I cant begin to say enough about Insignia. From the gracious ever-pleasing banquet manager Mirela, to the food, staff, dedication to detail and atmosphere, truly a five star experience.

I recommend this venue 100%!!! Mirela and her staff were extremely kind, helpful, patient, and very professional.

We were so impressed by how attentive and organized the staff was! The 3 servers assigned to our party set up all the decor how we instructed and it was prefect and beautiful! They even packed everything up and packed our car for us at the end of the night. The food and drinks kept coming without needing to ask, they re folded napkins between courses, made sure everyone was happy, and were patient with the kids running around. The service was outstanding and the food was fantastic! Our guests were pleased with the menu options and loved the food! They made our day perfect!! It was classy and elegant and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our wedding was a few days ago at Insignia and we can’t stop talking about what an absolutely perfect day it was!!  I don’t even know where to begin! Mirela and the entire staff at Insignia are beyond amazing!!! Throughout the entire planning process, Mirela was quick to respond to emails and answered all of our questions almost immediately. She was there for us every step of the way and made sure the whole day went smoothly.  The entire staff was so professional and so attentive to not only my husband and I, but every single one of our guests. The service is impeccable!!  The venue itself is just gorgeous and although it was an afternoon wedding, it 100% feels like an evening wedding while inside. The food goes without saying is also SO incredible! From the cocktail hour to the dinner to the wedding cake, my guests can't stop raving about how delicious everything was!! We couldn’t thank Insignia enough for making our wedding the most memorable day of our lives!! They truly topped all of our expectations and went above and beyond for us and all our guests! From the minute we met Mirela at insignia until the minute our vow renewal came to an end she was there to cater to my husband and I answering any question and helping us thru the process. Her entire crew did a phenomenal job at making our day so special. From the decorating to the organizing Mirela and staff make sure everything is perfection. If anyone has been to Insignia we already know that the food is always amazing. We had a beautiful ceremony and can’t thank them enough.

From start to finish Mirela was there for us. She answered all of our questions, kept us on a great schedule in the planning process, and never rushed or pressured us. On the day of, we were treated like royalty. Everyone told us leading up to the big day, "You won't have time to eat at your wedding." Well, Insignia makes sure the bride and groom are fed. We had our own personal server who brought us platters with all the passed appetizers on it and Mirela took us to a private booth so we could eat and have a mini "date" as husband and wife while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the other side. The flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception was SEAMLESS. We had multiple guests come up to us and say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It's all thanks to Insignia, the incredible staff and their (obviously) delicious food. If you're debating having your wedding at Insignia, and you're reading this review - GO FOR IT. we had our 9/9/23 wedding at Insignia and it was truly the best day of our lives! Mirela went above and beyond in communication and making sure everything was absolutely perfect. from start to finish our wedding day was smooth- from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then right into our reception. food was incredible, drinks were strong -there was never a wait at the bar, and service was top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue!!!!

If I had to be honest, I was concerned about having our wedding at a “restaurant “ and not a banquet hall. I was fearful that I would not get the service and attention needed being a bride and not having a bridal assist. All those fears and concerns were laid to rest. Mirela and the team at Insignia were fabulous. Mirela was organized and there for us ever step of the way. Even being there with safety pins when my train became undone. The staff was excellent and treated all of our guests exceptionally well. The food was the best I’ve had at any wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. Numerous guests told us it was the best wedding that they ever attended! We couldn’t be happier with our wedding at Insignia!

Firstly, our wedding process began with Mirela and we can't say enough positive things about her for making our day absolutely perfect. We opted out of hiring our own wedding planner and that ended up being the right choice because we had Mirela. In our initial meeting, she walked us through our day in detail, she put us at ease with any questions/concerns we had, responded to emails and calls leading up to our day extremely fast, and made sure the day of was out of our dreams. If you are fortunate enough to work with her, know that you’re in the best of hands and your day will be exactly how you envisioned. On top of that, the staff at Insignia is top-notch. Our guests didn’t wait for a drink for more than 2 minutes, everyone was very respectful and accommodating, the food is some of the best you’ll ever have and the venue is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have clear weather so the outdoor space for the ceremony made our day seem like a dream come true. We have zero complaints and HIGHLY recommend any couple to have their special day at the Insignia Prime venue.

