Jessica is simply the best at what she does. We couldn't have asked for a more magical wedding day, and it all starts with an A+ team! She went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life and transform our yard into a dreamy tented oasis. Every detail was meticulously curated, from the handpicked vendors who were all top-notch, to the seamless coordination of the entire event. Even in stressful situations, she remained calm and composed, working closely with us to ease any worries and quickly find solutions. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were truly remarkable, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. She was on the front lines on wedding day, helping with vendor parking, bustling my dress, fixing my veil, and helping me navigate cocktail hour to family portraits.
It was stress-free, beautiful, and everything ran so smoothly. We’re forever grateful for the unforgettable experience she created!
From the very first moment we met Jessica, I knew we were in good hands. She immediately grasped our vision and was determined to help us bring it to life. Throughout the entire process, she not only helped us choose an amazing vendor team but also worked closely with them to execute the incredible design plan she created for us. Every aspect of the planning journey was seamless and executed to perfection, with no detail overlooked. We truly couldn’t have done it without Jessica's guidance. On our wedding day, Jessica was there every step of the way, ensuring everything went off without a hitch—which it did. The entire weekend felt like a dream, and we owe so much of that to Jessica and her incredible team.
Working with Jessica is truly the best gift you can give yourselves as a couple + your families, in the months, weeks, days leading up to your big day. I was drawn to Jessica's work because it was clear she crushed an effortlessly chic, coastal vibe AND knew the in's and out's of throwing a tented wedding, and boy did she deliver! In Jessica, you'll have a fun planning partner in crime, master of ALL logistics, the best design eye, an avid listener, and someone who can smoothly jump in with a solid take when you need one because you will undoubtedly get overwhelmed by all the different decisions that go into planning your wedding. We were able to fully enjoy the year leading up to our September 2023 wedding day in so many ways because we had Jessica's expertise on our side. You will truly look forward to every call and meeting with her! And she worked her magic from start to finish, with too many examples to count. Jessica landed the floral vendor I was dying to work with, who is usually fully, absolutely booked, based on her close relationship with this floral farm. She seamlessly ran some complicated transportation logistics, something we were ready to pull our hair out over. Custom design details and touches that really made our day feel like us? Done and done - from the coolest seating chart, to our tabletop design, to our floral arches during the ceremony and more. She is next level organized and will have your back through and through! One memorable, on-the-fly moment that stands out was we realized we were missing a several table numbers from our amazing stationary vendor and Jessica's team somehow replicated them perfectly, down to the exact color match, on the morning of our wedding so our seating plan didn't miss a beat - something I am STILL trying to figure out how they possibly pulled off, on top of everything else they were running with that day! I am positive there were dozens more examples of this in the days leading up to our wedding that we weren't even aware of because Jessica's team was already all over it.
The day of our wedding brought a tropical storm where it rained literally ALL day. Jessica brought the most serene, positive vibes all throughout the day which truly made such a difference. When you wanted to panic, she had a plan and was already halfway done executing it. We were able to totally kick back, soak up the happiness that radiates on your wedding day, and fully be in the moment knowing Jessica was in charge of all the pivots that a rainy day brings. I'm so grateful for her partnership and friendship all throughout the year-long planning process and our amazing wedding day. We truly wouldn't change a thing - even the rain! - the day was that incredible and that "us". Get on her calendar while you can and get ready to have a blast together!!
Jessica was an absolute dream to work with throughout our wedding planning process and on the big day! She and her team made sure all vendors were prepped and coordinated and helped troubleshoot during moments that may not have gone exactly as planned. She kept us on time, helped bring our vision to life and made sure my husband and I had the absolute best day. I highly recommend Jessica to any brides looking for a planner you can really trust and rely on!
