, setup, schedule, bridal party, family, etc. I don't know how she does it! She made us feel so comfortable and stress free so we could truly enjoy our day to the fullest which we will be forever grateful for! All in all, hiring forever young is the best wedding decision you will ever make :)

ss” from the first time we spoke, and thankfully we did - Sara knows exactly what to do, when to do it and who to go to no matter what crisis or situation we threw her way. Because of Sara, Aaron and I and our families felt relaxed and ready for the weekend, knowing that we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Sara’s detail-oriented and highly organized style PLUS her ability to remain calm in any situation sets her apart from any other planner. She was always there when we had a question, concern or just needed a phone call to talk through a random idea. I was also amazed by Sara’s relationships with all our vendors - it was truly second to none. Sara helped us in finding the vendors that were right for us, and when she brought them all together, they were truly a team working in harmony, all thanks to the relationships she has built with each of them over the years. All the planning and details aside, Sara was so much fun to work with - whether it was joining for dress fittings, floral appointments or band meetings, Sara always brought the energy but also knew when to get down to business and give us her honest opinion, which was invaluable. When it came to the day of, I am still amazed at how everything ran so smoothly and without a hitch! Sara and her team were calm, cool and collected all day long. We are so lucky to have gotten to know Sara through our planning process and we can’t imagine our wedding without her. Thank you Sara and the FY team for everything!!!

nberg, owner of Forever Young Events. We met on zoom first, and I knew immediately that Sara was buttoned up, organized and experienced. I work full time and knew I couldn’t research bridal shower locations, hotel options for out-of-town guests, rehearsal dinner restaurants, decor and all other details that were important to us. Sara and her staff of extremely competent professionals took care of everything! And I do mean everything! Right down to sewing a bridesmaid’s dress that ripped, doing the bow ties for the groomsmen, and tending to hurt feet from wearing high heels all day during pictures (who knew there’s some spray to cool feet and reduce swelling? Sara’s team did!) I especially loved Sara’s personal attention to details for our out-of-town welcome boxes (she preferred boxes over bags and I listened to every suggestion). Sara handled all our events: bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and wedding. She seamlessly coordinated with all vendors: invitations, florist, band, lighting (yes, lighting) caterers, buses, you name it and Sara handled it and did so flawlessly. We had a very last-minute problem regarding seating and the floor plan at the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner and she fixed it so that no one knew there was a problem! I couldn’t have done any of this without Sara!! I highly recommend Sara and Forever Young Events! You will be forever grateful if you hire Forever Young!! ❤️❤️ Cindi

ure our wedding day ran smoothly from start to finish: from ideation to execution, coordinating with all of our vendors, and making sure no detail was left untouched, Sara and her team were extraordinary! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and stress free throughout the entire process, especially on the day-of! We hired Sara one year before our June 2023 wedding, and she not only helped us on our wedding day, but she also handled our events prior to the big day, from picking a venue for our rehearsal dinner and bridal shower (both of which she helped plan), and being a sounding board for every question, idea, and observation we had throughout the process. I will forever be grateful to Sara and everyone on her team who helped make our wedding day (and our wedding weekend) better than we could have dreamed! Love you, Sara, and forever grateful for YOU!

Hiring Sara was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. From vendor selection, to design, to communications, and execution, Sara was always THE expert, professional, ...

