ot for what you paid. However, after learning this week that they were banned from serving at our wedding venue due to some issues that unfolded, we quickly realized their lack of integrity. I called Martha to request a refund and was quickly met with a refusal to refund us and claims that we should be the ones to pay her in full for the services not rendered. We've consulted with several lawyers who all state that we were entitled to rescission since Got it Covered was unable to fulfill their contract due to circumstances that were not reasonably anticipated at the time of signing the contract. Even still, she claimed that her contract stated no cancellations for any reason. Unfortunately, this will not stand well with the courts. There is an impossibility for performance, which entitles us to a refund regardless of what is stated in the contract. Impossibility is grounds to rescind the contract based on the law and supersedes everything else. I will send a certified letter requesting a refund due to this business's lack of accountability and willingness to make it right with the customer. Brides, it's not worth giving your business to a company that lacks integrity, even if you save a little more money. Spending money on a company that acts ethically and in good faith is better and will save you the stress in unprecedented situations like this.

ry helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process. They were there early to set up and stayed late to clean up after the wedding was over. They really "got it covered" as they provided napkins, dishes, bar glasses, etc. Would use them again and again if we could - highly recommend!

They offer great discounts if you book after your tasting and allowed me to come in multiple times when I wanted to check my decorations with the table settings. I did do a lot of changes on my end and sometimes it took awhile before I felt confident that all the changes were correct but we always got there and they are so kind! Food was great and definitely recommend.

Between our rehearsal dinner and wedding dinner we had a range from Italian food and steak to seafood and Mexican food and it was all delicious! Everyone on the team is professional and efficient, which made our day run smoothly. They also did our linens for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, and they completely transformed our venue space into a fairytale setting! I cannot recommend Got it Covered enough!

r from us so picking up the linens a day early for our florist to decorate was a little inconvenient, but not the worst thing in the world. They gave us the wrong black linens so the next day we met half way with them to grab the rounds, which again isn’t the end of the world at all just a minor inconvenience. Their food was really good, but probably my favorite thing from booking them was their clear and informative email to begin the process. They lay it all out for you so you’re not guessing about what’s included or what isn’t, what pricing is, etc. All the information was there and I really appreciated it because it was almost like pulling teeth with the other caterers to get that information. We also had the late night taco snack and they were absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend Got It Covered. *disclaimer, the satin runners were ours, we did not rent them

With Got It Covered, if you choose to them for catering they give you an added option and we chose the street tacos. The street tacos were a huge hit at the wedding and everyone loved it!! She was super responsive and answered all of my questions and updated quotes multiple times due to my indecisiveness without any hesitation. I wish I would've found them sooner. They are all so sweet and have the best prices and amazing quality services. I will defintely be using them in a a couple years when its time to start planning for my daughter's quinceanera. lady we met with listened to all of our questions and concerns. She suggested beautiful linen and table decorations. She even saved us from making a big mistake by asking if we were sure the hall provided floor length linens vs. quarter length (they didn’t!) The Got it Covered team had their fingerprints on every part of our wedding, from the delicious meal to the appetizers, to the design of the hall, to the dessert. Our guests were so impressed with the whole display. We received compliment after compliment about every facet of the meal. The value provided by this company is second to none. Thank you so much; we visited a ton of catering companies, Got it Covered was the best value, by far. one loved the food!!! We had to eat fast on the day of, but we LOVED it and we ate the leftovers for 3 days straight - even wondering how we could order the pecan chicken for thanksgiving :) :) :) We received so many compliments on the moistness of the meat, the delicious salad, how tasty the sauce was, the expert breading on the pecan chicken, the mashed potatoes were an absolute hit! People were very very happy and so were we! Thank you for going above and beyond by re-filling the donut wall and making the hall look so beautiful with your linens and chair covers - Gorgeous! Your team was delightful. We definitely didn't expect to see you there all night with your busy schedule but were so grateful you were there to make sure everything ran smoothly. When small challenges happened (as they inevitably do), you stayed calm and handled them like a pro - true leadership. Thanks to you my mom got to relax and enjoy the wedding without stressing over the cake, drinks, and other small details. Like your name says, you really had us covered. Your team was also very wonderful. We loved the young kid who served us and kept asking if we needed anything. With the stress of the AC breaking it was so nice being greeted by his bright smile. Also, the Got it Covered man who sang for us?? Holy cow!! What a treat! All in all, it was the best day of our lives and you helped make our dreams come true. for improvement: Communication among their coordinators, here were some mix ups at our 10 day meeting. Some discrepancies between our coordinator and the caterer meeting and then the bride and caterer meeting. We ordered one vegan plate, and it did not go to our vegan guest. Couples tip: make sure someone saves you some of your cocktail food, have those saved items at your table so you can enjoy the food too! We missed out on our corn in a cup, but we heard wonderful feedback!

