We are still awaiting photos taken during the first and second receptions. We paid him in full at the time of service the remainder due after deposits and he promised a refund of partial fees back in August of 2025 which we still have not received a dime of. I attempted to reach out to him through multiple avenues to get our photos as there are family members that were in attendance then who have passed away but we still to this day 3/20/2026 have not received photos. The last communication with him last year was not replied to and the communication prior to the last one said he had to find our photos because they were taken on flash drives that contained multiple other events. I guess he never found them, because he never provided them or tried to communicate even to this day. After he ignored me, I took to social media to try and reach him and to warn others about his lack of professionalism and delivery of promises and services paid for and he blocked me on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. He also took down and changed his business information from google so that the review I previously posted was removed with that listing and no reviews are able to be placed. Instead of providing a partial refund for missed delivery, he opened a physical studio location. He even had his mother call and lie for him at multiple points even though she was not there, did not enter the contract with us, nor received funds. Multiple promises were made to get us the photos within a certain time frame and the time frame came and went with no delivery. If you don't ever want to see your wedding photos, use this vendor. This guy is a crook and a liar and if The knot supports his company, they will have a stain on their reputation that cannot be removed. I wish I could give Zero stars.
