ny made everything from start to finish so incredibly easy. Not once, did I feel stressed out or frustrated while planning my wedding. Everything was well planned from our very first phone call, up to the big day.
Everyone on this team is so willing to help out with everything. Our food was incredible, as were the drinks. I have gotten so many compliments about the food and dessert. There was nothing to take home because everything was devoured! The bartenders always made sure I had a drink in my hand and the servers made sure we got to eat as much as we wanted!
Our DJ absolutely crushed it! We had people dancing the whole night long. Our timeline was perfect and one thing flowed right into the next without a single hiccup.
This whole staff is like a family and you can tell that everyone absolutely loves working for Cassie and Gilbert. Brittany was our main point of contact and she took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted this day to look like. She then took that vision and blew it out of the water. It was even more perfect that I could've imagined.
Thank you to Harmonious Events for making this vision come to life. I cannot stress enough how easy and stress free this whole process has been. Every single staff member we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly kind. I feel so lucky that I got to work with this staff. tressful it was becoming I went in search of a "one stop shop" and I found them!! I remember calling Gil on a whim and just from that first initial call I was completely relieved! Once we had our first meet up with him and his wife Cassie we became instant family! As much as I needed their help I'm a little bit of a control freak bride and they allowed me to be apart of the process and details every step of the way and never once made me feel like I was being "bridezilla"! They offer every single thing from food,decor,music,floral,photography,bar service,engagement shoot anything and everything I wanted or needed they were able to provide! Not only have I used them for my wedding but since our day was so spectacular we've had so many people ask for their info for their own events! They recently did a wedding for a friend of mine in Big Bear and it was absolutely breathtaking! If you're like me I would have these ideas late at night while Pinteresting that I wanted to add or change and without hesitation Gilbert/Cassie were available for texts/email/call anytime! As the process went along we got together for food/drink tasting and it never once felt like a "business meeting" it felt like family from the minute we met them! In advance they introduced us to their different team members so the day of we were comfortable knowing who we were working with. They paid attention to all our details and they welcomed all my unique requests (games,cigar bar,they even made me my favorite chocolate bar donuts for our treats table)! I couldn't have asked for a better team to make our day so amazing! It's been almost a year since our big day and people still come up to us and tell us how fun, memorable and beautiful the day was! I can't thank you enough Gil, Cass and the ENTIRE harmonious team for taking away all my stress, giving us memories to last a lifetime and becoming part of our family!

venue was very laid back and informative. We had booked the venue when it was Bella Gardens Estate, and then it sold unexpectedly around 6 months later and became Harmony Estate. I can only imagine what it is like to have an event company and then a venue- that is a lot of weddings! Unfortunately that is why I have an unsettled feeling post wedding that my wedding was just one of their many that needed to “just get done”.
The reason I use the “just get done” phrase is because after the wedding when my mom asked what happened with some of the details of the wedding day, we were informed they had another wedding that day somewhere else and they had worked with those clients for two years. Now I kind of wish I did not know that fact, because then it felt like my wedding was not as important to them because we were not one of their original weddings and had not worked with them as long.
Every bride’s day is special, and not just to her but also her groom and all of their guest. I can forget about some of the things that just did not work out how they were suppose to that day because I choose to remember the parts that I loved about my wedding. However, I have a hard time knowing that some of my guests, especially my mom, will think of my wedding and remember how they had to run around and help with things that the staff was supposed to get done. The day after my wedding at the airport I called them all to say thank you for helping out so unexpectedly, and of course they all say they didn’t mind but they were our guests and for the amount of money paid they should have all felt relaxed throughout the wedding day.
I can’t go back and change the mishaps that occurred at my wedding, but I can offer advice.
Advice for potential Harmony Estate Brides: be very detailed and seriously have a list of what staff are responsible for what because then you and your family knows who is responsible for what jobs that need to be done especially on the day of the wedding.
Advice for Harmony Estate: you have a gorgeous venue and you are great people, but please remember that every wedding that you guys work may be just another event but these are very memorable days for your clients. The guests should feel just as happy and relaxed on the wedding day as the bride and groom. Go over what staff needs to be doing prior to the event, and have a list or something to make sure things are not forgotten. I know you two had said that you had a rough experience with your own wedding and that is why you started this company, don’t forget why you started this.

kind to me, my husband and family. I know people say well you paid them so they should be. lol But NO they went above and beyond then they needed to. Their hearts are so big and I will never be able to thank them enough for it. If you're wondering whether or not to use them for your event, just DO IT. You will not regret it!

and wasn't to keen on the wedding planner idea, he expected some overpriced pretentious person who would be pressuring us into going over budget. Gilbert and his amazing wife Cassie were far from that! They were helpful, knowledgeable of what would work better with our budget, where we could cut corners without it looking like we did. They are a one stop shop, they literally do it all. My family and friends all commented on how great and attentive they were not only with us but with our guests. If I did it all over I would for sure go with them a hundred times over and over! They made our day go so smoothly. Professional is an understatement. Do yourself a favor, give them a call.
