life-changing event. Jessica spent a lot of time getting to know us and our personalities, preferences, and visions. That made the planning process much more efficient and less overwhelming. She is very resourceful and seems to know everyone in the wedding planning business, but more importantly, she knows who to work with and who NOT to work with. She provided tailored lists of vendors/designers/stylists/etc to choose from that fit our style and preferences. At the same time, she made sure that we drove the process but without all the inconveniences that come with planning a wedding. We found her knowledge and experience to be very insightful in helping us make decisions. And more importantly, Jessica was fun to work with and made the wedding planning process fun for both of us. As a result, our wedding was an incredible success and we forever owe Jessica for bringing our dream wedding to life.

anted; from reviewing contracts, to drafting original inspiration photos and negotiating modifications. The most significant benefit of having Jessica was having someone to convey our vision to vendors to ensure we got everything we wanted; from reviewing contracts, to drafting original inspiration photos and negotiating modifications. Jessica was really good at having our specific ideas executed with each vendor, she was persistent until we were completely satisfied. She is also very well organized, which was so helpful in keeping track of the many different meetings, emails and payments. Our favorite part of the planning journey was venue/vendor visits and tastings. The biggest value we got out of hiring Jessica/JG Eventi is the forethought and professional expertise, which helped us to make decisions and avoid inconveniences. Jessica's timelines and vision boards made us feel excited because every detail of the day was included. Jessica was also sure to keep our wedding party informed with detailed timelines; our family was very impressed and we were able to relax without the stress of coordinating. Jessica and team made our big day special before it even began by also coordinating our rehearsal dinner. This was an excellent choice because no detail was spared, and the love from our families was emanating from the room. The most memorable part of our wedding day was the first look. Jessica, her team and all vendors made it so easy and so much fun. And they were all really good at keeping secrets about surprises for the Bride. Everyone was so attentive and hands on. I will recommend JG Eventi to anyone personally and professionally, for weddings and any other event. We are so thankful to JG Eventi!
words cannot describe my gratitude when it comes to Jessica! She is literally the fairy godmother of weddings lol. 6 months pre wedding i had to go my separate ways with the planne...
r I originally hired- i was an out of state bride and she wasn’t doing her part. After talking to my friend who just went to a wedding Jessica had planned she strongly recommend her and i got on the phone w jessica the next day! I hired her 6 months before my wedding date and when i say she was on it, she was. Within the first day she communicated with ALL my vendors and made sure everyone was on same page, recommended & got me quotes with vendors i still needed, within a few days visited my venue, fixed the mistakes that were made (ex. i told the make up artist the wrong time), and within a week had a vision / design board for me. We had several phone calls and emails throughout the whole process (which i miss! lol) and she always made sure I got what I wanted and made amazing recommendations. She took all the stress away from me and made my wedding weekend so perfect. Morning of my wedding she was prompt and didn’t leave my side and when she did she left me with one of her amazing assistants who was just as on point as her. The benefits of having Jessica work with my venue and vendors is she communicated with them all for me (less emails for me) and helped with getting pricing to stick to my budget with either having previous relationships with the vendors or recommending other options that were just as good.I don’t speak up a lot when I should, for example, if i wasn’t loving something. I would tell Jessica who would change it for me, communicate for me and negotiate with everyone. I had so many small details jessica helped me with such as - sketches for each guest on their custom menu, the custom ice sculptures we had, the whole room design, the little krispy kreme and chic fil a bags i had for late night snacks & the custom cigar roller we had.
I also hired Jessica to help me with my welcome party the night before, since most of my guest were from out of town. All her insights and knowledge helped amazingly. From the florals, food, entertainment & cocktails. My guest loved everything.
Jessica made my wedding weekend so magical and special. My husband who is barely speechless was, and couldn’t believe how everything turned out. we both can’t recommend her enough and i’m so grateful she came into my life!
If you’re on the fence about hiring JGEventi - Stop right now & HIRE HER! If you’re like me or most brides, you might have a general idea of what goes into planning a wedding OR so...
you think. One of my best investments I made in my wedding was hiring Jessica. She made budgets, timelines, recommendations, contacted vendors, and went to our engagement shoot in the sweltering heat outside and took behind the scenes photos and assisted me. She went to my dress fitting and literally filmed every dress I tried on a special moment I can look back on! She’s documented and took pictures at every vendor visit - She has spent HOURS on the phone with me, she sent me emails every day, kept me updated on every correspondence, she met me at every site visit with her big binder with all my information, all my vendors, basically my whole wedding in a binder! I was so impressed, her organization was incredible. After a visit, we would sit and talk and she would take the time to see how I was doing and made sure I was getting everything I had envisioned for my wedding. All the correspondence between vendors, she handles, which was very helpful. Having her there with you is like having a lawyer, she will speak up when she needs to & she has your BEST interest at heart! Even having her in your corner to just ask questions, ask advice, etiquette concerns, whatever you need with her expertise is an investment in itself. She’s fighting for you, she wants you to have the best day of your life!Leading up to the wedding day, correspondence really starts to pick up, things are getting set in stone, final decisions need to be made, and she made everything so seamless. She’s that amazing, that I even paid for her extra services for my Rehearsal Dinner. On wedding day, she has a team that comes in and assists in making sure all is going according to plan. They were awesome, super helpful, whatever I needed, they were there. Wedding day is like Super Bowl for Jessica, this is what all her hard work has led up to & she makes sure its going to be perfect. She was here, there, & everywhere, I don’t think she stopped once, but she wasn’t overwhelmed, she knew exactly what needed to be done! If anything went wrong, I didn’t know. To me, I had the perfect day. I was relaxed, I didn't have a worry, Jessica handled every last thing. I had the best day of my life. I call Jessica, my fairy god mother, because to me that’s what she is! In our many conversations we had, in a moment of stress I often said, is this going to be worth it? maybe I should’ve eloped, and she would always say, It may not seem like it right now, but its going to be worth it! & I can honestly say it was 100% worth it! Jessica is always right, she’s 10 steps ahead of you, if you’ve thought of it - that means she has about a month ago & already has an answer. She’s so genuine, sweet, compassionate, professional, and hardworking. This isn’t just a job for her, this is her passion, her blood sweat & tears goes into this, you hire her she will go above and beyond for you. She’s there for you, she listens to you, shes what you need on the biggest day of your life. Jessica will always have a special place in my heart, I am forever grateful and appreciative of all her handwork. I would rehire her again in a heart beat for another event!

