Super easy to work with, things were very straightforward and it was significantly less expensive to work with Peter than to get rental through my caterer. They've done thousands of events and, honestly, I didn't even see or talk to them on the day because the work between them and the venue was so smooth. Would hire them again.
We used Gloucester Equipment & Party Rental as our rental provider for our wedding in September 2019. This local business was easy to work with, professional, reasonably priced and they provided smooth service for our wedding day. I had several calls and emails with their team leading up to the big day to go over our rental needs. They patiently answered all my questions and had no issue updating my order as I needed changes. We ended up renting our reception banquet tables, cocktail tables, white ceremony chairs, wooden reception chairs, white table linens and my favorite was a beautiful silver cake stand. All were good quality, delivered with plenty of advance and picked up smoothly. I would definitely recommend this vendor!
On time for drop-off and pick-up for the tables and chairs we rented for our wedding at Hammond Castle. Helpful when I called back multiple times to change my order. No complaints - thank you Gloucester Rentals!
Good price and quality. They delivered on time and we’re flexible with pick up. I wasn’t sure which tent size due to weather but they let me wait until the week of to decide. Chairs were perfect as well. Definitely recommend!
We rented our tent from Gloucester Rentals for our back yard wedding. We also got tables, chairs, glasses etc. We met with Steve about a year out and he was very helpful and responsive to phone calls/emails. He came to the location about 6 months before to make sure the tent would fit and was very helpful in answering our questions. Our wedding was on a Saturday and they were able to come on Thursday morning which was great for us since we were able to start set up early. The only negative was that we did not get to see the actual tent before giving the deposit, which is just how it goes when you rent a tent. We were told to google the brand of tents which we did and they looked very nice with white poles. When the tent arrived it had ugly aluminum poles and was not in the best shape, just a bit dirty from being packed and unpacked so many times. The dance floor also wasn't great because the pieces were not quite even, but this have been due to the yard being uneven. Once the decorations were up we did not even notice the ugly poles, but I was nervous to dance on the dance floor in my wedding shoes. Overall a good experience, they were very helpful but it is difficult to know what you are getting in terms of a tent since you don't get to see it first. The plates, chairs and glasses were all standard and we got to select which type we wanted and see them in person which was good. Delivery fee was also reasonable and they are pretty competitive when you look at other tent rental companies so I would say overall we are satisfied.
