They have so many dresses to try on! I picked some I liked and then Teresa kept bringing more based off what I said I liked or didn't like about the dresses. They are very respectful about your budget which is nice. I was tore between two and ended up customizing the one I liked to incorporate the things I liked about the other dress. Teresa made sure she consulted with alterations and the designers before she made any promises about the dress. Very happy with my experience!

The ladies at Gesinee's were amazing! Eli was my bridal consultant and helped me try on an endless number of dresses! She was so fun to work with and very helpful. She even helped us pick out the bridesmaids dresses. The manager Sarah was also amazing and took an interest in every customer to make sure each bride's experience was perfect! Alterations were a little pricey but the alterations team did an amazing job! At my first fitting they measured and when I came for my second fitting my dress fit perfectly! Same for my bridesmaids! They even take care of cleaning and preserving bridal gowns.

This bridal store has so many dress options and the associates are all very kind. I had the privilege of being helped by Frances, who I walked out feeling like became my new best friend. She was incredibly honest and helpful. This was the first bridal store I went to and walked out within 2 hours with my wedding dress selected. I also got my gorgeous veil from this store.

I got my wedding dress at Gesinee’s Bridal. I had a wonderful experience working with my bridal consultant and trying on dresses during our appointment about a year before my wedding day. There was a Christina Wu trunk show that weekend. I ended up finding a beautiful dress in her Jacquelin Exclusive line, and even before visiting any other bridal store in the area! I was also able to use the credit I got from purchasing a dress during the trunk show towards the matching cathedral-length veil. I had a great experience during my fitting at the alterations location across the street. The women helping me were very patient and accommodating of the ways I wanted my dress altered and during my final fitting, my dress fit perfectly. I felt so beautiful and confident in my dress on my wedding day!

I was referred to this place by a friend. I made an appointment with them. As soon as I got there they checked me in gave me a form to fill out and then they assigned me sales associate. I was greeted enthusiastically by Sammy & her trainee Kelly. We went over what I liked and didn’t like & my budget. From there she showed me dresses that fell into those categories. She was so helpful as we tried on several dresses. Although the dresses were very pretty they didn’t have what I was looking for. Now Sammy was truly listening to me and had a suggestion that was a little over my budget but because she was extremely familiar with every dress & designer in that store and brought me a different dress to try on. It fit like a glove. It was everything I was looking for!! I can’t thank her enough. I will definitely be referring her and this place.

Not only did I get a prom dress from Gesinee's several years ago, but I got my wedding dress from Gesinee's for my recent wedding. The entire staff from day one was genuine, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Picking the dress was such a fun process and the ease continued through ordering, alterations, etc. Gesinee's made sure the dress fit and looked exactly how I wanted it and it definitely did. The dress was GORGEOUS and I still have people telling me it was one of the best dresses they have seen. As someone who does not get dolled up very often, I felt absolutely beautiful and could not have imagined being in any other dress from any other bridal shop. Thank you, Gesinee's!

I had a wonderful experience with Gesinee's Bridal from finding a dress, to purchasing, alterations, and final pick up of my wedding dress. They did a great job with helping me find a dress. They listened to me when I talked about what kind of styles I was looking for. When I found it and was able buy and to go to alternations, Irene was my point of contact. She took great care of my dress and her team did a wonderful job with the alterations. They made sure all the beading on my dress was secured before I took it home. I only have positive things to say about them! They made the process so easy and fun! They took care of my dress, listened to my needs, and did everything in a timely manner.

