Unfortunately, I would not recommend Jason to friends and family or to other brides. While the day of music was beautiful, the service was poor. I work best via email, but apparently Jason does not. While pushing his sale, he preferred to call ...me which is fine. I would, however, expect that ongoing communication be clear and likely would be in the forum of the customer's choosing. I emailed Jason several times and often did not receive responses in a timely manner, if at all. He committed to sending me song ideas and some other items which seem to fall through the cracks. I emailed him on the 22nd of July, over 6 weeks prior to my wedding, to confirm final payment amounts and to whom and where the payment should be sent. As the details of the service had changed, it was important to me to have this confirmation. Unfortunately Jason provided no response and sent an email to me approximately 1 week prior to the wedding informing me that payment was due. As my father was paying for this particular vendor, and was getting ready to drive down to Southern California for the wedding, he was unable to send a check. Jason seemed most concerned about when he would receive payment, rather than the details of the wedding and his service. We ended up dropping of a check to him the Thursday before the wedding to get it to him faster than mail would have gotten it to him, given the Labor Day Weekend Holiday. When you have so many things going on in the last few days before a wedding, the extra time it took to drop off a check was a little more stressful than was required. All could have been avoided if Jason had been more responsive as a vendor. I wasn’t able to check in with the musicians before the start of the event, but I do believe that the guitarist was another gentleman, not even Jason!
