I initially hired JJ Staffing Events back in 2015 for a small staff event at our organization.
Everything was set up as planned, and all the wait staff was professional, efficient...
, and quick!
The process of hiring JJ was super simple and alleviated any headaches.
In 2018 I even hired J J Staffing Events for my co-worker's wedding I was helping to plan. I provided Jany with the floorplan and itinerary, and on the wedding day, JJ staff arrived promptly and got straight to work. Everything was a great success, and it was so beautiful!
I've continuously hired JJ for events at my workplace, ranging from small events with just our staff to larger events with 300+ guests.
Every event has been tremendously amazing! Since the first event I hired JJ for, they've allowed me to relax and actually enjoy the events; I'm very grateful I found JJ!
Every event, the first thing I'm told is to relax, grab a drink and let them work!
We worked with JJ Staffing for our afternoon wedding at The Bell House in Brooklyn last weekend. They were recommended by the venue and when we told the venue manager that we were ...
working with them, they assured us we'd be well taken care of. From the moment I arrived to unpack decorations and materials from my truck, our day-of-coordinator Jany was making sure things ran smoothly. The staff assisted me in unloading my truck and setting up the room. Jany was very prepared with print-outs of our planning document for the day. She and her team took care of everything with arranging tables, centerpieces, stage setup, signage, and of course the several stages of food (welcome bagels, cocktail hour refreshments, and lunch). I got to focus on personal touches, rehearsing the ceremony with my officiant, and getting dressed. It was such a relief to work with a team that was so competent in handling all the details that I could focus on my role rather than worrying about managing every last thing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in New York.
Jamilka and the JJ Staffing Events team were exactly what we needed for our food truck wedding at The Bell House. Jamilka was very clear and understanding of all the details during...
the planning process. She helped assess how many staff would be needed and the time needed for load in. Jany, the Staff Supervisor on the day, was incredibly gracious and efficient. All five staff executed everything perfectly and all went out of their way to congratulate us personally at some point during the evening. They were exactly the hands we needed to set up, bus tables during the food truck service, handle small details during the event, and then clean up. They did it all in a friendly, subtle manner!
J&J provided the staffing services for our wedding, and they did a phenomenal job. We had a fairly unconventional wedding with a lot of moving parts and the team executed everythin...
g flawlessly. We even managed to stay on schedule the whole night. With only written instructions to work from, their team worked so quickly, and at the end of the night, we were thrilled to see that everything had been packed up so neatly and ready to go, and we didn't lose a single item from the evening. Jennifer, the team leader, was amazing... she kept track of even the smallest details. When my brother and sister were waiting for food but had to get onstage for toasts, Jennifer finished their order, packed it up for them, and made sure they got it. We would absolutely hire them again!
Hi Jamilka,
Everything was fantastic! Thank you so much for pulling that together so quickly. We will definitely look to use you guys in the future!
