Jacquie’s was a fantastic caterer to work with for our wedding. We knew from the get-go that their style of food was perfect for us as soon as we had a chance to do a group-tasting with them. They immediately demonstrated their excellent organization, food quality, and customer service capabilities at the tasting. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and it was absolutely certain everyone had enough to eat given their buffet-style serving. I (the groom) have a particularly large appetite so it was always a concern that there might not be enough food, but they absolutely delivered on the food quantity as well as quality. They were very flexible with our food needs as we had some guests with vegetarian needs, as well as several with gluten intolerancee/actual celiacs disease. We were not aware of anyone getting violently ill from the food during our wedding, which just means that Jacquie’s delivered on their quality controls and avoiding cross contamination. We would absolutely recommend Jacquie’s for anyone who requires high-quality buffet-style catering for their wedding!

My wife and I hired Jacquie's to cater and provide dinner for our wedding reception on 2/24/24 at The Mill Top in Noblesville IN. From the initial planning/quote, to our tasting, to day-of - all went fantastic! The quality of our meal was top-notch; and the carvers, dinner assistants, and onsite team was friendly, professional, and hard-working. Things started off a little rocky as our point of contact wasn’t quick to respond and not helpful. After those details were ironed out things went so smoothly and guests are still saying the food was some of the best they have ever had at a wedding

Jacquie's food was fantastic! The guests complimented it all night. My only wish is that there was better communication during the planning process. I'm not sure if it was because we had to use them due to our venue or if this is typical, but after the initial phone call we were the ones reaching out asking about tastings, menu, and payment. The final cost of our food also ended up being nearly double what they quoted us initially even though we did a buffet plan. I feel that important details could have been easily missed which caused some stress. But the food was absolutely delicious!

We cannot say enough good things about Jacquie’s gourmet catering. They were amazing to work with. We got so many compliments on the food from our guests. They also were willing to be flexible and roll with changes that were made the day of the wedding. The communication leading up to the wedding day was also very easy. Definitely great value for the service.

From the moment we began planning, Jacquie's exceeded our expectations in every way, making our special day truly unforgettable. Jacquie's made our wedding so fantastic for me and our guests. Working with them leading up to the event was so easy; they're incredibly professional and accommodating. The day of the event, I had total faith that their team would put on an amazing event. They worked well with our other vendors, and provided excellent service for the guests. The food was also AMAZING. We had the planked salmon, braised short rib, and acorn squash as our main options and each one was a show stopper. I truly can't say enough good things!

I am so grateful for Alisa's efficiency and quick responses to emails. I was able to reach her over the phone easily too. Rare these days. She answered all my questions and assisted me with food selection options. I live out of town and it has been challenging planning for a 90th birthday event. Recently I canceled a banquet brunch at a restaurant because of the poor attitude and high cost. Within a day I was able to effortlessly plan catering from Jacquie's. We couldn't recommend Jacquie's more! They were so amazing through the entire process. From our initial class to our tasting to the big day, our experience was exceptional! Our menu was phenomenal! We started the night with yummy bruschetta and bourbon chicken skewers then scarfed down a juicy pesto mozzarella chicken with buttery angel hair pasta and crunch roasted veggies. Their crème brulèè and chocolate covered strawberries are to die for! Their entire team made our night so great! The buffet went to smoothly and quickly. There was more than enough food for everyone. Angelo, Kris and their team were so helpful the entire time we worked with Jacquie's. We had a private dinner and the staff was great at making sure we had more than enough food and plenty of water and sweets throughout the night. All our guests raved about the food from our wedding! 10/10 choose Jacquie's!

The food from Jacquies was great and the day of staff was helpful with keeping the venue clean and water glasses full. They were friendly and the quality of the food and preparation was exactly like we had tried. Only request would be to get the names of the vegetarian people before the day of- maybe the day or week before instead of me having to figure that out before the ceremony.

Jacquie's catered a party we hosted at Tinker House for about 120 guests. EVERYTHING was fantastic! The food was delicious and served promptly. The servers, event manager and chefs were all extremely friendly and competent. The planning was a joy especially with the help from Kris who walked us through every step. Questions were ALWAYS addressed rapidly, and Kris was extremely helpful in making choices and recommendations. I highly recommend Jacquie's.

I work in the wedding industry so I tend to be more particular about details, but Jacquie handled all correspondence with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Our food at our wedding was delicious! We received lots of complements from our guests and we were super happy with this catering company. They were easy to work with and gave of lots of good options to choose from.

