If you are thinking about hiring Addy as your wedding planner - just do it! From first seeing her portfolio on Instagram and then chatting with her on the phone, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with her. She is so organized, professional, fun, caring, patient and creative. I 100% trusted her to bring my vision to life, and she more than exceeded my expectations. I feel like I knew what I wanted in my head, and Addy was able to make it all happen while working seamlessly with our other vendors (that she helped to recommend with her knowledge of who would fit our vibe best). I was able to be soo much less stressed about wedding planning, because I knew Addy had everything under control. Not only did she help us source vendors/items/other wedding touches, she and her partner BUILT us the most beautiful chuppah and signage for our wedding day. Our wedding day flowed seamlessly, and if there were any hiccups, she made sure I didn’t even know about them. I can’t rave about her enough, and if you get the chance to work with her, know that your wedding planning is in the best hands!

We couldn’t have asked for a better planner! From the moment we brought her on, she was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and a calming presence during a busy time. She took the time to understand our vision and ensured everything was executed flawlessly.
On the wedding day, she was a true lifesaver—handling every detail seamlessly so we could fully enjoy the moment. Our vendors loved working with her, and so did we! If you’re looking for someone to bring peace of mind and perfection to your big day, she’s the one. Highly recommend!
Addy is amazing and the absolute best! We're so happy we decided to go with Addy as our wedding planner. She truly made our wedding the perfect day. Everything was even better than we could have wished for. Our wedding was in Big Sur, and we live on the east coast so it's not the easiest to plan being on the opposite coast. Addy was there every step of the way and so great to work with. She always made time to speak to us and was super flexible. I can be indecisive on some details but Addy was so supportive and always gave us lots of different options and ideas.
We had a last minute change to our guest list and assigned seating the week of our wedding, which stressed us out, but Addy was so calm and made everything happen. She made sure the seating chart was correct and communicated to the appropriate vendors about this change. This is just one example of how Addy helped guide us and kept us on track.
We also received so many complements from our guests on the details and execution of our day. Looking back on our wedding day, there wasn't one moment where we were worried about anything, and it's all due to Addy's hard work!
Addy is an amazing coordinator! She made our wedding day feel like a breeze. She was easy to communicate with and helped me feel prepared and calm weeks leading up to the wedding. We got married at La Playa and it was so helpful to have someone who knows the ins and outs of the venue. Our wedding day went so smoothly without any hiccups, thanks to Addy and her assistant!
This review is long overdue, but we can wholeheartedly attest to the fact that Addy holds herself and her business to a high standard. Events, and especially weddings, require complicated managing of logistics and coordination, and you can absolutely trust Addy and her team to plan your wedding. Addy was communicative from beginning to end, and even after our wedding celebration.
Our belated wedding was a destination location for us, and we experienced unexpected torrential storms during the season and week leading up to our celebration. You can only imagine the stress this caused, but Addy worked closely with us and our vendors to ensure we had a well-executed Plan B. Despite uncontrollable factors, we had a wonderful and enjoyable wedding celebration. Addy and her team even went above and beyond and immediately trimmed the stems of my bouquet, placed it a vase with fresh water prior to our reception, and helped me transport it to the preservationist vendor (without me asking for any of this).
Addy still remained in communication with us after our wedding, as we attempted to resolve a couple of mishaps with other vendors that occurred related to our celebration. Her continued communication, understanding, and empathy towards our mishaps really spoke volume as to how she conducts her business and how much she values her clients.
If Addy is your coordinator, you can absolutely trust that you are in great care!
Addy is wonderful!! Our wedding was everything we wanted because of her organization, attention to detail and calm personality. Every question we had was answered thoroughly. She had great ideas and suggestions and worked effortlessly with our other vendors. The day of our wedding, Addy double checked everything, without being noticed and always with her wonderful, calm smile. We were completely relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our day.
WOW! Addy and her team made our wedding dreams a reality! She made sure we were prepped along the whole planning journey with lists, deadlines, and check-ins. They worked closely with our vendors, so we didn’t have any stress leading up to the big day. She made sure we were comfortable, fed, eating, and having a blast throughout the day. If you’re debating on getting a planner — do it!!!
I highly recommend hiring Addy and her team, I’d give 10 stars if I could! Hiring a month of coordinator really allows you to enjoy the day so much more. She was very sweet and accommodating to assist us with anything we needed done. And her calming presence really helped keep me calm and stress free on wedding day! She was even available for any questions we had from the moment we chose It’s Simply Addy! Her staff that she brought with her was fantastic leading up to and during the event. She went over everything in so much detail in advance and the planning tool that she had us use was very helpful as well to help us go over everything before hand to make sure we had everything we needed. Addy really helped bring my vision to life, I can’t even describe how beautiful it was. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect!
Addy, was the best wedding planner I could have asked for! She was very helpful in the planning process especially finding good reliable vendors for us, also if we faced an obstacle or problem with anything durning the planning phase, she was very calm and had creative ideas on how to solve anything we came across. She also went above and beyond in our Day of coordination, my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything, she was super organized and she also had a nice gift bag for us at the end which I thought was so thoughtful and sweet! I feel so blessed to have had her as our wedding planner. I 100% recommend her!
Addy went above and beyond for us starting on day 1! After a rough experience with our previous planner, Addy took over our planning and made our wedding dreams come true all within 5 months! Before working with Addy, we were constantly stressed, didn't know how to navigate the planning process, and were behind on so many tasks. When Addy came in she kept such a calm demeanor and made each task seem so effortless and easy. We loved working with Addy and would recommend her to anyone looking to find the perfect wedding planner and day of coordinator. Our wedding day was an absolute dream, Addy was on top of everything and made sure it all appeared picturesque and went smoothly. We even decided last minute that we wanted our flowers preserved, so Addy pulled some strings to make sure it happened and delivered the flowers for us the night of the wedding. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Addy and have her to thank for how beautiful our wedding turned out!

