I was so glad I went through Karen and her company for my wedding day hair and make-up. I had a huge concern over getting 5 bridesmaids, myself, and my mother through hair and make-up on time the day of my wedding AND getting everything set up. I knew I needed someone who could work on-site. I was excited to see that I Love Blush.com offered this and that it was a good price. Karen did a beautiful job with not only my hair, but the rest of the party as well. I did give her an unusual hurdle to tackle and that was to make sure that my hair would hold up through my aerial act in which I was going to be spinning around and hanging upside down! She did it, because my hair never fell out throughout the entire day! It still looked soft and gentle though. I mentioned that this company offers make-up too! It was originally going to be one wonderful girl doing the make-up, but 2 days before my wedding her and her family got sick and she wasn't going to make it day of! I was worried we'd have to do our own, try to find a way to work in a salon and transportation (my venue was in a small, rural town), or hire someone who's quality of work I had no guarantee on if I could even FIND someone that close to one of the biggest wedding weekends of the wedding season. This is where hiring the company I Love Blush.com was entirely worth it. She was able to use her connections through the industry of people she has worked with before and knows the quality of their work to save the day and find me a different, great make up artist! I loved my make-up and my entire party was very happy with theirs too (It takes a lot to make 7 different women happy)! I cannot recommend this company enough. Hire them/ get a trial with them and you won't be disappointed.

I had my makeup done by I Love Blush, and it turned out wonderful. They come to you which helps a lot to reduce the stress. My mother, my two sisters, my mother in law, my sister in law and my maid of honor all where scheduled to have their makeup done. However, when I asked how much time they would need, they said a half an hour for each girl, which ended up not being enough time. My maid of honor ended up doing her own makeup, which bothered me a great deal, because it was part of my gift to her. The makeup and eyelashes that did get done looked amazing though. I have no doubt in their talent, however, I do suggest you schedule a lot more time per person.

Shannon from I Love Blush was very professional and understood what each of us were looking for...I did a trial and was thrilled with the results, definitely worth doing so you can tell exactly how the make up is going to feel and look. Shannon selected items she thought matched my goals and talked over each selection with me. She was very positive and reassuring about the process. On the day of the wedding, Shannon did the make up for the two bridesmaids, the matron of honor and myself. I knew it was going well when my friend said "I need to run home and put on my wedding dress, I didn't look this good on my own wedding day." I really wanted my wedding party to feel beautiful and excited about the event; each of them looked so gorgeous it made me tear up-- they are beautiful every day but to see the impact a professional wielding a set of tiny brushes, some fake eyelashes and the expertise to put it all together was really exciting and memorable. They were good sports to go along with my idea and my husband and I were thrilled at their reactions. Shannon helped to make their day special too. I loved my make up the day of the wedding; it matched my style perfectly and it felt great. It was a really hot day so it definitely had to work under duress. Coming to my house was really an extra bonus for us and made getting ready easier.
