What can we say, Harmony Estate was an absolute dream!
The entire team including Cassie, Gilbert, Brittany, Alexa, and so many more made this the most magical day of my husband and I's lives. The entire process was stress free. I love how much was included in our package. Food, alcohol, dessert, decor, florals, DJ, photo booth, rehearsal dinner, photography, videography, oh my! All in house! The price for all of it was so reasonable compared to other venues. The team made the entire wedding planning process so smooth and easy going. They asked us our input at every step and listened to our wishes. And literally, everything about our wedding day was perfect. We cannot think of a single complaint, because there isn't any.
The ceremony, reception, food/drinks, dessert, decor, and music was perfection. The food came out hot and nobody had an empty cup. The bridal party was able to stay overnight and get ready on site at the house. It was plenty of space for the 4 bridesmaids/groomsmen. The entire day of the wedding was stress free and so much fun. Our wedding guests raved it was the best wedding they ever attended. And our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the Harmony team.

My husband and I got married here on December 9, 2023 and it was hands down the best day of our lives. Everything about our day/weekend was perfect and it was all thanks to the Harmonious team. We ended up doing the Symphony package so the Harmonious team took care of everything and it was the best decision we could’ve made. They are seriously pros at what they do. The food was fantastic, the florals were gorgeous, the venue is amazing, and the staff is so kind, gracious, and professional. It’s been a few weeks and we still have guests reaching out to us complimenting everything about our wedding and complimenting the Harmonious Team as a whole. Cassie, Gilbert, Brittany, Savannah, Trinh, Audree, Rob, Ron, Jose, Landon… and everyone else who helped make our day special, we love you guys and you are allll amazing!!
The Harmony Estate was the fourth venue we went to see but the first one that my wife loved. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one we were looking for. Everyone was so attentive and caring throughout the months leading up to the event, especially the day of. They take care of everything, from all the decorations to photography and catering the event. Having one vendor for everything definitely made the planning process so much easier and less stressful.

When touring venues, it was really important to us that we chose somewhere we felt an actual meaningful connection with, and Cassie, Gilbert & the HE team were that and more. Their communication throughout the entire planning process was incredible - quick, efficient, detailed, and supportive. Having a clear vision of what a couple wants is important for them to help successfully implement those ideas.
The day of our wedding was truly amazing. The bridal party was served drinks and apps immediately after ceremony, and Savannah was truly a bright light and support the entire night for me as the bride. We really appreciated the special attention and consideration they offered our parents, as well.
Everyone had an absolute blast at cocktail hour, the photobooth, partying dancefloor (thanks Joseph!) open bar (yummy drinks!) and more. Special shout out to Brittany who did a wonderful job with flowers and making our elegant barn decor table settings come to life (along with helping plan in the whole process). Also, staying on the property was so much fun and made getting ready so easy! The team was so helpful and packed up the minimal amount of things we brought (because they have so much there!) while we were able to truly enjoy our time there and in the pool! It was a stress-free wedding experience thanks to HE.
Several guests mentioned to us how kind the staff was, and understood why we picked HE as our venue - the familial feel of true care for us as a couple did not go unnoticed.

Harmony Estate is a fairy tale dream come true!! Gil and Cas are absolutely AMAZING! The team they have built did not only attend to our every need, but they also felt like family. We never expected to feel so loved and taken care of by our wedding venue and vendors. The team anticipated our every need any made sure the day of was stress-free and that our guests were happy and comfortable! We stayed at the estate (and our wedding party still can’t get over how amazing that experience was) and used all of their in-house vendors. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! The Harmonious team is well worth the price, as everything was perfect and our friends and family all shared they felt our wedding cost at least double to triple what we paid. The food and drinks were amazing and Gil and Cas made sure that even our non-alcohol drinkers were comfortable (which made up half of our guests due to religious regions). The wedding party and our immediate families felt so attended to by the entire team! And our day-of coordinator was a god-send! The team helped us stay on time with the schedule without feeling stressed. The photos have come out BEAUTIFULLY! I have never felt more gorgeous than I did on that day thanks to Cas, Savannah, and the rest of the team! And the DJ is LITERALLY THE BEST WEDDING DJ EVER!!! He truly cared about our love of music and was also so attentive to us. At one point as we began to get overwhelmed with all the guest photos and events, the Harmony Estate DJ came up to us and reminded us that it was our day, to breathe, and suggested the perfect song to play to help us center ourselves again and remember why we were there. I promise you, you will not regret working with this team. They will make all of your dreams come true and you (and your guests) will feel all the love and heart they put into this venue!
Cassie, Gilbert, and the entire HE team were more than amazing from start to finish. They made the entire wedding planning process so easy. They were incredibly welcoming and warm along with the entire staff. They answered all questions and helped me plan my perfect wedding from start to finish which I am so grateful for. It truly the most amazing day all thanks to the HE team, the day went flawlessly and everyone one of my guests complimented how beautiful the venue was and how every detail was perfect. I am so grateful for the team and everything they did for my now husband and I. I cannot recommend this venue or this team enough !!!
Choosing Harmony Estate was THE BEST decision we ever made. We had an absolutely incredible wedding experience. The Harmony Estate is not just a venue, it is the whole package, for a very reasonable price!! As a bride, you have so much to worry about, but Harmony Estate helped take that extra load of stress by providing almost everything you could imagine.