Jacquie's was option that our venue recommended to us, and we were so happy that we decided to use them! Food was exceptionally important to us and they did not disappoint. All of our guests raved about the food, especially the guests that had special dietary restrictions that were able to get second helpings because it was so good! Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering deserves 5 stars for food quality and 1 stars for service (the wedding day event management and pre-event management with Alisa Kinsel). Many wedding guests complimented the taste of the food, and pricing is reasonable for weddings, but unfortunately, the terrible service and management outweigh these strengths! Despite overcommunication with Alisa about vegetarian and kids meals, this information was not transferred to day-of staff, and dinner was delayed at the wedding while the bride and day-of planning coordinator worked to recreate this information. Less than 30 minutes later, the young event manager carelessly moved the three-layer wedding cake without disassembling it, knocking the top layer to the ground while guests watched it smash on the floor. While mistakes happen, how it was handled was bewildering: The day-of coordinator informed the bride and groom about the accident. As she was walking away from the head table, the event coordinator ran up to the couple and said, “That lady doesn’t like me! And she was rushing me, and that’s why the cake fell!” and expounded upon his blame while he continued to discharge his feelings, never once expressing remorse for the mistake. Upon the bride’s follow-up compliant, Alisa did compensate as requested. However, at the end of it all, I regret hiring Jacquie’s Catering and the headache of working with all Jacquie’s staff!

Jacquie's food was top notch, and our wedding guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We were very impressed with the quality of the food despite it being served as a large buffet and our photographer pushing dinner 15 minutes late. Our only negative was that communication with Jacquie's before the wedding was a bit challenging. The individual we were working most closely with left a few months before our wedding, so it was challenging at times to get the new employee up to speed on our plans. She was a bit care free when it came down to making final decisions. Despite all of that, the service on the wedding day and quality of the food makes this an easy 5 stars. We would highly recommend Jacquie's to other couples!

Jacquies was absolutely one of the best choices we made for our wedding! The food was fantastic and the staff did an incredible job before, during and after the wedding. We worked with Jacquie when having to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and she was more than accommodating. Not to mention her warm & welcoming personality was easy to work with! The unanticipated rain definitely threw a curveball, but the staff was able to adjust and not skip a beat! We still get compliments on the wonderful food they provided for the wedding, to the point where even some of our most *foodie* Chicago friends cant stop raving about how good all the hors d’oeuvres and dinner were (specifically the salmon). Would highly recommend stopping into their café in Zionsville & using them to cater your next event… I promise you won’t be let down. We are looking forward to dining with them in the very near future!

Jacquie's Gourmet Catering went above and beyond to cater our wedding. I was particularly worried because we had several vegans who would be attending and Mary helped us navigate getting and placing their orders. The caterer was also very accommodating when it came to dietary restrictions of guests. I was very impressed with how well they handled that. On top of all that, we got so many compliments on how good the food was. The service staff was phenomenal and went out of their way to make sure myself and my now husband were well taken care of. We couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Working with Jacquie's Gourmet Catering was SUCH a great experience!! My husband, Andrew, and I worked with Mary and she was absolutely amazing! She answered any question we had and was very timely and detailed with her responses. When it came to our wedding day, the staff was wonderful. The catering manager came up and immediately introduced herself to us and let us know that if we needed anything, don't hesitate to ask her. The food was INCREDIBLE! Not only was it incredible for us, but we were getting compliments from our guests for days after our wedding letting us know how amazing they thought the food was as well. I couldn't have imagined choosing any other caterer for our wedding day. Jacquie's made everything so easy. We would choose them over and over again!

This food is to die for!!! It is amazing! I had multiple people at my wedding tell me this is hands down the best wedding food they’ve ever had! They were professional and so easy to work with! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Jacquie’s provided excellent service and delicious food at our wedding this past weekend. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the food was. The planning and coordinating process of our event was absolutely AMAZING!! The office staff of this company is on point. I wish they would switch careers and be the only office staff I have to ever work with in any scenario ever! However, the day of there was one hiccup that caused me the ONLY stress I had as a bride for the entire day. The cocktail hour was to start at 5:00 in the room that we had only rented for an hour. The day of team at Jacquies was running late and each person kept telling me a different time for starting from 5:05-5:30. We paid for an hour (keep that in mind). So, I (this was my bridezilla moment of the day and I do apologize for my forcefulness) asked if they would be extending the cocktail hour to 6:15-6:30 depending on when it started. The staff in the closed room where cocktail hour should have started 10 min ago said they would not extend. Cue my mental breakdown… multiple people kept talking to me and telling me multiple different things. However, when I demanded to speak to whoever was in charge (I forget her name, I’m sorry. She was incredible) and my wedding coordinator at the building, the problem was quickly resolved and the cocktail hour was served for a full hour. After that, the night went flawlessly! Overall, I would recommend Jacquies to any couple who wants EXCELLENT food at their wedding! (Just be sure to only ask questions of the day of manager if there is an issue)