We selected Insignia for our wedding celebration because every dinner we have had there has been exceptional in every way, The venue is gorgeous, the vibe is everything, the people are consistently on their game and the food... the BEST! When we contacted Insignia to book our wedding, Mirela just confirmed what we already knew.. THIS IS OUR VENUE! A year of planning and with every question Mirela was there to help guide me, not only guide me but calm the typical bride nervousness. We really thought our wedding was going to be perfect. Perfect is an understatement, Insignia exceeded every expectation and made our day more beautiful then we could have every asked for. Our guests are still talking about how great the day was 3 weeks later. If you are considering Insignia for your event, stop thinking and just pull the trigger. If you have never been there, its time to check it out.

An immaculate experience from start to finish. Mirela, the banquet coordinator, was incredible and made sure the whole day went flawlessly. The team at Insignia is on point all day, taking care of us and our guests with such a stupendous level of professionalism. The food is incredible, the venue is incredible, the drinks are excellent. I know the idea of a daytime wedding can be daunting, but it was so much fun, it felt like nighttime inside the venue, and it leaves the whole evening for an afterparty. We got so many compliments from all of our guests on everything! Highly recommend.

I can not recommend Insignia more highly. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. My husband and I got married there on July 11, 2022 and everything was INCREDIBLE. Mirela was the most helpful, gracious and accommodating person - for months prior to our wedding and then on our actual wedding day. We were so impressed by the professionalism but also the friendly way we were treated. We truly felt part of the Insignia family. The setting is gorgeous and you get the entire restaurant to yourself. It’s just beautiful. The food and cocktails were literally the best we have ever had - from cocktail hour through dessert, everything was PERFECTION. The servers (especially Kevan and Nick) went so far out of their way to make our day special. Our guests have not stopped texting and calling us, telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was spectacular from start to finish - I truly would not change one thing. We are indebted to Insignia for helping us make our day so amazing. Trust me - do yourself a favor and go meet with them about your event! You will NOT be sorry.

From beginning to end, Insignia hosted our dream wedding. Mirela was amazing to work with and did a great job coordinating all the details to make the day come together. The cocktail hour food was outstanding. Everyone raved about the sushi. The salad and main course were delicious. We have always loved going to Insignia for dinner and we were excited to host all our friends and family at one of our favorite restaurants. They exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Insignia to anyone who is looking to have a wedding somewhere other than a catering hall.

Me and my fiancé got married 11/12/21. I can’t Say enough things about how amazing the wedding was here. The wait staff was so kind and the service was amazing. Mirela was so nice and so easy to work with. The food was amazing and so was the DJ top-tier. If you were thinking about having a wedding here this is the perfect place. We had 75 people and it was the perfect intimate wedding.

We just got married this past Sunday ( Halloween) and I had to come on and tell everyone how absolutely perfect it was. Insignia and Mirela especially made our day so special. The food was everything we hoped for and more. I can’t tell you how many people have called and raves about it. The service is also top notch. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing.

OH. MY. GOD. People are still raving about the food and the service from our 10/16/21 wedding! We knew going into planning we didn't want a typical catering hall wedding and Insignia, Mirela, and staff knocked it out of the park! Mirela was there every step of the way, from all of my annoying & ridiculous questions that she answered right away to being there and bringing my vision to life the day of.. I cannot say enough great things about her, truly superb! Kaven was our personal server ... we had him for dinner once before and let me tell you - he is SO FUN! The whole staff is top notch, you do not get that kind of service at a wedding anywhere else. Nicholas was also a favorite waiter of the guests ... they raved about him!!! Mirela had us sit and take in moments just to ourselves and enjoy cocktail hour food, AMAZING. We added the bacon and a sushi platter and both were giant hits. The cheesecake was a huge hit with our guests as well, people are still talking about how good it was! Our signature drinks were the bohemian and Insignia lemonade that we renamed for the day ... everyone LOVED the Insignia lemonade, people are already planning trips back just to have it! We got the BEST pictures because the venue is gorgeous, especially the wine cellar. Our ceremony was in the garden terrace and was absolutely beautiful. A perfect day and we owe it ALL to Insignia and their staff. You will not be disappointed booking here, A+++++ Thank you Insignia team for such a memorable, fun wedding !! 💕

Me and my then fiancé had went to insignia for a tasting, first place we went and we were sold! The food is amazing and the place itself is beautiful and elegant. The day of the wedding Mirela had taking care of everything, the staff is too notch, I don’t even think I ever had an empty glass ! Overall it was a perfect wedding !

I scheduled with Insignia after my destination was canceled due to COVID-19. Mirela was a dream to work with!! Planning was so easy, and everything I asked for was accommodated. The was absolutely 0 stress in planning or day of. The venue is so beautiful! The food is hands down the best on Long Island. My guests continue to talk about happy hour and dinner. I couldn't have picked a better place to get married!

