for my wedding. I was amazed at my trial when my hair (well most of it) was still holding a curl the next day. Knowing I have hard to curl hair, Tara had me check in with her to let her know how my hair was doing throughout the day. Let her know a few pieces fell, but for the most part it was holding strong. Day of the wedding, she had a game plan to make sure my hair held for as long as possible - setting my hair in curls early (grandma hair) and styling last. After all of the photos and dancing, my hair was still holding a curl at 11:30pm. Magic!! I truly had the best experience with Tara! I would hire her again, and again. She was also amazing with my two flower girls. One of my flower girls HATES people touching her hair, but Tara was able to curl her hair and give her two braids. Her IG is actually where I found her - lots of great photos there of her work. She hadn't released her 2022 calendar when I was looking to book her. She can do any hair style, but her boho, slightly rustic vibe was everything I wanted. I think I booked her the day she opened up her 2022 calendar. No regrets; one of the best decisions.

y were so fun to be around and we talked about life like I've known them before. On the day of, they were very professional and made sure everyone was taken care of. The schedule sent to me was followed accordingly and we weren't behind at all. Tara made sure to work with me on the schedule because there were people traveling far so we had to accomplish a different time for them. Jamie worked her magic on my make up, and we built it until it was the perfect shade for me! My makeup complimented my skin, in a way that it didn't take over my face completely. I wanted the natural but bronzy look and she did just that! I really loved the look and it wasn't hard to do a touch up on because it stayed for a long time! For my hair, I had 3 different looks for 3 different outfits and somehow, Tara was able to make those possible for me in a one day event. I loved the look because it was able to enhance my dress in a way I could have never imagined! The best thing about them is that they're great at communicating! That was super important for wedding planning. I can go on and on but I think they did an amazing job overall and really helped me look my best and very pretty on our wedding day!

AND, they made this 50+ year old mama feel so pretty. Of course the whole party of teens and 20 somethings were complete knockouts and the bride was particularly breathtaking when Jamie and Tara got through with them. And the mama of the bride was stunning. We would all highly recommend trusting them on your big day, both are such good listeners to each request, are so creative, talented and a ton of fun to be around!

On my wedding day she came to my hotel to work on my brides maids where she continued to make everyone feel comfortable and happy to be there. She made us smile and laugh with her personality. Tara then met us at the venue and worked on my hair still bringing her positivity to what can be a stressful day. Her prices were more than fair and I received five star celebrity treatment. Tara was so awesome, and I had an amazing bridal preview experience with her. My hair and makeup were perfect! I am not local to San Diego and she was so accommodating of my schedule and might be the nicest person I've ever met. She also planned a great timeline to complete all the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, without having to force everyone to wake up too early. I'm bummed that we didn't get to work with each other on my wedding day, but I based on my bridal preview I know my hair and makeup would have been stunning!

he sweetest, most excepting, calm, beautiful woman I have met in a long time! I am so lucky to have found her to do my hair on such a special day. Just being there calmed me (cuz I was emotional and exhausted), and she knew just the right things to say. This kind of personality ended up meaning more to me then how my hair turned out. Now, let's not forget about her team. She knows and works with some talented ladies. One of her girls named Gina did my makeup and was just as calming as she was. She allowed me to critique every step of the way with absolutely no annoyances. All they both wanted was for me as the bride to feel beautiful no matter how the process went. I saw myself in the mirror for the first time, I could not even believe how amazing my hair looked- I felt like a princess and she gave me exactly what I had asked for. She also made the whole getting ready morning so fun, like she was one of the girls there sharing in my excitement :-)

They were both arrived early and were absolute bundles of fun and made the morning so enjoyable. A week or so before the wedding, Tara texted me an outline of the hair schedule for each bridesmaid and me (the bride). I loved that because it was one less thing I had to worry about.
