I looked at a few different invitation places in the area and didn't feel very impressed at the selections- I really felt like I had seen all the invitations before! I could not have been happier that I scheduled an appointment to see Shayne and discovered all that Ink.Papery has to offer. As the other reviews noted, Shayne is the best person to have in your corner during the wedding planning process. She has impeccable taste, respects your budget, and is breath of fresh air in the stationary business. Getting to know her and spend time in her store was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process. Not to mention, I have received tons of compliments on the invitations that she created! I even have been given wedding gifts of my invitation framed-because they truly were a work of art! I also had Shayne create our menu cards for the reception and the church programs. Both came out incredible! She was so patient and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before she went to print-including sending me multiple draft versions! I could not recommend Shayne and Ink.Papery enough for making your wedding dreams become a reality!

I have to second the other review; I am truly sad the wedding is over because I miss talking to Shayne! She was not only instrumental in helping us develop and execute the vision for our invites and paper goods, but she was also a part time therapist towards the end. She is sensitive, easy to talk to, and honest about what you need vs. what you don’t. She respects budgets and sticks to the parameters you outline, rather than try to talk you into stuff you don’t need, and she works with you right up until the end to make sure you have everything you need / exactly the way you want it. She truly cares and takes care of her customers. And she has the BEST sense of humor!

Shayne is the BEST! She helped me create a suite of invitations, paper goods and even personalized items for our gift bags for our Block Island lobster themed wedding. She has such good taste and is such a good sounding board for a bride (especially a bride easily overwhelmed with decision-making!). I really trust her taste and opinion on things and I'm sad the wedding is over because one of the best parts of planning the wedding was working with Shayne!
