Nichole with Posh Planning & Events went above and beyond with our wedding. To the planning process to the actual day it was magical. We had 16 months to plan our perfect day. Taylor with Havasu Springs Resort also went above and beyond just making sure every little thing was perfect. Honestly couldn’t have pictured a more perfect day.

I booked my wedding with Havasu Springs and I was so excited because the location was so beautiful! My wedding was beautiful and the weather was perfect! I hired a Nichole as my wedding planner and that’s why this review is only getting three stars. Taylor the venue manager was amazing. Norm who is in charge of food is great and all the other coordinators I did not have a problem with. I did not have a good experience with Nichole the day of the wedding. She argued with my DJ about a canopy and threatened to shut down my wedding, argued with my photographer/videographer the whole couple hours before my wedding and went crying to my husbands brother in the parking lot before the ceremony about how she was going to quit being my wedding planner. She left my event early and left her assistant to take care of the rest of the night. I paid for Nichole not her assistant. I understand wedding planning is a stressful job but her approach to situations was unprofessional. I spent my next day after the wedding apologizing to my vendors for her attitude and it was truly embarrassing. Again the location is beautiful, I love the resort and it was a beautiful wedding. But my experience with the wedding planner was unprofessional.

We loved working with the entire wedding team for our wedding!! Nichole and Taylor were super helpful through the entire planning process and made sure our ceremony and reception ran smoothly. Norm was a pleasure to work with for our food tasting; our day-of dinner and desserts were so yummy. Melanie did an incredible job with florals. Our guests could not stop talking about the beautiful views here and the decor was so dreamy. 10/10 experience!

If you’re looking for a sign to book this venue, let this be it! The Pointe and Harbor Room offer such gorgeous views and left us with such dreamy photos. The staff, from check in to rehearsal dinner to day off, were so kind and helpful to all of our guests! Nichole & Taylor were absolute saints throughout the planning process. As well as Melanie, the contracted florist, who took my color palette and created the most beautiful floral pieces from the light armatures to our centerpieces (and everything in between). Norm and his crew prepared such a delicious dinner that our guests still talk about! The staff at Havasu Springs truly brought my dreams to a reality. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t already looking forward to planning a vow renewal there LOL

If you have a love for the lake, the desert, and a good time … look no further! Havasu Springs Resort is the place for you! My husband and I got married here in October. Taylor is wonderful and will go above and beyond for you. She is an absolute sweetheart. The venue is a hidden gem! The Pointe is their ceremony area. It overlooks the lake and the desert mountains. Your pictures will be breathtaking and your guests will have a spectacular view. The reception room is called The Harbor Room. It has big beautiful windows, you can watch the sunset while you have dinner. The room itself is really nice by itself but you can rent items from Posh Planning if you want add extra furniture or touches. We did and we loved it!! Last but not least… is their food!! Norm is fantastic and has an incredible menu. He’s super flexible and will allow you to mix & match items. Our family & friends are still raving about the food and how nice the venue was!! We are so happy we chose this venue and we look forward to staying at the poolside motel on our anniversaries!

Where do I begin……… I will start by saying this was the most epic wedding of all time!!! I have been in many weddings and ours was hands down the best. Not because of us- but because of the venue! Havasu springs resort was the ultimate, starting with the staff! Everyone went above and beyond to fulfill our wedding dreams and to make us so comfortable, stress free, happy, and enjoy all the special moments. Not to mention the stunning views!!!! I still can’t get over how good the food was (people are still talking about the mac and cheese), how accommodating the resort was (with all aspects, including our Vegas style pool party), how beautiful the florals were (thanks to their contracted florist), and how the wedding team brought my vision to life. I won’t be able to thank them enough for listening to my crazy ideas and embracing it. Especially Nicole and Taylor turned it into a freaking masterpiece! If you need a sign to book this venue— this is it! DONT WAIT! And if you want proof, I’ll send you my wedding video. Lol

Havasu springs and the whole team made our wedding day exactly what we hoped for that we did not know how to plan for lol. The views were amazing not one guest did not take a picture at the venue spot and no one missed the sunset that followed. The food was not typical wedding food it was awesome did not disappoint. Our wedding was not hectic or scary thanks to the team they got us through everything like pros and we are so great full. If you love views water and perfect sunsets this is the venue for you! Thanks again Nichole and team so amazing!

WOW! hands down the best day we could have ever imagined. Our day was absolutely perfect. Havasu Springs is the best venue you could possibly get married at. I wish we could do it again ever year absolutely beautiful, great communication, every detail was perfect.

We got married here in 2018 and it was absolutely perfect ! Nichole and Melanie went above and beyond . I had a lot of different dark and moody ideas and they brought them to life . I also requested to have cocktail hour at the pointe and they were able to make that happen as well ! If you love the desert and lake like we do , you will not be let down !