My husband and I are SO SO thankful to have found Jessica as our wedding planner! From the moment we hired her she was very hands on, responsive, and professional. Jessica was my soundboard throughout the entire wedding planning process which I am BEYOND thankful for! She became a friend throughout the process and has such a reassuring calming nature about her when planning felt overwhelming. I would always seek her advice and she always had such great insight, would listen, and at the end of the process was able to capture our wedding weekend vision COMPLETELY! My husband and I could go on and on about how thankful we were to have Jessica throughout the process! Not only did she absolutely crush bringing our vision to life, she also was so incredible with managing vendors and timeline! My husband and I loved the creative and had a particular vision on how we wanted the wedding weekend to look/feel… But there was a lot of logistical/timeline/vendor managment aspects that weren’t things we looked forward to in the planning process and Jessica was able to take head on! She provided each vendor a detailed timeline and made sure everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day everything went off without any issue or disruption and that all goes into the incredible backend planning which Jessica was entirely prepared for! You can tell she genuinely puts her all into her clients and works so hard to have the most incredible outcome. It was so incredible to be able to know we were amazing hands when our wedding weekend started and truly enjoyed ourselves to the FULLEST. We are SO thankful for Jessica and if anyone is looking for a wedding planner we HIGHLY encourage booking Jessica!!! She is quite literally THE BEST. Thank you Jessica!!!
We hired Jessica as our wedding coordinator this September after she came highly recommended by our videographer. She absolutely did not disappoint. From day 1 meeting her while vetting a few coordinators, she immediately felt like the perfect fit well above the rest. She was honest, transparent, empathetic, highly organized, and really guided us through the entire process. Especially in the month leading up to and the day of our wedding, we 100% could not have had the incredibly perfect wedding day that we had without her. Everything went off without a hitch, she ensured every vendor knew exactly where to be, at what time, and what their role was, which allowed us to fully enjoy all of the amazing moments of our wedding day together. She even helped me with my dress, my veil and carried my train for me in many points of the day. I found myself looking to her in the moments before our first look as I was nervous and excited, not as a coordinator, but as a friend, and I was so grateful she was there with me. If we could do it all over again, we would 100% hire Jessica and cannot recommend her enough to all future brides and grooms.

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for all that Jessica and her team did for us - I can confidently say choosing her to assist us in our wedding planning was the best decision I have ever made! Her, Chrissy, and the rest of the staff went absolutely above and beyond and are truly gifted at what they do. They amazed us in every aspect of wedding planning and helped give us a day our families will cherish for the rest of our lives.
From the beginning stages of planning through the day of the wedding Jessica was superb. I gave her a few ideas of what I was going for and her design plan absolutely hit it out of the park- she thought of things I couldn’t dream of! Her ability to grasp our personalities, tastes, and needs while staying within our budget is impeccable. I still have friends and family commenting on everything! Her sense of design, creative skill, thoroughness, expertise, and attention to detail is something that cannot be taught. The designs she put together were literally something out of a magazine; I still have family and friends commenting on everything! She truly is gifted in what she does!
Her calming nature and ability to keep everything organized is unmatched. Any issues we faced while planning our wedding were quickly and easily resolved. I was struggling to find transportation for our guests and Jessica mentioned a company I wasn’t familiar with- by the time I called them Jessica had already reached out to and discussed our timeline for the day, etc. On the day of the wedding I forgot some very important items and without hesitation or alarm Chrissy went to a local store while Jessica accompanied us for our ceremony. Those are just a few of the hundreds of things they did for us. Overall I probably would have lost my mind in the weeks leading up to the wedding if it wasn’t for her. She also did more than just resolve the various problems that arose along the way, she really took the time to listen and talk through the options and was so calm about everything. I don’t know what I would have done without her!
She thought of EVERYTHING- she even brought a little ring box to put our wedding bands in for the photographer to capture. Every couple is so blessed to have her, and if you’re looking for the best wedding planner in the world look no further!

1. I cannot imagine our wedding without Jessica Hennessey! She was the glue that brought every last detail together to make our wedding dreams come true! Her knowledge and expertise in the wedding industry (especially coastal tent weddings!) is unmatched. She was a dream to work with - professional, responsive, creative and such a pleasure to be around. She helped bring my vision to life and elevated every aspect of design (working/spinning Disco ball installations under a tent with florals!!). She handled any and every bump in the road so seamlessly. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy every minute of our big day thanks to her, her team and all of the fantastic vendors that she recommended to us. I cannot recommend her and her team enough - they are the real deal. Thank you, Jessica, for everything !
