Michelle is an absolute gem of a person and made our big day so special! I cannot recommend her enough and we are eternally grateful to have had her leading up to the wedding and the day of! She is such a genuine and intentional person and we truly got the best wedding planner! Thank you so much Michelle you are amazing!
About a year and a half ago when I got engaged I knew that one of the main things that we would need was someone to guide us through the planning. I did not realize how much actually went into planning a wedding.. yes you hear about everything that you need to do but I truly did not think it would be that much. When i reached out to Michelle, I knew she was the one for us due to her knowledge in the field and reassurance about everything during our first meeting.
From the get-go she gave us a list of preferred vendors, wedding events to go too to find vendors, she would even do research on vendors if she had not heard of them. Her guidance through the vendors really helped ease the process of finding the perfect people. After finding all of the vendors, she was the direct contact for them and handled all of them. (which took so much stress off my back that i did not have to worry abt anymore)
When it came to planning the wedding (timeline, decor, setup and tear down) she had this amazing website that had pages and pages of our timeline for the day of so i could physically see the layout of our day. I feel having that with her allowed me to feel so confident that everything was piecing together. I saw every detail for the whole day and it made the morning so relaxing.
Now onto wedding day. The day us bride’s dream of… I was so relaxed the WHOLE day as Michelle and her wonderful team took care of EVERYTHING. Setting up all the decor, the tables, organizing arrival of all the vendors, making sure the groomsman were ready on time, pictures, flowers, making sure our entrances were on time and just truly made the day feel like a dream. I did not worry about anything as if anything did happen Michelle took care of it. I can’t forget tear down - we danced until the last second and did not have to worry about all the tear down.
If you are even thinking about booking or why would you need a coordinator. I can promise you this, you do not want to worry about vendors showing up, you don’t want to worry about setting everything up while you are trying to get ready. You deserve to relax and enjoy the day. If you want a stressful day, I highly recommend you booking.

Glamorous Weddings, and our coordinator/planner Michelle Miskell, were incredible for my wife Cayla and I.
We initially met Michelle when going to an open house of what ended up being our venue. Cayla and I talked to a lot of vendors that day to get an idea of what each of these places and people provided, and one we were immediately impressed by was Michelle. Personable, great quick mind, a lot of experience, and wanted to execute our vision. And that was just the start of a great hire for us. She was on top of all of our meetings with vendors, always asked great questions, and helped us make a lot of great decisions. Cayla and I didn't want to do so many traditional things, we wanted to make it our own. Michelle was able to help us execute on our ideas seamlessly.
On the day of, we got to see her next-level magic. Between set up (the look, the layout), timing for everyone and everything, and communication, our wedding went incredibly well. We really couldn't have done this so well without Michelle and Glamorous Weddings. Our wedding went so incredibly well that we felt we had to write this review literally 3 days later.
Michelle came recommended through our venue originally as a day of coordinator but we ended up hiring her as our full service coordinator. I have an extremely busy job and she was extremely patient but also kept me on track planning wise. Throughout the whole process she was kind but also someone I could vent to about general wedding stress. On the day of, Michelle and her assistant kept everything moving smoothly. Almost all of my friends and family live out of state so it was huge load off of my mind to have someone take care of all set up, tear down, and keep everything moving. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding. I would hire Michelle and recommend her to anyone I know getting married.
There aren’t not enough characters that could describe how amazing Michelle was in every aspect of my wedding including before, during and even after! I continue to tell everyone that the best thing I could have ever done when starting to plan my wedding was hiring Michelle. Her close attention to detail, organization beyond belief, or just providing a laugh when needed! She was very prompt in responding to any and all questions I had. My wedding day took place in an unairconditioned barn with 96 degree temps outside. Michelle and her assistant worked their tails off to make sure everything was perfect and didn’t even miss a beat! All my other vendors commented how detailed Michelle was which helped everything run so smoothly! I am sad that my day is over as that means I don’t get to see or text Michelle weekly with my freak outs! She truly is an amazing person and has a wonderful gift for wedding planning. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
Best decision my best friend made for her wedding day was hiring Michelle to help plan and design her wedding. She knocked it out of the park! Everything was perfectly executed and ran so smooth the entire day, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the outcome. Thank you SO much! You’re appreciated more than you know!
Michelle helped me plan a wonderful wedding for my daughter. She did an awesome job planning with and coordinating among all of our vendors. We could text or call her anytime we had a question or concern and she always had the best advice on what we needed to do, or she stepped in herself and solved a problem. The day of the wedding went so smoothly with Michelle and her assistant present taking care of all the day’s details. She allowed us all to just relax and enjoy the wedding! I highly recommend her!

