ng it! Erin was great about accommodating our guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions. In particular, we loved her appetizers, especially the bacon wrapped dates and tomato soup and grilled cheese shooters. Working with Erin during the planning process was so enjoyable. She handled our ever changing menu preferences with ease, and stepped up both at the Rehearsal dinner and Reception to add her creative eye to our dessert displays.