We could not have enough amazing things to say about Jessica and her team. From the very first call to when she departed on our wedding night, our experience was beyond 5 stars. Leading up to our wedding, she was SO responsive/communicative, handled countless things with vendors behind the scenes, made us feel at ease, and designed an incredible wedding that matched our vision. She was also patient and helped us to move through each step of the process efficiently. Then we get to the actual wedding day - and boy did she shine. She handled things with such ease and just helped my husband and I stay completely calm. Any minor issues that arose, she fixed without as much as a word. I am someone who can get emotional and stressed, and everyone was commenting to me how calm and stress free I was leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. For me to be as calm as I was on our wedding day, was a true miracle and all thanks to Jessica! I had nothing to worry or stress about because she handled everything and kept me at ease.
She is a true talent. Someone in her position that has the creativity and vision to create perfectly curated, detailed, beautiful weddings, but also to have the organizational and management skills to ensure a large scale event goes smoothly is truly unmatched. Hiring Jessica was the best decision we made for our backyard wedding! She was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. She made sure nothing fell through the cracks in the planning process and was very knowledgeable about how to make sure the whole day ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding her and her team created a very stress-free environment and instantly had solutions for any little problems that arose. Our wedding ran so smoothly and she kept everything on time so we could just focus on the fun. We loved Jessica and her team and were so glad they were part of our special day. I couldn’t recommend them more!
I don't even know where to begin with writing a review for this amazing woman. Jessica truly allowed me to enjoy the wedding planning process by providing me with her guidance, knowledge, and expertise. She answered ALL my questions and never made me feel like I was being a bother. Every step of the way she was beyond organized and thought out. I gave her a few simple words of what I envisioned for my wedding and she over-delivered. I cried when Jessica revealed what my reception room looked like to me because it was truly beyond perfection. When it came to the wedding day I had a sense of ease knowing Jessica was there. She handled EVERYTHING. We had hiccups throughout our wedding day and I had no idea about one of them because Jessica took care of it without anyone having to worry. I worked with Jessica for two years and I am so lucky for the bond I grew with her. With Jessica's help, our wedding day went seamlessly. You need her for your wedding more than you even know!!
Jessica and her team are THE BEST! We enlisted the help of Jessica Hennessey Weddings as a part-time planner leading up to our wedding in February 2022. Based on our initial conversations and input, she created an amazing design and decor plan, and helped suggest vendors whose aesthetics would match our vision. Leading up to our big day, she provided input on any changes or concerns we expressed, organized all our vendors, and put together a clear and concise plan that everyone could follow. Day-of, she brought our vision to life and made sure our special day went off without a hitch! I truly did not have to worry about one thing on my wedding day, which was amazing!
Originally, we were actually suppose to get married in 2021, but COVID-19 derailed our plans slightly. When we decided to postpone, Jessica could not have been more helpful. Despite us not being a full time client, Jessica dedicated additional time and effort into helping us with our postponement. We are so appreciative of her help and expertise during that time!
Overall, Jessica and her team did such an amazing job. They truly went above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful.

Planning a wedding during COVID, while simultaneously working as a Nurse in NYC, was overwhelming to say the least. Even though Jess was also navigating the COVID wedding madness (while also being an incredible mom and wife nonetheless) Jess was always my calming force, voice of reason, organizer extraordinaire, sounding board and everything in between. She is superwoman! Not to mention, she literally handed us the most incredible vendors on a silver platter. It was so special seeing all of their work come to life day of and we were BLOWN away.
Thanks to Jess and her team, my husband and I were able to be fully present throughout our entire wedding weekend. We were solely focused on each other, our friends and family, and able to enjoy every single second of our wedding because we knew that Jess and her team had everything under control. I honestly don't even know if there were any mishaps because Jess made sure the entire day ran seamlessly and it was the best day of our lives.
Jess is so much more than "a wedding planner”. She embodies everything you want and need while planning a wedding. Oh right, she’s also a two-time Emmy award-winning producer…I mean, seriously!! RUN, don’t walk and hire Jess for the most important day of your life. You will not regret it.