Michelle was absolutely top notch!! Our son and daughter in laws wedding and reception were absolute perfection and it is all due to Michelle! She hustled and busted her butt for well over 15 hours that day to make sure they had the perfect day. Michelle is a wedding QUEEN. I truly believe our wedding day would not have been the way it was without all her help. Michelle set up an entire weekend timeline of literally everything (when vendors arrive, when bridal party arrives, who needs to be where and when). She set up and took down all of our decorations the day off. She assisted with our rehearsal and told everyone where to sit and stand. On our wedding day, no one in my family had to help with anything because she had everything under control. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I'm a fairly organized person, but thank goodness I decided to hire Michelle. Her services were worth every penny. I would recommend her to everyone because you will not be disappointed.
There is so much I’d like to say about Michelle at Glamorous Weddings! We booked GW to coordinate our wedding because we had no idea where and how to start planning it our wedding. Michelle was on it from the very beginning. She had every answer to every question I asked. She even had answers to questions I hadn’t even thought of. She made planning our wedding so easy, which made the entire process enjoyable! Michelle herself is so personable and kind, it felt like I had known her for years. I highly recommend everyone who is looking for a planner to use GW, you seriously won’t regret it!
Where do I even start? I cannot say enough good things about Michelle! She made planning my wedding stress free and on the day of, I didn’t have to worry about a thing! My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding with no stress and we had an amazing time! I am so glad I chose her to help coordinate my wedding! You must hire Michelle. My previous wedding planner backed out and we decided to hire her. From first day she made me feel at ease. She made everything easy and organize. All the wedding planning burden was lifted because of her. I am so thankful that she was our wedding planner. All our guest said our wedding was perfect. Thank you Michelle!!!
Michelle was beyond helpful and made the day go perfectly! She handled things behind the scene that I wasn’t even aware of, and kept things on track. She struck a great balance of listening to my ideas and also helping me realize what was practical! Michelle was an absolute dream! She helped me plan my dream wedding from a distance. I grew up in West Milton area and always dreamed of getting married at the willow tree, but I live in Texas now! She helped me find vendors and make my couple trips up to Ohio before the wedding most productive with meetings! When I hit a snag, she made the snag disappear! We had a little weather, and she was ready to adjust on the fly if we needed to move the ceremony "inside." Not only that, but I forgot juice for pur cocktails, and she had her husband buy it first us day of wedding to make sure we had it. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, you need to hire her!!!!
Michelle is wonderful!! She was there for us every step of the way. She gave great recommendations for vendors. She even helped us through some chaotic moments as well. If you are thinking about booking Michelle, I would. She’s the main reason why our big day went so well. She is worth every penny!!
I cannot say enough positive things about Michelle! She was like my fairy Godmother. She was on top of everything all day. This allowed me and my family members to just relax and enjoy the day.