Today when I went to pick up my wedding gown, I noticed there was a big brown stain on the back of my dress. I showed Heidi (girl helping me) she said “oh don’t worry they will take care of that in alteration you just need to make an appointment” (The dress fit me perfectly I was not planning on taking it into alterations). I than noticed a lot of loose threads and mentioned them to her she said the dress comes in a box so this happens but again make an appointment with alteration and come back with your dress. So I was about to take it and saw on the side of the dress there was a paper that said something along the lines of “I have examined my wedding gown thoroughly and I am satisfied.” I asked her if I needed to sign this since I am not satisfied and she said yes unless you want to leave the dress here and make An appointment with alterations and have them fix everything before you take it. Duh! She was nice but feel like she made no attempt to make things better. I spent almost 3k on this dress and it had loose threads, a stain and just looked sloppy not at all what I was expecting when trying on my dress for the first time. I don’t understand why I needed to arrange for their alterations department to fix my dress on something that should have clearly been taken care of before they consider it was ready for me to take home. I also noticed my dress was on a dinky clear bag and I asked wow is this the bag that is $35 dollars and she said oh no did you purchase a bag I said yes but only because whoever helped me when I purchased my dress told me I needed to buy a bag, she made it sound like I would not have a bag for my dress if I didn’t buy one. I remember my sister and I left stunned that after spending so much money on a dress the bag would not be free . When I told Heidi she just said “hmm I wonder who helped you, she looked at the paper and than said but it’s better that your dress has this bag (the $35bag) it protects your dress better. So I left the place feeling very unsettled and displeased about my experience. As I was driving home I decided it was bothering me too much so I called back and asked Sammy (the other girl that was there) to please have her manager contact me. I explained to Sammy about the stain on my dress/dress bag issue. She could not believe my dress had a stain she said she would have Heidi pin where the stain was so they could have alterations fix it and that She would talk to the manager about returning my money for the bag and letting me keep it free of charge. She also had the manager call me back right away. Sarah, the Manager was very apologetic she said she would personally take it to alterations and have them clean it up and fix any other problems with the dress as well as refund me the money for the dress bag. I hate that I had to call and complain before the issues were addressed, Heidi should have taken more initiative. I’m still a little worried I might have further issues with them but I will update my review once I get my dress back.

I don’t usually write reviews, so please excuse any awkwardness. The reviews I read while planning my wedding were essential to the decisions I made, so I want to start by imploring other brides not to go to Gesinee’s. If you want the full details, I have written them below, but the most important thing now is preventing future brides from having an experience like mine. I can never get my wedding day back, and you all deserve an amazing wedding day with no regrets. Now onto the story. I will say that I had a good experience purchasing the dress. Everyone seems so nice and acted extremely knowledgeable. However, the dress I purchased caused me nothing but pain and embarrassment on the day of my wedding. To be honest, I know that I am a little top heavy. When I first walked in to Gesinee’s, my only stipulation was that I wanted sleeves. I know that sleeveless dresses can be problematic for my body type. I was convinced that I should at least give sleeveless dresses a try, as many of them have corsets that offer support. I trusted their advice. Looking back however, I realize that the saleswoman only brought me sleeveless dresses to try on. During my second appointment with them, I picked out a few with sleeves. I have never worn anything even close to as fancy as a wedding dress and the three dresses I was allowed to choose did not go well with my frame. As Sammy, the saleswoman, did know what she was doing, the dresses she chose looked significantly better on me. They felt supportive and she reiterated several times that I would be fine without sleeves. I believed her and I purchased a sleeveless dress. During the fitting process, there were several problems, but I’m going to focus on the boning they added and their persistent advice that I would be fine without sleeves. My mom and I both asked the seamstresses about sleeves and we were assured each time that I did not need them. The dress was not fine without sleeves. My dress did not even support me all the way through the ceremony. The boning weakened more and more as the night went on. By the end of the night, the boning was completely bent and I was in a lot of pain. The bruises lasted for over a week. I have reached out to Gesinee’s, hopeful that they would want to address my issues and make amends for the pain and embarrassment the dress caused. They offered to rebone and preserve the dress. I hope you all understand why this doesn’t help. I do not want to look even at this dress anymore. There is no chance I will wear it again. They have refused to offer any other solution or any type of refund. I again entreat the other brides out there not to buy their dresses at Gesinee’s. They offer advice and do not face any consequences when the advice is negligent. I paid extra for a dress that they convinced me would be perfect and therefore was worth the additional cost. Looking at wedding pictures brings tears to my eyes. I can never get that night back. The embarrassment I felt that whole night, especially when dancing with my dad, will haunt me for the rest of my life. Please spare yourself that pain and stay far away from Gesinee’s.

Sammy was my bridal consultant she was wonderful and help me pick my amazing dress. I would definitely recommend scheduling your day with her! Also the alternation place across the street did a great job!

I had a wonderful experience at Gesinees from beginning to end. Specially during my first experience trying on dresses I was impressed at how helpful and calm they were without rushing through the process or being pushy. The seamstress that fitted my dress really took time to get it right and was very friendly. Everyone I interacted with demonstrated to me that they cared about doing their job well . I would highly recommend this bridal shop!!