Jessica single-handedly held our wedding together. From the start, she was key with organizing our thoughts and staying in touch, even though we only engaged her for day-of planning services. As the wedding date approached, she was always available, providing advice and guidance to help us think through everything that should be considered at a venue that didn't offer anything except the space. When rain entered the forecast, she was reassuring and provided a gameplan for the day. And when the flower delivery went wrong, she helped us put together a plan so our guests would not even know that things had gone wrong. She has a breadth and depth of knowledge of not only how to put on a wedding, but what needs to be done to make a wedding run smoothly. And she knows the people and places you might need to know when it comes to emergencies (like our flower delivery!) .We cannot recommend her enough, and are so thankful she was there with us from start to finish.

We had a tented wedding at my husband's family home on Cape Cod, and Jessica helped us navigate basically building an entire venue from scratch, which is no small feat. There were so many details and logistics to think about and handle behind the scenes and Jessica did it all flawlessly. Especially in the few weeks leading up the wedding, she spent so much time coordinating with each vendor and getting everyone on the same page and timeline and it was the best feeling knowing that she had everything under control. She thought of everything and kept us on track. You can tell that she and her team have done this many times before and that they truly know what they are doing. Our wedding exceeded our expectations in so many ways and we have Jessica and the amazing (and I do mean AMAZING) vendors she found for us to thank for that. I could go on and on and on about how much I recommend Jessica's expertise but instead I will just say having Jessica in our corner during wedding planning and on our wedding day was the most important thing we did, and if you hire her, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I wish I could write 1000 reviews for Jessica Hennessey Weddings. We hired Jessica to be a month-of planner for our 2020 wedding. When the pandemic hit, Jessica really stepped up. She reached out to all of our vendors and rescheduled our date for no additional cost- just out of sheer professionalism/ the kindness of her heart. I lost my dad just as the pandemic was revving up and re-planning a wedding was not something I felt up for even a little bit. Jessica made it so I barely lifted a finger. She was always pleasant and available if we had questions slightly outside the scope of our contract (though we tried not abuse this!). In the month leading up to the wedding, Jessica caught so many last minute details we had missed. I really don't think we would have been able to pull it off without her. In retrospect, my husband and I agreed that we wished he had hired her for the event planning package. We were on a budget, but actually feel like she would have saved us wasted dollars with her expertise. All of our vendors had only nice things to say about JHW. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further.
WOW - I can very confidently say I would not be married right now if it wasn't for Jess. We were 2 months away from our dream day when COVID hit and if we didn't have her to help us navigate through a postponement and everything in-between I don't know where we'd be. From day one, until our wedding day, she was nothing but professional, informative, patient and most importantly - so incredibly organized! She always listened to us and gave such thoughtful advice. Always respected our input while providing such beautiful and creative ideas. Her attention to detail is impeccable - she never missed a beat on anything. Jess connected us with the most talented team of vendors and we could not imagine our day without them. Just magical! During our year of planning, I always felt that we were in such good hands. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't feeling stressed out when we had to postpone - but Jess always, always, always made it very clear that being married is the goal here and it would be the BEST. DAY. EVER. No matter what. She was not lying - it was the best day ever and we owe it all to her and her team! Simply put, Jess is a ROCKSTAR.
Like many other 2020 couples, my husband and I had to drastically change our wedding plans due to COVID-19. We changed venues and had to downsize our guest list dramatically. Our original venue came with a coordinator, but our new venue was a private residence, and it quickly became evident I'd need some extra help. At this point, it was already mid-July and our wedding was in October, so I began contacting planners/coordinators in the Cape Cod area. Jessica got back to me promptly and we set up some time to chat to see if her services were a good fit for us. They were!
In those three months leading up to the wedding, Jessica provided helpful tools to make the wedding planning process easier, made key suggestions that we never would have thought of on our own, and most importantly, helped us navigate the ever-changing COVID-19 regulations landscape. She's a great communicator and was always willing to hop on the phone to talk something through. Jessica really shined in the couple of weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of. She coordinated with all of our vendors and created a wedding-day packet including a comprehensive timeline of the day and important contact information. That packet was like my bible :) On the day of the wedding, Jessica made sure everything went smoothly. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! She took all of our decor and worked with our florist to make our vision come to life. I was absolutely blown away when I saw everything set up. The day went exactly according to plan, and my husband and I keep saying we never, ever could have pulled it off without Jessica.