From the moment that I booked Michelle, I knew that I made the right decision hiring her to be my wedding coordinator. I had Michelle booked for over a year and during that night she made planning a wedding SO much easier. I would come to Michelle when I had questions and she always answered so respectfully and honestly (no matter how dumb the question was). My friends and family would ask me questions about the details of my wedding and my response would always be, "um let me ask Michelle". She always had an answer for everything! Leading up to the wedding she gave me reminders of all the stuff that I still needed to do, which was extremely helpful. The day of the wedding, she was just simply fantastic. She helped decorate, move tables around, answered all my groomsmen/bridesmaids questions, made sure we were running on time, along with a million of other things. My day was perfect. When I mean nothing went wrong, I mean it. The day was perfect due to the help of Michelle. She went out of her way all night long to make sure that myself and my husband were taken care of. I had tons of people ask me who my coordinator was because they want to hire her for their future weddings. Now that my wedding is over, I'm sad that I won't talk to Michelle as often as I have! She will forever have a place in myself and husbands heart, and we will forever appreciate her. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator, hire her! You won't regret it.
Where do I start with how amazing Michelle was in helping us plan and coordinate this monster of an event called a "wedding"?
TL;DR - She is amazing and you should hire her!!
Rewinding all the way back into 2021, I was frantically searching up Wedding Planners on the Knot app hoping to find someone who could help us in partial planning and mainly coordinating for the wedding. I was inspired (and mildly provoked) to consider planning my own wedding after attending my brother's pandemic wedding. By the time I had read what was most likely the 100th article about budgeting and planning a small wedding online, I knew I needed some professional help - and Michelle was just that and more. Out of all the planners I could find nearby, she was the one who gave us the most flexibility and honestly vibed with us the best. She understood that I was not looking for someone who would take on every task of the planning process, but was there to give advice and recommend reliable vendors who could fit within our budget pool. She was honest, down to earth, and open with us on where the difficulties can be in the planning process. She met with us to discuss the general idea/plan I had of the wedding and visited the venue we chose with us to familiarize herself of the Covington, KY area. I emailed her so often during the entire year in frantic states and she responded to them all with grace. She took feedback like a champ (not that we wanted to criticize at all) to make sure she was meeting our needs.
More than anything, I really should have relied on her more during the planning process, because I feel she really shined and showed what she can accomplish. Especially on the last couple weeks before the wedding. Even though she wasn't fully familiar with KY state laws/marriage laws, she did her best to make sure to work with the venue staff and communicated with the other vendors to keep things organized. Such minute details were involved and I knew these were things I couldn't keep straight as time got closer. Small things like card boxes, ring bearer cushions with decoy ring, and blowing up the bakery's phone because they're still MIA with your cake - I didn't even realize there were more and more little things that needed to be attended to on the day of the event. Michelle assured us it would be taken care of and they were. My husband and I are so glad she was there to handle it all.
All throughout the day/night of the wedding, Michelle made sure we were taken care of and reminded me often that I was the Bride (and that I didn't need to help the staff clean up or anything after the night's end. Sorry - it's just in my nature!)
My comment on her services may be vague here, but that's because she made sure to fit to our personal needs. Everyone is different and no cookie-cutter package will fit it all. I know she will work with you to meet your needs too and more. I hope you will consider her for future weddings :)
Michelle did an amazing job! My wedding was absolutely perfect because she implemented exactly what I wanted. She was there every step of the way, attended meetings, answered all my questions, and listened to what I wanted. She’s a great person, and a phenomenal wedding planner!
Michelle was so professional, handling every detail of my daughters special day! So worth every penny and then some. My husband and I can't say enough good things about her.
I remember debating if I needed the help as so many of my vendors had already been booked. Looking back- I wouldn't have changed a thing. Michelle was probably the best investment I made to executing my day. Her attention to detail is simply incredible. She kept us on track, made sure all the small things I would have forgotten were taken care of. I even had a vendor change just a few days before the wedding due to a scheduling error on their part- Michelle jumped in quickly getting me in touch with the replacement and calmed my nerves immediately. I don't think thank you is enough.
I'd give Michelle 1,000 stars if I could. She was without a doubt the best decision we made in wedding planning to hire her. She was great and thought of everything, from helping me save money and my sanity, to making sure I looked flawless by fixing my hair, veil, and necklace day of, to planning and coordinating with all my vendors constantly throughout the process in ways they were so grateful for, and for fully helping me in whatever way I needed. The woman is a SAINT and I could not recommend her more. Our day was perfect because of her and if you're on the fence, believe me when I say for one of the most important days of my life, it was also the LEAST stressful because of Michelle. So, so recommend!
I can not even begin to explain how amazing Michelle was ! She was the wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding . Michelle came to the rehearsal, after picking up the linens for the wedding reception, passed out time line cards with precise times for the day of , kept the rehearsal on track and catered to the most important people , the bride and groom . The day of the wedding, she was spectacular . Everything that needed to be done , she did ! She decorated the venue , handled coordination of the vendors and deliveries, helped with dress issues , and kept the bride focused and on time ! There was only a few minor issues that arose, and Michelle handled them with the utmost professionalism. She allowed me (mother of the bride ) to actually spend time with my daughter and enjoy her special day stress free . At the end of the evening , she made sure everything was cleaned up and taken care of . I can not recommend her enough ! Absolutely loved working with her and highly recommend using her to anyone getting married !
Michelle was so amazing to work with. We hired her for day of coordination but she did. so much more! She made sure I had all
my vendors, came to a caterer and venue meeting/ walk through, and even helped me find someone to help care for my grandma the day of our wedding. She is familiar with so many different vendors in the wedding industry it made the day go so smooth since she already had that personal relationship. Michelle is so sweet and so organized she took all the stress off my shoulders for the days leading up to the wedding and mostly the day of!
Michelle is so fantastic to work with! She literally handles everything which makes the already stressful day, easier to handle. I would definitely recommend Michelle for any size wedding you’re having. There was so many small details I had no idea about that she helped us navigate through and brought our dream wedding alive.