The process of buying my dress and then getting it altered was fun and easy! I really appreciated the attention (and patience!) they gave me during the alterations process, especially since I changed my mind a couple of times :)

Gesinee's Bridal is an incredible bridal store. They have a huge selection of designer dresses and everyone that works there is super helpful and professional. Teresa was the bridal consultant that helped me find my amazing dress and everything else I needed for my special day: veil, shoes, and jewelry. As a busy single mom, I was looking to streamline as much as possible and Teresa and Gesinee's helped me do that. They called me immediately upon the arrival of my dress and fit me in the same day to try it on. When I took the dress in 6 weeks before the wedding, the alterations department was helpful, prompt and professional as well. They also showed my girlfriends how to bustle the dress at a few fittings. I highly recommend Gesinee's Bridal!

Great service when picking out the dress. My consultant was amazing! She is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. My experience with the alterations team was subpar. It seemed everytime I went in for a fitting, there were more loose beads. I scheduled the day for picking up my dress and veil and they were not ready!! So disappointing! They acted inconvenienced that I wanted the fixes/steaming done by the next day.

I was sooooo happy with the dress I found a Gesinee's Bridal! As soon as I got out of my car, I noticed this super sparkly, deep v-neck wedding gown in the window. I didn't have an appointment, but Gesinee's was able to fit me in within 5-10 minutes. After learning that the dress in the window was $1900 (more than I wanted to spend), I browsed the store for a few minutes until I realized that there was nothing that really caught my eye like the dress in the window. As soon as I tried it on, I knew it was THE ONE!, the ONE I had been looking for and pretty much dreaming of my whole life ( I know, a bit cliche). Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I can't wait for my dress to arrive.

Gesinee's was the second place I tried on dresses at. The first was the stereotypical "Say Yes to the Dress" fake excitement and I felt like the person would say anything to sell me a dress right then and there. It was really frustrating and I was dreading trying on more dresses. I'm so happy that the next stop that I went to was Gesinee's. We worked with Janice and she was fantastic! She seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a dress that I loved. She was invaluable at helping me take on the beast that is wedding dress shopping. She was amazing at picking dresses to help me narrow down what I wanted. She was equally amazing at mixing dresses that I wanted to try on and my family wanted me to try on. To that point, she was very good at keeping my family positive and under control so that I could think about the dress before hearing everyone else's input. Janice put me at ease and made dress shopping unforgettable for all the right reasons. It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Gesinee's and specifically Janice!

Gesinee's has been a staple in the Bay Area wedding dress market forever. They worked with me before I ever walked through the doors to have dresses ready. In the end, I absolutely loved my dress and veil. However, I was a bit disappointed the team was not aware my gown had a custom veil available before I ordered. I ended up having two veils, and while they discounted the second one - I am now in the market to sell the first. And beware the alterations fees, and add-ons. $$$$ My bridesmaids experience was very different however. Despite being precise with measurements, and cautious with ordering a conservative size, two of the four bridesmaids dresses would not zip past the middle of their rib cages. One of the sales clerks told my size 00 sister-in-law that 'she must have gained 10 pounds' between ordering and receiving the dress. Ouch! :/ The bridesmaids dress maker was Alfred Angelo. And while it very well could have, and probably was an error on the dress maker - two of bridesmaids were very disappointed with how they were treated.

Joan helped me out in selecting my wedding dress. She was very helpful and listened to me in what I liked. She also gave me good recommendations. She made my experience fun.

The ladies at Gesinees did a wonderful job altering the dress and even put a bustle on the long veil. When we were done altering, they helped me try on accessories to match and packed my very poofy dress into a carry on suitcase for the flight back to Europe.

Gesinee's Bridal and Gesinee's Alterations were fabulous! They had a wide selection of dresses, the staff was amazing every time I went in for either my dress or my bridesmaids dresses. The Alterations department was just as wonderful! It was the best experience!!

I bought my gown online. I was looking for a place to make alterations, my sister in law recommended me to come here. I had a great conversation with the lady that helped my sister in law out on the phone. When I brought in my dress she was there but had to leave due to some emergency one of the brides was having at her wedding. She brings her co worker a very young girl to take over. The second fitting was ok, my dress was not even on the bottom and it was an ordeal with the seamstress and my mother in law (who used to be a seamstress) that the dress was not right. After my mother in law convienced her point on what needed to be done wth my dress. I was able to leave the salon a little relived. By the third fitting everything seemed even and nicer. Overall, I felt the service was not consistent. The work was great but I truly felt that what I paid for would be valued in service too.

