So, I had the privilege of seeing how ILLUMINATE South Florida operates at a staff Christmas party this past year (mind you, it was about a month before my wedding!) for my agency, 4Kids of South Florida. My (then) fiancé, coworkers, and I had ...a blast with their photo booth service, and I couldn't help myself from reaching out to Caitlin after the event to see what the probability was that she might be available for my wedding! Caitlin rocks at responding to emails, reaching out by phone, and not letting the ball drop with staying in touch. -For me, this was a huge plus because my head was EVERYWHERE for those few weeks leading up to the wedding, and it helped to know that Caitlin didn't want any details to be left out, even if they were ones I didn't think about to include! She didn't miss a beat.
Needless to say, she came(!) and it was probably the best impromptu financial decision I made for our big day! Everybody had a blast, the pictures came out great, and all of her special touches made for such an awesome booth! I was initially overwhelmed by all of the customizations that were available to me, so I asked Caitlin to help me decide what would be best. She gave me great advice, used a lot of her own creative genius, and really helped to make our reception light and fun! I feel like I stumbled upon an angel when I met Caitlin and decided to use ILLUMINATE South Florida for my wedding reception. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional, reliable, and professional photo booth service, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future events! You rock!