If you are a lake or River lover and are getting married, havasu springs is your venue! It is absolutely beautiful. Our guests were amazed by the beautiful views and the harbor room. Planning my wedding was made easy and I wish I could do it all over again!

Book it! Havasu Springs is the dreamiest wedding venue (and of course in high demand)! I couldn’t imagine myself not having an outdoor wedding and this is the most picturesque combination of both lake and desert vibes. Between The Pointe, ceremony location, and the beautifully designed Harbor Room, we almost didn’t need any decor because these views are enough in themselves. For most of our guests this was a destination wedding which made it all the more special to hear all the comments on how this was the most beautiful venue many had ever attended a wedding at. If we could do it all over again, there’s a few things we’d change, but trusting the Springs staff and choosing this location would not be one of them! We were well taken care of and everything went very smoothly. Truly the best day ever!

Having my son's wedding was so fun. The view was breathtaking and the wedding was beautiful. Nicole was so helpful and kind. We really appreciated how they accommodated the guests with their gulf carts to get up the hill, especially my 80 year old mom, she loved its!

What a beautiful wedding venue from the ceremony space to the gorgeous interior in the harbor room . Melanie the florist did an amazing job bringing my Vision to life. The only downfall don’t get married in June it was 111.

Nichole and the whole team at Havasu Springs were amazing. Nichole was patient and understanding of our schedules and meetings. She helped guide me every step of the way. Her team was very helpful. They also have an in-house florist who does all of their own decorations/arrangements who was also patient with my lack of floral jargon...lol. The food was amazing. All of our guests raved about the venue and the food. I would recommend using this venue a hundred times over. Location, staff, food.......... all amazing. It was a great day.

Not only his this venue a hidden gem in the midst of a rugged desert, the entire staff at Havasu Springs will make you feel like you've known them for years. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married at this venue the second we stepped in to The Harbor Reception Room. It is trendy and modern with big windows that boast the beautiful harbor views. It's large enough to fit plenty of guests, while still feeling intimate. The space is so versatile, how ever you want the vibe of your wedding to be, it will work in that room. Not only is The Harbor Room such an incredible space, then you go see The Pointe...it will leave you in awe. It is so stunning and unique. The Pointe looks over the river and is surrounded by gorgeous mountains; it makes for the dreamiest wedding photos. If the location didn't speak enough for itself, Nicole and everyone else at Havasu Springs will make you feel like your wedding is the only wedding they are planning. (This venue is so popular and Nicole plans so many events, so it says a lot about her ability to multitask while at the same time, making you feel so special.) I highly recommend hiring her separately with her event planning business Posh Planning. I told her exactly what vibe I wanted the wedding to be, I just didn't know what I needed to get/do to make it feel the way I wanted it, and she made it everything I imagined and so much more. Melanie with floral made the most romantic arrangements too. She was so knowledgeable and thorough. Just like with Nicole, she made the wedding that must more special and romantic with all her stunning touches of floral throughout the Pointe and the Harbor Room. Norm with catering also had the food on lock! I honestly was not expecting the food to be soooo 10/10, given that in my head, buffets are usually not THAT good. I was so wrong. We did the Italian buffet (my whole family is Italian so it's hard to impress them) and every single guest, including my Italian Nani, loved the entire menu. I also requested gluten-free pasta for family members with food sensitivities, and it was not a problem for them to accommodate. Havasu Springs also has a list of preferred vendors so they can make your wedding planning process so easy and streamlined. Honestly, there is not a day that goes by, where I don't think about my wedding, and it's almost been a year. I highly recommend Havasu Springs Resort if you are looking to have a beautiful desert wedding with people who care about making your day exactly how you've dreamt it.

As someone that frequents Lake Havasu, I was beyond AMAZED + SURPRISED by this venue. When my fiance + I toured it, we absolutely knew it was THE ONE + we fell in love with it. This venue is gorgeous, all their staff was amazing and made it a day and night we'll never forget. Thank you so much to the HSR team for making our wedding day one for the books!

The venue is aesthetically beautiful. The service staff was great, booking was difficult and there is no cell service.

This venue will wow your guest. Both my husband and I grew up going to Parker and Havasu therefore it was our dream location. The photos alone were amazing! The front desk staff were nothing but sweet to our guest staying at the park. Anytime we called up to the wedding they answered all our questions and some. The restaurant staff and bar tenders did a great job tending to all our needs. Our coordinator / venue event coordinator was amazing. They made the whole wedding process very smooth. We did not have to lift a finger the day before or day of the wedding.

This place is amazing If your on a budget but want spectacular views and an a perfect place for an outdoor ceremony overlooking Lake Havasu.
