Our entire wedding day was perfect, and both of us chose to book the brides & grooms suites for the full day with service which was the right decision, lunch came at the perfect time! HPCC is so fully inclusive we really didn’t need to bring much in terms of decor, but what we did bring, the day of coordinator, Kasia, mostly set up for us throughout the morning and was such a huge help to us. Our family and friends are still talking about the food, how beautiful the venue was, and overall how great of a time they had. We can’t thank Dan, Rachael, Kasia, Matt, and everyone enough for making our night so special and memorable!

, and from the moment we stepped onto the property back in late 2023 and took our very first tour, we knew so easily that this was the perfect venue for us. As soon as the tour with Dan ended, we looked at each other and couldn't help but laugh and smile immediately because we both knew right away in our gut this was where we wanted to get married. Rachael and Dan felt like friends from the second we met them, and by the time the wedding arrived, they truly were friends! They made every part of our planning process so fun, easy, and stress-free. Rachael answered every single Type-A question I had (there were a LOT). She was calm, organized, was extremely dependable and trustworthy based on her experience, responsive, and always gave us thoughtful options and backup plans to make sure we felt confident in every decision. Dan brought so much energy, knowledge, and warmth to the process - his excitement made us even more excited. They were such a dream team and the best vendor duo we could have asked for. As a couple who have each been in multiple weddings and attend 4+ weddings every year over the last few years, we've seen a lot - and we can confidently say that Hiland is the best venue we've ever experienced. Not just because of how stunning it is, but because of the people behind it. (Shoutout Kausha!) From the absolutely gorgeous upgrades to the most beautiful marble ballroom floors, to the in-house chef who blew our guests away with the most food I've ever seen in my life - we are still hearing about it seven months later. People actually thought our cocktail hour was their dinner because it was that incredible, that plentiful, and that beautiful. And then the actual dinner came out and blew them away again! The venue is flexible, elegant, and gives you the ability to make your day your own. We had such a clear vision for our wedding, and Rachael and Dan helped us bring that to life and then some. The backdrop for our ceremony was breathtaking, the ballroom was transformed into something out of a magazine, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I didn't feel stressed for a single second on our Wedding Day - and I truly owe that to Rachael and Dan. If you're considering Hiland Park for your wedding: stop thinking, and book it! It was the best decision we made, and we feel so lucky to have had the wedding of our dreams with the kindest, most genuine people making it all happen behind the scenes. One of the toughest decisions we faced was choosing the menu—everything they offer is simply incredible! Months later, one of the first things people still rave about is how amazing the food was! If we could have chosen the entire menu, we would have. Hiland Park’s team worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything came together perfectly on the day. They also went above and beyond to check in on me, my husband, our wedding party, our parents, and even our guests throughout the event, making sure every detail was taken care of and everyone felt perfectly attended to. This level of attention made us feel so supported and valued, and it added a personal touch that we’ll never forget. As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to work at Hiland Park many times before as part of other couples' big days. This familiarity gave me so much peace of mind as a bride, knowing how well-organized and professional their team is. I already knew how seamlessly their weddings flow, and that left me feeling nothing but excitement leading up to my own. Of course, wedding days rarely go exactly as planned, and ours was no exception. Just two hours before our ceremony, my father-in-law was rushed to the hospital. My husband and I were devastated and unsure how to move forward, but Dan and the team were absolutely incredible. Dan and Taylor, our wedding coordinator, came to us in the bridal suite with a suggestion to swap the cocktail hour and ceremony to give my father-in-law more time to return. Within 10 minutes, their kitchen team had cocktail hour ready to go, and we decided to move forward with the change. Although the adjustment was unplanned, our guests loved the unique flow of the day. It gave everyone time to mingle, eat, and drink before the ceremony, and it also allowed my husband and me to greet guests early, leaving us more time to dance and enjoy the reception later. While my father-in-law wasn’t able to make it back in time for the ceremony, he arrived just before the parents were introduced at the reception, which was such a relief and joy for all of us. The professionalism, empathy, and quick thinking shown by Dan, Rachael, and the entire Hiland Park staff during such a stressful moment were beyond anything we could have hoped for. Their ability to adapt and ensure our day remained special was truly remarkable. On top of that, the venue itself is stunning. Our wedding photos feature breathtaking backdrops, including their beautiful grounds and vintage Rolls-Royce, which added such a fun and elegant touch. Every detail was handled with care, ensuring that our day was everything we dreamed it would be. The food was AMAZING, especially the cocktail hour and the Viennese table. Not a SINGLE one of our guests had any complaints. The staff were friendly and fun. Every single question was answered thoroughly (even when I asked a million in one day) and we weren’t told once that there was something we couldn’t do - we got a yes to everything! Our guests have not stopped raving about the food and how great ALL of the staff were. Cocktail hour alone beats any other venue around. The dance floor is huge, the entire building is beautiful, even the bathrooms are gorgeous and spotless. The groomsmen suite and the bridal suite really topped everything off - we arrived to a full fridge with drinks and lunch was great - I could’ve spent days in there! Despite a rainy wet day, we still got to have the ceremony outside and it was perfect. We are so grateful. Look no further - just book it. ❤️