Just had our wedding at Insignia and they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy, but they made it as stress free as possible. After hearing stories of what other brides went through, we constantly said to ourselves how lucky we were to have chosen Insignia. The day of the wedding, we walked in and everything was set up exactly the way we wanted. Our server was incredibly attentive. Our glasses were always full and whenever we made it back to our table he was waiting for us with food ready to be served. Mirela kept the day running smoothly and any time I needed anything she was there and ready to help without me even having to ask. The food was amazing, and having the cocktail party meant we could eat a little of everything (which was perfect because choosing a favorite is impossible). By the end of the night, they had everything packed up and ready to be loaded in our cars. It still puzzles me how they did it. In the words of some of our guests, Insignia had "impeccable service" and "the best food they've had at a wedding." I couldn't agree more.

We had our wedding at Insignia on 5/21/21. One word: Magnificent! The level of professionalism exhibited by Mirela and the entire staff at Insignia Steakhouse is beyond flawless! Mirela was very courteous and helped everything run so smoothly that it gave my bridesmaids, husband and I time to really enjoy the wedding and not worry about anything stressful! The wedding assistant Taylor was fantastic and such a sweetheart! Whatever we needed, he brought it right over and kept me in the loop of how everything was going, which calmed my nerves completely. Our server Kaven was exceptional and attentive. He made sure we ate, and whatever we didn't finish, he made sure to pack up everything so nicely for us to take to enjoy at home. Everything was phenomenal, and choosing Insignia for our wedding venue for both the ceremony and reception was the best decision we have made! Insignia has a gorgeous outdoor/indoor area for wedding ceremonies, and my husband and I opted to rent their GORGEOUS flower wall! It is entirely worth it! Our photos look stunning, and many of the guests raved about the decor! Mirela, Taylor, and the staff at Insignia were able to take all the decor and envision something beyond my expectations! My family and I were beyond happy with how everything turned out! They have an excellent eye for this, and their professionalism was beyond evident. We held the cocktail hour and the reception in a private room, and our guests loved everything! I am still receiving phone calls and messages from my family and friends about how delicious the food and excellent the cocktails were at Insignia! Many of my guests are planning to return to Insignia for dinner, and a few are planning to get married there as well! My word of advice: Don't look any further; contact Mirela at Insignia. I promise it was the best decision we made, and My husband and I couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out! We will definitely be going to Insignia for future events! We had our wedding at Insignia on 5/15/21. This was after pushing it due to Covid. Mirela was an absolute pleasure to work with. I heard horror stories about other venues up charging couples due to pushing dates. Not Insignia, they worked with us and did what they could to make our dream wedding come true. I honestly can’t say enough about Mirela. She was a professional, so nice and made it a point to make sure we were happy. The biggest thing for me was how responsive she was. Even on the littlest things she always got back to me so fast! The actual wedding day was beautiful and exactly how I pictured it. Everything was perfect! Taylor made sure we had everything and anything we needed. He made it extra special for my husband and I. The best part by far was the food. Everyone was raving about it. If you want a beautiful wedding with delicious food, have it at Insignia.

Words cannot describe how amazing Insignia and the staff members are! This was the only venue me and my now husband went to go see and we fell in love instantly. Initially we worked mainly with Marissa who was always so sweet! We had to postpone twice and both Marissa and Mirela were amazing and understanding. Once we started planning again we worked with Mirela who was absolutely amazing. She definitely understands the stress of planning a wedding! The day of the wedding I could not believe how beautiful the reception space was. I was so nervous because of the weather and she was so reassuring that they would make it work no matter what and she did! Our server for the day was Erin and she made sure that we were never thirsty or hungry! The food...the drinks...the space...the service is outstanding! Do not hesitate to book this venue!

I just had my wedding reception at Insignia 1/4/2020 and it was beyond what I expected. OUTSTANDING VENUE! I worked mostly with Mirela who was our maitre d the day of, and also with Marissa throughout the planning process. Both ladies deserve 5 Stars! The entire staff is extremely dedicated and attentive to all your personal touches to make the day special. They always replied quickly to any questions we had, etc. Kaven took care of my husband and I the day of the wedding and he was also fantastic. He always ensured we had plenty of food and drinks and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything throughout the night. The entire staff is friendly and helpful no matter who you are working with. I also highly recommend the bacon station and the nutella stuffed cookies as an exit station! Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food they were eating at a wedding. Weeks later we are still receiving phone calls about the amazing food and service from family and friends. I am looking forward to having many anniversary dinners at Insignia and want to thank everyone again for making our day perfect.

