Allanah Ebenstein was our full-service planner for our July 2024 wedding. My (now) husband and I lived out of state while planning a Pittsburgh-based wedding so having her help was critical! We basically went with her recommended choice of vendor for every vendor, and due to work and travel schedules, we did not even go to our tasting and everything worked out perfectly! Would recommend. Good value received for the price.
We could not have asked for a better wedding, and we could not have done it without our planner Allanah.
We began working with her about a year-or-so before our eventual wedding date, and she helped us every step of the way, from choosing a venue and date, to picking our vendors, to making sure everything went smoothly the day of. We were planning our wedding from out-of-state, so we couldn't be there for most of the meetings and planning, and she ensured that wasn't ever an issue. We ended up extremely happy and impressed with all of our vendors, and that was thanks to Allanah for helping connect us to the folks that would work best for our vision within our budget.
We touched base here and there over the first few months, but as we approached our wedding date is when it really became apparent to us just how helpful Allanah was. She came with us to our tasting, helped us with coordination in the leadup, and truly worked her magic on the day-of.
We were not stressed in the least in the leadup to our wedding, and she was making sure everything was working behind the scenes. Allanah was with us the entire wedding day making sure everything was running smoothly with the venue and the vendors. We had rain on the day of our wedding, and Allanah made sure the venue pivoted. She had everything adjusted seamlessly, and it ended up being a perfect day.
You always hear about how stressful weddings can be, and we're thankful that wasn't the case for us.
Wow, wow, wow is literally all that I can say. We came into wedding planning without much of an idea of what we wanted or needed, and after researching local coordinators, we decided to go with Hello Productions, and we could not have been happier with both the company and specifically Alyson. She met with us early to go over the basic process and checklist as well as once before the wedding to put all of the final details in place. She made everything from the rehearsal to the tear down of our space easy and stress free. She was able to flawlessly pivot during the night when we were a little behind our timeline. She and her team were fun, friendly, and the ultimate professionals. Our bridal party, vendors, and family have been complimenting her in the month since our big day. If you are on the fence, jump off of it and straight to Hello Productions. You will have a beautiful, organized, and stress free day!

I can't say enough good things about Christina and the Hello Productions team. We hired them to handle the day-of logistics for our wedding, and my husband and I, plus our families, were able to enjoy our day without worrying about anything. Christina and HP helped us with scheduling and establishing a timeline, contacting vendors, rehearsal and ceremony prep, decor setup, and many other things to make our experience stress-free. We had a minor vendor issue the day of, I let Christina know, and she handled it immediately. If you are nervous or overwhelmed by all the details that go into wedding planning, I highly recommend Hello Productions. Their help ensured that it was a memorable day for all the right reasons!
I cannot say enough about Hello Productions and specifically Alyson Huth. My friends got married this weekend and I was the officiant. There are plenty of times when coordinators and officiants butt heads, but this was not one of them. Alyson was so easy to work with, extremely professional, and clearly wanted things to be low pressure and smooth. Because of her and her team, this was probably the smoothest, most laid-back wedding I've ever officiated (laid-back? to describe a wedding? Can you believe?).
If you want a smooth wedding with someone in your corner who will keep things running smoothly and keep your stress at a minimum, Alsyon and Hello Productions is who you want!
We cannot thank Allanah and her team enough for their day-of coordination of our wedding at the Stables at Hartwood. Allanah ensured we didn't have to worry about anything (including, but of course not limited to, creating and sticking to the timeline, set up, and clean up). The day was stress free. We contracted Ashley Kurkiewicz with Hello Productions for the "Final Details & Day-Of Wedding Coordinator" package and it was one of the best choices we made for our 150-guest wedding. Christina and crew were professional, thoughtful, present at every critical moment and went out of their way to make my daughter's wedding perfect. When two glitches arose during the reception, they were immediately dealt with, without needing my involvement. Christina also helped with planning every detail, helping an artistically impaired mom and daughter finalize a "look" for wedding and reception. She coordinated with our vendors and our venue, handled delivery of brunch/coffee and a late snack for bridal party to keep everyone going over the course of a long day, and was awesome to work with. One of the best decisions we made.