The food was phenominal, the cocktail hour was longer than expected which everyone loved, and the timeline of each step of the wedding was right on point. All while not seeing much of the people who make these things happen. They were behind the scenes unless needed which is what we wanted! If Hiland is in your considerations, trust me, look no further. They have social media pages that you can see what some of the weddings that’ve been held there look like like if that helps. Lastly, if you plan on doing a wedding in the fall like we did, I’ll say the grounds are prestine at this time of year and makes for gorgeous photos.

Many make point to note how they felt when they were greeted with champagne. It really sets the tone. All of the staff are incredible. Everyone really truly wants you to have the best day. Tasha and Thomas in the bridal suites were amazing. Tasha really went above and beyond helping me organize my decor that came in, and she really handled everything. The bartenders were so fun and prompt, always smiling. Dan is amazing at walking you through the entire process, and always responds in a timely manner. The ceremony space is beautiful. The grounds are amazing for photos. There is just such an easy flow with the way this venue is set up. The reception room is gorgeous with three huge chandeliers. They really make sure to cover every little detail and we can’t thank them enough. Cocktail hour is insane, make sure to tell your guests that is not their dinner. The amount of value you get in this venue can’t be beat. And then on top of value the way they treat their couples is like we’re family. We couldn’t imagine our wedding being anywhere but here. If you choose this venue you will not be disappointed! We can’t stop talking about how amazing they made our day.

and frankly the others didn't quite match up. We loved that they included everything so we didn't have to worry about too much. Dan and the other staff were super helpful with anything we needed and answered all of our questions! One thing we loved was that we could make a day of decision about whether to have the ceremony inside or outside. With it being in upstate New York in November, you never know what the weather will be like. The day of the wedding it started sprinkling a little about 30 minutes before the start time and Dan was watching the weather forecast and had a plan in case we needed to move the ceremony inside. Luckily it cleared up and we were able to have an outdoor ceremony in November! But he was on top of everything so I could relax and enjoy the day. The other thing we absolutely loved was the amount and type of food offered. Basically every single one of our guests came up to us or our parents and gushed about the food. There were so many options at cocktail hour and it was the perfect mix of comfort, pub food, with some fancy food added in there. I had an entire plate of pigs in a blanket which is my favorite and my husband and I both ate our entire dinner. The whole menu was definitely one of our favorite things about this venue. Overall, they're a great team and would 100% recommend!

