My journey to becoming a “day of” Wedding Coordinator began with a personal passion for creating special moments and organizing memorable events. At 21, I took on the challenge of planning my own wedding, discovering my love for orchestrating details and crafting experiences that people cherish. This newfound passion led me to become an impromptu “day of” coordinator for my cousin’s wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly without realizing it was a formal role. Over the years, I became the "go-to guest" at dozens of weddings, offering help with everything from managing food stations to stocking bars and handling last-minute details. The turning point in my career came with my son’s wedding, which took place in Louisville, KY, while I was living in California in 2024.

Marisa and her team are wonderful! I have worked as a vendor on their weddings, and they are super helpful, respectful and collaborative. They ensure that the wedding is perfectly executed to the brides expectations and that all is done beautifully and professionally. Marisa was an incredible Day-of Wedding Coordinator! From start to finish, she was fully prepared, organized, and always one step ahead. Her communication was excellent — she made sure everyone knew what to do and when to do it. She paid attention to every small detail and ensured that everything went perfectly. Because of her, our day went off without a hitch and we were able to just relax and enjoy it. Marisa did a phenomenal job and comes highly recommended to anyone looking for a coordinator who truly goes above and beyond!

Marisa was more than wonderful. She was with us every step of the way. She displayed professionalism all throughout the time she assisted us for our wedding preparation. She made my fiancé and I comfortable from the beginning we worked with her. Not only she made our wedding ceremony venue beautiful, but she made sure that every nitty -gritty wasn’t missed. She listened and took time to understand what I envisioned for my special day. She did her diligent ocular viewings of our chosen venues on our behalf, took photos and videos to make sure that we have visuals as we could not be there personally to check it. She drove all the way from LA to Santa Barbara to check our venues at the Carpinteria Bluff and at the Rosewood Miramar. She coordinated well with the other vendors too giving us peace of mind on the day of the wedding.
As my personal schedule kept on changing, she still managed to keep the flow of preparation in a systematic way through effective coordination with my fiancé and I along with the relevant vendors. She managed to make our wedding happen in three weeks time.
There were critical moments where she proved her dedication and ownership in handling situations that impacted our wedding ceremony.
Communication and execution was excellent from her end. She went above and beyond. Hopefully more future brides can experience her great works just like me. Thank you again Marisa for being kind and generous with your craft.

We worked with Marisa as our day-of coordinator, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! She did such a beautiful job setting up our reception venue, everything looked perfect, and the entire evening ran so smoothly. Thanks to her attention to detail and support, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our celebration with our family and friends without any stress.
She also stepped in on a very short timeline, and we’re so grateful for her professionalism, calm presence, and kindness throughout the day. Her help and attention to detail were absolutely invaluable. We can’t recommend her enough!

Marrisa was a lifesaver at my wedding… I am not good at paying attention to small detail and I hate coordinating things and having her help to take the stress off of my shoulders so that I could completely enjoy my wedding. She coordinated with all the vendors, spoke to them during the day , and facilitated all of the fine details.