We worked with Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner, and simply put, she was amazing! Our wedding would not have happened without her. We live on the west coast, but we wanted to get married in Pittsburgh near family. Christina worked with us for about 1.5 years in total, from helping us look at venues at the very beginning, to running the whole show on our wedding day. She was always very accommodating of our time zone difference, willing to FaceTime us after we finished work (her 8pm). Also, she let us ship things to her house so we didn't have to fly everything across the country, which was so thoughtful. She helped us execute our vision for exactly what we wanted and made working with all of our vendors a breeze. Christina helped us throw an amazing wedding while staying within our budget. In the week leading up to our wedding, Christina made sure all vendors were on the same page, everything was ordered and printed, and that we knew the timelines for everything. We were able to fully experience and enjoy our wedding knowing that any problems would be taken care of. And, Christina's work speaks for itself! After our wedding, my newly-engaged cousin immediately asked for Christina's contact information and signed up to have her plan his wedding. We were so fortunate to have found Christina and highly recommend her planning services!
We had an amazing experience with Alyson at Hello Productions! We did the ‘Day of’ planning option and it turned out perfect! Alyson met with us a few months out to go through the details of our day, and was available for any questions throughout the planning process. The day of our wedding, Alyson handled everything and truly made the day stress free! (For someone who found planning extremely stressful - to wake up the morning of with no stress says a lot!). Every detail was exactly as we envisioned and Alyson was so easy to work with. All of our family also let us know how helpful she was. We would definitely recommend her to anyone getting married!
I can’t recommend Hello Productions and specifically Alyson enough. Not only is she quite possibly the sweetest human ever, but it was thanks to her (and her wonderful assistant!) that our day ran so smoothly—we had a slight hiccup when the limo carrying the entire wedding party from the church to the venue broke down, but Alyson and her assistant were already at the venue to take care of everything. We picked the “Final Details” package, so it was just day-of services, but we were in touch with Alyson multiple times before the wedding. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her; she has such incredible attention to detail both in terms of logistics as well as in terms of decor—the way she decorated the reception space was more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed. Truly, my husband and I can’t say enough good things about her and Hello Productions. From the first meeting a month out, to dealing with a broken down limo, to the hair tie she gave me at the end of the night because all I wanted was to get my hair up—Alyson handled every detail, no matter how big or insignificant, beautifully. I will absolutely be recommending Hello Productions/Alyson to any future couple I know in search of a planner! Thank you so, so much Alyson!
Allanah worked with us over two years to make our wedding absolutely perfect. She was such a huge and integral part of the wedding planning process and day itself.
She brought an amazingly rolodex of vendors to us which saved us so much headache and time from day one. She had intimidate contacts at each vendor that would reply to her in an incredibly fast timeframe. I once tried to find my own vendor and it was such a merry-go-round of finding how to contact, waiting for a response, hoping they'd be good and professional - it gave me a whole new perspective on ways we ended up saving money and stress with Allanah.
Both my partner and I had wacky schedules because of working in healthcare and she was always able to make off-hours work. It was so kind and not something we had the benefit of very often.
She showed up to every vendor appointment with our best interests in mind. We never felt pressured to spend a certain amount with any vendor and knew she'd find anything that we'd missed or her professional knowledge as a planner would catch.
The two weeks leading up to the wedding I unfortunately faced an insanely stressful time at work -- I have no idea how I would've handled 10+ vendors emails me for timelines, payment and information without Allanah and working 10 hour days.
She treated or family as her own and we loved having her at the wedding itself. Honestly nothing went wrong at our actual wedding (Hienz Chapel & Soldiers and Sailors Memorial) that *I knew of* which most likely means Allanah fixed one thousand things behind the scenes the day of I never had to think about. At the end of the night my partner and I just left without even thinking or worrying about vendors getting what they needed or anything being wrapped up. It's been about four weeks since the day and I haven't had one out of those 10 vendors contact me to say they need something else or something was missed.
She knew exactly how many assistants to bring to the wedding without me even considering that aspect. The two she brought were equally as wonderful. Like clockwork I'd turn around every so often and one would ask if I needed anything and check if I was okay.
In the end she was the best hype girl a bride could ask for. You can tell she genuinely cared about us and our day. Walking into that big room of decorations for the reception was so special for me, and looking back to see how special it seemed to her will always be a core memory of the day to know we had someone who really cared with us.