When we selected Tinker House as our wedding venue, they had quite a few preferred caterers that we could choose from for our wedding day. After reviewing menus of our top choices we decided to do a tasting with Jacquie's. From that initial tasting we knew that we didn't need to try anywhere else. They have tons of options for both appetizers and food, as well as late night snacks at every price point. When we cut our numbers we decided to add a late night snack to our package and the Jacquie's team was very accommodating. They even convinced my otherwise skeptical mom that buffet style was the best option for our wedding set up. The day of, service was spectacular from start to finish and the servers were incredibly friendly. Overall would recommend Jacquie's to anyone in the market for a wedding caterer.

We did a brunch wedding and got so many compliments on the food! Jacquie allowed us to completely customize what we wanted and the service was great! They had so many options for food, appetizers, and drinks. They set up an amazing buffet and coffee bar for us and really brought our brunch dreams to life!

We loved working with Jacquie's Gourmet Catering for our wedding. Mary was wonderful and very responsive. The whole team was very professional on the day of the event. Everything was delicious, and we got a lot of compliments about the food!

Jacquie’s was the only caterer that allowed us to come sample food without making a commitment which was huge for us! We scheduled a sit down tasting and had lots of food to try (all of which were so delicious). Afterwards we sat down with Jacquie and made a rough draft meal plan. We ended up going with the southern BBQ buffet which was a huge hit! Everyone loved the variety. For 120 people we discovered that we were going to spend over $10,000 no matter who we went with. Jacquie’s pricing is very fair. We opted to include beer/wine which was a couple thousand dollars more. Totally worth it. The communication with Jacquie was a little touch and go throughout the entire process. My mom had a hard time coordinating payment from afar since she isn’t local but it all worked out in the end. A few times we found errors on our contracts which Jacquie quickly fixed once we pointed them out. The day of the wedding was a little hectic as I was running around making sure the tables were set up correctly (a couple different diagrams were floating around). When it came to professionalism during the event they did a wonderful job. Everyone who worked for Jacquie’s was pleasant and helpful. They did miss the mark with our cake cutting which left us waiting while everyone watched for our cake cutting knife and plate (total bummer!). Overall I was satisfied with how the evening went with our caterer. They are a preferred vendor of Laurel Hall so that made things a little more smooth. I think if we had to have a catered event in the future we would consider going with Jacquie’s again or we might venture out. They are most definitely worth a tasting appointment to see if you like their food and if they are in your price range.

We are so happy that we chose Jacquie's to cater our wedding in April! The food was incredible and all of our guests have been raving about it ever since. The service that we received from their staff was nothing less than extraordinary and we were so grateful that they cut the cake for us as well at no extra cost. We went with a buffet and the choices were excellent. Very professional staff, good response time to emails and overall an excellent experience from the tasting to the wedding. I worked with Mary at Jacquie's to set up everything for my wedding and she was so great! She made everything easy for me and was quick to respond to any questions. Julie was the supervisor for the day of and she did an amazing job. I was so worried about my centerpieces getting put out on time and about how the night would flow, but all the servers did everything so smoothly. I was so worried about having a buffet with COVID but the servers served the food themselves and even carried the food to our sweetheart table for us. I didn't have to worry about setup or tear-down and it was such a relief. Their food was amazing, too. I highly recommend doing the BBQ buffet--the beef brisket just fell apart with a fork and the mac and cheese was a huge hit. I could write a novel about how well they did! Thank you all so much for making our day perfect!

Jacquie’s did an incredible job catering the food for my wedding in October. Everyone raved about it (especially the appetizers) and Sarah was extremely easy to work with. We did not have an opportunity to sample any food prior to her wedding. We chose the BBQ and to say the food was great would be understating it! Everyone raved about the food at our wedding that Jacquie's catered. It was delicious. They were always on-time and professional. They even had a server come help me collect my plate of food from the stations so that I wouldn't spill it on my dress. It's the little details that count on such a big day!

