Beyond that, I am just overall impressed with their customer-service. They arrived early, helped set up when the florist arrived late, listened to my ideas, and Rachel also let me vent to her all throughout it. Apparently our wedding day was normal but it felt like everything was delayed or going wrong... Without Rachel and Jesse I don't know if I would have felt as comforted as I did. They truly made the day more relaxing and enjoyable. I hugged both of them when we were leaving at the end of the night. I am so beyond thankful for everything they did and the work they produced in such a short time frame!

e it's a day that you've been planning for so long and I wanted everything to go and according to plan. GVP was not only filming my wedding, but one of the videographers was helping out my coordinator behind the scenes to make sure we started on time. My husband and I cried when we got to our honeymoon and looked back on how helpful everyone was from our wedding, but especially how helpful GVP was!

/secondary videographer filmed our wedding. Overall he did a good job but the camera kept flipping forward during the raw footage which was very distracting. Yes, the highlight video follows the exact same sequence as all of their videos but we knew that it would going into it. Very quick turnaround for the highlight video (within a week of our wedding!) and all raw footage mailed to us shortly after on a USB drive.

As we took pictures and videos, she helped us feel calm, cut loose, and just have fun being newlyweds. I love that she provides raw footage as well as the edited clips, and I'm so excited to see the video she makes of our wedding day! Rachel had some of the best reviews and a very fair price. She had great communication and was so easy to work with! but when we were told we couldn’t, we relocated to a beautiful house in Ball Ground GA. Rachel was perfectly okay with traveling a little further to help us with our day. When the day came, I had her for 10 hours! She caught so much, let me crazy family be their crazy selves, and totally captured my day. It took her one week to turn around my video, and I’m only saying a week because my husband and I had to re-record our vows for her and we did it when we got back from our honeymoon. The same day I sent those to her, she sent us the video. It’s PERFECT! I’ve already watched it 20 million times and have cried each time! Not only do we get the video, but also a USB with all the other footage. I was beyond happy with Rachel. She’s the real deal for a GREAT price!
