lemente. She incorporates small details and truly creates art with flowers! We loved the centerpieces and bouquets! The only thing I struggled with was her response time. After our first meeting, I had to call repeatedly and leave messages to see when I would get my initial quote. It took over one month and when she did finally get back to me she apologized and gave me $100 off. It was difficult to get a hold of her throughout the process but we stuck with her because we like her work. She also told me I would get to see a full mock-up of my flower arrangements, but when I showed up, she was starting to put together one centerpiece to give me a general idea of what all the arrangements would look like. Not really the mock-up I had hoped for. It all worked out and I was happy with the finished product. Susanna is very sweet and makes beautiful arrangements.

. She even added my "something old" (a hand stitched handkerchief made by my great great grandmother) to the handle. The flowers simply was the icing on top of our already beautiful venue. The only thing was that it was kind of challenging to communicate via email. Phone is much better!