our advocate, honest, and got to A++ results. She is full-service and we truly don't know how she did it all. At the end of the process, we are also so happy to consider her our friend. Let's start with vendor selection. There are so many talented vendors in the NYC area. Sara made finding our vendor partners easy and enjoyable. We started by sharing inspiration photos and having lengthy discussions about what mattered most to us. Sara also always considered our personalities and of course, our budget. She then recommended 2-3 vendors of each type (florists, photo/video, bands) and would join us in meetings with each of them. She would then help us debrief, negotiate contracts, and ultimately hire each vendor. At the end of the process, we ended up with a fantastic roster of vendors with minimal stress. We were also SO CONFIDENT that these vendors would knock it out of the park in large part because Sara had worked with them repeatedly. As we once said to Sara, she's like the A.I. of wedding planning - she knows ALL. We always trusted Sara's judgement - from big picture design decisions to small details - she understood our vision and priorities from the get-go. Beyond vendor selection, Sara was also involved in so many details. From dress shopping (both scheduling appointments and actually attending them), to invitation design, Sara was always there to support us. She was our advocate in all situations, and offered her expert advice throughout. In writing this review, we've realized just how many details Sara was involved in: - Planning our Friday night rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks (venue, florals, menu) - Selecting our florist and designing the event - Band selection and creative meetings - Photo/video selection and creative meetings - Lighting design - Invitation design - Gown shopping, selection, and fittings - Furniture rentals - selection and coordination - Food trucks - selection and coordination - Room block organization - Transportation - Photobooth - Dresser hiring - Welcome box assembly and distribution - And of course, day of on-site coordination with a full team of support Then there's the week and day-of. Sara and her team ensured that our wedding weekend was flawless. There were so many last minute details and decisions (including weather uncertainty) and Sara handled it all without showing an ounce of stress. On the day of our wedding, Sara surrounded herself with a competent and kind team to execute both our vision and to keep us and our families cared for. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our big day because we knew Sara had it alllll under control. Two small examples of Sara going above and beyond: 1) When the bride and groom arrived at their rehearsal dinner, the strap of the bride's dress ripped off. Sara literally sewed it together in 3 minutes. 2) We had requested Joe's pizza to be served at our after-party. Our venue was outside of their delivery radius, so Sara organized for one of her assistants to pick-up a dozen pizzas at midnight and return with hot, delicious pizza in time for the party. We could go on and on about why Sara is the absolute best. We love her and recommend her loudly and proudly to anyone getting married!

We have too many good things to say about Sara and could not recommend her enough – hiring her was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process!! From our first phone...

call, Sara immediately felt like someone I knew I could trust and talk to – and from that moment on it really felt like I had a best friend helping us plan our wedding. Sara was not only there to make sure we stayed on top of what needed to get done, but to bounce ideas off of, give honest opinions, and to step in and make decisions as necessary when I just couldn’t make up my mind! She understood me and my now husband perfectly – immediately understood who we were as a couple and what we wanted for a wedding and made sure it all happened – she brought our vision to life. Sara made the last year+ of wedding planning seamless, going above and beyond throughout the process. Leading up to the wedding, Sara treated me like a little sister answering any questions and making it a priority to make it to every appointment with me, so I wasn't alone. She was amazing to work with from the client side, and in meetings I could see how much our vendors respect her and appreciated having her involved – I know she met with each of them repeatedly in the months before the big day to make sure everything went right. On the day of the wedding, Sara and her team brought the best and most calming energy, and I had no worries knowing Sara would have everything handled. It was truly the best weekend of our lives, exceeding any and all of our expectations, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her!! So lucky to have had a planner we now call a friend!!! Thank you, Sara and team for everything!!

She solves problems before they become problems, and always ALWAYS makes time to listen and talk through any questions or concerns you have. Plus, in general is just the sweetest person to work with. Truly, I don’t think we would have made it through wedding day without Sara- she literally saved the day multiple times by being able to problem solve on the spot when unexpected issues came up. Love you Sara!!

Oh the lovely, incredible, talented, responsive, calm, meticulous Sara! My husband and I were set to get married in August 2020 (yes, another COVID bride). During April 2020, Sara...

called us multiple times to ask how we were feeling and provide our best options due to the rising number of COVID cases. When we decided to change our date in April 2020, Sara literally moved the entire wedding one year later - same venue, same band, same florist, same photographer - you name it! She even went the extra mile to ensure we would get married the exact same weekend, just one year later. On the day of our actual wedding, so many of our friends would say, "You seem so clam, how are you not freaking out?" I knew that because of Sara, and all of our other incredible vendors, there was absolutely nothing to stress about. Everything would be perfect because we hired the best, most professional and kind people to make this wedding happen. Sara made us both feel so special and loved the day of our wedding. She would periodically check in to see how we were feeling and told us where to be and when. She was the absolute best addition to our wedding team and deserves SO much credit for ensuring our day ran smoothly and perfectly. Sara - we seriously cannot thank you enough for making our dreams come true and supporting us throughout this entire wedding planning process. You are a GEM of a human being and a definite friend for life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for EVERYTHING! ❤️❤️❤️

