I (the groom) have a particularly large appetite so it was always a concern that there might not be enough food, but they absolutely delivered on the food quantity as well as quality. They were very flexible with our food needs as we had some guests with vegetarian needs, as well as several with gluten intolerancee/actual celiacs disease. We were not aware of anyone getting violently ill from the food during our wedding, which just means that Jacquie’s delivered on their quality controls and avoiding cross contamination. We would absolutely recommend Jacquie’s for anyone who requires high-quality buffet-style catering for their wedding!

we had to use them due to our venue or if this is typical, but after the initial phone call we were the ones reaching out asking about tastings, menu, and payment. The final cost of our food also ended up being nearly double what they quoted us initially even though we did a buffet plan. I feel that important details could have been easily missed which caused some stress. But the food was absolutely delicious!

u was phenomenal! We started the night with yummy bruschetta and bourbon chicken skewers then scarfed down a juicy pesto mozzarella chicken with buttery angel hair pasta and crunch roasted veggies. Their crème brulèè and chocolate covered strawberries are to die for! Their entire team made our night so great! The buffet went to smoothly and quickly. There was more than enough food for everyone. Angelo, Kris and their team were so helpful the entire time we worked with Jacquie's. We had a private dinner and the staff was great at making sure we had more than enough food and plenty of water and sweets throughout the night. All our guests raved about the food from our wedding! 10/10 choose Jacquie's!

Despite overcommunication with Alisa about vegetarian and kids meals, this information was not transferred to day-of staff, and dinner was delayed at the wedding while the bride and day-of planning coordinator worked to recreate this information. Less than 30 minutes later, the young event manager carelessly moved the three-layer wedding cake without disassembling it, knocking the top layer to the ground while guests watched it smash on the floor. While mistakes happen, how it was handled was bewildering: The day-of coordinator informed the bride and groom about the accident. As she was walking away from the head table, the event coordinator ran up to the couple and said, “That lady doesn’t like me! And she was rushing me, and that’s why the cake fell!” and expounded upon his blame while he continued to discharge his feelings, never once expressing remorse for the mistake. Upon the bride’s follow-up compliant, Alisa did compensate as requested. However, at the end of it all, I regret hiring Jacquie’s Catering and the headache of working with all Jacquie’s staff!

The individual we were working most closely with left a few months before our wedding, so it was challenging at times to get the new employee up to speed on our plans. She was a bit care free when it came down to making final decisions. Despite all of that, the service on the wedding day and quality of the food makes this an easy 5 stars. We would highly recommend Jacquie's to other couples!

The unanticipated rain definitely threw a curveball, but the staff was able to adjust and not skip a beat! We still get compliments on the wonderful food they provided for the wedding, to the point where even some of our most *foodie* Chicago friends cant stop raving about how good all the hors d’oeuvres and dinner were (specifically the salmon). Would highly recommend stopping into their café in Zionsville & using them to cater your next event… I promise you won’t be let down. rocess of our event was absolutely AMAZING!! The office staff of this company is on point. I wish they would switch careers and be the only office staff I have to ever work with in any scenario ever! However, the day of there was one hiccup that caused me the ONLY stress I had as a bride for the entire day. The cocktail hour was to start at 5:00 in the room that we had only rented for an hour. The day of team at Jacquies was running late and each person kept telling me a different time for starting from 5:05-5:30. We paid for an hour (keep that in mind). So, I (this was my bridezilla moment of the day and I do apologize for my forcefulness) asked if they would be extending the cocktail hour to 6:15-6:30 depending on when it started. The staff in the closed room where cocktail hour should have started 10 min ago said they would not extend. Cue my mental breakdown… multiple people kept talking to me and telling me multiple different things. However, when I demanded to speak to whoever was in charge (I forget her name, I’m sorry. She was incredible) and my wedding coordinator at the building, the problem was quickly resolved and the cocktail hour was served for a full hour. After that, the night went flawlessly! Overall, I would recommend Jacquies to any couple who wants EXCELLENT food at their wedding! (Just be sure to only ask questions of the day of manager if there is an issue)

we decided to do a tasting with Jacquie's. From that initial tasting we knew that we didn't need to try anywhere else. They have tons of options for both appetizers and food, as well as late night snacks at every price point. When we cut our numbers we decided to add a late night snack to our package and the Jacquie's team was very accommodating. They even convinced my otherwise skeptical mom that buffet style was the best option for our wedding set up. The day of, service was spectacular from start to finish and the servers were incredibly friendly. Overall would recommend Jacquie's to anyone in the market for a wedding caterer.

For 120 people we discovered that we were going to spend over $10,000 no matter who we went with. Jacquie’s pricing is very fair. We opted to include beer/wine which was a couple thousand dollars more. Totally worth it. The communication with Jacquie was a little touch and go throughout the entire process. My mom had a hard time coordinating payment from afar since she isn’t local but it all worked out in the end. A few times we found errors on our contracts which Jacquie quickly fixed once we pointed them out. The day of the wedding was a little hectic as I was running around making sure the tables were set up correctly (a couple different diagrams were floating around). When it came to professionalism during the event they did a wonderful job. Everyone who worked for Jacquie’s was pleasant and helpful. They did miss the mark with our cake cutting which left us waiting while everyone watched for our cake cutting knife and plate (total bummer!). Overall I was satisfied with how the evening went with our caterer. They are a preferred vendor of Laurel Hall so that made things a little more smooth. I think if we had to have a catered event in the future we would consider going with Jacquie’s again or we might venture out. They are most definitely worth a tasting appointment to see if you like their food and if they are in your price range.

upervisor for the day of and she did an amazing job. I was so worried about my centerpieces getting put out on time and about how the night would flow, but all the servers did everything so smoothly. I was so worried about having a buffet with COVID but the servers served the food themselves and even carried the food to our sweetheart table for us. I didn't have to worry about setup or tear-down and it was such a relief. Their food was amazing, too. I highly recommend doing the BBQ buffet--the beef brisket just fell apart with a fork and the mac and cheese was a huge hit. I could write a novel about how well they did! Thank you all so much for making our day perfect!
