As manager and exclusive caterer, Elegant Fare proudly offers you single-source convenience that includes professional event planning, remarkable food, and superb service--its hallmarks for more than 40 years. Some of the many attractive features of Gatherings: --A beautifully appointed Great Hall that accommodates up to 250 guests for seated dinner. The Great Hall features towering walls of windows on three sides, gorgeous hardwood flooring, and an optional raised stage, along with cushioned Chiavari chairs and round tables; --An optional on-site wedding ceremony with seasonal access to two outdoor patios; --A spacious reception and bar area; --A private VIP Room for the wedding party to use for dressing, primping, and partying; --Optional lighting selections, with custom choices in chandeliers and lighting styles, draperies, and state-of-the-art AV and sound systems; --Options such as customized table settings and other special touches. Your rental includes white or black table linens; standard china, stemware, and flatware. You will have exclusive access to the entire facility for an event that may last up to five hours, with additional event hours available at an hourly rate, plus early access for hosts, wedding party, and vendors. Rental includes one hour of ceremony rehearsal time and a day-of coordinator. You can count on close planning collaboration with your own highly experienced Elegant Fare catering/events consultant, who will guide your selection of various options and special touches.