So I just got engaged, and I was nervous to try on dresses as I had no idea what I was looking for. I had plenty of time to decide, and I've worked in sales so I knew I wouldn't get a dress that day... or so I thought. I worked with Brie, and brought a very selective party. My mom, brother, and sister - all of whom know me and my figure better than any of my bridesmaids and friends. We started with about 15 dresses - all different fits and styles. She was really patient. Then we picked 3 we loved, and about 2 hours in I was exhausted but still having fun. I just couldn't imagine doing this again - just not my thing! I had so much fun, but I can get overwhelmed if we went to more places. So I found a beautiful Pronovias Dress called Ombera. Loved it, but didn't feel like buying. Then they offered me $200 store credit for accessories, and I figured why not. So here I am, with a dress 13 months before my wedding - well it arrives in 4 months. For me, this is a good thing - as I just don't like stressing over a detail like this. I was fitted for a 14, but could fit a 12 tightly. I ordered a 14, but called back and changed it to a 12 within a week - they were really nice about it and didn't give me a hard time at all. LOVE this place. Have an open mind, and be ready to have fun. If you like to shop around, I would END here. Ps. I wouldn't go to their alterations, as I have heard poor things from friends. Overpriced is a big complaint. Also, Yelp doesn't seem to favor their alterations either.

After a disasterous alterations experience at another location, Gesinee’s fixed my dress in 8 days. It should have been 7, but they screwed up the fix at first. Once I pointed it out, they were apologetic and made the adjustments in less than 24 hours.

This was my second time trying on dresses after having a less than pleasant experience at David's Bridal. What a change! It was much more private and focused on you. A nice place for the people with you to sit. You can take a look around and choose dresses yourself first before trying them on. They were really nice and actually listened to what I was liking and not liking and pulled dresses appropriately and staying within my relatively low price range. Best of all, they have great prices for high end looking dresses. I was worried that with my taste of good quality materials and full ball gowns, that I wouldn't be able to find a dress within my price range. But they had plenty of ball gowns in all materials that were $700 or less! I'm lowering my review a star because of the alterations. Although they were good and the dress ended up looking gorgeous, the price was almost as much as the dress. This was a surprise to me after my first fitting and although the bargain shopper in me knew that I could take it somewhere else and get it done cheaper, I took the easier route in keeping it there which I think was the best option. I wish they would tell you more about the pricing of their alterations when you buy your dress. For how fantastic a price the dresses are, I expected the same from alterations, BUT that also made it somewhat okay in my mind since I did get the dress of my dreams for so much less than I had thought. Just be aware.

After finishing my planned dress appointments I called Gesinee's on a whim to see if I could come by. They told me I definitely could so I headed over. They took me to an area that had dresses in my budget so I wouldn't have to worry about finding one I couldn't afford. We pulled 3-4 dresses at a time and just kept going as long as I liked. I think I tried on more then 30 dresses. They never commented on time or tried to rush me, they were amazing. The room was really neat because they have special lighting so you can see what the dress will look like in different settings and lighting. I ended up with 2 dresses that I loved, one of which was $300 dollars less then the other. The sales associate did not pressure me to buy the more expensive dress, in fact she told me she liked the cheaper one on me. Through the whole experience my sales associate also gave me tip after tip about how to care for my dress the day of, what to think about in regards to jewelry, shoes, etc. I was really impressed with the service and would recommend it to friends.

This shop did an amazing job. I had someone with me for my first appointment go through and pull what I had in mind. They also pulled what they thought would be pretty. Which, I am glad that they did because it is the one I went with. It was a limited edition and only a few were made so that not every bride would have the same dress. It was the most beautiful dress. I felt like a princess. Alterations were amazing and really worked with me on how I wanted it to fit. They also embroidered under my dress in blue my husbands name and our wedding date. Just perfect.

This was the first bridal salon I went to in the Bay Area. I tried on an endless amount of dresses here. The staff was GREAT and I really liked Samantha who was there to help me with each dress I tried on. The selection at this store was great and they listened to what you wanted and even helped suggest other styles you may like. I never felt pressured. The 4th dress I tried on ended up being the ONE. I knew when I put it on that I loved it and it was totally unique. I wanted to look around so I visited about 10 other salons in the Bay Area. That dress stuck with me. I had found it at one other location, but the staff at Gesinees was willing to work with us on pricing for my dress as well as my bridesmaids. I could not have been happier with my choice!!! i wanted to change the style of my dress to include cap sleeves. The staff was VERY knowledgeable and the alterations people worked with me (over 3 fittings) to make sure we got everything 100% right. My dress turned out perfect and I couldn’t have been happier. I felt the prices were very comparable to most salons (if not better) and the selection here cant be beat! If you don’t know exactly what style you are looking for, this is the place to go. They have everything!

