life-changing event. Jessica spent a lot of time getting to know us and our personalities, preferences, and visions. That made the planning process much more efficient and less overwhelming. She is very resourceful and seems to know everyone in the wedding planning business, but more importantly, she knows who to work with and who NOT to work with. She provided tailored lists of vendors/designers/stylists/etc to choose from that fit our style and preferences. At the same time, she made sure that we drove the process but without all the inconveniences that come with planning a wedding. We found her knowledge and experience to be very insightful in helping us make decisions. And more importantly, Jessica was fun to work with and made the wedding planning process fun for both of us. As a result, our wedding was an incredible success and we forever owe Jessica for bringing our dream wedding to life.

Jessica was really good at having our specific ideas executed with each vendor, she was persistent until we were completely satisfied. She is also very well organized, which was so helpful in keeping track of the many different meetings, emails and payments. Our favorite part of the planning journey was venue/vendor visits and tastings. The biggest value we got out of hiring Jessica/JG Eventi is the forethought and professional expertise, which helped us to make decisions and avoid inconveniences. Jessica's timelines and vision boards made us feel excited because every detail of the day was included. Jessica was also sure to keep our wedding party informed with detailed timelines; our family was very impressed and we were able to relax without the stress of coordinating. Jessica and team made our big day special before it even began by also coordinating our rehearsal dinner. This was an excellent choice because no detail was spared, and the love from our families was emanating from the room. The most memorable part of our wedding day was the first look. Jessica, her team and all vendors made it so easy and so much fun. And they were all really good at keeping secrets about surprises for the Bride. Everyone was so attentive and hands on. r I originally hired- i was an out of state bride and she wasn’t doing her part. After talking to my friend who just went to a wedding Jessica had planned she strongly recommend her and i got on the phone w jessica the next day! I hired her 6 months before my wedding date and when i say she was on it, she was. Within the first day she communicated with ALL my vendors and made sure everyone was on same page, recommended & got me quotes with vendors i still needed, within a few days visited my venue, fixed the mistakes that were made (ex. i told the make up artist the wrong time), and within a week had a vision / design board for me. We had several phone calls and emails throughout the whole process (which i miss! lol) and she always made sure I got what I wanted and made amazing recommendations. She took all the stress away from me and made my wedding weekend so perfect. Morning of my wedding she was prompt and didn’t leave my side and when she did she left me with one of her amazing assistants who was just as on point as her. The benefits of having Jessica work with my venue and vendors is she communicated with them all for me (less emails for me) and helped with getting pricing to stick to my budget with either having previous relationships with the vendors or recommending other options that were just as good.I don’t speak up a lot when I should, for example, if i wasn’t loving something. I would tell Jessica who would change it for me, communicate for me and negotiate with everyone. I had so many small details jessica helped me with such as - sketches for each guest on their custom menu, the custom ice sculptures we had, the whole room design, the little krispy kreme and chic fil a bags i had for late night snacks & the custom cigar roller we had.
I also hired Jessica to help me with my welcome party the night before, since most of my guest were from out of town. All her insights and knowledge helped amazingly. From the florals, food, entertainment & cocktails. My guest loved everything.

you think. One of my best investments I made in my wedding was hiring Jessica. She made budgets, timelines, recommendations, contacted vendors, and went to our engagement shoot in the sweltering heat outside and took behind the scenes photos and assisted me. She went to my dress fitting and literally filmed every dress I tried on a special moment I can look back on! She’s documented and took pictures at every vendor visit - She has spent HOURS on the phone with me, she sent me emails every day, kept me updated on every correspondence, she met me at every site visit with her big binder with all my information, all my vendors, basically my whole wedding in a binder! I was so impressed, her organization was incredible. After a visit, we would sit and talk and she would take the time to see how I was doing and made sure I was getting everything I had envisioned for my wedding. All the correspondence between vendors, she handles, which was very helpful. Having her there with you is like having a lawyer, she will speak up when she needs to & she has your BEST interest at heart! Even having her in your corner to just ask questions, ask advice, etiquette concerns, whatever you need with her expertise is an investment in itself. She’s fighting for you, she wants you to have the best day of your life!Leading up to the wedding day, correspondence really starts to pick up, things are getting set in stone, final decisions need to be made, and she made everything so seamless. She’s that amazing, that I even paid for her extra services for my Rehearsal Dinner. On wedding day, she has a team that comes in and assists in making sure all is going according to plan. They were awesome, super helpful, whatever I needed, they were there. Wedding day is like Super Bowl for Jessica, this is what all her hard work has led up to & she makes sure its going to be perfect. She was here, there, & everywhere, I don’t think she stopped once, but she wasn’t overwhelmed, she knew exactly what needed to be done! If anything went wrong, I didn’t know. To me, I had the perfect day. I was relaxed, I didn't have a worry, Jessica handled every last thing. I had the best day of my life. I call Jessica, my fairy god mother, because to me that’s what she is! In our many conversations we had, in a moment of stress I often said, is this going to be worth it? maybe I should’ve eloped, and she would always say, It may not seem like it right now, but its going to be worth it! & I can honestly say it was 100% worth it! Jessica is always right, she’s 10 steps ahead of you, if you’ve thought of it - that means she has about a month ago & already has an answer. She’s so genuine, sweet, compassionate, professional, and hardworking. he was so professional and extremely organized and responsive. We live in TX and had our wedding in Miami so we had to travel out a few times for planning meetings. These trips really made wedding planning special for us and Jessica was so accommodating on all our visits and made sure all the appointments went smoothly. We 100% recommend hiring Jessica as your wedding planner! Jessica was able to help us with so many vendor recommendations - hair/makeup, photographer, bridal valet just to name a few! The wedding weekend was perfect and not stressful at all because of Jessica. we seriously cannot imagine planning or executing our wedding without her! With her radiant smile, warm disposition and reassuring confidence, Jessica navigated us through every step of the process, staying in constant communication as various issues developed (twice postponed due to Covid, replacing vendors that we no longer able to work weddings). No detail was too small, and there was no problem that couldn't be solved. Her years of experience were evident as she dealt with each of our vendors, making sure we were getting exactly what we hoped for. I couldn’t imagine anyone else on our side for the 3 years it took to get to wedding day because of Covid.