There are no words to describe how thankful we are for Sara and Forever Young Events!!!! Our wedding was originally planned to be at a venue that told us no wedding planner was ne...

eded. We went back and forth for a while, but since my mom was long distance and couldn't be as active in the planning process as she would have liked, we decided to hire Sara as our day-of coordinator just to have a little extra help. Little did we know that the "little extra help" we hired Sara for would turn into her being the #1 most important part of our wedding planning process!! Sara was beyond helpful from day 1. Even though we only hired her as a day-of coordinator, she gave us advice on vendors, provided us with lists of things that we should be thinking of, connected us with people and services that we would need on our wedding day, came to meetings with us, and was ALWAYS there if we had any questions or concerns. When our wedding had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, Sara's already invaluable expertise became even more important. She spoke with every single one of our vendors to move our whole wedding in less than 48 hours and kept us up to date on the event regulations in NY. When our wedding had to be cancelled for a second time, Sara found a way to plan the perfect, dream backyard wedding for this very picky bride!! She not only spoke to all of our vendors to negotiate smaller packages and came to virtual meetings and phone calls with us to make decisions, but she thought of EVERY little thing a backyard wedding could possibly need and found the best services to make it happen. She took SO much stress off of us and made everything happen- when the dress store said they didn't have a fitting on the day I wanted, Sara made it happen. When we decided the week of our wedding we wanted mini hand sanitizers that were personalized, Sara made it happen. When we realized my dress wouldn't fit in our car with all of our other stuff, Sara picked my dress up and drove it an hour to the hotel. At the beginning of our wedding planning process, hiring a wedding planner was not a top priority. Now that I see everything that it takes to plan an event, whether it's at a venue or in a backyard, I would NEVER plan anything else without Sara and her team. We truly believe that this was the best money that we spent on our wedding because it let us enjoy our day with no stress. We are so lucky to be an FY couple and even luckier that we now can consider Sara a friend!!!!

BEST. EVER! Words cannot express how incredible Sara and her FY team were from the moment we met her until she helped me put on my after party dress on our wedding night! By the ...

end of the weekend I felt like she was basically one of my bridesmaids! Sara and her team are down to earth, experienced, and make sure that all decisions are based on what YOU want for your wedding. Her understanding of the small details was amazing and put me at ease right away. Sara worked directly with the vendors and had great recommendations. Not only did Sara work efficiently and communicate clearly with us, but she worked so well with our parents!! We knew we were in great hands and it helped to make the planning fun every step of the way! Sara didn't let any potential issue become a problem. As everyone says, our wedding night flew by - but with Sara and her team there we weren't bothered with any day of details that came up and were able to be present and take in every second! We couldn't have imagined our wedding weekend without her! I can't wait to plan another party with her in the future (fingers crossed it's not another wedding)!!

ly professional, knowledgeable and organized, but also such a fun happy energy to be around. Sara came with me to dress fittings, any meeting I needed her for, answered every question that I had, and even was there to reassure me that nerves are definitely normal right before a wedding. Sara really understood the vibe we were going for and went above and beyond to make the entire weekend perfect (she even got giant foam cut outs of my dog made so we can dance with him at the party!). The Forever Young team did not leave my side the day of and made sure everything went smoothly. This past Saturday was the most incredible night of my life and I know it could not have been possible if it weren't for her orchestrating it all!!