We cannot recommend Hello Productions highly enough! We worked with Christina McLachlan and are so thankful for all of her time, effort, and support. We chose the "Day-of Coordination Package", hoping to make the day-of lower stress for us, but she was so helpful during the lead up as well! She was so warm and friendly, and gave us such great advice on so many details that we hadn't even considered! On the day, she and her team did an amazing job setting up the venue and keeping it moving so smoothly. We were able to just have fun and relax with our loved ones. At the end of the event, they took care of the clean up so seamlessly, we barely even noticed it happening! The day after our wedding, when reminiscing about the awesome night, we both expressed how thankful we were that we had such a great coordinator, and how we very literally could NOT have done it without her!
Christina made our wedding day absolutely seamless. We as the bridal party, our family and our guests were able to fully enjoy the day because we didn't have to worry about anything. She is extremely professional and knows the industry and local vendors VERY well. As a result, she knows how to get you the vision you want for your wedding, and offers even more creative ideas on top of that. I will say that there were some moments in the months leading up the wedding where I felt that her follow-up on certain tasks wasn't always timely, but everything did come together beautifully in the end. If I could, I would give a 4.5/5!
Not impressed with my day of coordinating experience. Allanah was very nice but she brought two assistants and it was mainly them chatting in the corner. The table decor looked terrible and my mother in law fixed them. Guests were entering the venue early and the DJ was playing the wrong playlist and my friends fixed both of those issues. I made a far more detailed itinerary to hand out to vendors myself. Once again, very sweet as a person but I expected more from a $2,500 service.

Hiring a wedding planner was easily the best decision we made during our wedding planning process! Allanah was THE BEST to work with! She was genuine, down to earth, and truly cared about making our wedding day everything we wanted it to be! She responded to countless emails, texts, and phone calls with allll the questions we had + she kept us on track with what needed to be completed with her super organized planning timeline. She attended meetings with us & always knew the right questions to ask other vendors because she has so much experience. At our rehearsal she made sure everyone felt comfortable & knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. Then wedding day, she was behind the scene making sure every single detail fell into line perfectly from collaborating with vendors to decorating to glueing broken shoes back together! I didn't have to worry about one single thing on at our rehearsal or wedding day which was a huge blessing. My husband & I could just be present & enjoy our day!

Our wedding planner, Alyson, was amazing! She was regularly in contact, was patient, thorough, and worked well with us, our family and bridal party, and our vendors. Before the wedding, she gave us recommendations and advice when we were stuck or needed help. In addition, she handled a crisis with our cake on the day of the wedding, fixed the cake as best as could be done, and then fought to get us a refund. On our side, the day was stress free thanks to Alyson. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Leading up to the big day, Christina helped create a perfect timeline of events. This became the foundation of our big day and truly the blueprint to event success. On the big day, Christina and her crew (Maddie and Alexandra) set up the venue perfectly. From the Welcome Sign down to the personalized coasters, everything was perfectly set and waiting for our guests to arrive. All of our guests even complimented how wonderful this team was. At the end of the night, they had everything packaged up and ready to go home. My husband and I didn't stress even a moment. The only thing I wish I could have done differently would be that I didn't get the opportunity to hug Christina, Maddie, and Alexandra. THANK YOU HELLO PRODUCTIONS TEAM, you all helped create the perfect day to start Andrew and I's forever! We are forever grateful for your work and will recommend you to everyone we know!
My husband and I got married in November of 2022, and we worked with Christina as our final details/day of coordinator. Besides for choosing the best husband, my second best choice for our wedding was working with Christina. She was professional, knowledgeable, and SO friendly. Christina contacted all of our vendors to finalize arrival and departure times (a task that doesn’t seem that big until you actually have to do it…), she answered any questions I had (even before she was “required” to according to our contract), she made sure that our wedding day stayed on schedule (something I was most nervous about), she lead the set up of my decorations and center pieces, gave helpful reminders to our wedding party all day, and helped to problem solve anything that popped up. The day of my wedding, I did not have to worry about one single thing besides for being present and enjoying the entire day. Having a planner (specifically Christina) was worth EVERY penny. Christina was an advocate for me and did everything she could to make our day special and memorable.
Purchasing the day-of coordination package for our wedding day was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Alyson was an absolute dream to work with! Everything turned out exactly how I dreamed it would, and knowing that her and her team had everything under control meant I could genuinely relax and really focus on the joy and excitement of the day. On top of executing all the ideas that were floating around in my head perfectly and keeping everyone on schedule, she sewed my dress back together not once but TWICE (a loop on my bustle broke and I danced too hard and broke a strap). What sounds like most brides' nightmare didn't even register as a problem (and honestly makes me laugh thinking back on it now) knowing that Alyson was there to rescue me! I can't recommend Hello Productions enough.
