She has amazing taste and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. As the bride, I relied on her heavily throughout the process but my husband and I do not live in Pittsburgh. We also had a late-in-the-game change in reception venue due to unforeseen circumstances and she helped us select another venue that turned out to be beyond beautiful (in under 2 months!). I also asked Natasha a million questions throughout the planning process and she never made me feel like I was asking too much. She helped us plan within our budget and provided several options for each vendor category. Pretty much all of our other vendors were chosen based on her recommendation and they were all superb. She was always incredibly professional, calm and collected, and made us feel like our wedding was her main priority. We are forever grateful to Natasha and her team at Hello Productions!

Natasha planned my entire wedding over the course of a year, and I couldn’t have been happier with her. She was always available via email or phone to answer my questions, and she was always quick to respond. She created a year-long timeline of every detail and contacted me... Read More when it was time to start planning the next step. She would send me 4-5 vendors to review for each step so it wasn’t as overwhelming. Then once I told her which ones I’d like to meet with, she did all the work of contacting them and arranging the meeting. She came to every meeting and took notes that she would later email to me. And she always knew what questions to ask the vendors if I wasn’t sure. She had a great selection of vendors from several different price ranges. Another great thing is that if I had questions for the vendors later, she would contact them and find out the answers so I didn’t have to spend time trying to reach them. She is very organized. I wish I had her as a personal assistant every day! On the day of the wedding she and her assistant kept everything running smoothly so I didn’t have to worry about anything. She even rescued me from a bee that got trapped in the layers of lace on my dress right before my husband and I were introduced at the reception! My only criticism is that the full wedding planning service is expensive, but honestly I couldn’t have planned a wedding without Natasha so I feel it was worth it.

Guests were very pleased with everything, and several commented that they were impressed with how Natasha had everything under control. Natasha was always very positive, supportive and encouraging. She followed up quickly and communicated with all involved parties very well. She sought our guidance and input, then took charge appropriately on necessary tasks. We would definitely recommend her to others!

So she had already gotten with all my vendors, made up a day-of schedule and was working on the final details when I had to tell her that the wedding had to be postponed. Christina was SO thoughtful and wonderful. She immediately started helping me figure out a new date, contacted all my vendors for me, helped find someone else if I needed them. She has excellent taste, a calming presence, offers great advice, and is so personable and lovely but still knows how to get the job done. She dealt with some rather difficult vendors at times with the uttermost grace and professionalism. And I felt so at ease on the actual day of the wedding, I was able to simply enjoy the day and not worry about any of the details because I knew that Natasha had it all under control!

Having received a pointer from one of our groomsmen that we’d be dumb not to get a day-of coordinator, Kell and I reached out to Hello Productions less than two weeks prior to our wedding at the Renaissance Marriott Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA. We were put in touch with Natasha... Read More within 24 hours of reaching out and after a quick introduction call, we signed a contract covering rehearsal preparation and various day of coordination activities. Natasha was wonderful to work with throughout the process. She provided a very detailed questionnaire covering all aspects of the two-day event (rehearsal + wedding). After we quickly filled that out and provided her with a list of all our vendors, she hit the ground running confirming timely arrival of items such as flowers, cakes, etc., and ensured all vendors and Renaissance staff were on the same page with the plans. While we don’t believe it to be the norm, a combination of what we think was fairly good preparation on our part combined with her experience, skills, and dedication to ensuring the event went smoothly showed that you can pick up a day-of coordinator really late in the game. We haven’t been to 100’s of weddings, but we’ve participated in quite a few and can definitively say that Natasha did a fantastic job of walking the line between making sure things were executed as planned while not acting like a drill sergeant doing so. She rolled with the punches without straying from her sweet demeanor. We’ve seen plenty of examples of other coordinators that were way too far on either end of the spectrum. Not Natasha, she nails the required balance. While we suspect she’d never say so, we’re reasonably sure she made far more calls and put in more hours than originally estimated in our agreement and we are very thankful for her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our event turned out great. Being organized, professional, kind, and not too serious to have plenty of laughs with you all the while delivering the results you’d hope for, Kell and I would highly recommend her for couples looking for someone to help coordinate their wedding.