The best decision I made is hiring Sara Greenberg/Forever Young Events!! From the first time I met Sara, she showed genuine care, knowledge and professionalism and I knew I could...

count on her to make my special day perfect. As some background, I am extremely particular, detail oriented and like to micro manage everything. I never trust anyone until Sara Greenberg came into my life. She surpassed all my expectations and gained my trust within the first week of the wedding planning. She gave me a list of all the best vendors and helped me with negotiating contracts and ensuring everything I needed was included. She created a timeline and checklist immediately to ensure all details were reviewed. She went ABOVE and BEYOND on all aspects of the planning. All of the little things I never had to think about because I trusted Sara to take care of it. She attended all the floral design meetings and gave very valuable input, came to my final dress fitting, and picked up special linen samples, and drafted our welcome note and gift bags for our of town guests. Sara Is truly a ONE OF A KIND individual. She is extremely knowledgeable on literally every aspect of planning a wedding. While she is also the most CARING, SUPPORTIVE and GENUINE person. She was always calm and collected which keep me grounded and at ease from the planning process to the wedding day. Also she responded immediately to all emails, texts and calls which is pretty unbelievable! We had our wedding in October and every detail was perfect all due to Sara’s impeccable planning and efforts! Her team that she brought on the wedding day we’re extremely helpful from getting dressed in the morning to the photos to the dress touch ups and making sure we had everything we needed! You MUST hire Sara Greenberg. It will be the BEST decision you make in planning your wedding. She is truly the BEST there is and the most amazing person to be with. THANK YOU AGAIN SARA!! Love, Laurie and Adam

y our friends. After having one phone conversation with her, we hired her on the spot! We hired Sara as a month of planner, but she was SO much more than that! Sara came to vendor appointments with us, handled all the communication between our venue and vendors, and went above and beyond her role as our month of planner. On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing because we knew Sara was there coordinating and handling every single detail and making sure it was all perfect! Our day was an absolute dream come true and it would not have been the same without Sara!! She is a rockstar and a huge asset to have leading up to and on the most important day of your life! We love you Sara!! ❤️ Melissa & Lawrence Paul

Every bride needs Sara Greenberg/Forever Young Parties on their team for the wedding day!! She is just THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! A family member asked me “Are you sure you don’t want ...

a planner?!” I said “NO! I got this!” As soon as I got engaged, I hit the ground running with wedding planning. I had the venue, florist, band and photographer booked within a month of engagement! I thought I had everything under control. Until I started to realize there were a million small things that I just could not handle on my own. A few months down the road, I met Sara at another wedding I was a guest at. I was so impressed with her professionalism and her role on the day of. I knew I had to have her for my wedding day. When we first meet with Sara, I explained to her I had a huge chunk of wedding planning complete. She was able to customize our contract to exactly what we needed and what we didn’t need her for. Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am that I found her and hired her! It was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding day!!!! Sara attended final meetings with me, my husband and our families. She listened to our needs while still giving her professional opinion while talking to vendors. Our parents were so impressed with her work and felt so comfortable because they knew we were in great hands. Sara knows every answer to every question and handles any situation calmly which is what every bride needs during one of the most stressful times in their lives. The list of things that Sara handled on my wedding day are probably things I don’t even know about and that is the point! Brides, the last thing you want to do is stress on your wedding day! You spend so much money for this day to be absolutely perfect! And guess what? Things will unexpectedly happen and Sara will take care of it! Why not just spend little extra on a wedding day coordinator to ENSURE it is absolutely PERFECT?! There was a specific circumstance that needed immediate attention on my wedding day. Sara handled it without hesitation, dealt with it and fixed a situation that could have been disastrous! Sara is on top of every detail and puts 150% into everything she does. I can ensure you, I was not the only bride she was working with during the planning months but it always felt like Sara gave me the full attention I deserved. She was so supportive and always checked in on me to make sure I was okay. I could not imagine my wedding day without Sara. My wedding day was LITERALLY PERFECT because of her!! It was the best day of my life and it was all because of Sara!! Sara Greenberg has a special place in my heart and now that I am no longer her client, I can officially call her my friend.

