Writing this quickly, but I wanted to express sincere gratitude for GVP. The video is so beautiful and I got all the raw footage! I had so much stress the day of the wedding because it's a day that you've been planning for so long and I wanted everything to go and according to plan. GVP was not only filming my wedding, but one of the videographers was helping out my coordinator behind the scenes to make sure we started on time. My husband and I cried when we got to our honeymoon and looked back on how helpful everyone was from our wedding, but especially how helpful GVP was!

I can't say enough good things about Rachel and her team. She provided two videographers and two photographers for our wedding. Everything flowed seamlessly. Rachel had us all laughing, even my fiancé who rarely cracks a smile. I feel so uncomfortable in front of the camera but Rachel made me feel confident and even showed us some photos from her camera every once in a while when she would get excited. If I had to redo my wedding day I would choose Rachel and her team all over again because of the professionalism, price, and personalities of everyone on her team.

Awesome. My fiancé left the planning up to me and I scheduled a phone call with Rachel before booking. She explained her techniques and even told us about some things to watch out for with other vendors if we didn't go with her. There was no salesman pressure, which was nice, she just genuinely cared about the outcome of our wedding video and photos. After speaking with other companies and listening to their sales pitch tactics, which were the exact things Rachel told us to watch out for, we decided to book with Rachel. We are thankful we did! We got our wedding video back within two weeks, which is unheard of from the other companies we spoke with. Rachel was professional, well versed in the industry, and clear on communication. You cannot go wrong with booking with this company and Rachel. It also doesn't hurt that her price point is PHENOMENAL

We were on the fence about videography for our wedding due to cost. Rachel was able to work out a great deal that I just could not refuse! However, this did mean that her assistant/secondary videographer filmed our wedding. Overall he did a good job but the camera kept flipping forward during the raw footage which was very distracting. Yes, the highlight video follows the exact same sequence as all of their videos but we knew that it would going into it. Very quick turnaround for the highlight video (within a week of our wedding!) and all raw footage mailed to us shortly after on a USB drive.

We booked Georgia Visual Professionals for our wedding. Our experience with them was phenomenal. They were organized, professional, courteous, and creative. They followed our request with great detail.

Rachel is the real deal! She had our highlight video back to us in a few days and our USB just came in the mail. We received everything she filmed from the whole day on all her cameras.

I guess grooms don't usually make reviews, but I was a very active planner along with my now wife. We hired Rachel and Jesse for both photo and video for our wedding. We recommend 100 times over. Even I cried while watching the video Rachel sent over to us. 10/10. Rachel, raise your prices - you are literally letting people rob you and your artistic work for too little.

GVP has remained professional in every interaction we have had. We requested our video and photos be kept private and off the internet for various reasons. Rachel sent all documents via google drive and a gallery for our photos that no one has access to. We felt overly demanding at times due to privacy and Rachel went above and beyond to make us feel heard, seen, and respected.

I hired Georgia Visual Professionals to capture my engagement with photos. I was impressed. We were over an hour behind schedule and extremely late. Rachel waited in the 30 degree winter weather that entire time, keeping updated with texts and information. The area I proposed in was busy and I didn't know if Rachel would see us. She was able to capture the photos without my fiancé noticing until the end. I didn't know what to look for in a photographer to capture this, but Georgia Visual spoke with me about all the steps to go through and even gave a few tips on how to handle popping the question. I am grateful Rachel was affordable and reliable and my fiancé is well pleased!

Hi, my name is Grace. I am an older bride and I heard about Rachel through my venue. I was very nervous to hire a photographer and videographer since I was worried maybe my vendors wouldn't show up and would miss moments I wanted captured. Rachel and Jesse were early and captured every moment I could have asked for. I look back at the photos and videos and I just feel like I am in a dream still. My partner and I plan on having Rachel take our one year anniversary photos as well. I am thankful for Rachel and Jesse.