Jacquie's is incredible! Sarah was our contact and she was incredibly responsive and flexible. Also, very patient. As we neared the wedding my brain started to explode and I started asking dub questions, but Sarah remained really patient and kind and always answered all of my questions no matter how obvious they were. They food was delicious, on time, and plenty. The servers the day of were professional and very sweet. I have celiac and one of the servers made it a point to make me a plate, bring it to me, and make sure I knew it did not touch any gluten containing food. We had roast beef, lemon picatta chicken, fingerling potatoes, and veggies there was plenty of food and my guests were very pleased. 10/10 would recommend.

On our wedding day, two of the most important things for us were the food and the booze. Jacquie’s delivered a wonderful dinner. Two of our favorites items were the stuffed mushrooms for hors d’eourves and the chimichurri beef.

I can’t say enough great things about Jacquies Gourmet Catering. They were professional, the service was phenomenal from start to finish and the food was AMAZING! We had 30 guests, a sit down dinner with the grilled ribeye, grilled tilapia, whipped potatoes, grilled veggies and rolls. Everything was so delicious and fresh. It didn’t taste like a normal catered meal. The flavor was so good, especially the garlic and thyme butter with the ribeye and whipped potatoes. I highly recommend using them for your event. You won’t be disappointed. It was no stress working with Sarah and the day of staff. Professional, attentive & high quality. Our wedding was 11/29/19.

Jacquie’s Catering is an amazingly ran company with even better food. I had eaten at the restaurant several times and even already knowing how great the food is, I could not get over how amazing our food was on our wedding day. Sarah was so helpful every step of the way with helping us really pick out a great meal and making sure everything was going to work together for the best meal for us and our guests. From the tasting to the wedding, everything went smoothly. The day of the wedding went perfectly. The food was absolutely perfect and delicious and our guests could not stop raving about the meal. The staff and entire team at Jacquie’s was attentive and so pleasant to have around, they made us and our guests feel comfortable and taken care of adding to an absolutely wonderful wedding day. I’ll start with the good. Food was delicious and we still have people talking about it. However, that’s where the good ended. They were a nightmare to deal with starting with scheduling a tasting (I would have nixed then right then but our venue required we use them). When we got the tasting finally scheduled we had to already know what we wanted which to me defeats the purpose of a tasting. Throughout planning email responses were few and far between. Come day of, everything was there but there were still other issues. The buttered hor’dourves didn’t wander far from the door they came in through and when it was time for cake asked my mom for the cake plates and claimed it was in the contract. It definitely is not, she gave an option of real plates or plastic and we chose plastic. No where said we had to provide them. So in summary, food very delicious, service horrible.

Jacquie's was great to work with from the very start! Jacquie and her team were so helpful in planning the menu for our wedding, and the food was amazing! Our guests loved it, the service was professional, and they executed the night seamlessly. We highly recommend Jacquie's to any engaged couple, or for any private event!

Jacquie's was seriously a pleasant surprise in the industry! They were beyond helpful, accommodated me & changing plans greatly, and upon the event day itself the staff was really super kind and helpful. The coordinator worked with me over the course of a year to finalize my catering plan. And the servers at the event were a joy! The food was excellent, and my bridal party & guests kept coming to me saying how it was the best wedding food they'd ever had!! So that's really wonderful. Would definitely recommend these guys!!

My wife and I hired Jacquie's Gourmet Catering for our wedding in June and simply couldn't be happier with how they handled the event from start to finish. Sarah Sparks was our Event Designer and from the start she was able to help us along and keep us on schedule throughout the process. Probably like a lot of people getting married, we had never been through the process of hiring a caterer, and Sarah made everything easy for us along the way! And the FOOD. We had two entrées, an asparagus ravioli and herb-roasted chicken, as well as several sides (all served buffet style). Our guests couldn't stop telling us how amazing the food was, especially the plated cheese appetizer during cocktail hour. Everyone tells you that you never get a chance to eat at your wedding, but the caterers made sure we got a chance to eat some food. And thank goodness, because we would've hated to miss out on such a delicious meal. I'm not sure what we would need to be catered in the future, but if we do, there is no doubt we would go with Jacquie's again!

I don't know where to begin other than to say that we were completely blown away by the quality of the food, service, and kindness we received from Jacquie's Gourmet Catering last month for our wedding at Mustard Seed Gardens. First the food: having been to several weddings before with sub-par food, we all know this can make or break the experience for many guests. Jacquie's did a plated dinner for 145 people, and I can't tell you the number of compliments we received from guests. It was incredible. Second, the communication from their staff (shout out to Mary): it was second to none. While I am sure they are managing many events at once, we really felt like we were the only ones. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much Jacquie's!