Not only was Jessica extremely organized and communicative, but she was also there for us emotionally. Planning a wedding during COVID-19 was extremely stressful, and Jessica provided some much-needed positivity and relieved us of so much stress. I know we'll stay in touch with Jessica as she played just as much of a role in our wedding as some of our closest family and friends. If you are looking for a planner/coordinator/designer and hype girl all in one, hire Jessica!
By hiring Jessica and her team you are ensuring a stress free wedding week. We had an outdoor, tented wedding which meant a lot of stress during a potential hurricane leading up to the wedding day. Jessica is so detail oriented and always 10 steps ahead of the game (especially for my type A wife). Her team is extremely friend and hustled for us the entire wedding day. They were great to our bridal party and family, always making sure we had everything we needed. This kind of attention does not go unnoticed. We recommend Jessica to all of our engaged friends!
Our daughter's wedding was even more amazing than we had every imagined! The wedding was a destination wedding in NH and a few months prior we had moved to NC - lots going on but Jessica kept us on track and well informed with coordinating everything effortlessly. She is very knowledgeable about price points and with recommending fantastic vendors. Jessica also provided a beautiful and unique dessert wall to display a variety of desserts - we had whoopie pies and baklava! She also officiated at the wedding. Jessica was sincere, heartfelt and she added a warm touch of humor - the ceremony was perfect. Jessica is professional and very personable as are her most attentive assistants. We cannot thank Jess and her team enough for making this event truly special.
Jessica was the best wedding planner a groom could ask for. With groomsmen flying in from all over the country, she was able to set us up through her connections with a suit company that delivers. She set up schedules for all the groomsmen and a detailed schedule for my fiancé and I. She is very easy to work with and kept the line of communication open throughout the whole process. We wanted a dessert wall and her husband was able to build us an incredible wall that she decorated and supervised the building of. From the venue, to the rehearsal dinner, to all the small details, she was an amazing part of that whole process of making sure everything ran smoothly. She even came down and had us looking good before the ceremony by pinning all of the groomsmen's boutonnieres. The relationship she has with her vendors is very apparent because they all knew what they had to do, when to be there, and respected her opinion.
Living in North Carolina and having a wedding 1000 miles away, Jessica facilitated every single phone call we had to be on, our viewings, our tastings, our surveys that had to be filled out...everything. She went above and beyond and contacted people down in NC for my fiancé's dress and tailoring. My fiancé and I frequently joked with Jessica about being our officiate since she was able to get to know us so well over the last year. She shared that she actually always wanted to become an officiate and we were lucky enough to have her marry us. You never, ever would have known we were the first couple she married.
On the day of the wedding, we didn't feel rushed, or stressed, we were just able to show up and enjoy our time. The wedding was perfect and exactly what we had envisioned and more. I wish we could go back in time and do it all over again with Jessica's help!
If you need a point person or someone to plan your wedding, I would highly recommend Jessica, she is amazing.

As cliché as it sounds, Jessica absolutely made my dreams come true and more; I would have never been able to have a wedding without her. She literally does it ALL. Jessica and I immediately connected due to her incredible and easy to work with personality. She is organized, exceptionally talented, professional and fun to work with. Her attention to detail is beyond incredible! She understood exactly what I wanted and created an entire wedding weekend more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. As a remarkable professional in the field, she knows the industry and therefore her vendor suggestions were AMAZING. She knew who would be the best fit for my fiancé and I and she was right about all of them. She was extremely responsive to all emails, texts, and phone calls.. She had wonderful ideas and suggestions that we never would have thought of! She put me at ease in every single decision making moment. The schedule she created for the vendors, and myself for the wedding weekend was a work of art in itself.
Everyone asks “are you nervous?” as your wedding date approaches, and I genuinely continued to feel and respond “absolutely not, I’m excited,” because Jessica had EVERYTHING under and beyond control. If anything were to go “wrong” I knew I wouldn’t even know about it because Jess would have it handled in less than a blink of an eye. It was the greatest feeling to know someone was handling the schedule, where people had to be and when, what time vendors were showing up, etc- the only thing I had to think about was enjoying my morning with my friends and family and walking down the aisle.