he was so professional and extremely organized and responsive. We live in TX and had our wedding in Miami so we had to travel out a few times for planning meetings. These trips really made wedding planning special for us and Jessica was so accommodating on all our visits and made sure all the appointments went smoothly. We 100% recommend hiring Jessica as your wedding planner! Jessica was able to help us with so many vendor recommendations - hair/makeup, photographer, bridal valet just to name a few! The wedding weekend was perfect and not stressful at all because of Jessica. we seriously cannot imagine planning or executing our wedding without her! The week before the wedding I posted a few pictures on my wedding etsy board I had shared with Jessica - MOMENTS after I posted the picture of a welcome sign Jessica texted me and asked if I wanted to include and she mad it happen! She could not be more on point! The most memorable part of our wedding day was getting to see the ballroom reveal with just me and my husband - we were speechless! and Jessica made sure we didnt miss out on that experience! Overall Jessica is amazing and we honestly miss working with her!

o much more. Thankfully, we had Jessica Ghazal as our ally and friend --who we feel is the best wedding planner in Florida.
With her radiant smile, warm disposition and reassuring confidence, Jessica navigated us through every step of the process, staying in constant communication as various issues developed (twice postponed due to Covid, replacing vendors that we no longer able to work weddings). No detail was too small, and there was no problem that couldn't be solved. Her years of experience were evident as she dealt with each of our vendors, making sure we were getting exactly what we hoped for. I couldn’t imagine anyone else on our side for the 3 years it took to get to wedding day because of Covid.
We were thrilled with all of our choices -- and Jessica deserves so much credit for that. She guided us through every facet of our wedding day at Vizcaya, one of the most beautiful but also challenging special events sites in Florida. Her familiarity with the grounds and the Vizcaya staff was a tremendous asset.
Our wedding was big and complex -- and there were so many aspects that could have gone sideways. Jessica skillfully orchestrated and navigated everything so that all proceeded smoothly. Anyone who would want to have a successful wedding experience -- from the first planning steps until the midnight farewells should contact Jessica. We are so grateful that we did because she truly listens, cares and makes it happen! Thank you so much Jessica!

nderstood our vision for our wedding day and worked tirelessly to execute it. I did not know how much we needed a wedding planner until we had Jessica on board.
We were planning a destination wedding, which added a layer of difficulty for us. Jessica matched us with the perfect vendors for our event. We knew we could trust the vendors because she has a high standard for excellence. Jessica helped us think through and decide on all the details for our wedding day that we never even would have considered. She provided us with options and recommendations from her many years experience planning weddings, but ultimately was thrilled to execute anything we desired. There were so many beautiful details at our wedding that friends and family commented on how well thought through they were–and those were all Jessica’s recommendations.
On the day of the wedding, Jessica and her team were vital to the day’s success. We knew we had communicated all our desires prior to the day, and trusted that Jessica would make them happen. When inevitably some things could not go exactly according to plan, Jessica handled it without us even needing to be aware. We were truly present on our wedding day and not stressed at all because of all that Jessica and her team did.
I wish there were enough words to express how amazing Jess and team were to work with for my daughters recent wedding. My daughters dream was a destination wedding in Florida, and...
we live in Texas. From her first conversation with Jess she felt seen and heard and her vision appreciated. So many decisions and countless details needed to be considered and many we would never have thought of without the expertise of Jess.
Fast forward to wedding weekend, Mothers, hear me, YOU NEED A JESS FOR WEDDING WEEKEND! We were able to relax and enjoy our family and guests while she and her team coordinated every vendor and detail so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy. She was available to us from beginning to end, ensuring that we didn’t miss one special moment. She encouraged us to relax and revel in the moment and provided confidence that everything was under control…and she wasn’t kidding. It was a perfect weekend, the details that Jess suggested, like a wedding valet day of to steam all the gowns and make sure all of the wedding party were ready to go, were perfect and timely and took all the stress off my daughter and myself.
I can’t imagine how the day would have been if I had to coordinate with the vendors and ensure all was going well, there would have been no time for the important things, like loving on my daughter and new son in law, dancing with my husband and friends, and enjoying the beautiful location and people who were there to celebrate.
Don’t hesitate if you are considering Jess and team…DO IT!!

