Please, just don't do it. I went through 3 coordinators with the site due to employee turnover - the most recent being 2 weeks before the wedding. I had to go over every detail with her again from square one. The food was great, but I killed... an ant on the buffet table when we went through. The new coordinator didn't care though. The roof leaked a few days before the wedding and we only found out because we stopped by to deliver our final payment. I asked why we weren't notified and what they were doing to fix it (instead of the garbage can sitting in the middle of the dance floor to catch drips) and was told it wasn't worth worrying over and to drop it. We arrived that morning to decorate expecting to finally meet this new, third coordinator. She wasn't there and would not arrive until a few hours before the reception started. The carpet was horribly dirty, so we asked if they could vacuum it. She pulled it would of the closet, handed me the vacuum and told me to go do it. The staff was lazy and apathetic, at best. Kevin, the food manager, was a dream to work with when we first toured the site. After we booked the room I was handed over to these coordinators and never heard from Kevin again. Don't get me wrong, our reception was fantastic - no guest had a clue what all had gone wrong. It was just a lot of little things that added up that totally turned me off. The room is beautiful, it's such a same their staff and attitude are so ugly!
