Some have even said that it was, by far, the best, most fun wedding they have ever attended. And that is in LARGE part due to Jessica's wonderful organizational, communication, and planning skills. Her support was invaluable during every single stage of what would otherwise have been a daunting and unimaginably stressful process for us both. Instead, she handled every obstacle and difficulty we faced with grace and professionalism. I'd like to talk about some details of our time together that really blew me away. I knew from the very beginning that, in order to balance wedding planning, school (I was in law school at the time), and work, I needed to hire an exceptionally efficient planner. I interviewed more than 30 wedding planners (this is not an exaggeration. It took me months!) and from the first moment that my partner and I interviewed Jessica, we knew that she was the one! Nobody else understood our vision as perfectly, was quite as organized (seriously, her spreadsheets are a wonder to behold), and as enthusiastic about making our dream day come true. Her ability to keep track of and communicate with every single one of our MANY vendors was also something I greatly admired. Not even once, over the course of two years, did she forget to do something she was supposed to do, miss a deadline, or let an important detail slip her mind. In fact, ,my partner and I forgot to do many things, and each time, Jessica reminded us promptly, gently, and patiently. Every vendor came to me at some point during the planning process or the day of to compliment Jessica and her planning skills. And all of their praise was well deserved. Jessica works extraordinarily hard, but she will never let you see it! She shields you from all of the stress and chaos of your big day, allowing you to fully enjoy yourself without worrying about a single thing. She treads the fine line between being firm and being professional with unfortunately problematic or unresponsive vendors. At the end of the day, no matter what happens, she makes sure that what needs to get done, gets done. I could talk about Jessica all day, but the bottom line is that there is nobody more capable to help you plan for and execute your wedding dreams. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

our first conversation until months after our wedding, Renee was friendly, caring, a problem-solver, a thought partner, a fixer, and the best wedding coordinator we could ask for. Her organization and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and saved us on numerous occasions with many vendors and logistics scheduling. Her friendly demeanor and get-it-done attitude immediately drew us in, and we knew from the beginning of our partnership that we were in great hands. and I got engaged in June 2021. I lost my Mother to lung cancer in December of 2017, so having a wedding without my Mother wasn't an option for me. So, we discussed having a small ceremony and reached out to Jessica for her services regarding our much bigger reception for family and friends to celebrate. We had a solid plan, but then our plans changed again. With some convincing from my Father, we decided the best way to celebrate and honor my Mother was to have a wedding that she would have wanted for not only me, but now "us." When I discussed the change with Jessica, without hesitation she said, "I'm here for it!" I was stressed about the sudden change of plans. Jessica immediately put my mind at ease by assuring me that we could still have a very intimate ceremony and honor my Mother in multiple ways. Jessica made the planning process so easy. We had more time to plan, so we actually had about 16.5 months to plan our dream wedding. Did I also mention we live in different states? We live in Tennessee and she lives in Georgia, but even over Zoom the distance never mattered. From the planning, to the design aspect, to catering, and most importantly...the budget. Jessica made sure that our communication with all of our vendors went completely effortlessly. Our wedding was without a doubt the most beautiful and magical day of our lives. I know it wouldn't have been possible without Jessica and her staff. So, on a very personal note...I'm extremely proud to say that Jessica is also my cousin. By choosing her company, there's no doubt that she will also make you feel like you're family too. Jessica is passionate about her clients, extremely professional, and amazing at her job. ectacular. Read on for the highlights! After calling a couple of caterers and touring a couple venues, my wife and I knew we were in over our head. When we decided on our venue, we were INCREDIBLY lucky to be referred to Jessica through the venue coordinator. We had interviewed several other wedding planners at this point, and Jessica’s value proposition was far and above the best around. Reviewing our venue, caterer, hotel, and other vendor contracts with her, Jessica provided valuable advice and cost savings. She took almost all the stress off our shoulders... and then, COVID happened! Pandemic in full swing, Jessica went into overdrive helping us determine our options. We first planned for a “reduced guest count” event, keeping the same date and the same vendors. We soon realized that COVID was here to stay, and it simply wouldn’t do. So, we tried to move the entire event outside, with an even further reduced guest count. Even this wasn’t enough, and we realized we would have to postpone. At this point, our original caterer (bye bye 2 grand deposit!) expressed how “difficult” it was to continue to operate during the pandemic, and tripled our price without any room for negotiation. Jessica worked with us to get as much back as possible, and assisted us in the process of figuring out our next caterer quickly and efficiently. Our original venue was too small to support the required distancing for our new 2021 date, so we had to work with Jessica to find a new venue for the reception. Interviewing multiple options, Jessica did nearly all the legwork and was able to present us with the best options, then organize and efficiently figure out all the logistics. And then, ONE MONTH before the event, our hotel called to inform us that they had to cancel our entire room block. This hotel was the only hotel close to the ceremony and reception, and ruined many of our plans. Jessica jumped into action, working with us to interview potential replacement hotels, and exploring additional transportation options to help guests with their new, substantially increased commute. Unbeknownst to us, our original hotel decided to start calling up our guests and telling them to book with various hotels at random. We were absolutely floored, as we only discovered this when our friends began to reach out to us, confused and not sure what to do. When we finally had a contract signed with the new hotel, there was a whole new set of problems, as the new hotel was understaffed and couldn’t provide the same level of service for the pre-wedding/post-wedding events. I could write pages about how unprofessional and ridiculous working with both old hotel AND the new hotel ended up being, but what really shines is how Jessica acted as a shield for us. Rather than us having to field multiple phone calls at work, she dealt with both hotels and our confused guests, helping us every step along the way. Throughout this whole process, Jessica was always positive, always ready to tackle the next challenge. We honestly could not have done it without her, and are eternally grateful for her tireless efforts to assist us. I would heartily recommend her for anyone’s wedding (or any event!), big or small. You can expect a consummate professional capable of handling any twists that come your way.

At the risk of hyperbole, the dream wedding I always imagined to have turned out to be even better in real life. Our wedding was at the Ronald Reagan Building with 140 guests and all of the feedback we have received was overwhelming praise. We are forever thankful to Jess for coordinating the most memorable and beautiful day for us.