ut make MY vision a reality and that is exactly what Jessica helped me do. She took the time to see my vision and found me the BEST list of vendors to bring it to fruition. She was always available and no question was too crazy or small, she had my back 100% every step of the way. And the day of, everyone was obsessed with her and her team... my parents, bridesmaids and guests. She made me feel taken care of and I was able to truly just soak up my wedding day without having to worry if anything was going to go wrong because I knew Jess would have my back. I seriously could not have DREAMED for a better wedding planner and I'm so grateful and blessed to have had her as a part of the best day of my life!!

lan weddings without a wedding planner is beyond me. How people plan weddings without Jessica - JG Eventi makes no sense at all! Our experience (we did the full beginning to end planning package). From the start, she had a process for really getting to know us as a couple personally and understanding the vision of what we wanted and what we were looking for. Jessica is mega organized with everything, always prepared for every call we had and every visit to Florida we had. Always the one person who had all her binders, information etc and was always 10 steps ahead of everyone. Her recommendations from food to DJ to florals etc did not disappoint. We were set to marry in September 2020 and our wedding had many many hurdles and pivots to deal with (thank you Covid 19). Jessica worked her hardest, found us a new, better venue that we were so happy with. Covid hits and she worked her butt off every step of the way through 2020 and got us rescheduled to December 2021. That was a miracle in itself she pulled off that many other Covid couples didn't get. Jessica moved mountains to keep us calm, informed and assured me that they would get us to our wedding day no matter what. She handled the changes with grace and professionalism while keeping a panicky stressed bride calm, and she was always so kind every step of the way.
Jessica was a golden communicator. She answered texts, email, calls whenever I needed her. I cannot say the same to my venue and vendors, which felt annoying to wait forever at times to get a response. She was my rock through the most difficult time in my life and while having to plan a wedding! When our wedding day finally came, it was PERFECTION. The organization of this crew made the day we waited for run smoothly and stress free. By far the smoothest running wedding I've ever been involved in and their behind the scenes work made the day enjoyable for everyone. If you are looking for any level of event/wedding planning (they offer several packages) you need to go with Jessica at JG Eventi - plain and simple. This women is the best!
Jessica was wonderful and we couldn’t have pulled off the day without her! If I had to think about just one word to describe her I would say kind. She is of course incredibly organ...
ized as well but she remained positive and exuded kindness throughout the process. We had a destination wedding in Miami so I really needed someone to help pull the wedding together in the last month and she made the process so much easier. My husband and I were incredibly busy at work the month leading up to the wedding and she handled all the coordination with the different vendors and made sure everything was organized leading up to the wedding day. The day itself ended up perfect thanks to her help! Trust me when i say you need to hire her!

nner because they would provide one to me but the work that Jessica does as an actual planner is nothing like what they offered me through the hotel. Throughout my whole wedding journey Jessica was precise, informative and made sure that we got everything that we wanted our of our wedding. She is really sweet and profession which makes her really easy to work with, especially because wedding planning is really stressful. Thank you Jessica for making our wedding day dreams come true.
If you are looking for a wedding planner your search ends here. Jessica and her team were amazing. We had a destination wedding in Miami and first did a 1 hr consult with Jessica ...
to help select the venue. We were so impressed by her knowledge and how aligned she was with our vision & budget that we brought her on fully as a planner. Jessica always made herself available, was super responsive, helped us think through ideas, make decisions and just in general had a ton of advice and insight. Additionally, our ceremony and reception were supposed to be outside, but on the week of our wedding we realized that it was going to rain on our wedding day. Jessica was there for us every step of the way that week, while we were freaking out about the rain and moving the wedding indoors, she coordinated with our vendors to add last minute décor items and organize a floor plan. She understood our vision and made it come to life inside while taking care of all the little things to make our day run smoothly. Without her and her team our wedding would not have been everything we dreamed of.
The best ever!!!
Disclaimer, I should state I am overly picky and I always know what I want (type A), so the hiring process of a wedding planner needed to be spot on for exactly ...
what I needed and wanted. As soon as we finished our first phone call she impressed me, which rarely happens, only because I am a bit hard to please. Jess was on the same page and mindset as me and that alone gave me all the confidence in the world to know, I was going to have the most fabulous wedding ever! Its so hard to explain literally all the bits and pieces of everything she thinks of and is always 10 steps ahead of things. Whatever you can think of under wedding planning she nailed it for me, and what I loved the most was our calls! It felt at times I was speaking to an old friend who had my back no matter what and my best interest, something that is hard to find these days. During my engagement she even helped be a sound board when I just needed to vent, when my then fiance (now husband) just didn't want to hear any more about the wedding. She really was a life and relationship saver in that way, I really can't thank you for my the bottom of my heart for truly going above and beyond for me. I wanted the ultimate wedding planning experience and she was worth every cent and more. I would hire her 10X if I could! I will say it again, the best ever!!!