We worked with Christina McLachlan for our 'final stretch' and 'day of' wedding planning....and we're so glad that we did! Christina and her team helped us put out many fires leading up to (and on) our big day, including advocating on our behalf with vendors, running to the bakery when the wrong cake arrived (no, not kidding!), changing the run of show on the fly, etc. Her wealth of knowledge and contacts in the Pittsburgh wedding industry runs deep, not to mention she was a sense of calm for us throughout the process. Alyson made our wedding day a breeze! From our first meeting, I knew that Alyson and Hello Productions were the correct choice. She is warm, competent, professional, and calm. She helped coordinate everything and meeting with her made the whole process easier. On the day of the wedding, Alyson and Danielle took care ofmaking sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and where it was supposed to be. She truly made the day perfect. I used Hello Productions for day-of coordination and design for my wedding on 7/16/22 and Christina McLachlan was my planner. From my first conversation with Christina, I knew she was a perfect fit- she is kind, professional, detail-oriented, and listened to everything that I wanted for my wedding day. Christina played such a crucial role in bringing my design vision to life, but even more importantly, allowed me to plan with my wedding with significantly less stress and made it more fun and exciting. We unfortunately ran into some issues with my caterer in the weeks leading up to the wedding and Christina truly went above and beyond to take care of the problems and advocate for me. I had complete confidence that my wedding day would be perfect and seamless with Christina leading things (and it absolutely was!!!). Christina was such a pleasure to work with- so wonderfully professional, but also felt like a friend that was helping me plan my wedding. My daughter’s wedding was at Hartwood Acres 7/9/22. Vendor setup can only begin at 10:00 am day of event. The amount of work setting up in such a short time frame seemed overwhelming to us. But Allanah from Hello Productions carried out day of coordination perfectly! The transformation of the venue from 10:00am-2:00 pm was nothing short of magical. Her helpful, pleasant demeanor made it easy to work with her. I highly recommend Hello Productions and Allanah!

The main reason I wanted to work with Hello Productions is because from our very first conversation, Christina made me feel like someone else was just as excited about not only bringing our wedding vision to life but also, and more importantly, our relationship and what got us (me and my now husband) here – and I knew instantly that I wanted her to be part of our wedding day. She got to know us on a personal level during the planning process and it made such a difference in how everything came together.
On our wedding day, both of us, our parents and other family members were able to fully enjoy every moment and not worry about anything – Christina made sure of it. Christina was our day-of wedding coordinator and she did an absolutely fantastic job! We communicated with her via email and phone in the months leading up to the wedding, and she was extremely professional and provided helpful advice in many instances. She and the Hello Productions team took care of all the details (venue set up, coordinating the night with all the vendors, personally packing up and bringing items to our hotel towards the end of the night, etc.) during our wedding day and helped execute and cater to our vision. Christina and her crew absolutely made my wedding day! I never stressed or worried about if things were done, or what happens if an issue pops up because they were on it! They took care of any little thing I needed (setting the venue up, dealing with vendors, packing up cars the night of with our items, and so much more). Our pandemic wedding took nearly two years to plan, with plenty of postponements, rebookings, and last-minute reshuffling to manage, so we ended up spending a lot of time with our amazing planner, Natasha, who is experienced, creative, and so talented at what she does. She immediately understood our vision and helped us to plan a cohesive, guest-focused, and fully vegan (!) wedding weekend that our friends and family will remember forever. What really sets Natasha and her team apart, from our perspective, is their network of vendor relationships and partnerships. All of our vendors – from venue and caterer to florals, stationery, and bar staff – really went the extra mile for us with Natasha in our corner.
Christina from the Hello team was our guide through the entire stressful time of trying to plan and replan our wedding due to COVID-19. While we only hired her and her assistants for Day Of Coordination, she went above and beyond in March and April 2020 to make sure we were moving forward in a matter that brought us peace.
