To my surprise, their pricing was extremely reasonable—and actually more affordable than several other well-known wedding invitation companies. They offer an incredible variety of designs, but what really stood out to me was their modern, stacked invitation suites with the ability to mix and match different sizes and shapes. We chose the Jaylin design as our base and were able to fully personalize it to match our wedding colors and overall “branding,” including fonts and styling. I also loved the envelope addressing option—they provided an easy-to-follow template, which made the process simple and stress-free. When our invitations arrived, I was absolutely thrilled. The paper quality was beautiful, and everything looked even better in person. We received so many compliments from guests telling us how stunning and unique the invitations were. Our thank you cards turned out just as lovely—we used a wedding-day photo with “thank you” text on the front and a short message on the back, and they came out perfectly. If you’re looking for a beautiful, customizable, and standout invitation suite without an outrageous price tag, Truly Engaging is an excellent choice. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

ordered a print to be shipped and paid extra to have it be sent in two day. The print did not get sent home until four days later. When my card arrived at home the quality of the card was very low, not only was the picture very dark it was blurry and grainy. The card was slightly curved and bent. I want to note that I had these photos taken professionally and the actual photo itself is very bright and clear. When I reached out to customer service, it took them an unreasonable time to respond to me. I had to email them twice for them to respond back to me over the span of three days. I had voiced my concern and they said that they can re-print the card for me. I went ahead and designed a new card with the same photo that I use from my previous card however, when the card arrived at home, it was not a raise gloss as it was advertised on the website. I will not recommend this company to anybody. For the price it cost, it WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

ds / Christmas cards from Truly Engaging, they were affordable… but I soon learned they were not trust worthy.  First, the order never shipped on time and wasn’t received on time. This was my first issue with them so I had emailed them to check on the order.  NO emails back & NO phone calls answered.  Second, the order finally ships. Still no response from them about my order. (Full week later since email)  FINALLY, The order arrives I think this is over and I can finally get them out to our family.  Sure enough I was wrong, I should’ve known better based off the comments I’ve seen on their posts from other people that used them.  I get started on my cards to find they never included my envelopes to mail the cards and the liners i ordered were damaged. I send an email and call to which was met with NO response. So, I’m wondering what else did they forget just to count my cards i ordered 3 times to find they SHORTED my card order! So I send another email following up to add the missing cards I was charged for so far no response.  Needless to say I will never recommend this company, or purchase from them again as well as make it a point to warn others, so they don’t get the same treatment.  TLDR : do NOT trust Truly Engaging. You will be left disappointed and without resolution.

ultimately chose someone else for our save the dates (solely because of the design - it fit out theme perfectly), but when it came time for invitations (and the previous company had discontinued the one we wanted) we came back to Truly Engaging. They now have a customer for life. Their ordering process in seamless; they ship quickly; and it all arrives in the most beautiful packaging. Additionally, the luxe paper is a dream. I'm now anxiously awaiting our photos so I can get our holiday card ordered!

is the first time I came across Truly Engaging. I prepared a few sample invites and always got them within a week. I called customer service quite a few times to help navigate the website and help me find what I was looking for. I actually picked different pieces and put my own invite together. When I called about a pocket type envelope they were more than helpful and friendly. Each time I called they were cheerful and extremely helpful even sending samples that weren't part of my order. Once the order was placed I got the invitations in a little over a week. The old place I used took up to 3 weeks to deliver. I was very pleased with how everything turned out and was even happier I spent half the cost of the others

ars actually helped me out a lot! I really loved the magnet save-the-dates and the ability to have the enveloped pre-addressed and labeled for a very reasonable price. They do struggle with out-of-country addresses, so those have to be hand addressed, but everything else was perfect.

at their quality assurance was able to respond to my email so quickly however, a quick response isn’t always a great response if it’s not effective to helping an angry customer. They continue to ask for more photos where the band holding the invitations together was removed. I explained I didn’t want to take the band off and have all the invitations be exposed until I was ready to utilize them. The fact that the tops were all scuffed and you can visibly see that the corners were bent in and the fact that the box arrived damage should’ve been sufficient enough. When I called and said that I was tired of going back-and-forth via email and sending pictures. The representative was extremely defensive and not willing to do anything other than receive more photos because there was nothing quality assurance can do unless they continue to receive more photos.
