5 stars is not a high enough rating. Allie was the lead planner for our big day and working with her was a dream. She made sure our wedding day was exactly like we wanted it. Not a single thing went wrong the day of, which was unbelievable. It's all because of her and Meranda's hard work. Allie was very willing to work within our budget. She never made us uncomfortable when discussing finances and never pushed us to spend more. My favorite thing about working with Allie was how she made sure that on the day of our wedding, my husband and I could take in every detail. She showed us the reception space early, reminded me to pause before walking down the aisle, and took pictures of all the little details so we wouldn't forget. If you want a down to earth planner with a truly personalized planning experience, than Indigo Event Planning is your team.

I am so incredibly happy I booked Meranda for my September 2024 wedding. She was absolutely amazing and met with me at least once a month to talk and plan. She really understood my vision and made it come to life. Meranda was very hands on, she met with us multiple times for venue tours, meal tastings, and even rearranged her schedule to make visits work! When I was unsure about what vendors to work with or design choices, she always had recommendations and I trusted her with every aspect of my wedding! She coordinated with all my vendors and made sure all the little things were taken care of so that way the big day went smoothly and that was something I really appreciated. The Indigo team was top notch when it came to wedding day. Meranda walked me through everything but also made sure I was having a good time and took care of all the behind-the-scenes things. I would recommend Meranda and the Indigo team for any aspect of wedding planning, whether it’s a full plan & design, or even a day of coordinator, they are truly the best and I can’t recommend them enough!

I touched base and ended up hiring Meranda around September for my december 2024 wedding. Almost immediately, my fiance told me he noticed that I was less stressed and worried about the wedding. Meranda was meticulous with her organization. She was beyond professional, and she really does have the best interest of her couples in mind. There are not enough thank you's to say to her and her team at Indigo. We had a small hitch with my photographer, but all I could tell my bridesmaids and literally everyone who would listen - "Thank God I have Meranda." She settled every worry, she handled all set up and take down, she was my right hand woman and I could cry how she made sure my dad who has some mobility issues, was taken care of. It was the best investment I had made for my wedding!

I worked with Meranda for a year and a half for my wedding on September 28, 2024 and I truly enjoyed all of the calls we had together. She was low stress, always had great suggestions and very accommodating. From the beginning it always felt like I was talking to a close girlfriend about my wedding when we had our planning calls. On the day of the wedding she was phenomenal! If anything went wrong I'll never know because her and her team were on it! I would highly recommend working with Meranda for your big day!

If you are looking for a sign to get a wedding planner, let this be it!! Indigo Event Planning was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Meranda was very kind, organized, knowledgeable, and had the best vendor recommendations a bride could ask for. I decided to really trust her vision and gave her full creative control for my big day and she did not disappoint! I think my favorite part about working with this team was the freedom it gave me to really enjoy my day & be fully present in the moment without the stress of worrying about what needs to happen next or problem solving. Another fantastic perk is having someone to answer all your frantic last minute emails the week before (If you're reading this Meranda, thank you again!!! lol). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is getting married. I wish Indigo and future couples nothing but success! Xoxo

I seriously could not have imagined wedding planning without Allie and the Indigo team. Allie took all of the stress away and I was able to enjoy the process. She helped me work within my budget but still get everything that I wanted (and more). Allie answered every single one of my frantic emails and always had an answer to my questions. She provided me with a great list of recommended vendors, but also helped me explore additional vendors to fit my tastes. Every detail was perfectly curated and exactly as I had always imagined. The day of went perfectly and was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Working with Allie and Meranda felt like working with friends. I would 100% recommend Allie and her team.

Meranda and team were wonderful event planners. From the very beginning of the process to the day of our wedding they were amazing. We had so many little needs that they were able to advise and manage. Our wedding with about 75 guests went perfectly. We had a band and DJ and Meranda made it so easy for us. She is so well organized and has so much experience and it shows. We highly recommend Indigo. On the day of Meranda orchestrated everything so weak and was able to deal with every last minute curve ball. We are so thankful to have made the right choice in our event planner.