From our first meeting with Cassie and Gil, to our engagement photos, tastings, walk-throughs, floral mock up, rehearsal, etc. we felt they made a very strong connection, and their communication was flawless. Not only is the Estate beautiful and plentiful with offerings, but Cassie, Gil and team take it to the next level by showing that they truly care about the experience for the bride, groom and guests.
When the big day came, Cassie and her team were with us every step of the way. Vanessa was our day-of planner and did an excellent job juggling many different tasks and personalities. We can’t say enough good things about her. We both felt comfortable throughout the day (even when it started to rain 1 hour before the ceremony). The Ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, and reception went exactly as planned, and yielded the exact experience that Cassie and Gil described to us. We could truly feel that they did not want us to worry or stress during our big day.
The food was a big hit for our guests, many of which who mentioned it was far from your average “wedding food”. Bartenders were great, mixing in their great personalities with speed of service (our guests are big drinkers). The DJ was awesome, he could really read the room, and he was sure to make a personal connection with us prior to the reception and played the exact mixture of genres we asked for.
Overall, we could never have asked for a better wedding. A perfect mixture of a resort-like vacation and a fairy tale wedding. Worth every single penny. We are so grateful for Cassie, Gil, Brittany, Vanessa and all of the Harmony Estate team for creating such a memorable experience for us. In our opinion, anyone who gives this venue and team a negative review likely brought it upon themselves by not planning/communicating appropriately with the Harmony Team. They knocked it out of the park, and we are forever grateful. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
Me & my husband got married here in August. We decided to go with the Harmony Estate for everything (photographer, videographer, floral, decor, venue, food, cake, booze, literally anything & everything you could think of). The staff was amazing during the entire planning process and answered every single question we had. We had quite a few major hiccups during the planning process and the owners, Cassie & Gilbert, were completely understanding!
I know the price looks a bit high, but this is such a low cost for everything that you get. Any other venue would cost double with all these add ins, if they even had them. The first thing that caught our eye about this place was that they had a house on the venue for people to stay at during the wedding weekend, this was extremely important to me because I wanted our bridal party at the same place! The house alone was amazing, so beautiful & big enough for our entire bridal party!
The rehearsal dinner was fabulous and the food was so delicious! The open bar was perfect, everyone ended up getting drunk, but because of this we were all in bed by 8 PM LOL. Don’t even get me started on staff day of! I didn’t have to lift a finger to do anything, they catered everything to match our vision and didn’t expect us to do a thing! There’s a groomsmen suite & a bride getting room, they served breakfast, whiskey, and mimosas the morning of. The day of coordinator was on her toes the entire day. I’m not sure what we would have done without her. I have quite a few physical limitations bc one of the hiccups I mentioned earlier & she was there with water, asking me if I’m okay, or if I needed anything. She was a GODSEND the day of.
There’s so much more to add about this venue, the staff, the owners, but I don’t think I need to say anything else.
My husband and I got married on September 17, 2022. We had a big bridal party so we all stayed at the Estate on the property the night before. We held rehearsal dinner there the night before which we chose to bring in Chipotle (our fav) and have our closest family and friends join. We got to the house and settled in and then we’re greeted with our wedding coordinator who was going to run our rehearsal. Everything was perfect and went smoothly! Then leading into our wedding morning our coordinator arrived at 12:00 and our photographer at 1:00. We chose to use all of there in house people for everything to make our lives easier (which was a great choice). I was checked on every hour while I was getting ready (any water, drinks, food). They followed the timeline they provided us with that we all created together. Everything turned out EXACTLY how we wanted it. One of my bridesmaids was allergic to something in our bouquets and they immediately took hers and created a new one for her. EVERYONE on there team from owners, photographers, video, florist and Cooks are the nicest, most genuine, normal people you can meet! We had the most special, magical day of our lives because of them. During the reception my husband and I smashed cake on each other so I had to run to the bathroom to clean up. It was all hands on deck to get me looking presentable and I was greeted with make up wipes, mascara, any color lip gloss and support from their team. At the end of the night we had family and friends telling us they have never gone to such a beautiful and smoothly ran wedding. Everyone was raving about Cass and Gilbert and their team on how they are the kindness people!
My Husband and I are already talking about doing an anniversary party there in a few years!

Gib and Cass & the entire Harmony team were incredible. We were planning from out of state, so the fact that their packages included so many components made planning that much easier. Their fair pricing also made it an easy decision especially knowing so much comes with it. Communication is easy & primarily done via text. When we had questions a year/ months ahead, communication was slightly delayed (but we understand they need to prioritize weddings happening each week). That said, the closer we got to our wedding, especially the last month, the team was extremely responsive and we texted daily to get all the detail confirmed.
We are so happy with side projects we contracted them to do as well (eg. printing our guest seating chart, and welcome sign). They also helped us source & procure specialty ice cubes for our old fashioned! Seriously went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted!
The team was so professional on the day of as well. Our coordinator, Jessica, was not only easy & fun to work with, but was with us (the couple) the entire time to ensure we had everything we needed every step of the way. The owners were both at the wedding themselves until the very end to ensure everything runs smoothly. Overall, highly recommend Harmony Estate!
I don't even know where to begin... Our wedding was the most amazing day of our lives. How Cassie and Gilbert (as well as the entire HE team) were able to create the most magical day for us, I still cannot fathom. They are the most genuine, down-to-earth people and truly want to make your day as special as possible. They went above and beyond to make our wedding better than we could've imagined and made our lives so easy, which is extremely difficult to do (*I am the most anxious bride you'll ever meet). They made what I would assume is a typically stressful day into the easiest, most enjoyable event.
