DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES! I work in the hospitality industry and almost NEVER write a negative review but this company is not honest and will take your money! I was supposed to get married on 3/21/2020 and had to postpone our wedding due to COVID. We postponed our wedding to 9/12/2020 and iPhotobooth did allow us to postpone our services. But the closer September came, it was still not safe enough for us to have our wedding! I asked on Walker (owner of iPhotobooth) on August 5th for a refund (over a month from the wedding date and within the 2 week cancellation policy)- he called me and after a long conversation... he asked me to just postpone and not receive a refund because this has been a hard time for his family. Him and his wife own iPhotobooth and also have vacation rentals so their businesses were highly distraught financially. Walker also said that if times came where I NEEDED the money then he would find a way to do so. This was only guaranteed by word-of-mouth. Walker is also a pastor and it was my fault for trusting him- because when the time came and I asked for a refund several months later he said no! He is dishonest and even in my current updated contract I am within the cancellation period and he will NOT refund me my money! If you try to contact him (or anyone at the company) then be prepared to wait several days or weeks before a response! In multiple emails, Andee has apologized for the delay and that Walker is out of town! Planning a wedding during COVID is hard enough and iPhotobooth has made this time in our lives even more extremely challenging! If you want a reliable, truthful, accountable, and trustworthy company then do NOT book any services with them!

We are so happy we decided to use this photo booth! It was huge hit at our wedding. Guest of all ages loved it!

Jessica was great with setting up and helping our guests use the photo booth! Our guests enjoyed the fun props and backdrop. Loved all the options, the responsiveness of the company to any questions I had and they would check in every so often when it got closer to the date. Absolutely amazing and professional. I highly recommend 👌

I hired iPhotoBooth for my engagement party! I am so glad I did :) They were so easy to work with, super flexible, and designed my photo booth frame exactly how I envisioned it! It was perfect and I’m so happy I’ll have these fun memories :)

Came across this company at a bridal convention and could not resist hiring them for my wedding. They were so friendly and had professional equipment as well as cute props. The photobooth was such a hit at the wedding!! And as a bonus, they even made us a photo book to take home with us. If you are looking for a photobooth company for any event, I highly recommend!

We booked iPhotoBoothJax for our company holiday party at Ponte Vedra Inn and Club and they were amazing!!! We booked the mirror booth with the gold back drop and it was perfect. The attendant was super nice and helpful. We added an additional hour of or so of candid shots which turned out amazing. I highly recommend them for any events and definitely plan to book them again for our future events. The attendant comes out and sets everything up. All he needs is a wall plug, area to set up, and possibly an extension cord. I would say it took up approximately an 8X8 foot or 10X10 foot maximum space but you want some room so you can move around and have fun with the photos. They brought props for us to use but you can definitely provide your own. It's super easy to use but the attendant will advise you before use. They provide a link to all your photos and make it easy to order additional copies if you'd like them. We opted for the standard three frame shots.

Everyone had a blast! They were so accommodating to your scheduling requests and so easy to work with.

They came in last minute and saved the day when a different photo booth company cancelled on me a couple weeks before my wedding. Everyone was very professional and the pictures turned out great! Guests loved the printed strips and was a much better gift to the guests than a shot glass or something like that.

iPhotobooth Selfie Station was the perfect addition to our fundraising event! The setup was super simple and the videos were extremely easy to follow! Andee was very helpful and available for assistance if needed. Would definitely use them again!

Arguably the best thing at the wedding. We had so much fun. Don was the best attendant and the book with all of the pics and signed by the guest was awesome. Thanks again!

I Photobooth Jax has been a part of our fundraising event multiple times. The one year they were double booked and could not be there boy did I hear about it!!! People love photo booths and the team from IPJ is the best. Fantastic images, great props, many background themes to choose from to match your event and extremely professional. My recommendation...you book them immediately for your future events...just not on the day I need them. ;)

Your graphic designer did great with our custom seal, and our booth attendant, Don Wight, was prompt, courteous, and FUN! The photo booth attendant was there ahead of time, set up and ready to go without us even realizing! He was friendly, and even helped me out by printing extra copies for my husband and I and handing out our photostrip magnets! Thank you!!!!

IPhotoBoothJax was such a fun added touch to our wedding. The photos were so fun and professional looking. I loved the logo at the bottom of the strip that Lillian put together. It was amazing. The guest book was incredible with the photos and notes added next to the pictures. What a treasure. Walker was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again for another event and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a photobooth.

I used them for my wedding and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

It was a pleasure working with John our photobooth attendant! I was so busy speaking with others and before the night ended John encouraged me to get in the photobooth and it created so many in pictures and memories! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

OH MY GOODNESS! SOOO MUCH FUN!!! Fun for our guests & fun wedding memories to look back on in our guest book -- the photobooth prints are nothing short of AMAZING! We are beyond thankful to have these memories captured and are so glad we went with the photobooth guestbook! The attendant was professional, fun, and interacted well with all of our guests helping to pass props, guiding them to sign the book, and printing extras when desired! We loved that we could set it up outside with open air by the dance floor and it was the perfect place for everyone to let loose and be a little silly capturing such a fun night -- THANK YOU x FOREVER!

We rented iPhoto Booth for our Swim Clubs season kick-off party and it was a huge hit! The kids range in age from 6-18 and everyone of them loved it. Walker made the reservation process so simple, from booking to payment. Brody was on site and he was super professional and so kind to all the kids. As a matter of fact, I had to close the line because the kids just kept jumping in for pictures when it was time for Brody to pack up. He was so polite, he didn't want to turn anyone away. The photo booth is top of the line, plenty of props to keep the kids entertained and instant photos, plus online photos, exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be using iPhoto booth yearly for our season kick off.

iPhoto was very professional and timely. The attendant helped to ensure all the guests had time in the photobooth and it was a huge hit at the event. You can even add your own design to the bottom of the photo strip which was perfect since we had a "wedding logo." Will absolutely use them again! The background was a classy gold and not cheap looking like other photobooths and it was perfect that the photobooth was open air so as many people could join in the photo as possible. Everyone from guests in their 20s to their 70s enjoyed this wedding necessity!

We hired iPhotobooth for our wedding in February and couldnt have been more pleased with our experience. We had so many people come up to us and tell us that it was the best Photobooth they have ever seen. From every prop, to the set up (they added a gold backdrop as a surprise since my colors were gold and white which they didnt have to do!) to the attendant, it was out of this world fun. The owner, Walker Day, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted. They also have a graphic designer on staff who worked closely with me on the design for the photo strip. This, by far, made our wedding so much fun! I would HIGHLY recommend them for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, work celebrations. You can never go wrong with having a photobooth at your function!

Iphotobooth took over our photo booth needs after our original vendor closed their business. They were very punctual in responding to emails and created a great design for our photo strips. Our guests had a great time using the booth. Fun props and very nice attendant! Fair pricing with a variety of options (price and length of time). We would highly recommend using them!

Currently planning a wedding and was interested in a photobooth. I was driving in the mandarin area and saw the white IPhotobooth truck and was curious. I was able to get the number off the vehicle and was planning on calling to inquire about packages. Then, this white truck completely cuts me off, making me swerve into the next lane. The driver (a man) proceeds to flick me off, even though he is the one who made an illegal lane change. If this is the way a "professional" conducts themselves, then I will be going with another company for my wedding. Nice going, IPhotobooth... You just lost a potential customer. I also have several friends and a sister-in-law who are engaged; I will be steering them FAR away from you, too.