Again, because of Jessica’s extreme talent, passion, creativity, genius ideas and relationships, she truly made our wedding weekend (and the entire planning process) the absolute BEST for us and our family, bridal party, and guests. Our hearts are forever filled with much love and gratitude for Jessica (and her team)! There is no doubt she is the absolute BEST in the business. Thank you and 5 stars does not do our feelings justice but really, we cannot thank Jess enough! Weddings are something you want to remember and relive over and over, and Jessica successfully gave us an incredible and “dream come true” experience we will forever cherish!!!!! We hired Jessica as our day of and rehearsal wedding planner for our beach wedding in Cape Cod and it was the best decision we made during the planning process. Given the fact we had an outdoor wedding and a hurricane potentially impacting our plans, Jessica was able to calmly guide our decision making and make sure that before, during, and after the event, everything went flawlessly.
Where do I begin??? I probably would have lost my mind during wedding planning if it weren't for Jessica. My fiance and I had a 2+ year engagement that started cross country which resulted in LOTS of questions. Jessica is a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her industry. She brings up things that would never even have crossed my mind, which is especially important when having a tented "non venue" wedding. She is extremely thorough and checks all the boxes and then some. We chose the day-of coordination package that includes unlimited communication. This was probably the biggest perk of hiring Jessica. I think I emailed her at least once a week for the first year of our engagement and then maybe 5-10x a week during the last 6 months haha. She ALWAYS replied to me almost instantly, always offering solutions and pointing me in the direction I needed. I am pretty sure this is not something that is included in most day-of coordinator's services!
The Monday before our wedding we found out that we were expecting a hurricane on Saturday (wedding day). Jessica was in constant communication with me all week replying to text messages from early am until late in the evening. She offered to call around to find me a generator when we thought we might have to rent one! She had me order clear umbrellas for the bridal party and some table weights in case the wind blew over (something I would never have known!).
Jessica communicated clearly with all of my vendors and provided them a very thorough packet with timelines and details, phone numbers etc!
When the day came Jessica and her team (Krysti and Martha) were on site from the early morning. Jessica stopped by our bridal suite multiple times to style a flat lay for our photographer and pick up any odds and ends I needed to give her last minute.
I cannot speak highly enough about her team members that day. Both were so calming and sweet!!! Martha and Krysti made me feel so good on our wedding day - they checked in asking if we needed anything so many times during the night, they packed my mother's car with all our items and help on to keys and important items. They ran around and put tent sides up when the hurricane cleared and the sun came out!
I could go on and on about Jessica and her team but I would suggest scheduling a call with Jessica to discuss your needs! If you are looking for someone with attention to detail and a calming personality- Jess is your girl!!
Jess was great! I live in North Carolina and got married on the Cape, I spoke with her via phone a week prior to the wedding to go over timelines and to do's. She was so organized and took so much stress off my mind. I only needed Jess for 4 hour the day of and she was there on time and had everything taken care of with out any questions asked. She is very affordable and a great person to work with. Highly recommend!!
Words can’t express how grateful I am for Jessica and her team both leaving up to and on the day of our wedding! We rented a private estate for our wedding and I knew I would need help the day-of to ensure everything went off without a hitch - and so that I could enjoy the day as much as possible! Jessica’s day-of coordination package includes not only onsite support for the day, but resources and support leading up to it.
Her checklists were invaluable for helping me organize all of the various decor items for the different ceremony, cocktail and reception areas and what I needed done that day. She also met with me a couple of weeks before to get organized and to work on our timeline, and was available to answer questions any time I had them before the wedding.
The day-of support from her team (Susan and Krysti) was A.MAZ.ING. They kept everything on schedule, for my husband and I everything we needed before we even thought of it and made sure everything went perfectly. If anything wasn’t going as planned, I never knew (and appreciate that!).

Jessica was our Month Of Wedding Coordinator and made months up to the wedding smooth and effortless for us. She is extremely detail oriented, honest and provides top notch wedding planning. I could not imagine my wedding day without Jessica and Jen making it seamless for everyone. If you are considering Jessica to help with any part of your wedding, do it!