il-oriented. She wants to dream big with you but also keeps you grounded when needed and suggests alternative ways to making that happen. She was positive and supportive of us as we tried to finalize plans during covid, and in the beginning part of 2021 we had our wedding! Our day was more special than words can describe and the ladies at JG Eventi really played a huge factor in making that possible. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding!
Jessica and JG Eventi - wow! I could cry writing this review because Jessica truly made my wedding day and overall experience more than I could have ever dreamed of. I was a COVID ...
bride, having had to postponed my March 2020 wedding 10 days beforehand to January 2021. Upon postponing, I lost my original wedding planner and had to seek for a new one. Enter Jessica. From the moment we first spoke, I felt an immediate connection, a sense of calm among this crazy postponement storm, and like I truly felt heard and understood. Unlike many other planners, Jessica will really always be there for you. If I emailed her before my 6-week paid timeline, she answered. She would hop on a call when I had a million questions. She took the time to really understand my vision and reassure me when things felt overwhelming during these wild COVID times. Her meticulous attention to detail made my type-A heart so warm and Jessica and her team executed my wedding 100x above my expectations. My venue was very DIY, meaning a lot of planning a coordination with various vendors and personally provided decor and Jessica made everything look insanely beautiful. The evening flowed perfectly and Jessica continuously thought of small gestures throughout the evening to make sure my husband and I were having the best experience. South Florida brides - Jessica is your girl and one can only dream of loving their wedding planner so much!

ut me at ease. Her custom timelines are neat, very well-planned and helped me to stay on track with all the moving parts! She has a way of painting a scene for you with just words and her own excitement is contagious, she really brings your vision to life! Jessica is amazing at coordinating with vendors, and the event day flowed so well! I loved that I was able to just be present on the day of and be 100% certain that I was in great hands with JG Eventi!