Cass, Gib, and Britt were so attentive throughout the entire planning process and made us feel as if we were part of their family. Jess was the most amazing, hands-on coordinator who took care of us throughout the entire weekend and Jinni-Lou was the absolute best photographer who stuck with us through 150 guests wanting dozens of pictures. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. I cannot find words to explain how grateful we are to have found the most incredible wedding venue and people for our special day.

The entire staff at Harmony estate truly made our wedding day exquisite. Gib and Cass, are some of the most down to earth people, and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Their staff was so patient, and kind. Jessica went above and beyond for both my husband and I by making sure we were fed and had drinks the whole time. She always made sure we were okay and happy through the whole night never showing stress, just being sweet and sincere.
The bartenders made sure the entire wedding had amazing drinks, but more importantly, took the time to make conversation with every guest!!
The florist team I cannot praise enough. I don't think I was bridezilla except when I was very specific about the color of our flowers 😂 but not only did they NAIL the color of my arrangement, they went above and beyond and surprised us with our dream table set up.
The photographers and videographers were so polite and were never intruding. They caught the moments we so desperately wanted, and they directed us in a way where it wasn't pushy or over the top.
If you are thinking about going with this venue JUST DO IT. No interviewing vendors or worrying about hiring separate people. This place is all inclusive and do tastings and previews up until your special day, so you can guarantee all your wants and needs. If you want the ultimate convenience, they have an option to stay the night inside a beautiful 5 bedroom gorgeous house on the estate, We chose this and not only was the house perfection, they made sure all of our personal belongings made it to the wedding

Where to even begin! We started our wedding journey in October of 2019 and we stumbled upon this beautiful venue a few months later. Since the moment we met the owners Gilbert and Cassie we could not imagine our journey without them. From the moment he asked for my Pinterest board to the moment we left the venue after a fun filled four day wedding celebration💕 since we first toured the venue Gilbert and Cassie have made the venue even more breathe taking with extra landscaping, creating a pathway for the ceremony site, details around the property, revamping the cocktail hour space, and tons more. One of our biggest musts for our day was good food and for her fur babies to be a part of our day and that was no issue for this team. Amazing food selections and puppy friendly 🐶
The entire Harmony team went above and beyond to make all of our hopes, dreams, and ideas come to life for us. I cannot express how easy and relaxed I felt throughout the entire 2 years knowing they had my back the entire time. Always ready and prepared to answer my questions on details when ever I asked day and night, dusk til down even. The text thread they use to communicate does wonders for a mind that has tons of questions or ideas. Instead of waiting multiple hours or days for an answer they are there whenever you need.
We were lucky enough to have our engagement photos taken by the lovely Cassie with the support of her husband Gilbert on Catalina island bright and early at sunrise. That day was perfect so we knew that our wedding weekend would be a breeze for us. My husband is not the one to enjoy photos but this dynamic duo really made him feel comfortable to be himself. When it came to our wedding we were able to stay at the amazing home on the venue property from Thursday to Sunday and we did our rehearsal dinner with them as well. Having everything in one place make the weekend stress less and relaxing.
On the day of the wedding the team this team made sure that we didn't have to do anything except enjoy the day. Jessica our coordinator did an amazing job keeping us on our timeline, Brittany did an amazing job with all our little details and floral arrangements, the photo and video team made sure to get every photo on my shot list, the bartenders kept the drinks flowing, and the DJ kept us on the dance floor the entire night. All of the staff feel like family at Harmony estate and we cannot thank them enough for our special day and cannot imagine our lives without them. We made friends for life and we love you guys so so much💕
I don't have any words at how amazing The Harmony Estate was leading up to and on our special day! Cass and Gilbert and the rest of the team were on top of e v e r y t h i n g. And this was huge for us because we had no idea of where to start and what to do - we just knew we needed to pick the perfect venue. And The Harmony Estate exceeded ALL of our expectations.
If you asked us or anyone else at the wedding, nothing went wrong. Absolutely nothing. Because the team knew exactly what they were doing and executed every bit of it on time, on point, and in the most effortless way. The whole team is so accommodating, kind, and sooooo much fun!

Gil, Cassy, Britt, Jessica, and their entire team went above and beyond for us. My Dad found the venue through word of mouth and when I made initial contact to set up a tour I immediately knew that they were the venue for us.
From the very start, they made sure that all our needs and questions were met. They were they for me any time of the day I needed them whether it was for clarification, a question, or to bounce ideas off of them. We had a text thread with made communication easy and accessible.
I consider myself a perfectionist and have a hard time not being in control especially for the biggest day of my life but, rest assured this team will make sure that you don't have to worry one bit. I live out of state and they made wedding planning a breeze. We were able to stay at the venue from Thursday - Sunday with the package we selected. We also had rehearsal dinner on sight. They will cater packages to you and make sure all of your needs are met.
When the day finally came, We didn't feel stressed or overwhelmed once. They took care of our family, our friends, and made sure all of the guests were taken care of. They truly went above and beyond in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but we also made lifelong friends that we will enjoy the rest of our lives.