If you think you might need a wedding planner, you probably do and it should be Jessica. Jessica was professional and easy to work with from the beginning. Our wedding was at a wellness center that is very important to us but not ever used as a wedding venue. We had to bring in and choose every vendor and piece of the wedding ourselves. I fully expected that things would go wrong the day of because of all the moving pieces, but NOTHING went wrong, not a single thing, thanks to Jessica and her careful planning. We live across the country from where we got married and Jessica was super helpful in suggesting vendors when I was completely stuck on who to go with. We needed her recommendation for a DJ and for a caterer. We went with her recommendations and were so happy with them. Before our wedding Jessica asked us what we were most worried about, for me it was timing for pictures, first look, etc. When I wasn’t ready and we were behind for the first look, Jessica immediately knew what to do and managed the situation so well, she simultaneously coordinated the change of the first look time while helping me fix my wardrobe malfunction (if she weren’t there me and my bridesmaids would have struggled to fix it). This could have been a stressful situation, but it was not at all because Jessica managed it so well. During the wedding she also made sure we had drinks, food, etc. She also set up most of our decor, we put our trust in her and she did not disappoint, it was all so beautiful; we got so many compliments from guests. Long story short, it helps to hire a professional, and Jessica is not only a professional but a personable, multitasking wedding genius, and a great addition to our wedding.
Jessica provided valuable advise and direction regarding our backyard wedding! She listened to our plans, took detailed notes and followed up with a plan to ensure we have the event we envisioned. A pleasure to work with!

Jessica and her team made sure we had the most incredible day of our lives! We hired Jessica for the month of coordination services and could not have been happier. One of the best things Jessica did for us was handling the entire vendor scheduling leading up to the wedding. I can’t begin to tell you the weight that was lifted off our shoulders not having to deal with all of the little phone calls and emails regarding timing and last minute questions. It allowed us to spend time with our out of town guests leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding Jessica made sure everything ran smoothly, from set up, to the church, to the reception. At one point we were called to do a few quick photos during dinner, when we came back the venue had cleared our meals. Jessica went back to the kitchen and had them bring us new meals. Most brides will tell you that a million little things go wrong that only they will notice. I can honestly say that not one thing went wrong during our wedding day, and I have Jessica to thank for that. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her team to anyone!
We hired Jessica as our Day-Of coordinator for our wedding with multiple vendors that we planned ourselves. Jess was one of the most crucial parts of my wedding. I went back and forth deciding if I actually needed a planner. If you are also having these thoughts, TRUST ME- YOU DO! Jess was honest, responsive, professional, and made my life SO much easier. The day of our wedding, she handled issues with ease, kept the entire day flowing smoothly, and communicated EVERYTHING. Jessica was exactly who I needed--I hired her about 2 months before my wedding to be my day-of coordinator, on a recommendation from my florist who had previously worked with her. Most details were already worked out, but I needed someone with an extreme attention-to-detail to pull it all off. I was already feeling the sting of wedding bills piling up, and her pricing for basic day-of services was completely reasonable. We had an initial phone conversation, and then about a month in advance, she went way out of her way to meet us at our house late one evening to go through eeeeverything. Although I had only purchased the day-of coordination package, she introduced herself to all of our vendors in advance and made sure they were on the same page. She asked for very detailed instructions for everything I needed done on that day--and believe me, my list was long--and everything was absolutely perfect. The evening of the wedding, whenever she had a question for us that couldn't be answered by our POCs, she approached us calmly and with a smile so we knew everything was under control. According to our daughter Jess was worth every penny ! She was professional, courteous, and so calm. She answered everyone's questions with confidence. She ran the show like nobody's business. She was liked by all she came in contact with. She put the bride at ease on her very special day. We had our daughters wedding at our home. She reached out to all of us before during and after the event. Loved her and would recommend her to ANYONE! So confident in what she does.

Jess was absolutely the best to work with! She brought an incredibly calming presence to both our pre-wedding planning and day of event. She communicated with all our vendors and gave insight where we were on the fence on some items. Jess made our day go seamlessly and for the most part, handled everything with only a few asks of us. There was one item on the day of that needed to be addressed (that I'm even aware of) and Jess resolved instantly. She brings value and poise to your day which many couples to be wed need.