Fast forward to when we finally got to celebrate our big day in June 2021 and her and her team made our day extra stress free. Christina was super positive, on top of it, and even helped us with last minute needs. Since we were planning all of this from out of town, she definitely helped us have peace of mind up to the big day. Her assistants were also very positive and flexible. Together they took care of everything day of. They helped bustle my wedding dress, and even danced with the flower girl when she asked before the party got started. Christina and her team were a dream to work with from the beginning! From our first phone conversation Christina got me feeling excited about my wedding again since at the time I was feeling a little overwhelmed and just stressed about the whole thing. When on my wedding day one of my vendors had an issue and reached out to me directly instead of her, she went to war for me with this particular vendor. This vendor happened to be our transportation as well so she ended up driving me and my dad in her own car from our reception venue to our ceremony venue. Then during our reception we made some last minute changes to our day of timeline and we had a mini 10 minute dance party but our cake was on the dance floor, her and her assistants guarded our cake with their LIVES while us and the rest of our crazy guests danced the following 10 minutes away. I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator to help manage all of the bumps in the road that occurred on the day of my wedding.
WOW! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Allanah and her team. When I first started planning my wedding, I wasn't sure if I would need a wedding planner. Now after going through my wedding day and a whole year of planning, it became evident that they were absolutely essential for my wedding day!! We cannot thank Allanah and her team at Hello Productions enough for making sure our wedding day was perfect. We hired her less than 3 weeks before our wedding when our venue coordinator unexpectedly resigned. She truly saved the day and relieved us of all our stress! We were all smiles the entire reception knowing that we were in good hands and didn't have a thing to worry about.
I sent her pictures of our "vision" before the wedding, and my jaw dropped when we walked into the reception because she nailed every. single. detail. Allanah went above and beyond for us, between offering to drive our decorations to the venue the week of the wedding, bringing us glasses of water on the dance floor throughout the night, and sending my bridal bouquet to the preservation company for me after the wedding so we could jet off to our honeymoon! She also made sure our decorations were packed nicely at the end of the night to allow for an easy pickup the next day when we were exhausted. (And so much more!)
I never thought a day-of coordinator would be needed since I'm pretty organized, but our only regret is that we wished we had hired her earlier into the wedding planning process! She is truly a gem and will make sure your day is incredible.

Allanah Ebenstein was our planner for my son’s last minute backyard wedding. She really helped in finding our vendors so last minute. It was wonderful to have her help leading up to the wedding and especially the day of the wedding. I would absolutely recommend her as a planner.
Christina McLachlan was our planner from start to finish of our March 2021 wedding. Because of the pandemic, we had to change our venue less than two months before our wedding and we couldn't have done it without Christina. When I was overwhelmed by the changes and how much needed to get done/be decided on in a short period of time, Christina worked with our vendors for us and got everything done. Despite it being in a different venue than we had planned, our wedding turned out so much better than we ever could have imagined. On the day of the wedding, we (and our parents) felt relaxed and were able to just sit back and enjoy the day because we felt fully confident in Christina and knew she would do an amazing job pulling everything together. The clasp on the back of my dress even broke during cocktail hour and I still felt calm and in good hands as one of Christina's team members sewed me into my dress! We are so thankful to Christina for all of her hard work to make our wedding day so amazing. If you are debating if you need a wedding planner, the answer is yes and you should pick Christina! It will just allow you and your family to enjoy your wedding day that much more since you will have no reason to worry or stress.