We cannot be more thankful for booking our wedding with Harmonious Events. Gil and Cassandra's team stuck with us through nearly a year and a half to plan our wedding due to COVID-19 complications and supported us when we had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding by 9 months. In the end it was all worth it because they pulled off a perfect wedding and we are so happy with how it all turned out. We planned our entire wedding through Harmonious in that they handled the food, flowers, photography etc. and it made everything so easy. If easy planning and simple coordination is important to you for your wedding day, then I can't recommend going this route highly enough. The estate itself is gorgeous with beautiful landscaping and plenty of options for pictures. After the wedding many of our guests expressed to us honestly that they thought our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to which we, while maybe a little biased, are inclined to agree. Because we had been with Harmonious for so long we had the privilege of seeing how much work has been put into the property to make it so lovely. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch which allowed us to simply enjoy our day stress free. There was nothing that came up that couldn't be solved or handled in 10 minutes or less. Throughout the whole planning process we knew we had nothing to worry about because we were in good hands. They are a very well-coordinated team and very good people. We were very impressed at how well they execute on the details and how great they listen to what you want. In all honesty, they feel more like extended family than anything else! We couldn't be happier with how they pulled off our big day. We highly recommend Harmonious events for their professional skill and great people.
I couldn't have asked for anything better then the service and experience I got at the harmony estates. Everyone was so generous, attentive and making my special day go smoothly. The grounds of the venue are magical which made my wedding perfect in every way. Huge thank you Jessica for making sure I was taken care of the day before and the day off.

Exceptional experience from booking to our big day and beyond!! We were married at the Harmony Estate in March of 2021 and Cassie, Gilbert, and the whole HE crew supported us through the entirety of the wedding planning process. It was evident from our first meeting that they considered us part of their Harmonious Events family and cared deeply about making our day and the months leading up to it as memorable and stress-free as possible.
During our first meeting we were equally as captivated by the venue as we were with Cassie and Gilbert and it was so fun to see the many enhancements they made to the property over the 14 months we worked with them. I received so many compliments from guests expressing how blown away they were by the venue, especially the beautiful barn.
We utilized HE for everything from their event space, catering, photography, videography, flowers, etc and I can’t express the peace of mind it brought this bride. It was very important to me that our big day was enjoyable for all our loved ones and that no one was running around to help with set up or coordination and boy did they deliver! I can only equate it to the Disney experience where you don’t see all of the work behind the scenes just the shiny wedding day exterior.
Thank you for an unforgettable day and creating those private moments throughout where we could soak in its significance and each other’s company. Gib, Cass and the crew at Harmony were unreal. From day 1 they made it so easy when it came to all of the choices we had to make. They honestly made us feel like family and as stressful as wedding planning is, they made it easy. Whenever we had a question, we are able to text them and get a quick response! Our rehearsal was awesome and being able to have the house and pool all weekend made it feel like a destination wedding. The day of the wedding was amazing, they were so organized especially with our group and the amount of people we had. Jessica our day of coordinator was the BEST. From moving us along to being our body guard, she did an incredible job. Everyone has told us that you won't eat at your wedding, that wasn't the case here. They allowed us time, with no distractions to eat before we went around table to table. She even made sure our drinks were never empty and always had refills ready for us! The food was unbelievable and sweats were a huge hit. Brittany was also amazing as well, her floral was beautiful and really stood out when it came to the ceremony and tables. She was also there for us from day 1 and made it easy for us to ask questions and get answers quick. All around the best decision we ever made was to allow Harmony Estates to be apart of special day. We will never forget how amazing the day/weekend was. If you are reading this, go with them, you will not regret it!

PART 2: It was so spacious and beautiful. There are so many fun details. We still dream about our time spent in the house. We also opted into the rehearsal dinner which was DELICIOUS and so, so easy. They put together a beautiful event and it was so convenient to have right there at the house with everyone.
If you step one foot on to the property, you know you’ve entered a world of its own. I have never been somewhere that not only is so beautiful and peaceful, but that you can feel the love and care that is poured into it. The floral, photo/video, FOOD, decor, DJ, coordination, bar service…everything…is still beyond me. It seriously does not get better than them. Thankfully the photos and videos were of course nothing less than perfection as well, because we will relive that day over and over and over again.
The priceless thing that stands out the most is Cassie, Gilbert and the team. The way that they ALL serve you, love you and get to know you still blows my mind. Everybody on their team has been a previous bride or groom of Cassie and Gilbert. They believe in them and what they’re doing. The team is a giant family and their commitment to making every wedding so incredibly special because of their genuine love, was so evident from the minute we met them. They got to know our friends and family and made sure everything was perfect for everyone, throughout the whole process and especially the weekend/day-of. You are made to feel like you’re a part of their family from the minute you meet them. They cared so much about us making sure we were completely taken care of every second of the weekend/wedding day so that we could take in every moment have just have fun. They literally think of and cover every single detail. Even down to something little like changing out my husbands perfect boutonnière from the ceremony to the reception, just so it was EXTRA fresh. Who does that?! Harmony does.
Months later, every single person at our wedding still says that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It was organized, immaculate, FUN, completely personalized to us and the staff was unlike anything they had ever seen. Everything was seamless and so professionally done. We’re from Vegas, the hospitality industry of the world, so that really says something. They have all said that they wish they could do their wedding over again and do it at Harmony with the team.
Truly, stop looking anywhere else. I promise you that nobody will compare. I come from the events world and was born and raised in Vegas - the wedding capital, hospitality hub and world-renown experience filled city. I feel like I have seen it all. Harmony Estate blows everything out of the water. Our once in a lifetime wedding was more than anything that we dreamed of and was literally put on perfectly. There was not a single regret or mistake. We still talk to and joke around with the team and will for years to come. They will be the team we use for anything else in the future because we know anybody outside of them could never even possibly be as good. We feel honored and so incredibly lucky to have found them and to have been one of the couples. Besides my husband, they have been one of the best decisions of our life.