Marissa was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout every step. She was attentive and really cared about our experience. You can just tell. I'll keep it brief.. you have the whole place to yourself. Cocktail hour in the gorgeous bar area and patio - not like a catering hall but like an upscale steakhouse bar. The same fantastic drinks and the same bartenders who work the restaurant. Steakhouse appetizers - not catering hall appetizers! Dinner - again, real steakhouse food! Great choices. All top notch food. The service was fantastic. Everyone we came across was helpful and eager to make sure we had the BEST time! Oh, and you will not believe how affordable this is! I never would have even considered Insignia if my wife hadn't called just out of curiosity about pricing. Seriously....it's amazing. Finally, the space is really beautiful. Upscale and not at all gaudy or cheesy like a catering hall. Shout out to our band "Mean Machine" who made the wedding so much fun! Highly recommended!

I recently had my wedding at Insignia on 11/30/19. My husband and I had the most amazing experience with Insignia and its amazing staff from day one. We have been to many weddings over the years and they all felt the same. We were searching for something different - not a traditional catering hall. Insignia was our first and only choice. Mirela was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was so helpful with all of my questions and extremely accommodating with my schedule. She made the planning process a breeze and was able to bring my vision to life. We had the ceremony and reception and Insignia and we are still receiving compliments about both. The whole venue is so beautifully decorated -- it really stands out against the "traditional" wedding venues. You feel the NYC vibe without leaving Long Island. The staff at Insignia is highly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t rave enough about the amazing food and drinks at Insignia. The menu options are beyond anything we’ve ever seen at a wedding. If you are looking for an unforgettable wedding, I highly recommend Insignia.

Where do I begin?! We knew after minutes of meeting Mirela at Insignia that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. We wanted a different vibe at our wedding, more of a restaurant kind of feel with a great atmosphere and that is exactly what we got! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect--not ONE problem! From when we arrived for our first look to the moment we left, everything was flawless. We had our ceremony there and it was so lovely. Following the ceremony, I cherish the quiet moments that my husband and I had. We were given a platter of delicious cocktail hour food and had the opportunity to enjoy our just married excitement in private. Because Insignia is a restaurant, the food was perfection. We did a sit down meal with six entrees and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Our server was Josue and he was so attentive, friendly, and reliable. He had waters ready the moment I needed it, he had new drinks in our hands the second they looked close to empty, and served us absolutely every dish available! He made great recommendations and made our day perfect. I have to share how wonderful Mirela is. Going into planning a wedding, I was very nervous based on experiences I had heard about, but Mirela eased every concern I had every step of the way. She has handled my never ending questions for six months with quick and kind responses, she maintained a fun stress-free environment, she was calming when needed, and she coordinated the most perfect day. By the time we had our final details meeting, I knew it would be the best day of my life--and it was. Insignia is an incredible venue and I highly recommend that you check it out!

If I could give a 1 million star review I would. We got married 10.13.19 and thanks to the team at Insignia, it was the wedding I dreamed of and more. From start to finish, working with the team at Insignia was pleasant and reassuring. I was an anxious mess until my final meeting with Marissa, and after sitting down with her to go over final details, it was clear I had nothing to worry about. Marissa had EVERYTHING under control. My only job was to enjoy myself! I heard horror stories from friend saying they didn’t eat or drink a thing on their wedding day, which was definitely not the case for us! Our attendant, Liz, was amazing! Always making sure I had a fresh ice water (with a straw so I didn’t mess up my lipstick!), and a fresh cocktail if I stood in one spot for more than 5 minutes. She would seek us out to tell us that our food was being served so we didn’t miss it, and then when we did miss it bc we were too busy dancing, she would box everything up for us to take home. Insignia’s attention to detail is unmatched. And I couldn’t imagine working with any other team on my wedding day!

I could not be happier with the way the day went. From the time I started to plan, Marissa was incredibly helpful. She always answered my questions promptly, big and small. The venue was amazing. Insignia was everything we dreamed of and more! There is not one thing that went wrong, and that definitely could not have been possible if it wasn't for Mirela! She was on top of everything all day, she set up all of our centerpieces, props, table numbers, place cards, ect. perfectly. Anything we needed she was right there. The whole day went so smoothly because of her and all of their staff. We had our own waiter that made sure we had everything we needed all day. The venue itself is so beautiful, and the food and drinks are out of this world! We still can't stop talking about it, and neither can any of our guests! They really make sure you know the whole day is about you !