I bought my dress at gesinee's bridal and they told me it would be ready to pick up by the beginning of May. I called in the week before and they told me it was scheduled to be ready in June. I think they should have called in that case. The alterations were great though. They were very amicable and efficient.

The girl helping me find my dress was great, but it was all downhill from there. They somehow managed to not get my phone number, i wasn't called when my dress arrived nor did they get in touch with my bridesmaids. My bridesmaids were ordered dresses that didn't exist anymore and then were they tried to replace them with a different dress. They were incredibly rude when we wanted to return those dresses since we couldn't get the ones we wanted. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

I went to Gesinees bridal with hopes of finding my dream dress I saw in a magazine. They didn't have the exact style but they had similar ones for me to try on and then I ordered my dress. It was less expensive even with tax and shipping than what I was expecting which was a very nice surprise. I would recommend Gesinees for formal and bridal.

The women working in the shop were very helpful and answered all of my questions. My dress was the second one I tried on and the employees were very nice about letting me "sleep on my decision" did not feel pressured to buy right away, I got my gown and the bridesmaid dresses here. My dress came in on time and the alterations department did a good job.

The ladies at the alterations shop did a great job to both my dresses Tchuy was very helpful and made sure I was completely happy. A little expensive though.

Went to this shop in January 2012, well before a date was even set. I had just intended to look around for ideas but the second dress I tried on, I knew it was the one. The service was decent and the dress came in earlier than anticipated.

The ladies at Gesinee’s Bridal are awesome. WAY better then David’s Bridal hands down. I went to David’s Bridal and had a horrible experience. I ended up at Gesinee’s and found my dress with no hustle. I had one consultant for as long as I needed. No rush no pressure to buy. I ended up with a beautiful dress that I loved amazing in.

Frances helped me and she was the best. Not pushy at all and really helpful. I only looked at the "under $1000" dresses and was impressed with the selection. On the day of my wedding I loved my dress so much. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I HAVE to thank Claudia for her amazing job helping me find my wedding dress! She not only picked mine, but all of my bridal shower's dresses too! She has an amazing talent!! Gesinees made the whole process easy and I absolutely love my dress!!!

I waited until last minute to purchase my accessories but was happy that I visited Gesinee's Bridal to purchase my wedding necklace, earrings, bracelet, hair piece and a gift for my mom. The consultant that helped me paid excellent attention to me and was very patient with me. I would recommend this place for all your bridal needs.

I found the dress of my dreams here and I'm so thankful! The lady was so patient with me as I came back three times to try it on before I fully decided. The alterations place was also amazing and they are so talented when it comes to altering a lace dress. It fit me so well and I wish I could wear it every day!

I found my perfect dress! It was about double what I had budgeted for but it was perfect. I did do the alterations at a different place as they were going to charge $95 for a bustle. Also as a cost saving thing I also borrowed a freiends steamer and skipped the $80 for professional steaming! Overall though the ladies were wonderful and they did let me do a payment plan and make payments at my discretion!

I LOVED my dress and wish I could wear it more than 1 day! The staff was very helpful and actually listened to me and what I was looking for. I was very happy with this place!

My first appointment ever was with Robin and a friend of mine. I had no idea what I was looking for and trying to prepare for when my mom came (we don't live close). Robin was so helpful, she had me try on everything I even sort of liked and helped me narrow down my choices. When my mom came we didn't end up making it back to Gesinee's because of a serendipitous appointment earlier in the day. All in all, I am bummed I didn't get to use Gesinee's for my dress. Robin is kind, helpful, experienced, and a good listener and respectful. No hard sell here! Affordable and not pushy!