The bridal suite is fully stocked with beverages and there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready including getting dressed, hair, and makeup. They also provide lunch, which is wonderful! The groom's suite has a lot of entertainment for getting ready. Dan had us come the day before to rehearse and again it went very smoothly. The day of he made sure everything ran smoothly and as a bride I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The staff were beyond friendly. The cocktail hour provides countless options in addition to dinner. Both offer a wide variety of selections. We opted to do the dessert station and our guests were so impressed. This included lighting things on fire and a unique s'more station amongst countless other desserts. Dan allowed us to use one of their cakes from the dessert station which saved on cost--we only needed the cake topper. Our wedding day was a great success and a memory we will never forget thanks to Dan and his staff. The following day, everything is packed and organized. Hiland handles putting all of your special touches up and taking them down. They have a ton of items already available which helps with cost. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this venue. Throughout the entirety of the process, Dan and his entire staff were so incredible. Every conversation we had leading up to the event, they were all very kind, professional and extremely accommodating. On several occasions, we found ourselves saying “wow, we feel like we are the only couple/wedding they are planning!” because they were all being so attentive. The day of the wedding was a dream. The space is elegant and classy, with beautiful natural light. It has a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site that did not feel like it was next to a golf course at all. Thankfully we did not have to use it, but the indoor ceremony option was the absolute best we came across. Although, we preferred our ceremony to be outside, the indoor option is so perfect that I would not have minded at all if we had to use it. The food - Oh my gosh, the food! Both my husband and I come from big Italian families. We know what good food is! Hiland Park has, hands down, the BEST food I’ve had at a wedding in my life. It felt and tasted like everything was individually prepared as if we were at a sit-down dinner (not banquet style feeding 200+ people) I cannot tell you how many people invited to our wedding, or friends of guests who attended the wedding that raved about the food. Not only was it delicious, but it was beautiful and plentiful! The displays were well thought out. The flow of the room was perfect, and the food was way over the top! It was all so incredibly impressive. My husband and I cannot wait to be “guests” at a wedding there so we are able to eat more of that amazing food! We tell everyone we know “if you know someone having a wedding, tell them to use the Hiland Park Country Club”. We are already planning our baby shower to be there and keep trying to think of additional events we can host, just so we can go back. Dan, his staff, the food, and the space, really are the entire package! Professional, kind, and accommodating are the words I keep using to describe them. The pricing was fair, if not BETTER than all of the other places we looked at, and we looked at them all!! Dan Flores was certainly made to do this job! We are so grateful to him and his staff.

On the day of the wedding, he ensured whatever I needed, I got, and in a timely manner. Hiland also has fantastic bridal suite and groomsmen suites so that we could all get ready for the day in a relaxed and aesthetically pleasing environment. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about this venue/our wedding.

Dan who runs the wedding services met us, showed us around, and introduced us to the Hiland Park brand and it was everything we wanted and more. As soon as you drove your car onto the grounds, you knew it was a top-notch place. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The renovations (aka the entire place) were modern with an elegant flair, yet little touches of history were scattered throughout the property, especially in the bar and cocktail hour area. We wanted a wedding with great food (not mediocre by any means) and Hiland blew us away with the selection. We picked a plethora of foods for the cocktail hour and curated our dinner menu with ease. Hiland Park ensured our guests would be well *hydrated* by only offering a top-shelf bar (liquor, wine, and beer) for the entire reception and cocktail hour. You aren't suffering from lower-tiered alcohol packages, there is one and only one. Easy choice! Our attendees (and my wife and I) are still raving about the food. The staff, as they deserve their own paragraph. Holy Toledo, we were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Every detail of the day was spot on and their attentiveness to ensure it was perfect and never faltered. Everyone had a smile on their face. Dan really takes care of his employees, and they really take care of the business. We haven't seen this type of service in all of our life. They were a major reason our day was so successful. The kitchen staff and chefs blew our already high expectations out of the water with some of the best food that ever grazed our palates. The bartenders were speedy, and aces at what they did. The servers and bride/groom attendants were some of the kindest people in the world, and they took their jobs very seriously. With a wedding of 180 guests, they served everyone a piping hot dinner in 10 minutes...unheard of. Our photos came out perfectly. The scenery was stunning! We wanted an indoor/outdoor vibe, and Hiland had this wonderful patio with heaters, a fire pit, a gazebo, etc. so our guests could choose to be indoors or out. At the base of the Adirondack mountains, the views were a perfect backdrop to our pictures. If you're still deciding on a venue, look no further. We wish we could relive this day over and over again. Dear Hiland, thank you for making our wedding day the best ever. We won't ever forget it!!
