edding. They went out of their way to paint the stands the colors we were looking for. When picking the items up, the stands were taller than what I had pictured. They were quick to give us smaller ones for free! They even painted the small ones on the spot so we could have the colors match. The easel had a bolt that broke, so my husband took it back and the gave us another one! They were very accommodating and willing to work with us and get us what we needed! I definitely recommend them for all your rental needs!

an hour away from our previous one and also was able to provide all the furniture we needed so our rentals were no longer necessary. The new venue would have added a 'delivery charge' of an addition $300 when our previous rental total was only $400 for the items we selected. Obviously, it didn't make sense to pay $300 for delivery for items we no longer even needed at our new venue. Despite a months notice and the event taking place on a Tuesday, we were unable to get any refund. Rather than being reasonable and acknowledging that this was out of our control, not during a weekend, and with plenty of advanced notice, they were happy to take our $400 for literally providing nothing. This was not some last-minute cancellation in a prime summer weekend or anything remotely close to that. This alone wouldn't have been enough to make me leave a review if the company hadn't simply ignored my email communication. I got one lazy email asking for my contact information then nothing. To run away with our money after providing no services whatsoever and not even having the decency to email me back is disgusting. Congrats on making a quick buck off us.

Their install team was excellent and professional, tweaking everything until it was perfect and consulting with us to make sure we had a viable rain plan. Our order was accurate, everyone was punctual and professional and the items we rented were high quality and beautiful--the chandelier was my favorite piece of decor and it really tied everything together!

When we had our first sit-down meeting and started creating how we wanted the wedding to feel, Lisa listened to all of what we wanted and created just that. The part that amazed my fiance and I was her sketches, they turned out just like the final product. With our first sit down Lisa went over all the cost of every single item that we would need. Each item was priced and before we left that day, we had our price point and knew how much everything would be. Lisa even hand-made our seating chart and it looked so wonderful. Lisa added little details to our day that made it so magical. On our wedding day, Lisa was there early adding the finishing touches for our arch, centerpieces, flowers, and all the in-between things we needed. This is where I realized that Lisa truly cared for her clients because she went above and beyond here for me. My veil kept falling out of my hair and I did not have bobby pins with me and none of my wedding party had any either. Lisa had some bobby pins in her bag and she helped place and secure my veil. I was blown away by her kindness and her willingness to go above and beyond with me. Lisa also has an amazing background with florals as well. Her mother used to own a flower shop, so Lisa knows what she is doing with flowers and how to make any arrangement breathtaking. Lisa made my bouquet real and my fiance's boutonniere real as well. The groomsmen and bridesmaids had artificial flowers which looked and felt real. You could look at the pictures and not tell the difference. Lisa was able to make the bouquet of my dreams and made it so special to me. Lisa also helped make the sentimental pieces of my wedding feel special to me. My grandfather passed 3 months before the wedding and my father-in-law passed a month before the wedding. She helped me with our flowers and placed charms on them with their pictures attached. My grandma was brought to tears by this, as was my mother-in-law. Lisa placed the charms on their corsages in a location where it was visible to them and also not in the way. Lisa is a one-stop shop for your big wedding day. Through her, we were able to get all our decorations, have all the decorations set up AND torn down, had the decorations delivered and taken back, along with having all our flowers done by her. If you have a wedding or a major event coming up, go with Lisa. Her service is unmatched, her prices are very reasonable and she cares about your event. If I could give her a million stars in this review I would.

Doing fake flowers was the best way to go and they looked great in the pictures. They were easy to pack in the luggage and were much cheaper than ordering real flowers through the resort we stayed at. They were patient, creative, accommodating, and pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. I definitely recommend!!!!!

tiple calls. When I visited their store, it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Without going into too much detail, we also had a situation where another group was using our venue the following day before Inside Decor could pick the stuff up. We worked it out with the group that they could use our rentals and then with Inside Decor that we would take on liability--no problem. Come the week of the wedding, Inside Decor acted like this conversation never happened and tried to demand a separate contract. Then the worst came after the wedding, they called saying we were missing a handful of items when their staff forgot to pick up a whole bag of linens and also took OUR lights (which they still have not admitted to or returned). We were kind enough not to mention it at the time, but they had forgotten 12 salad plates in their delivery for the wedding, and then got bent out of shape over a handful of spoons. They also called again 3 WEEKS LATER to claim we hadn't returned something else. All while claiming they take excellent inventory. And demanding credit card information (to return the charge for the 12 salad plates) during every call...right. That's not even all of it but the point is, only use them if you absolutely need to and make sure you take excellent inventory of their items or else they will try to charge you.

During our consultation, Lisa quickly came up with ideas that perfectly matched what we were looking for and was attentive to every detail. She was great about checking in the week of the wedding and organizing my checklist. She even thought of little details I had completely forgotten about in the craze of wedding week! Everything the day of our wedding reception was better than we could have ever dreamed. We’re still receiving compliments from guests on how beautiful the decor was! Lisa, Jerry, and team are incredibly thoughtful and all around amazing to work with. They have great relationships with many area vendors so they helped coordinate with everyone effortlessly for a stress free day for us. They are simply the best and we would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, thoughtful, and creative team to help brainstorm and execute their vision for the perfect event!

ly how to make it come to life. I'm a bride who doesn't really like color (my closet consists of only black) so they knew exactly how to incorporate color without it being too much for me. The week of the wedding, Lisa was texting my mom and saying if we needed any help she would be happy to oblige. They were great to work with and exceeded my expectations on the decorations. Everything looked cohesive, yet, individualized. It was amazing!

Everything looked AMAZING!

h bows which was quickly accomodated. We rented our chargers, cake stand, card bowl, table runners, table vases, and stairway decor from them as well as chairs and chargers for my bridal shower. They deliver throughout the area and are reasonably priced. Extremely friend and prompt with follow up. They have a large selection of rentals and can accomodate nearly any request.

nd they said that I had not ordered them. I had to make them look up an email I had sent to confirm that I would be getting these candles so that they would send me the candles. I was not very impressed with their communication or helpfulness throughout the process.

ppointed that there wasthey assumed we were going to pick up our chairs though. Who is readily available to pick up 110 folding chairs? We were able to get that changed the day before though. A $50 charge of course. I had a good experience though. have everything from chalkboard a-frames to votive candle holders to stringed bulb lights and up lighting. Again... Lisa was great. I didn't have the same luck when I called the site though.

hey were very good in making my vision come to life, the rentals were reasonable and they picked up the items after the wedding so we didn't have to hall them. Get your decorations through them!

tent was exactly as they described it and saved our 200 guest wedding from being rained out. I worked with Jerry and Lisa and they both responded very promptly to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company!
