y. At cocktail hour one of my guests exclaimed “ they didn’t get a charcuterie board they got a charcuterie installation!” Everyone loved it and , better yet, all I had to worry about as the bride was how I was going to sneak away for a second plate.

m throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond for us, with the happy hour food and dinner. We got so many compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Me and the last guests were eating straight out of the container of leftovers that Joe and his crew packed up for us. I am still dreaming of the baked eggplant, and my husband absolutely loved the grilled sirloin. We were even surprised when there was pizza on the day of the wedding, and several options too. The best choice we made when planning. We had so many leftovers, and there was enough food for everyone to have multiple plates. You won't regret it!

I never was without a drink in my hand or without food I needed even during cleanup. Such a great experience with the most delicious food!

I can not begin to explain how many compliments we received on the meal and grazing board they put together for our wedding.
They ...
had the tastiest smoked chicken and brisket I have ever had. If you are doing an event in the summer with them, I highly recommend going the barbecue route :)
Aside from great tasting food, super easy to get in touch with and very communicative!