rity. On the day of the wedding we had a minor crisis, it rained and we were supposed to take our portrait photos outside at Old Westbury Gardens. Before I was even done with my hair and makeup Sara had re-organized everyone to a new location where we would take our portraits, and got us over to our venue in time. During the wedding, she flawlessly worked out timing between the caterer and the band and the party was perfect! The dancing was never cut short for food, and the energy was always up. The schedule she created for the day designed an absolutely perfect flow for the party so much so that people are still reaching out to me months later saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Sara also was one of my biggest support systems leading up to the wedding. She texted me constantly checking in on me. If I ever had a question or needed something I always got a prompt response from her. Though she had other parties she was planning throughout my wedding process she made me feel as though I was the only bride she was working for. I am so grateful to Sara for the incredible organization and care she took with me and my wedding. It was the best day of my life, thanks to her!

w that she was going to be the perfect wedding planner - genuine, caring, and professional are the top three words I can use to describe Sara. From the moment I met her she took my Pinterest/Instagram dream wedding and made it a reality. Sara helped me pick vendors that she knew would help make my wedding day perfect. Sara knows everyone in the industry and has an abundance of connections. She knows every question to ask when meeting with vendors, even things that I as the bride would have never thought to ask. She is extremely organized and meticulous creating timelines that all my vendors followed for the big day. This helped everything flow more smooth when the day finally came. Sara was there by my side throughout the entire wedding process with all my unending questions and also stood by me my entire day to help with everything and anything she could. My day wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was if it wasn’t for Sara. I was able to enjoy my wedding to the fullest knowing that if anything were to go wrong Sara was there to remedy it. Sara goes above and beyond for her clients and is truly amazing at what she does. If you want your wedding day to be perfect, hire Sara and you will not regret it!

hey are too incredible for words. I can’t imagine my wedding day without Sarah, in fact, my husband and family still haven’t stopped talking about how amazing Sarah was, going above and beyond, ensuring that everything went to plan. Sarah truly made our wedding the day the most perfect day we could have imagined. The weeks approaching your wedding are the most stressful, and Sarah handled every little detail with care, thinking about us first and what would be best for us. She created a thoughtful timeline that wouldn’t put us under any kind of unnecessary pressure or feel rushed, and coordinated timing and details with all of our vendors. She was always available to answer any questions, and made me feel top priority – following up with me to ask if I needed anything at all leading up to the wedding. I can honestly say that Forever Young Weddings made my wedding day as special as it was. Without Sarah, I don't know what I would have done. Not only is Sarah a true expert at wedding planning/coordinating, but she is one of the most genuine, caring individuals ever! I knew from the day that I talked to her over the phone that she would the perfect planner for us – I just felt so comfortable! Sarah is a breath of fresh air, she is so down to earth and can handle any challenge thrown her way with ease, not to mention reliable, resourceful, hard-working and efficient! The list is endless. I can’t say thank you enough for all that she and her team did on my wedding day! She truly cares about her clients. <3 HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sarah & Team to any future bride! Sincerely, Catherine & Billy xoxo

Where can I begin to describe how fabulous Sara was in helping plan my daughters wedding??!! There were so many moving parts with my daughter being based in California and the wedd...

ing held in NY- but Sara made it easy. My only regret is that we did not hire her earlier in the process because her knowledge and contacts are amazing. From coordinating vendors to getting an additional hotel shuttle at the last minute, to giving her opinion on a million details that would seem to overwhelm a mere mortal(aka nervous mother of the bride)! Sara helped us with the shower, the rehearsal dinner, the wedding and even showed up the next morning to see how we were doing with our after wedding brunch! I need to plan another party so we can stay in touch!

Well, let me start by saying that Sara was on the job even before I was engaged. My husband reached out to her several weeks before our engagement to let her know the proposal was...