I went to 2 places to try on dresses. I ended up getting my dress here because they had the Alfred Angelo Disney line of dresses. I had 3 appointments to try on dresses and I really liked having Vanessa and Laura help me. We had another person who was a little pushy for my taste, but my cousin liked that she kept everything moving. I liked Vanessa because she was not pushy and helped find dresses that work with my body type. She would bring in a veil when she felt I liked a dress to help me narrow down. Laura was there for my 3rd try and would make sure I was getting towards making a decision and did allow me to try on the narrowed down dresses again to make my decision. We were quoted about 6 months to receive the dress which was well before my wedding, but it actually came in much less time than that. They were accommodating with the fitting times and made my experience enjoyable. The alterations department was the best. They were very friendly to me and my family and they were fast and knowledgeable. They were excellent in getting me in the right bustier as I had gotten one that was not working out, and also in showing me the bustle options and training my bridesmaids in the bustling and lacing process. Great customer service in alterations. They had a great selection of dresses and everyone was wowed by my dress.

I went to Gesinee's with an idea of what i waned in my head and they got it spot on! I couldn't of asked for a better experience.First of all i HATE trying close on so this appointment was quick and pain less for me. I loved my dress so much and so did my husband! I had a budget and the lady stayed with in it, which was so nice. When i tried to the dress on i was scared to no the price because the dress was so gorgeous! when she tole me i was shocked it was so much less then what i expected. I highly recommend Gesninee's Bridal

I went to Gesinee's because it was so close to my mom's house. They had a big selection. And I liked that I could go through & pick the dresses that I wanted to try on, myself. The young lady that helped me was very nice. And very helpful. As well as everyone else at the Salon! I am very happy with this salon! So happy that I bought my dress there!

I had a great experience. Even though they see brides everyday they still make you feel special. Teresa was my consultant. She listened and made great suggestions. My less than $2k Couture dress would've easily been $6k and up somewhere else. Also, the ladies in the alterations dept are sweet & funny. They knew exactly what needed to be done.

Overall my dress was beautiful. My experience with the staff was great up until the alterations. The day before the wedding when I went to pick up my dress, they had made some slight changes to a sash on the front of my dress and I ended up having to wait 2 hours for it to be fixed. In the end it looked great.

It was 2 months befOre I finally purchased a dress for my wedding. I just got lucky at Gesinee's. The dress I found was almost perfect. Only alteration was the hemming and bustle

I'm not going to make this long but this bridal shop is absolutely terrible. They will not by any means exchange a dress if you do not want it or if it's wrong, they feel that THEY are always right. If you want to put your dress on consignment they will actually DETOUR people from buying your dress. They also lost my wedding dress for 2 hours and they were unsure if they had sold it to someone else. Their prices are average but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

My size and shape is what is considered to be oversized, so I was really nervous about wedding dress shopping. My biggest fear when I was getting ready to go dress shopping is that nothing would fit me and I wouldn't be able to find a dress. I liked Gesinee's Bridal because they had a seperate section for plus sized women and these dresses ranged in sizes 16-28, so it made it easy for me to try on dresses, and it made me feel good that the dresses needed to be clipped! Another thing that was important to me was that the sales person I worked with made me feel comfortable and not insecure about being half naked in front of her. My visit to this bridal shop was a success, I found my wedding dress on my first visit and it was on sale!

I LOVED my dress! Gesinee's was my first stop when I was looking for my wedding dress. I had purchased bridesmaids dresses there in the past, so I already knew I could expect good service. I looked at 3 other shops as well, but found myself back at Gesinee's because they had MY dress! I liked the selection, the price for my dress was great compared to similar dresses at other stores, and my consultant when I tried on my dress for the first time (Jenny) was wonderful! So why not a 5-star rating? I used their alterations center, and while the work was excellent, my dress was not ready when promised. I had an appointment time for the pick-up, so they were expecting me, yet nobody called to let me know the dress wasn't ready. Four days before the wedding is not a good time to waste a bride's time. So even though it worked out and I picked up my dress the day before the wedding, that was a pretty big customer service no-no.

I purchased my wedding dress here for my wedding on 11/19/11. The service here is excellent! I must of come here about four to five times because i was between two dresses that i could not make up my mind for. I never felt pressured to choose a dress right away. I also had my alterations with them. It is so convenient to buy your dress and have the alterations done all at the same place. I would recommended this place.

The staff at Gesinee's knows how to make any bride-to-be look and feel beuatiful and special. They have a wonderfully large inventory in every size imaginable. They do not rush you, are helpful in guiding you to what will work best, and are sweet, professional and considerate every step of the way. I bought my dresses, all my girls' dresses and my mother's dress there and then went back for all my alterations and mom's alterations. I would recommend them to anyone!
