Angela was so nice and really helpful. Some of the flowers I wanted were not available and she made great suggestions that I loved. They were very responsibly priced too!
I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding bouquet, but in ten minutes at Inglis I specified just a couple general preferences (really all I gave them to work with was "sunflower" and "pretty") and they did an incredible job with my bouquet, my bridesmaids' bouquets, and my husband's boutonniere. Highly recommend!
Cindy at Inglis on Broadway did my wedding bouquet and centerpieces. I showed her a couple of photos and she was able to arrange some flowers she had on hand to con firm what I wanted. Cindy was friendly and easy to work with. The bouquet and centerpieces all turned out better than expected, and the price was a about a third of what other florists wanted.
Linda at Inglis Florist arrangements at my wedding were BREATHTAKING. I was a little unsure of what I wanted, but she gave me recommendations and they turned out better than I could imagine.
My husband and I were on such a tight budget for flowers, so we were a little stressed as to how much we were going to get for our price limit. I forget her name, but the manager who sat down with us for our order was extremely nice, and made us very comfortable. This is her profession, so we trusted her judgement as far as what flowers to select. Basically I gave her the colors I wanted in the bouquets, etc. and she chose the flowers based upon what was in stock (which saved us a ton of $$$). I will admit, I had a lot of worry about what they were gonna look like, but I was so amazed when they arrived on my wedding day. They couldn't have been more perfect, and was exactly what I was looking for! I would use them again in a heartbeat for any future events.
Linda at the Broadway Inglis florist did a great job. She was a good listener and had great suggestions for us to stay within our budget. They even have different arches/arbors for rent cheaper than the rental places. We were very happy with all our flowers!
I had a very small ceremony and decided to make the bouquets myself. Adriana at Inglis on broadway was amazing! I knew the colours I wanted but had no idea what types of flowers. She had amazing suggestions, going back and forth to bring me samples of different things and helping my choose exactly what I wanted. The bouquet and the pomander I ended up making turned out beautifully, plus the price was way less than anywhere else!
I used Inglis Flowers for my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquet, corsages, and for boutineers for the men. My flowers, and my bridesmaids flowers were beautiful. The corsages and boutineers were also beautiful, however, my husband's boutineer was damaged, so not as beautiful. We originally met with a woman at the Broadway location who was very helpful in figuring out what we wanted. The Broadway location was also nice enough to ship them to their other store and then deliver them from there so that the shipping cost was less.
One major issue we had was that we had too many of some flowers and too little of others. We met with the woman originally about 10 months before the wedding. I came back to pay and change the quantity we needed of some items about four weeks before the wedding and spoke with a different woman since she was not in that day. I originally only had two bridesmaids, but had add a third. My husband's grandparents were also supposed to come to the wedding, but due to health issues were not able to come, so I did not need there corsage and boutineer. When I paid for all of the flowers and made these changes, I thought that the woman had changed them on my order. She did not. So the day of the wedding, I was short one bouquet and one corsage, and had too many boutineers.
This was a huge issue, but the way they handled it for us is the reason I still gave them a higher ranking. They showed up about 30 minutes after we called them the first time to let them know of the issue with another bouquet. It did not match my other bridesmaid's bouquets, but we were able to have my maid of honor hold that one, so it turned out nicely.
I would still recommend Inglis Florists to brides. I would just recommend that you double and triple check with them that your final order is correct.
Worked with Patrick at the Broadway location and loved him. Came to him with the colors and general feel of the wedding, and he helped me put together a floral plan that only added to the day. He listened to my needs and incorporated my wishes into the arrangements, but also had some amazing suggestions that really took the flowers from your average arrangement to adding a "wow" factor to the wedding. Wasn't shy to share his opinion either, which I greatly appreciated. I about fainted when I first walked down the aisle and saw all the flowers - they made the ceremony so romantic and the color scheme really emphasized the bridesmaid dresses and framed myself and my groom nicely. Would definitely recommend!
I only ordered my bridal bouquet from Inglis. I made the rest of my flower decorations myself with flowers from another place. I wanted to make sure my bouquet was perfect though, so I placed an order. When I went in to order it, I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. The woman working barely looked at the picture and all she wrote for her description was that I wanted 18 roses with greenery. The wedding was still a few months out, so I offered her to keep the picture so she would remember what I wanted it to look like. She told me she had a good memory, but took the photo anyway.
The day of the wedding, I picked up my bouquet and though it was nice and the right kind of flower, it did not look much at all like what I had described and what my photo had been. It was much simpler and not worth the money I paid for it. I could have made my own bouquet that looked just as good or better for a fraction of the price.
I used Inglis Florist due to location and that was a horrible Idea. When i was searching for a florist i went to the Broadway store and was treated like i was White Trash. I was told that my choice of flowers were wrong and i was told "Good luck with that " when i said i wanted Irises in June. Irises were the flowers used in my friends military funeral and i wanted to have them so i could remember he would have been there. I then went to the Inglis on Ina RD and thought i could give the company one more chance. I WAS WRONG. I paid for my flowers in March and one month before my wedding they charged me again. To get my money back i had to jump through hoops with these people. Come to find out if i didnt catch the double payment and my card didnt go through, they had the wrong number in their system. My order would be lost and I would be with out flowers on my wedding day. THEY didnt care if i used them again or if i wanted to pull out of the order. I guess they are doing pretty well in this economy!!!