Thank you soooooo much from the bottom our hearts for helping make our day ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Due to the pandemic, we had to make a lot of changes to our original wedding plans. When things started to get crazy and I wasn’t sure where to turn to next, I started thinking about a final details/day of wedding coordinator. Natasha with Hello Productions was great since day one! I had a lot of things already planned on my own, but she was quick and easy to ask questions to. With many last minute changes, I wasn't sure how the reception room was going to look or how the day would be (I kinda lost my vision) but it couldn't have been more romantic and more perfect. Natasha made sure every detail was perfect and I was blown away! We are humbled and honored to have had a perfect day that we have waited so long for surrounded by ALL of the BEST people! Christina has such a great relationship with all of the vendors we already hired which helped with the coordination and bringing our vision to life. As a mother of a now 21-month old, with a full-time job, living in NC, my fiancé and I knew we needed a wedding planner for our out-of-state wedding in Pittsburgh! I interviewed a couple of planners and felt immediately comfortable with Natasha (Brody) Katic. She has an amazing ability to stay calm, collected and take fast action when needed. These attributes were an absolute Godsend when our May 2020 wedding was postponed due to Covid-19 and rescheduled for August 2020. When some of our initial vendors retained their deposit and informed us that they were not available for the new August date, Natasha found new talent quickly and they did an amazing job (Thank you Sky's the Limit Photography and DJ Underdog!) Three weeks before our August 15th date, our chosen venue for the reception was not going to be open so we had to replan the ENTIRE reception in 21 days! Natasha immediately found a beautiful outdoor venue at Shady Elms Farm that was actually available, all inclusive and simply amazing! The compliments on style, detail and the flow of events keep coming in. Cramming all the paperwork and payments and calls in the last weeks got pretty intense while also trying to work from home with a baby. When the weight of it all got too much, she stepped in and did everything she could to help and even put her therapist hat on when I needed an ear. Let it be known that Natasha Katic didn't just plan our wedding, she replanned a full reception in three weeks during a global pandemic. With every detail in place on the day of, you would have thought we had the full year! If you had any shadow of a doubt about her abilities, this should ease your mind. I proposed to my now wife last April and as we were in search for a wedding planner we ultimately decided on Christina McLachlan. We thank our lucky stars that we did! Christina was an absolute MVP and rock star throughout the entire process. The pandemic threw us a ton of challenges, ups, and downs but Christina never flinched. She's an incredibly sweet person, punctual, professional and gets things done in the most efficient way. My wife and I just got married on 8/29 and we had the PERFECT day. Christina saw my wife's vision and absolutely hit it on the head. I cannot recommend her enough as she was instrumental in creating the perfect wedding day for my wife and I! Christina made my wife and I feel at ease throughout the process and we felt so supported during uncertain times. I cannot say enough about how much you MUST have a wedding planner! I am a Type A person and have a lot of free time, so I was reluctant to hire a "day-of coordinator" for my wedding, thinking I can do everything myself. I ultimately hired Christina through Hello Productions because enough of my friends who were former brides strongly recommended one, saying I'll need a second set of hands available the day of the wedding so that the stress does not fall on you and your mom! My wedding was at a country club, which came with a coordinator as well, BUT WOW were they right about hiring a formal wedding coordinator!
First of all, even before Covid happened, Christina was ON. TOP. OF. IT. Always available for questions and support early on in the planning process, prior to the start of the basic package I hired her for. As more and more of the wedding process was under way, more & more things came up that my mom would stress over wondering who would do it or how it would get done, I became more & more thankful I was going to have that second set of hands. THEN Covid happened, and oh my goodness gracious how blessed my family & I were to have Christina! My county shut down 2 weeks before my wedding, so Christina stepped in & took over re-planning our safe outdoor gathering with literally 14 days to go, and she nailed our dream wedding. I want to cry just thinking about how thankful I am that I had such an ally throughout that process. She went above & beyond what we hired her for and didn't think twice of it; her heart is truly with that of the bride, determined to give all of her clients their dream weddings. Then, on the day of the wedding, her work doesn't stop! She was busier than every coordinating the 10 vendors on the property starting first thing in the morning. Also, if I haven't convinced you yet, WEDDING PLANNERS SAVE YOU MONEY. They are sharks in the business willing to fight for better deals, willing to print your menus and table numbers and escort signs for pennies on the dollar compared to that of Minted or elsewhere. Now, I'm not sure if that perk goes with the basic "day-of" package I purchased or if they were just being nice, but it's definitely something to consider when pricing out your budget. Finally, if you appreciate how much your wedding coordinator does for you, or if your wedding coordinator was only hired for day-of coordinating but goes above & beyond for you, don't forget them when you tip the night of the wedding to show your appreciation! (Though they do not expect this!) Also, in case I haven't mentioned this yet, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRISTINA if she is available! Though I'm sure they're all amazing!
Allanah and Ashley were incredible to work with! We had to postpone our original wedding and replan a much smaller wedding in the midst of COVID-19. We started with monthly to do list and then as we got closer to the wedding we worked on weekly/daily to do list. We told Natasha our vision and she pulled together options for every single vendor, décor, save the dates, invitations etc. She pulled together our vibe and theme from the start. Natasha set up all communication with our vendors making it super easy. If there was ever an issue or something we needed to take care of Natasha was already on it. Natasha attended all of our vendor meetings and was super prepared with questions we already discussed. Natasha was well spoken, organized and professional in person and through email. There was a big sense of ease and comfort in knowing Natasha was making sure we were sticking to our budget. Our wedding was an absolute dream! Everything came together so perfectly. My parents were so pleased with the timeline of events and the vendor set up for the day of the wedding. My biggest concern was making sure I trusted someone for the day of the wedding because I knew my family would be with me getting ready. Everything ran SO smoothly for both bride and groom. My wedding was at Phipps Conservatory and we live in Florida, so everything we were doing was from long distance. Natasha was extremely organized and provided me with a detailed budget tracker, multiple timelines, vendor spreadsheets, and monthly/weekly to-do lists. She created multiple vendor searches and provided me with options and contacts for every single detail. She created a personalized mood board and helped me find favors, decorations, a website, invitations, save-the-dates so that everything was on theme! She helped me set up vendor appointments and accompanied me on conference calls and meetings when needed.