We were thrilled with all of our choices -- and Jessica deserves so much credit for that. She guided us through every facet of our wedding day at Vizcaya, one of the most beautiful but also challenging special events sites in Florida. We were planning a destination wedding, which added a layer of difficulty for us. Jessica matched us with the perfect vendors for our event. We knew we could trust the vendors because she has a high standard for excellence. Jessica helped us think through and decide on all the details for our wedding day that we never even would have considered. She provided us with options and recommendations from her many years experience planning weddings, but ultimately was thrilled to execute anything we desired. It was a perfect weekend, the details that Jess suggested, like a wedding valet day of to steam all the gowns and make sure all of the wedding party were ready to go, were perfect and timely and took all the stress off my daughter and myself.
I can’t imagine how the day would have been if I had to coordinate with the vendors and ensure all was going well, there would have been no time for the important things, like loving on my daughter and new son in law, dancing with my husband and friends, and enjoying the beautiful location and people who were there to celebrate.

lan weddings without a wedding planner is beyond me. How people plan weddings without Jessica - JG Eventi makes no sense at all! Our experience (we did the full beginning to end planning package). From the start, she had a process for really getting to know us as a couple personally and understanding the vision of what we wanted and what we were looking for. Jessica is mega organized with everything, always prepared for every call we had and every visit to Florida we had. Always the one person who had all her binders, information etc and was always 10 steps ahead of everyone. Her recommendations from food to DJ to florals etc did not disappoint. We were set to marry in September 2020 and our wedding had many many hurdles and pivots to deal with (thank you Covid 19). Jessica worked her hardest, found us a new, better venue that we were so happy with. Covid hits and she worked her butt off every step of the way through 2020 and got us rescheduled to December 2021. That was a miracle in itself she pulled off that many other Covid couples didn't get. Jessica moved mountains to keep us calm, informed and assured me that they would get us to our wedding day no matter what. She handled the changes with grace and professionalism while keeping a panicky stressed bride calm, and she was always so kind every step of the way.
Jessica was a golden communicator. She answered texts, email, calls whenever I needed her. I cannot say the same to my venue and vendors, which felt annoying to wait forever at times to get a response. She was my rock through the most difficult time in my life and while having to plan a wedding! When our wedding day finally came, it was PERFECTION. The organization of this crew made the day we waited for run smoothly and stress free. By far the smoothest running wedding I've ever been involved in and their behind the scenes work made the day enjoyable for everyone. Jessica always made herself available, was super responsive, helped us think through ideas, make decisions and just in general had a ton of advice and insight. Additionally, our ceremony and reception were supposed to be outside, but on the week of our wedding we realized that it was going to rain on our wedding day. Jessica was there for us every step of the way that week, while we were freaking out about the rain and moving the wedding indoors, she coordinated with our vendors to add last minute décor items and organize a floor plan. She understood our vision and made it come to life inside while taking care of all the little things to make our day run smoothly. what I needed and wanted. As soon as we finished our first phone call she impressed me, which rarely happens, only because I am a bit hard to please. Jess was on the same page and mindset as me and that alone gave me all the confidence in the world to know, I was going to have the most fabulous wedding ever! Its so hard to explain literally all the bits and pieces of everything she thinks of and is always 10 steps ahead of things. Whatever you can think of under wedding planning she nailed it for me, and what I loved the most was our calls! It felt at times I was speaking to an old friend who had my back no matter what and my best interest, something that is hard to find these days. During my engagement she even helped be a sound board when I just needed to vent, when my then fiance (now husband) just didn't want to hear any more about the wedding. She really was a life and relationship saver in that way, I really can't thank you for my the bottom of my heart for truly going above and beyond for me. From the moment we first spoke, I felt an immediate connection, a sense of calm among this crazy postponement storm, and like I truly felt heard and understood. Unlike many other planners, Jessica will really always be there for you. If I emailed her before my 6-week paid timeline, she answered. She would hop on a call when I had a million questions. She took the time to really understand my vision and reassure me when things felt overwhelming during these wild COVID times. Her meticulous attention to detail made my type-A heart so warm and Jessica and her team executed my wedding 100x above my expectations. Jessica has a package known as coaching-consultation calls, She has really "held my hand" throughout every call and has been the breath of fresh air for guidance, help and positivity, me and my fiance needed. things) to go wrong but NOTHING went wrong. It was a perfect, unforgettable, night. I'm 1000% sure it would not have been the case had Jessica not been there and her team making sure everything went off without a hitch. From the very first phone call meeting up until our grand exit she was professional, kind, and dependable and thoughtful. She made everything easy. Painless. Perfect.