Insignia was the first and only location we visited when picking our venue. I knew that I wanted something different, but different often comes with a lot of work, stress, a large bill, and very little guarantee. However Insignia was everything I wanted, and nothing I didn’t all in one. What Mirela and the entire staff did that truly made our day what it was. From our first meeting to every email, Mirela answered every single one of my questions directly, honestly, and with care. There were no hidden policies or fees, and I never felt uneasy about a thing. She never forgot anything I asked for, never tried to disregard any concern, and went out of her way to make everything as easy, convenient and as straightforward as possible. A quick list of all the things Mirela and the staff did to accommodate us and make our wedding absolutely perfect: Perfectly set up all of our decor, and truly paid attention to all the details. Made extra time for our florist and their set up. Gave us our own display of appetizers during the cocktail hour and made sure we had time to eat them just the two of us. Mirela flawlessly orchestrated our ceremony procession and fixed my train before I walked down the aisle as well as secured my bustle during cocktail hour. Made sure all of our decor and personal items were together and ready to go, as well as packed up leftover food (which was amazing). They did literally everything without hesitation or an ounce of pushback. From the hostess, to the waiters, the bartenders, valet, and to our own personal attendant, every single person went above and beyond. They made our guests feel like they weren’t only attending a wedding, but that they were having their own night out where they were just as seen and important as anyone else. Our family and friends are still talking about the food. The appetizers blew away any wedding appetizers people have had before. Guests shared with us they felt that not only was the food the best they’ve ever eaten at a wedding, but that is was some of the best food they have ever eaten in general. At the bar, our guests absolutely loved that they could literally drink the best of anything they wanted, and they are still talking about the pomegranate martinis. At one point, a family member dropped a fork and as he was getting up to get a new one, one of the waiters had already noticed and replaced it for him. Our own attendant was so accommodating that not only were our champagne glasses never empty, but she made sure that they were never even the slightest bit warm, always bringing us chilled refills. Also worth noting that everyone always tells people when wedding planning is to make sure the bride and groom eats. It was impossible for us not to eat on our day. There was so much food brought right to us, and so much time for us to sit and eat that we felt so cared for. The morning after our wedding, a family member asked if anything went wrong or if there was anything I would have done differently. I had to stop and pause because I didn’t realize until she had asked, that not a single thing had gone wrong, and that there was not a single thing I would have done differently. I don’t think I could have said that if it were not for Insignia and Mirela. Our day felt as if it wasn’t just another wedding, but that ours was the only wedding.

Our wedding was in May and we had just under 70 guests for our wedding. We did both our ceremony and reception at Insignia and I could not be happier with the service and support. Mirela was our coordinator for the venue and she went above and beyond so many times. She is quick to respond to emails. She had a great vision for the space and how it will fit your wedding. We booked for Saturday afternoon and had the place to ourselves. We had a few people drop last minute because of medical emergencies and she literally was able to add the $300 to give our guests extra food for the wedding. Honestly, this place was a dream to work with. Even day of, we had an amazing server just for my husband and I who always made sure we were eating and drinking and had a fun time. When I was sweaty from dancing and said something about getting a napkin before the next round of photos, a server was right there to give me one. Absolutely incredible. I look back even months later and cannot believe what the venue pulled off. Thank you Mirela and the team at Insignia. The professionalism was amazing, the food was AMAZING, and the way you treated us and our guests was above and beyond. Thank you so much for making our day the best day of our lives!

We got married at Insignia 8/3/19 and it was the better than I could have imagined. Mirela is the best person to have worked with, she is so patient and sweet. The entire staff is so professional and the service is unmatched. Everyone raved about the food and the layout. It was nice to have an outdoor area, a huge bar, a dance floor, and the tables. They really do a great job of making your wedding "yours". If you're on the fence of where to get married, trust you will have no complaints with Insignia.

We got married at Insignia on 6/1/19 and we could not have asked for anything more! The food, the ambiance, everything about this place was absolutely PERFECT. I can't even put into words how amazing Mirela is. From the beginning of the process to the day of she was there to help with anything needed. We've heard from SO many guests that our wedding was the best that they've ever been to. If I could do it all over again I would choose Insignia every single time.

Insignia is incredible. I am celebrating my first wedding anniversary today, and I still think about my wedding day everyday. From the moment I walked into Insignia, I knew I had found my wedding Venue. The staff is professional, welcoming and so attentive. It is absolutely gorgeous, and elegant and the facility is beautiful. Mirela, the the banquet manager is a dream! She is so professional and such a pleasure to work with. She works flawlessly and made sure all was perfect on our day. The timeline for everything was on point. My husband and I can’t stop talking about the food and service. Everything exceeded our expectations. Not to mention their delicious drinks and FOOD! Thank you Insignia for this beautiful memory that I will always cherish!