I was not sold on the need for a wedding coordinator. I thought "we can handle it ourselves, we will be fine." I was so incredibly wrong... I have no idea what we would have done without Glamorous Wedding. She was the glue that held not only our wedding but us together. She did so much for us, contacting vendors, making recommendations, putting together the timeline, wrangling us all of us... She helped setup and teardown at the end of the wedding. There is no way we could have pulled this off with her! If you have an upcoming wedding, you NEED Glamorous Weddings to make your day absolutely fantastic. Do not hesitate, book her now! You will not regret your decision.
When first planning my wedding I thought I would be Wonder Woman and plan everything myself. After booking all the vendors I started to debate on hiring someone for day of coordinating so that I hopefully could try and enjoy my big day. We were paying for our wedding ourselves and I simply couldn’t imagine paying 2k or more for a planner. I reached out to Michelle and she was so sweet and helpful. I told her what I needed and she ended up helping me with so much more! She was so pleasant to work with and went above and beyond for us. Both of her assistants were amazing as well and thanks to them our day ran perfectly! I couldn’t recommend them enough if you are in the Dayton area!

As a couple who originally didn't think would need a day-of-coordinator, we are SO glad we hired Michelle! We know that our day wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did without her help.
We hired her toward the end of our wedding planning process, and she helped to finalize all the details with us and our vendors. She was very professional and proactive throughout the whole process. Michelle was very organized and brought up questions about details that we had overlooked. If we were stumped, she was ready with suggestions.
Her detailed timeline helped keep us on track throughout the day, and she made sure that everything flowed smoothly. Our reception space was set up just like we wanted and she handled communication with all vendors on the day of our wedding so we could focus on enjoying our day.

Michelle and her team were nothing short of amazing. From the 1st interview with her as we interviewed wedding planners to the last minute of the day of wedding and reception Michelle over delivered on everything. What says it all are all the compliments we have recieved from so many of our guests. We heard things like "this is by far the best weddings we have ever attended", "I can't believe how well run and smooth everything went" to "I have never been to a wedding that got all the guests involved". There is no reason not to hire Michelle as trying to do these things yourself and taking off work to do so will cost you way morre in the end. Michelle will forever get our endorsement, thankyou Michelle we love you!!!
I was initially on the fence about whether or not I needed a coordinator, since my wedding was on the smaller side and we were on a bit of a tight budget, but I really, truly don't know how I would have managed the day without Michelle. She was kind, professional, patient, and SO easy to work with. She thought of little details that I would have completely missed, and offered suggestions without ever being pushy. During the planning process, she checked in with me more than I expected (which is good), and coordinated with my vendors in a much more organized and thorough way than I would have ever had the energy to do myself. On our wedding day, she and her assistant ensured that all I had to do was show up to the venue and get dressed! I really and truly feel that my wedding day would NOT have been as wonderful and smooth as it was without her. I really cannot overstate how easy she was to work with - every meeting with her felt less like going over a checklist and more like catching up with a friend. Seriously, if you're on the fence, just hire her. It was MORE than worth it!

timeline the night before, she did not have it with her at the wedding. We found out that she did not have a copy with her when she pushed the bouquet toss and garter toss up one hour. We can see how this could make your reception feel rushed, however this goes back to your DJ not having the timeline with her to follow the events we had planned out.

