My husband and I were planning our wedding from a distance living out of state, and Haley was able to help easy our minds leading up to the wedding day. She was our day of wedding coordinator but did not hesitate to answer any questions we had prior to wedding day. On the day of the wedding everything flowed very smoothly and I did not have to worry about a thing! She took all my ideas and executed them better than I could’ve!

From efficient day-of coordination to full-service event design, Haley and Luke bring their signature detailed approach to every experience. Additional considerations are also provided for our military, veterans, first responders, and their spouses-to-be. We strive to support those who are on the front lines to keep us safe and well cared for. We are located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, but can travel to areas such as Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, and Syracuse! We are willing to travel farther if needed to support you on your big day!

Haley has lived and worked on a farm all of her life, so her determined and go-getter personality will make sure that your wedding day is what you imagined it will be. Coming from a family of many veterans and first responders, Haley is dedicated to making sure that her customers are honored for their services to this country and community.

and do everything to make sure the day goes smoothly. They had to last minute change our ceremony to the rain location as we were trying to hold out for the sun, but they made sure all the decor and location was as special as the original! Thank you guys so much!

at would have been easier on me if I let go of the reigns before wedding day. But I am a little bit of a control freak and perfectionist. With that said, they were outstanding help for our wedding day and I was amazed at how they just stepped in from the moment they showed up and did all the million things that you realize need to be done as your day approaches. They were so professional and connected with the other vendors via headsets to consistently keep things running smoothly. Beyond just ensuring everything was being set up right before the ceremony they also helped with so many extra things from steaming my dress to making sure I was hydrating. Haley constantly checked in on us throughout the night. It was like having more than just a coordinator but a personal assistant as well. She kept things running on schedule to make sure we stuck with our timeline and as soon as the event was over she hustled to help with clean up. They were awesome all around!

to the centerpieces and right down to the kids activities and favors at every seat. They made sure that no detail was missed, even when we were forgetting things ourselves and we had a lot going on! Luke made sure we were always relaxed and Haley made sure we kept to our timeline. They coordinated everything between the florist, the bakery, the venue and made sure everything was taken care of for our wedding while we were getting ready at our Air BnB and having our pictures taken. This was no small fete considering we had a wedding party of ~20 to coral and a lot of details in our event! They were super professional, came to all the planning meetings and even picked up right where we needed them to and stepped in when we needed them most! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their wedding from planning the whole thing to even just the day of coordination… Got Your Six has got you no matter what!

m and me to relax without getting bombarded by questions that Haley, as our coordinator, handled seamlessly. Though we initially faced minor communication challenges, these were quickly resolved and likely due to our shorter booking time. Despite the limited hours, Haley truly went above and beyond, even joining our rehearsal at our request to ensure everything was well-prepared. On the wedding day, Haley exceeded our expectations. She anticipated details we hadn’t even considered. After the receiving line, she helped style my dress for photos and thoughtfully brought us drinks and snacks from our charcuterie board after our private vows, giving us a special moment to pause and savor the day. She also assisted the DJ with managing microphones for speeches, making everything feel smooth and organized. We received compliments on how seamlessly everything flowed. For just four hours of service, Haley delivered an exceptional experience, and I can only imagine how invaluable she’d be for a full-day coordination. She made it possible for us to fully enjoy the day without worry—my mom, husband, and I were so grateful for her presence and expertise.

re the sense of calm reassuring energy that I desperately needed on my wedding day and even helped to set up my event/get last minute unexpected items we needed the SAME day. They were the support system I couldn't get anywhere else!! I am forever grateful to them all and what they did for my husband and I. While many of my vendors were terrible with communication - Got Your Six was not and that was a huge relief. I would recommend them any day!!
