Sebastian did an absolutely phenomenal job with our wedding video. We cannot say enough positive things. From the meetings beforehand to make sure he captured everything we wanted to the day of where he worked flawlessly with our photographer to capture our big day. Sebastian was so kind, thoughtful, and so so patient with us and truly made us feel important from start to finish. He worked with us the whole day without worrying about hours, he was more concerned with getting us the right footage which was amazing. We still watch our video all the time and couldn’t be happier with the outcome and final product.

“The right vendor crew will support your wedding like a family.” This is something Sebastian said in his first call with us, and it remained true until well after our wedding date. What initially drew us to Interstellar films was the filming style. We didn’t want an overly dramatic video, but we also didn’t wanted to reflect our own personal style. Sebastian listened, and with superb patience attended to all our questions/requests/anxieties. He delivered a tailored experience for us: filming on multiple days for multiple events (joint Indian/Russian wedding), in multiple locations, and coordinated well with our photographer. In the end, our wedding video turned out perfect. Then, when one of our parents requested an edit, Sebastian didn’t bat an eye. Interstellar really did support us like a family, with guidance, empathy, and sincerity, all for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier!

Everything you could hope for! Sebastien was a constant professional and despite some very unexpected rain he wasn't slowed at all. We LOVED having Sebastien do our videography. I was initially hesitant about a videographer at all, but he came highly recommended and now we can see why! He is the consummate professional, able to capture candid moments in beautiful light. My daughter and her fiancé chose to marry in California but lived out of state for work. As the mother of the bride living in California, I assisted by vetting vendors. I set out to find a videographer and wanted a great one as my future son-in-law is a decerning photographer, thus I knew he would share my wish to hire a firm that could make an exquisite cinematic story. The couple chose Nestldown as the venue and due to the property’s vastness, we believed hiring a videographer with experience photographing this location made sense. I started with the venue’s preferred videographer list, reviewing for each videographer provided, websites and Instagram posts filmed at Nestldown. My partner and I had debated for a while over whether we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding. I am an extremely picky person, which made choosing vendors for our wedding all the more difficult. We ultimately decided that having a videographer would be worth the cost. I probably looked at over 100 different videographer’s, before I came across Interstellar. We hopped on a call with Sebastien and could immediately tell that he’s incredibly passionate about what he does. Hiring him was a no brainer. He puts so much thought into the process, and it was completely stress free. On the wedding day, Sebastien was there, and also not there, in all the ways we could have asked for. It never felt like he was overbearing, or like there was a camera in our face. He was involved in a way that felt comfortable, considerate, and respectful. I hate hugging people, and I gladly hugged him at the end of the night, haha. He showed up early to get drone footage of our first look cliffside spot so we wouldn't need to scramble during first look. We're still in awe at the footage he captured. Throughout the day, we appreciated the pep talks here and there, the calm and fun tone with which he was able to direct a scene, or the ability to know when to just melt into the background and capture our moment. We also had two photographers following us around and it could have easily felt like too much, but, we were very glad he was able to easily work with them and keep up the good vibes! The videos he delivered to us were everything we could have asked for! He captured every moment we cared about and more. His editing really showed off the emotions we and our guests experienced that day. After the fact, we ended up asking Sebastien for some footage for our two additional ethnic ceremonies. Being the ever ready professional, he had them turned around to us IN A DAY. We now know that we could not have hired a better videographer for our day. We cannot recommend him enough.
