Shipping was pretty fast, their team was quick to respond to a concern I had, packing was great, and it delivered sooner than expected. I did go for a more simple look for practical, every-day use. But the stone is so beautiful and craftsmanship is pretty good. The band was not as thin as i expected to be, which is great. The ring is stunning!