Indigo Events was my favorite vendor that we worked with by far!! Meranda and Rachel did an absolutely perfect job of creating the exact vision that I had for my wedding day. I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day without stressing or worrying about anything because it was all handled by Indigo Events. She also did an amazing job executing a rain back up plan as it was thunder storming all day and had umbrellas and back up ideas for everything! From our first planning meeting 1 year before the wedding, to the entire rehearsal and day of, she did an amazing job of considering every detail and taking the stress off of me! For the amount of work that Meranda did until the weekend of our wedding, it was WELL worth the price! Her team is a great group of personable and fun women that were so easy to get along with and amazing at the work they do! I. Old not recommend them enough to anyone considering hiring a wedding planner!

Meranda and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly organized and professional and helped me navigate the overwhelming process of planning a wedding. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were throughout the whole planning journey but especially on the day of our wedding which allowed me and my husband to truly enjoy our day and be present with our guests instead of addressing any issues or problems that may have arisen. Her and her team were easy to talk with and I knew that anytime I would reach out that I would get a timely response. If you want to ensure you have the perfect wedding day of your dreams, do yourself a favor and book Meranda immediately before someone else does! I was initially unsure if I should hire someone since I had a small wedding and thought I could handle everything on my own. But I have come to the start realization that hiring Meranda was the best decision I made for myself and my wedding. Meranda is organized, reliable, kind, extremely knowledgeable, the utmost professional and an all around delightful human being. It's not always easy to put your trust in someone else to execute a creative vision but Meranda and her team flawlessly put all my dreams and ideas into reality. Aside from organizing and executing, on a very short request, Meranda put me in contact with a spectacular pianist and provided ivory taper candles on the day of when she noticed I was lacking. Whether you're having a big wedding or small, your day will undoubtedly benefit from working with Meranda and her team.

Meranda and her team are rockstars! My husband and I both agreed that we would have lost our mind without them! She coordinated with all of my vendors before the wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Meranda was so receptive to all our requests and never made us feel like we were asking for too much! If there were any issues the day of, I didn’t know about them because Meranda and her team handled everything so seamlessly. The day was stressful with her and I could not have imagined executing everything without her. HIGHLY recommend! I wouldn’t have chosen a different planner if I could go back!

We initially were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, but hiring Meranda and her team was by far the best wedding decision we made. Meranda made herself available to help with any questions in the months leading up to our wedding even before our package with her formally began. We are both very detail oriented and had a very specific vision for our wedding, and Meranda executed everything flawlessly. To say our wedding could not have happened without her is not an exaggeration.
We intended to have our ceremony outside but had to quickly change to inside due to the weather. Meranda and her team completely took charge to make sure the switch happened and did not skip a beat. Throughout the day, I often found myself beginning to ask her a question and she already had an answer for me before I could even finish my thought. Meranda remained an extremely calm and collected presence on a day full of stress and chaos.
Meranda and her team are extremely professional and experienced. Working with them was a phenomenal experience and a great investment. They go above and beyond, and it is evident that they really care about their work and ensuring their clients have a great wedding experience.

Allie and Meranda were so great to work with and were very helpful throughout the months leading up to our wedding – answering every little question we had, curating the perfect timeline, and overall lessening the stress we had surrounding our big day. Allie was amazing on the day of – coordinating our large group; was prepared with all the things we could have possibly needed – water bottles, deodorant, safety pins, etc.; running the flow of the day without a single hiccup; and capturing, creating and sharing the best photos and video as we wait for our professional photos! Highly recommend Indigo for day-of coordination!

If there’s one nonnegotiable expense you need to budget for it’s a wedding coordinator, specifically Meranda and her team at Indigo Event Planning. Not only did she walk us through making all the crucial final decisions in the months leading up to our day, but she handled multiple vendor issues, including timeline changes and finding an extra hair and makeup person for us last minute. The day of our wedding we felt zero pressure to make any decisions or fix any issues, her team was on top of it all. We especially needed the guidance for our ceremony to make sure everything went smoothly, and we didn’t want to burden any of our friends or family with such a high stakes day. We easily consider hiring them as one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator team!

Meranda and her team were amazing!! It was easily the best money spent for our wedding. We were planning from out of state and Meranda went above and beyond to meet with vendors and do a venue walkthrough when we couldn’t. If anything went wrong throughout the day, I didn’t notice because Meranda handled it. She’s an incredible calming presence on a usually very hectic day. No details were looked over and I can’t recommend her enough!
