Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and there were moments I felt all over the place — but Kate always knew exactly how to communicate with me, stay flexible, and make me feel completely at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and it truly showed on our wedding day.
Every single detail was flawless. Coordination was seamless, everything ran smoothly, and there was truly nothing we would change. Kate has a special gift for making you feel seen and celebrated.
We also stayed in the bridal suite, which was absolutely amazing. Getting ready there with our crew, listening to music, and soaking in the excitement of the day made it feel like we had the whole hotel to ourselves. It was such a special, memorable experience.

hair and makeup artist to use, ability to hold a block of rooms for our guests to book at a discounted rate, and transportation for our guests to and from the venue nearby. The staff was also very helpful getting this all set up for me throughout the planning process, answering any question I had and they were super responsive. As a bride, I definitely recommend the getting ready suite for the morning of! There was plenty of space and lots of natural light. We booked the connecting double queen room which allowed for even more space and another bathroom! Overall, I recommend Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington!

We felt so taken care of and celebrated, all weekend long! I highly recommend utilizing this hotel for your wedding block.
The honeymoon/executive suite was so spacious. I loved that we were able to use it as a getting-ready space on wedding morning, and it easily fit 10 ladies plus 4 hair & makeup artists. This was such a convenient and comfortable way to start the day. I really appreciated the hotel adding “Hollywood-style” vanity mirrors and extra chairs and tables for our pampering morning to ensure everyone could get ready comfortably. The hotel also allowed us late check-out on the day after our wedding, and it was so helpful to use the suite as a gathering place for family and friends to hang out before heading home. With so many of our guests coming from out of state, it was crucial for us to have communal spaces to gather with our loved ones, and the large suite as well as the comfortable lounge spaces in the lobby were perfect for this.
Communicating with Kate and the other customer service staff was so easy throughout the entire wedding process. Everyone was patient and helpful, and they efficiently helped us plan multiple shuttle rides throughout the wedding day as well as other weekend logistics. I could not have asked for a more positive experience!

cellent!! Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about their staff interactions & meals throughout the event and their stay. The convenience of having 1 primary contact for the venue throughout the process was great, Kate was truly amazing to work with and helped made our wedding perfect!! Staff helped walk us through the entire process while providing documents for us to use and clear expectations of timelines etc to stay on track planning. The shuttle bus drivers were wonderful & helpful when we used the shuttles to go take wedding photos at a nearby park.
Many of our family and guests were from out of town so having the hotel and ballroom connected made it easy for everyone traveling from out of town along with the free hotel shuttle to get to/from the airport or other nearby attractions.
We are so thankful for all the Hilton staff who made our day one we want to remember forever!!

her communication. She was well prepared and answered our questions before they had to be asked. Catering/Bar staff were well mannered, communicated and kept things moving in the right direction. From the moment you step into the lobby, the hotel is clean and refreshed. They offered wedding guests champagne at check in and that was a nice added touch. Kate had shuttle times posted at the front desk so guests knew when it would pickup/drop-off. When we got back to the room after the reception they had a card, two champagne flutes, champagne and cheesecake in the fridge. A very nice gesture.
The only thing that came close to being a slight negative was the bar downstairs wasn’t overly welcoming to our guests. But overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend using them for the services I mentioned above!

ed the process of touring, menu sampling, and planning the day down to the last detail with the hotel. We had every single event on site making for an extremely easy and convenient wedding. We loved hanging out after rehearsal in the bar when guests arrived for informal hang out. Many guests utilized the shuttle and we hired several babysitters for kids to have fun in the pool during the wedding night. From the bartenders to the waiters to the reception staff- everyone was unbelievably helpful and fun! The food was AMAZING!! Used a butter knife to cut the huge delicious steaks- everyone is still talking about them. The butternut squash ravioli, appetizers, and the late night pizza were also absolute hits. So little packing and clean up the next day was icing on the cake.

Overall, every aspect of our experience … shuttle, front desk, Restaurant/bar, pool, fitness center and housekeeping was Fantastic! Thank you Hilton staff for delivering outstanding value and service to our guests! They truly enjoyed and appreciated your hospitality!!

when it came to planning out the day and how everything was to be set up. The dinner staff and everyone that helped out, did an incredible job and made the evening move smoothly. If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% pick Hilton Bloomington-Minneapolis.

m blocks for Fri. and Sat. night and was very accommodating getting us in suites and the Presidential Suite on the 11th floor. The girls used the Washington Room to get ready and the space, food and refreshments were all great. The Chop House was a great gathering space for out of town guests the night before the big day. We only heard positive hotel reviews from our guests, so we would definitely recommend to others looking for a room block.

attention to detail, organization skills were great! She was so pleasant to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. All of the staff was very helpful, polite and responsive to our questions and requests. It was a great place for the reception!

ing to set up a phone call, and went above and beyond her basic job title.
Even as some things went in ways different than planned, Kate pivoted and the team shifted effortlessly. As well, this was one of the most affordable venues we looked at.
I cannot recommend this Hilton and Kate enough!