PART 1: Remember that feeling when you met your significant other, or when you fell in love? The magic, the butterflies, the happiness…? That’s how we felt the entire time with Harmony Estate. We knew we wanted a destination wedding, and didn’t initially want a “full package” place because there’s typically always something you don’t like lumped in and you’re treated as just another cookie-cutter package to the venue.
We reached out to Harmony for information, set up a Zoom call that same day and paid a deposit within 24 hours - sight physically unseen. We fell in love with Cassie, Gilbert and the team. We told them our general desires and they put together an all-inclusive package that made sense for us and our budget (which they stayed respectful of). While that wasn’t something we initially wanted, we learned instantly that they are very different and that every aspect of their package is top notch quality, exactly what you want down to every last detail, and personalized perfectly to you. We knew we could instantly trust them to put together a perfect day, and it was made so, so easy to do. The pride they have in making every wedding perfect for each couple is unmatched. They love making every wedding unique and absolutely love trying new things and being creative. There were so many ideas they had based on truly getting to know us, that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. Their well of resources seems to be infinite because they have so many options for every little thing. They were super on top of meeting with us and made it so incredibly easy to plan everything from out of state. We would always count down the days that we got to meet with them because we had so much fun and they made the planning experience extremely special. Friends and family kept asking us to help, but every time we would try to think of something, there was nothing to do because Harmony took care of it so easily! We were just counting down the days, stress free and excited! We almost felt like we were forgetting something because of how easy they made the planning process and how different of an experience it was compared to stories we heard from friends when they were getting married at other venues. They created a text thread with everyone involved from day one, which allowed us to get in touch with them at any time for any reason and receive an instant response. This made it so seamless and easy to make sure our minds were at ease and everybody was on the same page at all times.
Leading up to our wedding, we gave them a good handful of personalized items with an idea of what we wanted to do with them, but ultimately told them to go for it because we trusted them so much. Before we walked into our reception, they gave us an intimate moment sneak peek to see everything before the guests did. We both literally busted into tears because it was beyond anything we could have imagined (that was after the most gorgeous ceremony). It was so much more perfect than the ideas we had in our head and was 110% us. We had chills and felt so special and loved with the amount of investment and care they put into our day. The best word I could use to describe it is “magical” and that does not even do it justice.
We opted into staying in the house the night before and the wedding night. That was amazing! The house is immaculate and was perfect to hang out with our wedding party during the wedding weekend since everyone was from out of town…
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
My wife and I found this venue from a hashtag on Instagram. After many tours of other venues in San Diego, Temecula, and even OC, Harmony Estate was one of our last tours. From the second we walked in, we got this warm feeling (I know it sounds funny but its TRUE!) It was a warm, welcoming, we treat you like family feeling that we just didn't get from any other venue.
After we met with Cassie and Gilbert, We just felt at ease. They were so smart and knowledgable and really just covered every little part of the wedding. There were things we never even thought about that they brought up in conversation.
We booked them! It was such an easy decision that we just knew as soon as we left our tour appointment. Shortly after, Cassie and Gilbert started a text message group chat with us and some of the staff. This was very interesting as I have never heard of that but let me tell you, It was so incredible. Every time we thought of something or had a question or idea, we would ask in that group message. The responses were so fast! This just added to the feeling at ease. When planning a wedding, There are just so many questions, concerns and ideas that you just need to bounce off of some people so to be able to talk and receive responses so fast is very relieving.
Day of the wedding!!! This is the big day where one of the biggest worries is the what ifs... This staff was some of the most professional, caring, kindest people I have ever met. There was not one time where we were approached and asked questions. They just all had every base covered. From the parking, to the directing of guests, to the serving, and the coordinating...It was seamless. We had so many compliments on them which is so nice to have!
Bottom line, If you are looking for a warm family feeling with a ton of professionalism thrown in, This is your venue. We could not have made a better choice for a venue and staff to help make our day so special.
Just remember, This is your big day that you will remember forever. I promise you, Cassie and Gilbert are the ones you are going to want to help you create that memory!

Where do I even begin? First things first, Gilbert & Cassie are an absolute dream team. They are both so wonderful in so many ways. Truly amazing people. As is their WHOLE team! My husband and I came across the Harmony Estate after switching venues due to COVID. We were originally supposed to get married at the Clarke Estate which is where we found Gilbert & Cassie with Harmonious Events. They offered us their beautiful venue so that we did not have to cancel or postpone our wedding completely, and we are forever grateful. The best way to describe Harmonious Events is a “One Stop Shop”. They literally do it all. Venue, food, photography, videography, bar service, rehearsal dinner, photo booth, planning, ETC! This is what drew myself and my husband to them. We figured our lives would be a little less stressful if we had 3 vendors for our wedding instead of 10. And boy were we right, especially with COVID breaking out six months into wedding planning. Many people know that planning a wedding during a pandemic can be stressful, but Gilbert and Cassie were there for us every step of the way, always easing our minds when we thought everything would be a disaster. I owe them so much for being wonderful shoulders to cry on when things got hard!