coming. Why? Because she knew my dream was to get married on New Year's Eve, and that would leave us with only 5 and a half months to plan. The day after we got engaged I called her to tell her she was hired, and she said, "I'm way ahead of you!" She had already created a list of beautiful wedding venues that were available on NYE... Within one week we had selected our wedding venue and found ourselves in full-blown planning mode. She was by my side every step of the way -- scheduling appointments at Kleinfeld, scheduling interviews with wedding bands, attending meetings with florists, creating Save the Dates, helping me find the perfect bridesmaid dresses, securing room blocks at local hotels, and assisting us with the guest list. Sara is an amazing wedding planner. She is extremely organized, creative, and detail oriented. But equally impressive is her responsiveness and dependability. She was always available to answer questions and help point me in the right direction. And when I didn't have time to look into something (i.e., the perfect gold shade noisemakers for the countdown at midnight), she would send an email with a link to several great options. Sara has also developed an extensive network of top-rated wedding vendors, which is valuable beyond measure. Again, we were dealing with a short planning period but that didn't stop her from securing some of the best vendors for our wedding. I'm still amazed at the caliber of vendors she was able to secure for our wedding -- and it was a holiday. She is also excellent at navigating through difficult situations. We had to find a new photographer for our wedding with less than 6 weeks to go, and Sara was able to secure an amazing photography team within days. Did I mention that she was also a bridesmaid? That's right. She took on the task of planning her perfectionist cousin's dream wedding in under 6 months. No pressure. One of the best professional compliments that I can pay her: everyone recognizing how calm I had been throughout the entire process. I was calm the week before the wedding. I was even surprisingly calm the day of the wedding. That's because I knew that everything was under control. She was laser-focused during the weeks leading up to the wedding. She created a weekly checklist, a day of itinerary, and regularly communicated with all vendors to ensure we were all set for the big day. And let's not forget that the weeks leading up to our wedding are some of the busiest (and most stressful) for everyone. Sara once again took the lead on creating the most amazing hotel gift boxes that I have ever seen. She made sure that every single detail of our wedding weekend was perfect. Our NYE wedding was truly incredible from start to finish. Sara was so dedicated to every aspect of our wedding. She really goes above and beyond to help her bride and groom clients. And words cannot express our gratitude for all that she did. Whether you have 6 months or 18 months to plan your dream wedding, you will most certainly benefit from working with Sara.

o all she helped with before the wedding, she was invaluable the day of our April wedding. Sara was at the venue early to check the grounds for our outdoor ceremony, made sure landscaping was exactly as planned, kept us on a timeline so everything ran smoothly, and turned into a florist to fix the elaborate floral piece on the stairs hung incorrectly. Sara helped with all the little things as well as the big things; she had everything we needed at her fingertips; and she worked with all our vendors the entire day so we could just relax and enjoy. There is no way I could have handled all she did. Even though my daughter hired her, Sara answered every email and call from me. Not only was she focused on the bride, she was very attentive to this very nervous and excited mother of the bride. I highly recommend!!!

l aspects of the planning process. Every single detail was on-point and she didn't miss a beat with anything!! We were stress-free, worry-free and at ease on our wedding day and that was all because of Sara. From coming to our vendor appointments, to our wedding tasting, to answering emails, text-messages and phone calls, she went well above and beyond of the role of a wedding planner and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to help represent us besides Sara. We are so very thankful we had Sara in our corner and would recommend her 100x to any and everyone even thinking twice about hiring a wedding planner, hire her!

Hiring a wedding planner was the BEST decision I made during all of wedding planning. I hired Sara early on in the process -- right after I selected my venue. From that time, she...

was by my side the entire time. She took my instagram inspiration and brought me vendors (and ideas) who could bring my seed of a vision to life. Incredibly, she was mindful of all personalities involved so we all worked together seamlessly. I had the most buttoned up and easiest vendors to work with -- thanks to Sara. She joined me on many vendor meetings to ensure we understood what we needed to discuss and to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. In addition, Sara made sure to keep me on my planning schedule without stressing me out. The stress didn't even come the week before the wedding. I was able to be calm and relax as Sara tirelessly planned all of my last details while sending me updates. Even the night before (!!) Sara helped me finalize my table numbers and coordinate my packing list making sure I had everything I needed for myself and the party. The day of, we were able to sit back and take the entire day in...not worrying about ANYTHING. Sara and team coordinated every second of our wedding as we just sat back. From finding additional tables for makeup artists to calling audibles so we could take photos outside during rain breaks to making last minute adjustments to the ceremony and reception and finally making sure we were always hydrated. We could not have enjoyed our wedding more and it is a testament to Sara handling literally everything so we could have the best experience possible. I truly cannot imagine the entire experience any other way. I would highly recommend everyone find a way to add Sara to their budget!