She prodded us when we needed prodding, guided us with her wealth of experience and strong intuition, and was the glue that really pulled the wedding together. She knew all the right people in the industry, bargained hard for us when we felt things were overpriced or unreasonable, and thought of all the little details that we didn't think of. Our only regret is not having her sooner as we only heard about her about 6 months out. She took over our planning and made sure all of our vendors and all of the little details we wanted were executed with surgical precision. If we had her from the start we probably could have avoided TONS of stress and heartache. We could not recommend Jessica and her team more. She will take care of issues that you didn't even realize were issues. I'm sure she took care of a million things that even my wife and I are not aware of. I knew I had her on my side on the day of the wedding so I was not worried one single bit. On the day, she brought her positive self to my bridal suite. She always kept me updated as to where she was going or what she was going to do. If I needed anything, she would get it all done with a smile on her face. I didn't even see my reception setup until my husband and I were announced in as husband and wife....and everything was PERFECT. ination wedding and the package we selected with our wedding resort included a wedding planner. You don't realize how little guidance you will received from a hotel coordinator until you start working with them and see that you are pretty much doing it all yourself so unless you know how to plan a wedding down to the last detail, you'll be stuck trying to even figure out what the next step should be. We quickly realized we needed help because the hotel wedding planner did not do anything or even respond to us in a timely manner! They were at best just a secretary for the hotel that needed all your final decisions without explaining the process at the hotel or the options. We were so lucky to have come across JG Eventi. The hotel was incredibly unresponsive and when Jessica got involved, she was able to get the hotel to respond timely and provide requested information. Additionally, the hotel had sent us bare bone options for the wedding which Jessica knew right away weren't the only options and was able to get the hotel to send us all the options. Further, Jessica really helped us understand what we needed or didn't need depending on the options and locations we selected and, unlike the hotel, was able to assist us with scheduling the specific events and appointments we needed (or didn't even know we needed to schedule because the hotel did not let us know it was required) throughout the wedding week. Jessica was really great to work with and was so helpful with making sure we were guided in the right direction in order to stick with our budget but still have great options that made our day beautiful and memorable. Even during the wedding, the hotel wedding planner was supposed to be on top of the the timeline but frequently forgot about items. For example, they forgot to bring out toasts and Jessica had to follow-up with the staff to make sure they would be served. The hotel planner also forgot about serving the wedding cake, which again Jessica was on top of as soon as it wasn't served when she knew we would be expecting it. During the wedding, it's such a rush, that there is no way I'd have been able to be on top of ensuring everything was going smoothly and the hotel wedding planner was pretty much useless. Thank goodness Jessica was there to be on top of everything! She went out of her way to make sure the wedding day was not stressful for me and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything during the wedding weekend. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and we were so happy with how everything turned out and were truly impressed with Jessica!!!!!

dding together which was no easy task given that we invited over 300 guests, with about 150 of them arriving from all over and overseas, and not to mention I had a 22-person wedding party. Jessica was there every step of the way helping us with everything from the church, the venue, the DJ, the decor, the photographer, invitations, hotel accommodations, the bridal shower, the rehearsal dinner, transportation for the day of and for all of the airport arrivals and departures and all the activities in between. She even helped us plan a weeks' worth of activities for our out-of-town guests, including a welcome dinner for 100 people.
I knew from the first time that we met/spoke with Jessica that we were in good hands. She made herself available all day, every day. There was not one phone call or email that went unanswered which, if you're a stressed out bride, it is priceless as you know that you always have someone by your side to guide you through all the unexpected issues that may arise during the planning process.