Now, the Harmony Estate. What a beautiful venue. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful. Our wedding was right before sunset, and it was perfect. Sun shining, a little breeze, just perfect. They’ve also done so much work since we got married. Everything looks wonderful! The barn is stunning. The first time I walked into it I couldn’t help but envision what a beautiful reception we’d have there. It’s so nice, you need little décor to go with it to make a statement. The house on the property was the perfect place for us ladies to get ready the morning of and to stay the night before. Makes everything so much easier. No rushing around to get from point A to point B. You’re there all day! And can even stay the night once your day is over. So very convenient. We also had our rehearsal dinner there the day before with freshly made pizzas and calzones from the chef. THEY WERE SO TASTY! Highly recommend!
I’ve gotten so many compliments on our wedding day and just how beautiful the grounds were, and they’re only getting better with all the work they’re doing over there! I could go on and on about how amazing this venue and team is, but I’m hoping you get the picture from this review alone. Do yourself a favor and hire Harmonious and have your dream wedding at the Harmony Estate. You won’t regret it!
GILBERT IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and let me tell you why... My daughter booked this venue 13 months in advance and when we sat down with Gilbert and his wife they offered us the florist, Catering service, day of coordinator, photographer and videographer with the venue for an additional price. We discussed that we wanted to use all they were offering and a contract was signed. Forward to the first meeting with the venue florist, let me say that we were shocked to find out that the florist at Harmony estate is not a real florist. She is just a helper there. When we discussed the floral arrangements, Gilbert said he was ordering the flowers from Mexico and we wouldn't know what we were going to get until the day of the wedding. I don't think so! So my daughter told Gilbert we were going with our own florist and he said fine. Then we started to look up reviews on Harmony estate and it was not good. We decided to find our own photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator. Gilbert was not happy about it and called my daughter to say he couldn't offer us the catering service anymore 3 months before the wedding. He was very unprofessional when he called and had an attitude. We asked him why he couldn't offer it to us and he kept saying he just couldn't offer it to us anymore. After that he wouldn't respond to text messages or return calls until weeks later. Very unprofessional for a business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE TO ANYONE.
I don't think I have enough words to express how truly amazing Gilbert and Cass were. I stumbled upon Harmony Estate with two weeks till my wedding date and they were able to help us and make me fall in love with my wedding all over again. Thankfully they were open and not canceling love like most venues were and ours did. I appreciated all the love and hard work put into our wedding especially being so last minute. It was just destiny for us to be married through them, they fit out personality and style so much it was perfect. I recommend them 10000000% to everyone and anyone I have come across. I wish them so much success they deserve it.
When I think of Harmonious Events, I think of family. Throughout the planning process for our wedding, Gilbert, Cass, and the entire Harmonious team became our extended family. From the moment we met them, they cared about who we were and making sure that we had the wedding of our dreams. When we first began our venue tours, I became disappointed quickly. Not only were the venues not what I dreamed of, but the people never asked us about our story and as a recently engaged woman I wanted to shout our love story from the rooftops. Harmonious cares about you and what led you to them.
When we walked into the barn at Harmony Estate, I knew it was where we would get married. It is the perfect combination of rustic and elegance. The best thing about the venue was that the entire Harmonious team and full-service wedding planning was part of the package. Our entire wedding was planned by them - from the venue, to the food, to the photography, to the flowers, to the décor, and even the engagement shoot - they do everything which ensures that the entire wedding is cohesive. Throughout the planning process they set up meetings to go through certain details and ensure they fully understand your vision for each element.
Venue: Harmony Estate is gorgeous. There are so many beautiful places to take pictures on the grounds. The barn for the reception is absolute perfection. It is big and open to ensure that everyone is part of all the amazing moments of the wedding. We also spent the night before our wedding at the estate. We had our rehearsal dinner on the lawn under the market lights and it is so beautiful. And the house is perfect. Gilbert and Cass are constantly making improvements just to make your day more special.
Food: We had the BBQ with tri-tip, chicken, mac & cheese, and potatoes. Everything is absolutely delicious. Best mac & cheese we have ever had - we wish we had the recipe. Also, the taste test is so much fun with Gilbert and Cass. Bring your appetite :)
Photography & Videography: We got both photography and videography. Cass is the main photographer and she does a great job of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. They capture not only the more staged moments, but moments throughout the day. Some of my favorite pictures are moments on the dance floor we are just looking at each other.
Flowers: I'm not a huge flower person, but they gave us the flowers of my dreams. They completely understood my vision and created gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres.
Décor: Our theme was rustic elegance, and it aligned perfectly with Harmony. During our meetings about décor, we shared ideas of what we liked and they brought it to life, including wooden table numbers, glass door seating charts, and lanterns. We also purchased our own items and they seamlessly put everything together to make it look gorgeous. Also, they brought us in the barn just the two of us so we could see everything put together before everyone else. One of my favorite moments.
I truly have tears in my eyes as I write this, because they made our wedding everything we wanted. If you not only want the perfect venue, but the absolute perfect team look no further. Gilbert, Cass, and the entire team will make every wedding dream a reality for you.
Where do we even begin?!? First let me say with extreme gratitude a special thanks to Britt, Gib, Cass, and the rest of the team!! I mean wow what an experience we had from beginning to end! I believe in customer service and lasting impressions, so let me just say working with this team will forever remain one of the best experiences of our entire lives. They are so easy to work with and so accommodating.