ng to run smoothly. A friend had told me about Sara, and from the second I called her I felt instantly at ease. She made herself available at all hours to answer our endless questions. She responded to calls, emails and texts right away and always had the answers we needed. She made me feel like I was her only client and top priority. She would call or text me to check in almost daily and offer a hand to help with whatever I needed. Sara made everything so much easier and more manageable for us. She is so well organized, is an amazing listener and did not forget a single detail. On the day of the wedding I had ZERO stress thanks to Sara and her team (Alex and Rebecca). They made sure everything was under control and ran smoothly, working from early in the day and through the reception. We have nothing but positive things to say about FY Party and Event Planning. My husband and I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Sara and her team. They can handle any task and will go above and beyond to make your event the best it can be!

When we first got engaged we did not know we NEEDED a wedding planner. Now, we are one month married and we reflect on the most amazing day of our lives and thank Sara endlessly. ...

Sara from the beginning was organized, articulate, and nothing ever stressed her out. Sara coordinated with every vendor to make sure everyone was on the same page and that our wedding day would be perfect. She was on top of every detail. We went to Sara with every single question, she had every single answer. No issue was too small or too big for her. This truly made me, my husband, and my mother so calm during our 13 month engagement. Sara made my bridal shower dreams come true. Bridal showers are typically boring. I think you could ask all 80 guests at my shower, it was the best shower they have ever been to. I wanted a candy bar but filled with candy from my childhood (pop rocks, caramel apple lollipops, Pez) Sara delivered that and more. She made sure the games were limited per my request and created a beautiful floral arrangement for each table. My rehearsal dinner was at Bowlmor (which I would highly recommend for a bride that wants to do something different than your typical sit down dinner). I was worried this was such a different idea, but Sara created a very chic atmosphere and everyone had the best time. The day of my wedding I knew I could just look at Sara and feel calm. She was on top of everyone and everything on my big day! She was with me from the morning until I got on the bus at 1:30 a.m. to go to the hotel. Not only did she help me, but also my mom, mother-in-law, bridesmaids and of course, my husband. Sara is a MUST. She is easy to talk to, she goes above and beyond and assures you that your wedding is going to be the best day of your life (with her help!). My husband and I were able to focus all our energy on our wedding day with our full trust in Sara to get the job done. We love you forever, Sara!

ll the way up to the big day. She put us in contact with awesome vendors (flowers, catering, etc) that were exactly the vibe and price we were looking for. The couple weeks before the wedding she coordinated all of our vendors seamlessly, ensuring not a thing was out of place the day of. On our wedding day she handled any issues with other vendors so efficiently we didn’t even know anything was out of place. She even got us money back for one of our vendors forgetting some linens (which she found replacements for that day, again without us even knowing!) The best part was her relaxed and laid back personality. She handles everything with ease so you don’t feel stressed. Any question/comment/thought I had about he wedding I could just contact her and instantly feel better. I seriously couldn’t have thrown together the amazing wedding we had without her!! Thank you a million times over to FYParties and Sara for guiding us through the whole planning process and being my go to every step of the way. FYParties was able to translate my ...

extremely inarticulate and completely confused vision into a breathtakingly beautiful wedding. Sara handled everything decor related, from the centerpiece designs and escort cards, right down to the bouquets. Sara also was my savior when last minute mishaps reared their ugly head. We in no way could have pulled off any wedding, let alone such a stunning one, without FYParties and Sara by our side. Not only has FYParties gained a forever client, but I’ve also gained a forever friend in Sara. My advice to any soon to be bride is to contact Sara ASAP and put your anxiety to rest, even if you don’t think you’re going to have anxiety during the planning process, I assure you that you will. Involving FYParties in your planning is a no-brainer.

Without hesitation she took on this new date and continued to help us with everything! Her attention to detail and organization skills are out of this world which made my life so incredibly easy!