We got a ton of compliments on the food served, so thank you for keeping our guests fed and happy. The only feedback we got was that people wanted seconds/ bigger portions because the food was so good! And that the appetizers were under served- meaning majority of our guests did not realize there were appetizers during cocktail hour. But, the catering staff was incredible, helpful and very friendly. I even had a few of the catering staff stop us to tell us congratulations, or compliment my dress. I would definitely recommend this company!

She even helped us with our non-catering questions about other vendors! During the wedding, everything went incredibly smoothly; the staff was always present and ready when we needed them. We served a double entree of cilantro-lime chicken and chipotle butter filet mignon with cilantro rice and a grilled vegetable medley. Everything was delicious, but the filet was definitely the star of the show! We also had a late-night deshebrada street taco station that got a lot of hype and my mother and grandmother loved the salad we picked (kale and apple salad with candied pecans). Very friendly and professional staff. Exceptional service throughout the whole process, from the tasting to the day of the wedding. I highly recommend!

nprofessional outcome. I was initially invited to the food tasting. It was very well organized and professional.The food was good and they were very accommodating, but on the day of the wedding, it was so below standards of caterers. They did not arrive on time at the premises and as previously stated they were NOT familiar with the venue and they physically had the groomsmen leave their room that they were dressing in so that they could store their food. That was so wrong in so many levels. Also, the coordinator communicated the time of the reception and they did not start on time and by the time they finished serving the last of the plates it was running extremely late. The dinner was not served with the beverage that was paid for it was only served with water!!!! No tea was ever served to anybody. The butter for the rolls was never brought out to any of the guests. The coffee was only brought out because it was asked of them several times to be set up. It was very stressful to always be checking on things. It was very embarrassing. Because the reception ran late it made all the other events that evening run late also! My step daughter-in-law had notified them by email and by phone They took no responsibility for any of these mishaps, no refunds for what was not served and paid for and no apologies.I think that was the worst part.Everyone should be accountable.

showed up late to my wedding. Then, they tried to tell us (very loudly and with attitude) that we told them the wrong number of guests, and that they didn’t have enough plates. I had spoken on the phone with them less than a week prior to this (once I finally got in contact with someone), so that just wasn’t true. Turns out they had plenty of plates, and the guest count was around what we discussed on the phone. At the start of the reception. The flow was disrupted due to them being late. Not the end of the world, but this along with everything else just added to our frustration. When we booked with them they said that it included cake cutting and serving. When it came time for us to cut our cake, my husband and I stood in front of our guests awkwardly for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to come assist us. We ended up having to go find someone from the team and tell them we needed to cut the cake. They eventually came over, Plopped a cake server down on the table, and walked off. Thankfully my coordinator came over and assisted with the rest of the cake serving (which was not her job). Very unprofessional. After the reception was over, they ended the night with being rude to my parents…. AGAIN. Just wow. During the planning process they were extremely hard to get in contact with. Very frustrating. The food was fine. Not bad, not spectacular, but definitely not good enough to make up for the rest of our experience with this company. We do not recommend using them. Very disappointing.

we got positive feedback from all of our guests! Everyone especially raved about the late night taco bar! Unfortunately, my husband and I did not get a taco, but the guests said how delicious they were and almost everyone got seconds and thirds! The tasting was elegant and COVID safe! The staff agreed to meet on numerous occasions to make sure all of my wishes came true on our special day! They were patient and answered all of my questions in a timely manner! I was honestly used to wedding food being bland and filling, and this food was flavorful and delicious! There were also so many to choose from, and it was so hard to narrow down what to choose! Highly recommend the chicken cordon bleu and the street tacos!! Absolutely amazing!! The linens were beautiful along with the food! They were patient as I changed my mind a million times until I found the right combination, and it was absolutely perfect!

what he had dreamed it would be. Our guests continue to praise the food at our wedding. We opted for a seated dinner, and it came out in a timely manner. We chose to have the chicken alfredo and pecan crusted chicken with mixed vegetables. We also had a variety of appetizers, smores bar, and late night street tacos. The food was hot, flavorful, and had great size portions. I loved how they provided the chargers that made the plates look elegant.