azing with me, from the very first conversation. Jessica has a package known as coaching-consultation calls, She has really "held my hand" throughout every call and has been the breath of fresh air for guidance, help and positivity, me and my fiance needed. After every coaching- consultation call, I benefit so much with her wedding knowledge and her expertise in everything wedding related, it really blows my mind after every call how I get out it. If you want an outlet to release all your wedding stress, concerns, frustrations, how to handle certain family members, who to include or not in the guest list, and anything else that is part of the build up or sometimes drama that leads to the wedding day she is the PERFECT person to reach out to!!
My wife and I recently got married in Miami and I'm happy to report that it was PERFECT. I'm a realistic person and was expecting a bunch of little things (and perhaps a few bigger...
things) to go wrong but NOTHING went wrong. It was a perfect, unforgettable, night. I'm 1000% sure it would not have been the case had Jessica not been there and her team making sure everything went off without a hitch. From the very first phone call meeting up until our grand exit she was professional, kind, and dependable and thoughtful. She made everything easy. Painless. Perfect.
She prodded us when we needed prodding, guided us with her wealth of experience and strong intuition, and was the glue that really pulled the wedding together. She knew all the right people in the industry, bargained hard for us when we felt things were overpriced or unreasonable, and thought of all the little details that we didn't think of. Our only regret is not having her sooner as we only heard about her about 6 months out. She took over our planning and made sure all of our vendors and all of the little details we wanted were executed with surgical precision. If we had her from the start we probably could have avoided TONS of stress and heartache. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more. She will take care of issues that you didn't even realize were issues. I'm sure she took care of a million things that even my wife and I are not aware of. Above all, you can tell she really cares about making it a perfect event for you. Thanks again Jessica!
Loved her from first meeting! I can’t say if it’s because we got along so well or if Jessica is one who really tries to get to know her couple and sort of shapes herself to fit so ...
she can get an understanding! She is great at giving you options, especially if you have an idea but some of it is vague. She is such a kind person, will handle any details for you so that everything is easy and stress free for the couple! She handles all appointments and contracts- you just show up and make decisions! If you have 0 experience in wedding or have not attended much-she is the best to work with. She will make your dream a reality. She will fix any problem as smooth as possible, and really only has the couples best interest in mind! Her vendor list are also great people and great to work with. She joined me in the hotel room while everyone was getting ready- she handled all small details, small issues, and kept everything moving without a hiccup! Her energy is great and genuine - she really makes you feel like this is the best day ever!
I have been an event planner for almost 15 years now. Based on my extensive expertise, with an open heart, I can say Jessica was the best decision we made for our wedding! She is ...
a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with!
We started planning for our wedding 2 months out. She definitely knows what she is doing. She first asked our budget and provided us the best vendors to work with in town. After our wedding, we really noticed they were the best ones to work with.
She handled all contracting between the vendors and us which helped us lessen our "workload" on our shoulders. She kept us going along the way to ensure every step is handled in timely manner.
I knew I had her on my side on the day of the wedding so I was not worried one single bit. On the day, she brought her positive self to my bridal suite. She always kept me updated as to where she was going or what she was going to do. If I needed anything, she would get it all done with a smile on her face. Trust me , this is all you need on that day :) She was truly a liaison between us and the hotel. We did not need to deal with the hotel operations that much. Everything went so smooth at our wedding. Thanks to Jessica. I would recommend her to anyone within a heartbeat.
Jessica put my mind at ease from the first moment I spoke with her on the phone right up until the last moment of my wedding day. We had a destination wedding in Miami, Florida and...
I had zero clue where to even start with vendor recommendations and even less of a clue when it came to day of coordination. Jessica listened to our vision and our budget and recommended the best vendors for the job. She took the guess work out of everything and provided amazing tips and tricks leading up to the wedding day. On my actual wedding day I literally didn't worry about ONE thing. I didn't even see my reception setup until my husband and I were announced in as husband and wife....and everything was PERFECT. If you want to sit back, relax, be able to soak everything in, spend time with friends and family on your wedding day (and the days leading up to it since you aren't running around coordinating anything!)...then HIRE Jessica!
Thoughtful, mindful and kind, are just a few words that come up when I think of Jessica. A major one is super detail oriented and I've never met anyone who was so passionate about ...
weddings as she was, the biggest and most valuable asset is that she truly cared about our wedding day as if it was her own, and that kind of service and involvement for a bride to be speaks volumes to me and honestly was the best investment and hire for our wedding.
We weren't always easy or accessible but she always carried a positive spirit and was flexible around our crazy schedule. I had zero clue on where to start on wedding design and looks, and I loved that she was able to design our wedding and provide options for us to choose from, literally made it easy for us.
Looking back now and reminiscing on our wedding day, it was truly the best day ever. I woke up that day, relaxed calm and super excited. I don't think most brides are this calm and relaxed as I was! Jessica and her team were rockstars that entire day, my day was beyond beautiful, and all my guests said it was one of the best weddings they've attended. I'm so thankful I hired Jessica, and I know it wouldn't have been the same without her help!

y spoke so highly of her that I didn’t look any further!! And I’m so glad because she was professional, organized and a pleasure to work with. She gave numerous recommendations in all price points. She kept up with all vendors and was amazing the day of our wedding til the very end!!!

earch. After speaking to several wedding coordinators in my area to see if they were up for the challenge to help me coordinate my destination wedding in Mexico, ultimately, Jessica was up for the challenge. And I'm glad she was! She had no hesitation and immediately wanted to help. We spoke on the phone and instantly hit it off! She took the time to listen to me and asked all the questions on what I wanted. In the weeks leading up to my wedding, she created a to-do list for me and made sure I was staying on track. I trusted her with my vision and she executed things flawleslly. On my wedding day she gave me peace of mind so that I could be fully present and enjoy the day. She handled every detail of the day and anything I needed. Because of her professionalism and calm demeanor I was not stressed one bit. Jessica started as my wedding coordinator, but in the end became a wonderful friend. Jessica is PHENOMENAL! Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made! Absolutely LOVE her!

er communication was spot on, and having her to keep up with all the details meant that we got to enjoy our big day. The wedding day itself went absolutely perfectly, thanks to Jessica handling all of the vendors and taking such great care of the two of us. She thought of everything, and was an absolute delight to work with!
Jess was awesome from our very first conversation. She wanted to know more about the two of us and what our wedding vision was. She was instrumental in helping that vision become...
a reality, particularly as we were planning from far away. I knew that even though I wasn't able to be there at every vendor meeting or even at the setup on my wedding day, I could just enjoy our celebration as the details were in great hands. Thanks to her ability to communicate in both English and Spanish, she was able to help bridge conversations between my mother and vendors. Jess came prepared with a folder filled with our wedding documents to every vendor/venue meeting and was easy to reach at all times. On our wedding day, she made herself available everywhere, from carrying my wedding dress train up a set of stairs, to documenting pictures of our big day. Her experience was invaluable and we are so incredibly grateful we could trust Jess and her team to make our wedding dreams come true.
Working with Jessica as a wedding photographer was wonderful. She keeps the day running smoothly and seamlessly and is great with communicating to all the vendors what the day is g...