THE VENUE: This estate does not disappoint. It is easily accessible off the freeway, plenty of hotels near by, and tons of parking for your guests. As you enter, you’r met by a beautiful gate, the open grass area and a beautiful home that is available for you and your wedding party to stay if you choose to. The inside of the house has such cute designated bridal suite and groomsmen man cave, perfect for getting ready in. The back patio near the poolside and string-lit open area provided an excellent space for us to have our Dinner Rehearsal. But the most impressive part of this property was the large barn in the back with a open cocktail area that featured lawn games, string lights, and a beautiful wooden wall. I mean every part of this venue has so many “instagram-worthy” places. The barn has high ceilings, large wooden beams, plenty of room, and an easily accessible bathroom with multiple stalls. I thought this was important because I’ve personally attended weddings where they literally only have 1 ladies room!!
DECOR: We really didn’t need to add many decorations, mostly because the venue itself needs no enhancements. From the bar, to the pallet walls, and many wine barrels scattered everywhere. They have their own equipment, flower company, chef, bartenders, and bakery. So if your looking for a one-stop-shop, hassle free, none of the headache that meets you when your shopping around for a good deal. Harmonious Events is the team for you! Their pricing for the rentals and decor is very, very, reasonable!!
FOOD & DESSERT: We for so many compliments from our guests on the appetizers, food, and dessert. You have multiple choices and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Our guest loved that we selected comfort food and what ever dessert your heart desires they’ll make it!
DRINKS: They provided wine and beer of our choosing and had advised us on how much liquor to buy. The bartenders made so pretty dang good old fashions and mules. They did not skimp on the pour, no watered down drinks, and our guests were definitely satisfied. They put up a cute screen that matched our wedding invitations on the screen with our specialty cocktails.
MUSIC: We asked a good friend of ours to DJ our wedding, but they have a list of DJ’s if you don’t have one. As a last minute request they were able to find a guitarist for our ceremony and cocktail hour within hours!!!
COVID-19 PROTOCOL: Adjustments were made to maintain the safety of the guests and staff. The staff wore face masks the entire time. Touchless temperature checks and a screening questionnaire was performed on all of our guests. The venue is so large that social distancing was not a problem!
We could go on and on with more positive things to say about this team. There is no detail that goes overlooked or missed with these guys. Working with them is like being a kid at Disneyland. They made our Wedding Day, the happiest place on earth!! Our guests still cannot stop talking about how this was the best wedding they’ve ever been too, and it’s all because of this amazing team!
This venue was amazing!! Set on a private estate this was the perfect location for our wedding. The barn is absolutely stunning and the property makes you feel like home. We stayed on the property the night of our wedding and it was so awesome to get to party the night away with our bridal party once our guests left. This venue is also so gorgeous you don’t have to go wild with decorations. We had other venues in mind, but after we took a tour of the harmony estate we knew that was where we would be married! I also have to mention that our wedding day was heavy rain ALL morning, and they let us wait until last minute and hold our hopes on our outdoor ceremony. We watched the clouds and caught a 30-40 min break in the rain for our perfect outdoor ceremony complete with sprinkling rain drops. The harmonious team was second to none!
We booked this venue when it was Bella Garden Estates. Much to our surprise, the owners sold to another company. Our first reaction was now what?! After meeting with Gilbert we felt an ease come over us. He ensured us that we were in good hands with him and his team. We were very fortunate that they took over. They're very easy-going people, who treat you like family. They really went above and beyond for us. On the day of the wedding, Josh was our go-to guy. He was very accommodating and made sure what we wanted was taken care of. I believe we were the first couple to have a reception in the barn. That meant a flip needed to be done. Flips are not easy and definitely time-consuming but they did it seamlessly. We could not have been happier with the outcome of everything that day. Even when a mishap occurred Josh was quickly on it and we cannot thank him enough. All of our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was and how amazing the DJ was. You won't regret having your special day here. Not only do you get an amazing venue but you get people that genuinely have your best interest at heart.
We recently had our wedding at Harmony Estate with Gilbert and Casey of Harmonious Events. I had been following them for a year and discovered they were amazing in EVERY area. From the ceremony, the food, the decor and the flowers they ruled it all. We were fortunate enough to be chosen for their Give Back program. They kept in full contact with us from the very beginning. We never worried about anything because they were so on top of their game. The day finally came and it was like a scene from that movie Wedding Planner. They were AMAZING. I started to freak out and Casey was right there with me. She unzipped me, moved me to a vent to cool off and she called over the radio for backup and supplies to help me. I couldn’t believe how amazing she took care of me. Everything went on MY time. If I wasn’t ready then we didn’t go. They walked me through everything and the process was PERFECT. Then the reception pretty much went the same. I remember one time a staff member came to me to make sure I ate. She talked to anyone that was right near me and kept them busy and away from me without anyone even knowing what she was doing. I got to eat and make it through the night feeling my best. That showed me how much they cared about me. The Dj was everything! He came up to introduce himself, he kept the dance floor packed and the music was amazing. We had such a great time dancing and of course a round of Baby Shark for our 2 year old. Lol! When I got up to toss my bouquet I just remember a flash running past me and I looked down and had a new bouquet in my hand to toss!! Lol! Mine stayed with me and fresh. I didn’t even notice it was a new one until I left for the night with my flowers. They also attached my father’s ashes to my bouquet. They guarded it with their lives. That meant so much more than they will ever know to have had him with me down the aisle. You will not regret choosing them. We would choose them over and over again. We have gained life long friends and will never forget their professionalism, generosity and kindness. There aren’t many people in the world like Gilbert and Cass and their staff and they will make everything you’ve ever dreamed of happen!!