When we say Addy was better than we could ever imagine we mean it! She absolutely saved our wedding day, breezing through every hiccup like a pro all while keeping us calm, on schedule, and focused on enjoying our day. She knew the ins and outs of our venue better than their own staff and made the day fun. She had great communication leading up to the event so we felt stress free on the morning of the big day. Addy made our wedding day a success. You would be a fool not to book her as your planner!
Addy’s month-of-coordinator services were a superb value. She came recommended to us by our venue. Truly her services go above and beyond a month because she gives full access to a planning site where you add all the info she needs, contracts, inspo, seating arrangements, rsvp, budget tracker, timelines etc which makes for smooth hand off and facilitates your own planning (ie she gives you the tools you need to succeed!) She scheduled regular meeting check-ins to get updates on planning progress and even provided vendor recommendations and followed up with vendors if extra help was needed. I valued and trusted her expertise. She was accommodating to special requests. She even provided a secondary coordinator for the day off which helped tremendously having two locations for ceremony and reception. As a result, my husband and I could throughly enjoy every moment of our wedding day. Our guests commented the same, that it went by seamlessly, was well organized and most importantly fun! I actually miss the planning process now, so thank you Addy for a positive experience and beautiful execution!
Reflecting on all the wedding decisions my husband and I did during our wedding planning, we can honestly say hiring Addy was the best decision ever!
I have never met a more organized person like Addy! We hired her for the month of coordination and the month before our wedding she was the main contact for all our vendors which eased a lot of stress on our end! She was so professional, easy to talk to and understood the vision for our wedding!
Addy was on top of everything the day of the wedding and had the best team! They even saved a family member’s wardrobe malfunction by having a sewing kit in their emergency kit! I can’t thank them enough for not only taking care of us but also our guests!
Our wedding day was simply perfect and it was thanks to Addy and her team for working so incredibly hard that my husband and I truly enjoyed our day!
If you are on the fence about hiring a planner/coordinator, please DO IT! Addy and her team will allow you and your significant other to soak in every second of your special day!

Simply The Best…
Addy and team were lifesavers! We decided to have a destination wedding to Carmel, CA, and I knew I needed a month of coordinator to take the stress off of me during those last minute moments. Especially since I knew very little about the area and found all my vendors on Instagram! She delivered above and beyond. Super easy to talk to, understood my vision, amazing communication, and handled some hiccups with ease. We would have not enjoyed our wedding weekend if it wasn’t for Addy.
Hire her IMMEDIATELY! It will be the best decision you make (besides getting married ❤️).