During the wedding, her and her team were so helpful! They set up everything, printed and delivered all of my signs, coordinated all contact with vendors. She was cool, calm, and collected and made me feel relaxed and taken care of! I was able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything! After the wedding, I was able to leave and enjoy the rest of the night, her team handled clean-up and delivery to my hotel!

Hello productions was the best. I worked with Natasha Brody and she became like family as she helped me plan my wedding for almost a year and a half. I am so, so glad that we hired Natasha Learn for our wedding. We had actually already had a venue coordinator that came with our reception venue, but since the wedding and reception were in two locations, I wanted to hire one person to act as the go-to. So I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she was worth her weight in gold. I had many guests say that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, and I give a lot of that credit to Nathasha’s work on coordinating a seamless night.
Even though she was a day-of coordinator, she started doing a lot of scheduling, phone and email correspondence, and checking details with me about a month prior to the day. It was so nice to be able to hand over my 2+ years of planning to her and trust her to execute it. And she did so perfectly. She was very organized and helped me stay sane, and she always took every challenge I threw her way with a huge smile and enthusiasm.
I had a lot of moving parts during my wedding. There was a church that wasn’t exactly easy to work with, a large bridal party, two bands, and 14 vendors in total. Almost every vendor was independent, so I didn’t make it easy on her.
I think the best possible thing I could say about Nathasha’s work was that on the day of the wedding, my husband and I had an amazing time and even if there was chaos in the background (still to this day not sure if there was) we never saw or felt it. Thank you Nathasha for your hard work and professionalism - you helped create an event that I and many others will never forget!
Natasha Brody was our wedding planner for 10 months. Along with Natasha's incredibly sweet personality she listened to everything we asked. We first met Natasha at a coffee shop and discussed everything we wanted with out wedding. She then gave us a quote the following day and we immediately got to work. We don't have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to work with Natasha the 8 months leading up to our wedding weekend. We had two weddings on two separate days (Hindu and Christian), and with Natasha by our side, it felt seamless. We hired Natasha Learn for a full wedding package in 2015. With a rollercoaster of life events, we didn’t end up getting married until 2018, so we worked with her for almost 3 years. Let me tell you, the entire time she was AMAZING!!! Having made an international move, changed our date 3 times, had a baby (the list goes on and on) she never once made us feel like our requests were ridiculous or that we were asking too much of her. She is extremely communicative, thorough, and detailed and that is what you need from your wedding planner. Above all else, she has an incredible eye for design and will search to the ends of the earth to find you the right vendor or artist.

We decided to hire an hourly day of coordinator to help with logistics, drop-off and all the things we didn't want any of our guests to have to worry about. I can 100% say that it was an excellent decision. We worked with Christina who I instantly felt like I could rely on. She was very organized, experienced, responsive and felt like a friend which made it so easy to hand off tasks and not think about them again. Christina was also very thoughtful...texting me a lovely "happy wedding day" message and asking if I wanted any sneak peeks of the venue. If I could go back and hire her for the whole planning process I would have. They were reasonably priced and worked with me to get the service I needed since my venue was a little strict.
Hiring Natasha Learn for our day-of coordinator was the smartest thing my husband and I did for our wedding. I can get very easily overwhelmed but Natasha made sure that did not happen. A month before the wedding, Natasha took over all the final details and made sure all my vendors were confirmed and created the best, most organized timeline for us. I did not have to do a single thing for the day of the wedding except get ready and relax because of Natasha! Absolutely recommend them to help with your wedding. We had them for day of coordinator and it was worth every penny. Do not hesitate to hire them, you will not be disappointed. Our wedding was so completely stress-free and everything went off without any problems due to the care they take and how present they were during the entire day(and months before!)