ought I could do everything myself .... was I wrong! After countless fights and meltdowns throughout the planning process, I decided I needed an expert to tie everything together. I contacted several planners, but when I spoke with Jessica, I just “knew” she was the one!
From the beginning she took over and helped bring everything together. She completely understood my vision for the wedding! She went to the vendors and picked out linens, chairs and saved me a ton of money!
On the day of the wedding-Jessica was there early and stayed until the end with her assistants. She made sure everyone knew where to go and at the end of he night made sure everything (cards/gifts/cake/flowers/etc) was brought up to my room.
Jessica is seriously the best planner/organizer I have ever encountered! My only wish is that I hired her earlier!!!
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Jessica! Our wedding was perfect!!!!
Jessica and her team were one of the best investments that we made towards our wedding. She was such a gem and helped us all throughout the journey since the moment we hired her. O...
ur wedding day was seamlessly smooth and worry free. Every detail was carried out flawlessly and when she revealed our reception room to us it was honestly better than I ever could have imagined. My husband and I (and our families) were able to really enjoy every second of our wedding day. Looking back at our wedding, I would recommend hiring a wedding planner and hiring JG Eventi in particular if you want the job done perfectly.
Jessica saved the day for my daughter's wedding at the W Hotel South Beach Miami on October 26, 2018. Without her help and guidance, it could have been a disaster. You think when...
you book at such a big Hotel that the staff takes care of everything. Well I can tell you that is not the case. Jessica thought of things that we never would have thought us. She was with us from the day before the wedding and was the last to leave the night of the wedding. She is amazing and I highly recommend her and her team to anyone planning a wedding. She is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL AND I DREAD TO THINK ABOUT WHAT WOULD HAVE TRANSPIRED WITHOUT HER! Thank you so much Jessica for making the Bride, Groom and Mother and Father of the Bride able to enjoy the wedding and guest without worrying about anything. You are the Best!

my actual wedding day!!! She became more than just a wedding planner she was my #1 go too, my saving grace...especially since my husband was going through very serious health issues!!!! She was there every second, every minute, of every day when I needed her because I was just so overwhelmed between taking care of my husband and planning our dream wedding! She and her team made mine and my husbands dream wedding everything we could’ve ever dreamed of and more!!! Jessica is by far one of the most competent wedding planners we've ever had the pleasure to work with! She's on top of communication with all the vendors and has the most detailed ...
timelines for everyone to work from on the day of the wedding.
As wedding photographers, it's crucial that our couples hire a planner that understands our work on the day of and Jessica is on top of it. She makes every effort to make it possible for us to get the shots we need and that our couples want!
Beyond her amazing work ethic, she's also the sweetest and most fun person to be around on the wedding day. Makes everyone feel at ease because you know she has everything covered!!!!
100% hire Jessica from JG Eventi. You won't regret it!!
At first I was hesitant to get a wedding planner because we had a budget we wanted to stick with and I thought a wedding planner would be an unnecessary expense since we had a dest...
ination wedding and the package we selected with our wedding resort included a wedding planner. You don't realize how little guidance you will received from a hotel coordinator until you start working with them and see that you are pretty much doing it all yourself so unless you know how to plan a wedding down to the last detail, you'll be stuck trying to even figure out what the next step should be. We quickly realized we needed help because the hotel wedding planner did not do anything or even respond to us in a timely manner! They were at best just a secretary for the hotel that needed all your final decisions without explaining the process at the hotel or the options. We were so lucky to have come across JG Eventi. The hotel was incredibly unresponsive and when Jessica got involved, she was able to get the hotel to respond timely and provide requested information. Additionally, the hotel had sent us bare bone options for the wedding which Jessica knew right away weren't the only options and was able to get the hotel to send us all the options. Further, Jessica really helped us understand what we needed or didn't need depending on the options and locations we selected and, unlike the hotel, was able to assist us with scheduling the specific events and appointments we needed (or didn't even know we needed to schedule because the hotel did not let us know it was required) throughout the wedding week. Jessica was really great to work with and was so helpful with making sure we were guided in the right direction in order to stick with our budget but still have great options that made our day beautiful and memorable. Even during the wedding, the hotel wedding planner was supposed to be on top of the the timeline but frequently forgot about items. For example, they forgot to bring out toasts and Jessica had to follow-up with the staff to make sure they would be served. The hotel planner also forgot about serving the wedding cake, which again Jessica was on top of as soon as it wasn't served when she knew we would be expecting it. During the wedding, it's such a rush, that there is no way I'd have been able to be on top of ensuring everything was going smoothly and the hotel wedding planner was pretty much useless. Thank goodness Jessica was there to be on top of everything! She went out of her way to make sure the wedding day was not stressful for me and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything during the wedding weekend. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and we were so happy with how everything turned out and were truly impressed with Jessica!!!!!

planning process go as smooth as it could go. She is an incredibly hard-working person to treats her clients like they are the one and only. The attention to detail that she puts in with every event and the small details that many forget makes each one unique and beautiful. She always makes sure the clients know she has everything under control for their big day. Jessica is quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot if need be! Not only does she do an amazing job, but she does it with a warm heart and is very professional! I am confident when I say that if you book her for your full wedding planning (or partial wedding planning) that you will have a beautiful wedding experience!