So I booked with them in March of 2021 and my wedding wasn’t until October 2022. I kept asking my videographer Rachel McElwain, what does she need from me to understand my vision and some shots I really want captured. She kept telling me to wait until it gets closer so she doesn’t forget (which is understandable planning something far in advanced). I’m a planner type person and wanted to be organized as I can for all of my vendors so it will run smoothly for them on my big day. Summer of 2022 I ask again about ashen can we plan a time to talk AND what helps her try to see my vision. Whether that be a pinterest board or some videos to save, just so it would be easy for my videographer to understand what I’m looking for. The month of comes and I hear NOTHING. The WEEK of my wedding we plan for a phone call… I wait for the time and day we planned and I never got a call. It isn’t until TWO DAYS before my wedding that I hear from her and didn’t understand what I mean by “my vision.” What I was really concerned was, she never asked me “are there any shots you specifically want? Are you doing a surprise of some kind? Is there someone’s reaction you want me to capture during a certain point?” Absolutely NOTHING. I was contacted about my final payment but NOT about any details. The day of, I was asked so many questions which was a little frustrating, given the fact these exact questions could have been asked prior. I was told my package included all 8 hours of originally raw footage but when i got my USB in the mail, it was about 1 hour the most in total of footage. There was a part of the reception party that I was so excited to look back on, and that was the one thing that wasn’t on the footage given back to me. Overall I’m just really disappointed in the communication and professionalism. I planned my wedding in 2020, 2 YEARS in advanced and I just expected more especially being a really organized bride and having all information ready for all of my vendors. The feedback I would give is definitely to ASK questions before the big day so you don’t miss anything that the couple wants captured. Terrible communication.. the only great thing was camera quality and the price.

Rachel is amazing! I booked her for my wedding a year in advance and then recommended her to my friend that got married in April of this year. So I got to meet her before my actual wedding! I loved working with her (twice) and recommend her to anyone that might be on the fence about videography!

Rachel was so wonderful! She worked well with my photographer, something that was very important to me. Her highlight video of the day came out beautifully; I got so many compliments! It took a few weeks for the video to come back, but this is the busiest time of year so I had no qualms about waiting. I found Rachel through The Knot, and it was the best decision I made! Her services were very affordable, and though I didn't meet her until the day of my wedding, she was wonderful! She got along very well with my other vendors, and she helped relieve some of the stress and pressure on us as the bride and groom. As we took pictures and videos, she helped us feel calm, cut loose, and just have fun being newlyweds. I love that she provides raw footage as well as the edited clips, and I'm so excited to see the video she makes of our wedding day! It was the best day of my life and I'm so happy we hired Rachel to capture the beauty.

I'm a covid bride. Due to that, I had so many people back out of the wedding. I was so upset, as were they. I decided to go with a videographer last minute to help record the day. Rachel had some of the best reviews and a very fair price. She had great communication and was so easy to work with! She arrived timely and was able to film a lot of awesome stuff that I (luckily) didn't have to ask for. Her and Jessie knew exactly what to do. They were super fun and easy to work with. RACHEL WAS AMAZING! I found her from a coworker and she was nothing short of PERFECT! My wedding was postponed because of COVID. We were supposed to get married In midtown Atlanta, but when we were told we couldn’t, we relocated to a beautiful house in Ball Ground GA. Rachel was perfectly okay with traveling a little further to help us with our day. When the day came, I had her for 10 hours! She caught so much, let me crazy family be their crazy selves, and totally captured my day. It took her one week to turn around my video, and I’m only saying a week because my husband and I had to re-record our vows for her and we did it when we got back from our honeymoon. The same day I sent those to her, she sent us the video. It’s PERFECT! I’ve already watched it 20 million times and have cried each time! Not only do we get the video, but also a USB with all the other footage. I was beyond happy with Rachel. She’s the real deal for a GREAT price!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Rachel! She was extremely professional and easy going, and worked so well with our photographers. She was easy to talk to, and was so invested in her work and intentional interactions with our guests, especially the little ones who were dancing the night away! We could not be more appreciative of all that she did for us on our wedding day, including lighting our candles and assisting with set up. I am only writing reviews for two of my vendors, GVP being one of them. I am just.... WOW.... still at a loss for words over my video. I received the best 8 minute video along with my full ceremony, all dances, all speeches, and everything GVP filmed that day. I have 5 hours worth of footage to watch from my wedding day. I looked and looked and looked for a videographer that would provide all the footage and it was slim pickins! I ultimately chose GVP and I am so glad I did. I can relive my whole wedding day and I will have this for forever. GVP, I cannot say thank you enough, you MADE my wedding joy last even longer!

On time, professionally dressed, video was finished in 2 weeks, and my guests all thought she handled herself extremely well.

Thank God for the flexibility of GVP. We had an emergency the day of our wedding, so scary! Rachel was there for us in a heartbeat and did everything and more that we asked for.

Rachel sent out her assistant to my wedding and the video came out perfect! They’re all so professional. Rachel responds to emails quickly and Jesse knew exactly what to capture for the video. I’m obsessed! Book them, they’re my favorite vendor from the day!
