Fun Fab Photo Booths & DJ's

I do not wish any ill will on this business, but I want to leave a fair and honest review of my experience with Fun Fab Photobooth on my wedding day. This is a lengthy review because I want to fairly describe in detail what happened, without any malicious comments and leave it up to others to read themselves. Our communication with Kimber went fine up until the actual day of the wedding. Fun Fab arrived in the middle of our ceremony, so the venue owner told them they would have to wait until the ceremony ended to move in their equipment, as to not interrupt the wedding. Kimber insisted she needed her time to set up so she attempted to enter against the venue owner's requests. According to Kimber, the owner then told her she would have to leave the premise (keep in mind, myself and my parents, her actual clients, have no idea what is going on since this is during the ceremony). She ended up leaving the venue without speaking to any of us, her clients. As the bride, it shouldn't have been my duty to try to haggle with a vendor on our wedding day, yet before the reception, I noticed my parents and the venue owners upset on the phone. I learned they were trying to speak with Kimber to have her complete her services and return, because she was the only person we planned to supply the photo booth (makes sense, right?). I asked to speak to her, and when I got the phone, Kimber was in tears and simply told me, "I can't do this," and hung up on me while I was in mid-sentence. She said it was an accident that she hung up, but she failed to call me back and never followed up with me after the wedding. I feel sorry for any negative emotions she might have felt that made her cry on the phone with us, but as a professional and as a business, I am still in complete SHOCK and AWE that someone we booked for the wedding simply refused to not complete her services & do what she promotes the business to do. As I look back, I'm not as angry, as I am sad and disappointed that we did not get to have a photo booth on our special day, considering I was extremely excited to get to share that with my closest friends and loved ones. I reached out to Kimber and she explained that it was the venue owner's fault she had to leave. **At the end of the day, her client was NOT the venue owner. It was me and/or my parents. She never tried to speak with any of us. And when she finally did, she hung up on me and did not try to call back. Prior to leaving, she could have waited to speak to myself or my parents, but did not, and drove back home without letting us know. We almost begged her to come back because we booked her for that reason, but she said she had driven too far away and would not return. I wish we were able to experience what these other positive reviews expressed, but that was not our situation. I'm simply upset and sad with their service (or lack thereof). As a bride, I think I could have gotten immensely more upset, but I will only opt to leave this review in the best interest of others. Again, no ill will against Kimber. This is simply business and my unfortunate experience. Thanks for your time.