She is available to answer any of vendor questions and is more than prepared. In the past, she’s followed up/communicated with us for her couples and it streamlines the processes for everyone involved! We love working with her and can not say enough wonderful things about her.
Michelle is VERY organized. She thought of all the little details I missed while planning for a 250-person wedding at our family farm. She is professional when communicating with vendors, and a fun person to work with. I would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat!

Michelle was amazing and I’m so glad I hired her!! She thought of EVERYTHING and helped bring my vision to life. I knew I would need help day of and month of cordinating meetings with all my different wonderful vendors and she knew what I needed before I even did and executed it perfectly. It was an honor to be on Michelle's team as a band leader and emcee. Her communication with me in the weeks prior to our wedding was very detailed and thoughtful. On the wedding day, we were challenged with a 50% chance of thunderstorms minutes before the outdoor ceremony and reception. Chairs, tables, floral arrangements and many other items were quickly being brought inside and eventually back outside in 90 degree weather. Michelle was the ultimate professional in providing leadership and communication to all of the wedding vendors at this moment and throughout the evening. She lead by example and with a welcoming smile. It is an honor to work with the finest wedding professionals in the industry, and Michelle is one of them. We would highly refer Michelle and her team to our brides and grooms.
Michelle did an excellent job in decorating our reception area for our wedding and a good job with rehearsal. My wedding was awesome but I can’t say it was due to hiring her. She also did a good job in cleaning up at the end of the night. However, a few of our guests came to us and said at the end of the night she helped herself to a few bottles of alcohol that was left over (we had an open bar)& asked some guest if they wanted to split them with her(as far as taking some home w/o our permission). During the months of her being hired she added more stress instead of relieving some of it in helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. She was a bit controlling in trying to push her own ideas and visions for her dream wedding onto us instead of trying to work with our vision (being that it was OUR wedding). From food serving choices, to photographer selection, Ring bearer set up and make-up/hair stylist person & schedule she was persistent on making it be all about her and her ideas. She was never a good listener to our ideas and go off of our budget we set for her. I know she was wanting to give her friends who were vendors business but it wasn’t about what she wanted for our wedding. If we chose not to go with any of the vendors she suggested she would continue to keep trying to push their business on to us in which I ended up having to look up and find the vendors we liked & matched our vision. We had already explained this to her countless times .This defeated the whole purpose in hiring her. If we didn’t agree on her ideas she would easily get bothered and have an attitude and tend to get a little snappy with us & our bridal party. A few guest complained about how she would speak to them out of frustration she had with us in regards to disagreeing with her on her ideas of how the wedding day should flow. Countless times I had to correct her on what we agreed on & not how she wanted things to be for our timeline she had typed up. We would agree on a time to meet up and set things up and then she would decide she will meet up at different time(As if we were on her time and we were the ones who hired and paid her). All in All she was stressful to work with and left my husband & I to do the work we hired her for. I wouldn’t recommend her services to those who have their own visions & ideas of how they want their wedding to be. She would be a good person to hire for those who don’t mind sharing the same wedding vision of what she likes otherwise, it would be a constant battle of bumping heads instead of trying to help make your vision come true w/o any hesitation.

As you can see, we have MANY 5 star reviews. We have no record of working with this bride so we, unfortunately, can't help but think this is a fake review.
I am a wedding officiant and it was great working with Michelle, on a wedding where I was the officiant and she did the planning. I observed her working closely with the bride and the venue owner to make sure everything was ready and beautiful for the wedding. she did a great job with details and just helping the bride feel comfortable with everything that was to happen on her wedding day. We even did the rehearsal both inside and out incase of rain, Great job Michelle and I would recommend her as your planner.
I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and she was wonderful! She had a very positive attitude and she did an excellent job of making sure everything went perfectly smooth!
Michelle was wonderful to work with- she took charge with all of our vendors, made our reception look absolutely beautiful, kept our minds at ease with the flow, and our day was pretty much flawless (anything that wasn't perfect had more to do with us). We hired Michelle to be a day-of-coordinator for us for our wedding last month, and it was an excellent decision. This will probably be a short review because day of coordination is at it's best when I don't have anything to say. Our day went smoothly, and I didn't have to deal with any problems from any vendor or guests on the day of. As someone who organizes (non-wedding) events in their spare time, I know that issues just arise from nowhere, but Michelle handed them herself so I don't know about them :-). She also spent time with us the week before hand, making sure our rehearsal was on track, going over our timeline, and contacting all of our vendors so that she should coordinate with them. Thank you for all the effort you put in Michelle!