one with a busy schedule, with little experience planning events and really not sure who and what would be a right match. Jessica is a professional and her experience was unmatched and her kind personality would make working with her not just effortless but a blast. She made sure that every detail was exactly how we wanted it and unlike any other wedding vendor we hired she cared deeply about us as a couple and always wanted us to feel really good and happy, with all our wedding day decisions. She kept us on track and was a great matchmaker too by connecting us with vendors that understood our vision and wants while staying within our wedding day costs. She came up with awesome ideas that we didn't think of and helped with creative ways to make our wedding the absolute best. The feeling of being calm on the most important day of my life was priceless. The whole wedding day was taken care of, Jessica and her team did not miss a beat, I truly felt like I was walking on cloud 9 on my wedding day. I encourage any bride to at the very least set up a consultation with her. I have no doubt you will love her as much as I did! Thank you for all your amazing work!

een possible without Jessica's continual hard work. Jessica hands down served as equal parts visionary, designer, project manager, and cheerleader. Her ability to translate our ideas and wishes into a vision was endlessly impressive and her continual excitement regarding all things important to us reaffirmed our decision to hire her as a planner time and time again. Her ability to break down the daunting task of planning a wedding into bite-sized pieces made the whole process that much more fun, enjoyable, and meaningful. Jessica, would feed us one decision at a time - thoughtfully recommending vendors, designs, and methodologies that matched our wishes. She was absolutely understanding and patient with our busy schedules, as well as providing gentle reminders when we fell radio silent, she kept us on track and always moving forward. Her regularly checkins always made us feel better and not only served to advance the planning process, but was an opportunity to catch up on life and become closer. Jessica became so much a part of our lives and cared so much for us that we knew she would do everything to make our day special and meaningful - which she absolutely did! Before hiring Jessica, Stereotypically, I feared the wedding day would be filled with phone calls, texts and inevitable interruptions - not a phone call or text the entire wedding! My husband, family, and I were able to lose ourselves in the fun of the wedding and have an immensely wonderful time! I would recommend Jessica and JG Eventi to anyone who wants a professional and personally designed wedding. The wedding felt like it was custom made for us in the most wonderful and expertly executed way possible - which was the greatest gift Jessica could have given us. Thank you for everything, Jessica!

ct resort for their brides&groom's Destination Weddings or honeymoons but working with Jessica was a total different ball game!
Jessica is so professional, very organized and detailed oriented that it was truly a pleasure working with her. She is very easy to work with and it was clear to me that she understands her bride's vision and how she goes above and beyond and delivers a perfect wedding day! Jessica is very particular with which vendors she works with so I'm very honored she trusted me to find the perfect resort and destination for her clients destination wedding.
I think one of biggest strength, among many, is her organization skills.
It was truly refreshing working with such a professional who were always on time for meetings and replying to my emails or phone calls.
I highly recommend Jessica - JG Eventi to all my brides ( I already have). Because besides being a great professional, Jessica is really sweet, genuine and so passionate about what she does that it really shows!
Thank you Jessica for such a wonderful experience! I hope we'll work together again and again!
Wishing you all the best always!

dding together which was no easy task given that we invited over 300 guests, with about 150 of them arriving from all over and overseas, and not to mention I had a 22-person wedding party. Jessica was there every step of the way helping us with everything from the church, the venue, the DJ, the decor, the photographer, invitations, hotel accommodations, the bridal shower, the rehearsal dinner, transportation for the day of and for all of the airport arrivals and departures and all the activities in between. She even helped us plan a weeks' worth of activities for our out-of-town guests, including a welcome dinner for 100 people.
I knew from the first time that we met/spoke with Jessica that we were in good hands. She made herself available all day, every day. There was not one phone call or email that went unanswered which, if you're a stressed out bride, it is priceless as you know that you always have someone by your side to guide you through all the unexpected issues that may arise during the planning process.
Although we had so many moving parts for our wedding, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Jessica, her team, and all her vendors. I can honestly say that we did not have any issues on the day of the wedding and everything went so smoothly we were actually shocked by how perfectly everything turned out. She really helped us make the wedding of our dreams a reality and it was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. We will forever be so grateful to Jessica because of everything that she's done for us!

