I work in close partnership with Nadia, supporting both the strategic and operational elements of the business to ensure every celebration is executed with precision and intention. My role spans high-level coordination, refined logistics, marketing support, and vendor management, allowing me to remain closely involved throughout the planning process and present on wedding days. I focus on the details that matter most — seamless communication, thoughtful execution, and behind-the-scenes orchestration that allows our clients to feel completely at ease. Together, Nadia and I function as a highly synchronized team, delivering an experience that is elevated, polished, and meticulously curated. I’m Anne Marie, On-Site Décor Coordinator at Imperfectly Perfect Weddings & Events. I specialize in translating creative vision into refined, thoughtfully executed design, ensuring every space feels intentional, elevated, and beautifully cohesive. I lead the development of custom design concepts, detailed cost estimates, and the sourcing of high-quality materials, collaborating closely with our clients at every stage of the process. Each celebration is approached with the understanding that no two visions are alike — and that every detail, no matter how subtle, plays a role in the overall experience. On event days, I oversee décor execution with precision and care, ensuring the final result is a professionally planned, elegant affair that feels both timeless and personal.