Bride’s Perspective:
I would like to start out positive, as people Gilbert and Cassie (owners) are truly great people. Our first meeting with them after they bought the wedding venue was very laid back and informative. We had booked the venue when it was Bella Gardens Estate, and then it sold unexpectedly around 6 months later and became Harmony Estate. I can only imagine what it is like to have an event company and then a venue- that is a lot of weddings! Unfortunately that is why I have an unsettled feeling post wedding that my wedding was just one of their many that needed to “just get done”.
The reason I use the “just get done” phrase is because after the wedding when my mom asked what happened with some of the details of the wedding day, we were informed they had another wedding that day somewhere else and they had worked with those clients for two years. Now I kind of wish I did not know that fact, because then it felt like my wedding was not as important to them because we were not one of their original weddings and had not worked with them as long.
Every bride’s day is special, and not just to her but also her groom and all of their guest. I can forget about some of the things that just did not work out how they were suppose to that day because I choose to remember the parts that I loved about my wedding. However, I have a hard time knowing that some of my guests, especially my mom, will think of my wedding and remember how they had to run around and help with things that the staff was supposed to get done. The day after my wedding at the airport I called them all to say thank you for helping out so unexpectedly, and of course they all say they didn’t mind but they were our guests and for the amount of money paid they should have all felt relaxed throughout the wedding day.
I can’t go back and change the mishaps that occurred at my wedding, but I can offer advice.
Advice for potential Harmony Estate Brides: be very detailed and seriously have a list of what staff are responsible for what because then you and your family knows who is responsible for what jobs that need to be done especially on the day of the wedding.
Advice for Harmony Estate: you have a gorgeous venue and you are great people, but please remember that every wedding that you guys work may be just another event but these are very memorable days for your clients. The guests should feel just as happy and relaxed on the wedding day as the bride and groom. Go over what staff needs to be doing prior to the event, and have a list or something to make sure things are not forgotten. I know you two had said that you had a rough experience with your own wedding and that is why you started this company, don’t forget why you started this.
We booked this venue prior to it being sold and bought by another company. I wish I could leave a positive review, but I can not. First, the venue is beautiful! The caterer and DJ that were recommended by venue were amazing! However the wedding day itself was a mess and left us running around most of the day handling details we were told would be taken care of.
We were not given the ceremony flowers, so as the Mother of the Bride I had to run in after we were all lined up and ready to go to get the Mothers, and grandmothers corsages. (only since I had seen them earlier in the day placed in a frig) The grandfathers never were given theirs. A 94 yr old grandmother left standing for over 10 minutes, even when coordinators were questioned about her chair. She also was never given her corsage. We had to question 50 minutes into the cocktail hour, where the seating chart was? Still sitting in the barn. They had not set up a table that was asked about on 4 different occasions. The table decor just literally sitting on the floor. Set up due to MOB asking 10 mins before guests walked in. Had to go in again to ask why they had not moved the ceremony decor into the reception area like we were told would happen. Family also moved pieces in so it would get done. Dessert table was discussed on so many occasions, including the night before the wedding. However, they never even put out the pies that were made by them and what was considered the center point of the brides dessert vision. So the table was left with risers that were empty. When questioned we only got "sorry, they've already been cut" We had them do the florals for the entire wedding and 8 of the 15 centerpieces were horrible! Nothing like we were assured over and over that they would be. 4 that were supposed to have Lanterns placed in the middle, had the lanterns almost completely covered, to the point that they didn't even light the candles. See my Yelp review for pictures. When we questioned the owners about everything that went wrong, they said nothing but "you did a great job, making the reception space beautiful." Refused to respond to the lack of coordination or the horrible flowers we were given. In our opinion the flowers were handed to 2 coordinators to put together and that is why they were not around at all, except for helping up the stairs to the aisle and disappeared again until the reception. That would also explain, why they were so badly put together and left that way. There are so many different venues in this valley, that offer a full service wedding that this would not be our first, second or third choice ever again. I could go on an on with many more things, but I have made my point. No service except from our friends and family that stepped up and helped
As the groom, this whole wedding planning was out of control! I never realized how many decisions there would be and how stressful it would be (especially for Megan)! Gilbert and the entire team were awesome. They handled every detail and made it so easy. From having my own supply of "special" beer down to assisting my mother in law, they were great! My groomsmen and I had the estate to ourselves Friday night and bbq'd, sat around the fire pit and shared cigars! It was great to be able to bring on the 2 RV's for my family and the team helped coordinate and accommodate it all! Thank you for everything but especially for making Megan feel comfortable enough to relax and enjoy our wedding!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Planning our wedding was such a stressful event and everyone on the Harmony team (Christina, Gilbert, Cassie, Brittany, Josh and everyone else) made the biggest difference in helping ease all my worries. All the details were covered. Everything I stressed about was handled and I never even had to think about it. You made us (and our families) feel so comfortable from the tastings and rehearsal to the day of, you were there all along the way. One of my favorite things was how you made sure the my mother was taken care of and comfortable all throughout the day. From the flowers and lighting, to the food, our signature drinks, and the music our wedding couldn't have been better! Thank you for making it as memorable as I hoped! We toured this venue on Sunday and it was incredible. The venue speaks for itself but the staff made it amazing. There are so many different options to choose from and their team will work with us throughout our planning process. They will be handling all aspects of our wedding in house which makes it so much less stressful. I can't wait for our special day here! A great first impression and I highly recommend this venue and their staff.