had my best interest at heart, and thats what she really gives at the end of the day is heart in making this the MOST Special Day for us, and that meant a lot to me. San Diego was where we wanted to have the wedding and I was so happy with our choice and she was able to help through every step of the way giving me freedom to focus on the more fun part of the wedding planning. I noticed I was less stressed having her help with the planning which meant a lot to me and my then finance, now husband! This wasn't my first, but his first, but I was so stressed the first time through, and I knew right away once I got engaged I had to search for a wedding planner. Thanks to Jessica and her team they were above and beyond from start to finish, the detail to attention and the amount of time spent it's really WORTH IT!!
We are so Thankful!
I hired Jessica early on in my engagement when I was planning to have a destination wedding in south Florida. Months later, my fiancé and I decided to have a home wedding Michigan....
Jessica did not hesitate to provide every detail and every bit of assistance throughout our entire journey, even being from a different location. In my experience Jessica is extremely experienced in the wedding planning field. I myself am very type A & would like to say organized, however when planning your own wedding sometimes details slip your mind. Having Jessica really kept the ball rolling and we progressed throughout the year very smoothly thanks to her! I enjoyed working with Jessica over the course of our year engagement but where she and her team really shined was the day of, or rather the weekend of the big day! Jessica made sure nobody lifted a finger on the day of our big day, she had everything laid out and made me as the bride, feel extremely at ease. I would highly recommend hiring Jessica and her team to any Bride-to-be, trust me ladies, you want her help!! My husband and I look back at our day and truly it was the best day ever. Not many couples can say that and I believe we have Jessica and her team to thank for that! We are forever grateful for JG Eventi!! <3

d was there to help with anything. As a first time bride, you don't know what you don't know. She brought things to my attention that were never even on my radar - and would have learned the hard way how to deal with those things at the last minute. Her and her team were so nice and comforting on the big day, they had everything covered and the timeline went so smoothly. With all of her help, I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding week and not be overwhelmed by 10,000 details that I would have otherwise dealt with without her.

ortive. She knew when to jump in and offer her advice, she knew which vendors would deliver us our ideal wedding, and she was spot on about everything. We had so much fun planning our wedding, not once were we stressed or overwhelmed, and every time we had a question, even a small one, Jessica would quickly respond. While Jessica was fabulous during the planning process, it was not until our actual wedding day that she truly, truly showed her worth. Our wedding day was flawless, from set up , to timing of photos, entrances and exits, everything was flawless. And it was all because of Jessica and her team. She executed our wedding day with precision and poise and our guests noticed. Everything was on time, everything was just simply amazing. We cannot thank Jessica enough for everything she did to give us our dream wedding, we are forever thankful!
Our wedding was 4/1/17 and we hired Jessica to be our full wedding planner, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions that we made. My husband and I live in Chicago,...
but decided to have the wedding in South FL b/c that's where my family is from. We originally planned to do everything ourselves, with some help from my family, and after traveling to South FL a few times to look at venues, I shortly realized that planning a wedding long distance is no easy task. We both work full time jobs and coordinating to meet with vendors was becoming a little stressful, not to mentioned we didn't really know which vendors we could work with and trust. That's when I started doing research on Wedding Planners on The Knot and came across a couple of planners that I was interested in meeting, one of them being Jessica from JG Eventi. I met a couple of planners but I was just so impressed with Jessica, her responsiveness and her easy of doing business with. From the day that I met her, she made me feel at ease, and seemed to understand what we were looking for. Not only that, but you can tell that she really enjoys what she does. Long story short, my instincts didn't let me down. During our wedding planning process, Jessica was amazing to work with, always responsive, would coordinate all our appointments and go with us . She introduced us to all the vendors that she works with, although we were free to work with whoever we wanted too. We ended up hiring some of the vendors that she had worked with in the past and we certainly don't egret it. They all work very well together and it just made the wedding process so much easier. She was on point with everything and everything went so smooth the day off! Throughout the wedding process, all my friends commented that I was the least stressed bride that they had seen and that's all because I trusted Jessica and was confident that she would do a great job. Throughout the process, I really felt like I had a friend and would also reach out to her for unbiased opinions. She even suggested some places that we could have our rehearsal dinner at and she def did not disappoint, all our family and friends loved the place! My wedding is over and I can honestly say that I had so much fun! Jessica understood my vision and everything turned out great. I wasn't stressed at all the day of our wedding, and my husband and I were just able to enjoy all aspect of our day. By having hired Jessica, it meant that Jessica and her team took care of everything so all our family and friends could enjoy the day, just like us. After the wedding, we got so many complements on how everything went so smoothly, and how Jessica seemed to be a pleasure to work with and they were right. Whether you are planning a local wedding or long distance wedding, I would strongly encourage you to meet with Jessica, she won't disappoint you!
Need to start off by saying Jessica is the absolute best!! At first I had never even planned on us having a wedding planner nor did we discuss any budget for a planner during our ...
initial wedding discussions. After we decided to do a destination wedding in Miami, I trusted my now wife to look at venues and initially meet planners. That is when she met Jessica and as always she had great instincts in knowing that Jessica was the perfect planner for us. Jessica took the time to understand what was important to us and provided us such a wealth of knowledge and expertise for everything involved with a wedding. She took all the stress away from every aspect of the wedding and it really came together for the big day. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day and were amazed the next day how everything followed exactly as the timeline listed. Hiring Jessica and her team was worth every penny for those considering it and it will be confirmed by all the positive comments from your guests that attended.