Our company, Unlimited Events worked with Michelle for a wedding we decorated for a bride and groom. She was super responsive and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. She was on location the day we sat up and was hustling to make sure that every detail was perfect for her clients! We can't wait to work with her again!
Michelle did day of coordination for me. She came early in the morning and helped me into my dress (apparently she has worked in a bridal shop so she was REALLY helpful with cinching my corset style dress up). She was super pleasant to work with. She just added to my ideas (with my permission of course) and helped finish setting up my reception place at Fort Piqua Plaza. My ceremony was at the Hayner Center in Troy so she was driving back and forth a couple of times. She made sure everyone was on their mark. She had thought of things that I hadn't thought of and was a "gopher" for me (grabbing things I needed). She was not at all pushy and sought my approval and opinion for everything. We met up three times before my wedding day. She was very prompt, usually responding within a few minutes. She worked beautifully with my two photographers and even helped arrange a few fun shots they nor I had thought of and was never in the way. She made sure my DJ stuck with my schedule by working closely with him and staying in the know. I'd have paid twice what I paid her. She was absolutely irreplaceable and I was really on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator because I thought I could do it all on my own. My wedding was a success and SO MUCH less stressful because of Michelle and her wonderful mother! I am excited to highly recommend her services! She is simply delightful to work with. I cannot wait for more happy years to pass to use her again for when my husband and I renew our vows. It was so comforting knowing I could truly count on her expertise on our big day!
We met with Michelle for an initial consultation. During the consultation we asked that there be minor changes to the contract, mainly the name and contact information for whoever would take her place in the event she was ill, etc. We also asked that she put in the specifics of the services she told us she would provide. She indicated that she did not have a problem with that. We wanted a few days to think it over since she said she had only done 20 weddings over 5 years.
We decided that we wanted to hire her as our day of event coordinator. We sent her a message and she said she was happy to be our coordinator and set up a time to sign the contract. At that time I did not mention any contract changes as we had decided to sign the contract as is.
The day of the meeting I received an e-mail (she didn't even have the courtesy to call) stating that she no longer thought she would be a good fit. We were confused and thought maybe it was a form letter that had been sent accidentally. So I tried to contact Michelle for clarification and to ask if we were still meeting. This was 3 hours before we were supposed to meet so she had plenty of time to respond. Since she didn't we thought the meeting was still on and went to the location to meet. She didn't show and when my fiancée called her, she didn't answer the phone nor did she respond to my text.
When I was finally able to get ahold of her the only thing she said is that she wasn't comfortable with the changes we had asked for in the contract at the consultation. If Michelle was uncomfortable with the changes we asked for she could have said something at the initial consultation. Or she could have contacted us in the almost week she had before the meeting to sign the contract to get ahold of us. Had she just picked up the phone and called us or texted we could have told her that we were going to sign the contract as is. So she threw away business (and future recommendations) for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
In my opinion, Michelle is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unwilling to commit in writing to what she tells you verbally.

ere not a good fit for what she envisioned. I emailed her the day before we were supposed to meet, with over 24 hours notice, to let her know how I felt. The next day when we were supposed to meet her fiance called me and she text me. I replied back to her text letting her know about the email and she claimed she never received it but it in the review above she stated she did.
As a wedding planner I truly love what I do. While I am confident in my abilities to plan successful weddings I've learned that I am just not everyone's planner. It was truly more important to me that you have a wedding planner that fits your wedding planning personality and needs. I am happy to recommend other planners that may be a better fit. As the mother of the bride it was important to me that my daughter's wedding be everything she wanted it to be. Michelle met with my daughter and I throughout the planning process to offer recommendations and to keep us on track. The day of the wedding she and her mother "took charge". They left no stone unturned to ensure that every detail was addressed. It seemed as though every time I turned around to do something, one of them had already done it. They were friendly and professional to everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better planner. It's evident that she takes her work seriously. I highly recommend her.
