When we first met with Kim, all of my stress immediately melted away. She was incredibly organized and thoughtful, paying attention to every last detail. The day-of timeline she created was better than I could have imagined, with built-in flexibility to account for things running behind while still ensuring we had time for all the photos we wanted and that our guests could fully enjoy cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and dancing.
On the wedding day, cocktail hour ran a little longer than expected, but Kim expertly guided our 300 guests into dinner and kept the evening moving so we could spend the rest of the night on the dance floor—our one big request. I can’t recommend Kim enough and feel so grateful we had her by our side on our wedding day.

hs beforehand and realized we didn’t need a full planner and coordinator. As someone with very little understanding of wedding planning, Jenny was incredibly helpful. Our first call lasted well over an hour, and I walked away feeling so much more informed about what actually goes into planning an event. She did an amazing job pairing us with Moriah, who was our day of event coordinator. From the very beginning, Moriah understood exactly what we needed and made us feel prioritized throughout the entire process.
Moriah kept us on track every step of the way. Our meetings weren’t just about logistics, they helped us stay organized and focused on what we needed to do next. Since we were responsible for finding our own vendors, she guided us on what questions to ask and what to look out for. Once vendors were selected, we handed everything over to her, and she took it from there. She made sure vendors stayed organized and most importantly, consistently advocated for us, which we could not appreciate more. She truly embodies what a great planner should be: organized, patient, proactive, and incredibly reassuring.
On the day of the event, she came through for us again and again. When plans shifted, she pivoted quickly and efficiently, making everything feel seamless. One small example, our original photography venue didn’t work out as expected, and she immediately helped us find an alternative so everything stayed on track. We genuinely cannot imagine a better person for this role and are so thankful for everything she did to make our day run smoothly.
I could honestly give a dozen more examples of how helpful and amazing she was, but tldr: if you’re considering JBP (especially Moriah) for your event, take the plunge. You won't regret it!!

ecided to spring for a planner to streamline the process. This was November 2019.
With Jenny's help we were nearly done with planning our September 2020 wedding before the pandemic hit. Jenny made each step fun and efficient. I didn't have to research 40 photographers, email them to find out who was available, and then figure out if they were within our budget. Jenny did all that. Then, emailed us 3 excellent photographers within our budget and available on our date. She did the same for every component of our wedding. She also created a vision design board, to make sure all vendors were on the same page to execute our vision. She made sure we had the best value for every detail large or small -- whether it was the napkins, dress alterations, florist, transportation, makeup, or venue. All our vendors were excellent, fun, prompt, and very professional.
Without Jenny's wisdom, foresight, and organizational skills on our side -- we would not have been able to keep many of our vendors and get married in May 2021, despite our venue dropping us 2 months before the actual event as well as a host of other small disasters -- par for the course for many large events.
Having an excellent wedding planner was the single best decision we made for our wedding. I am a Costco-shopper, and I love a good sale. But, what you don't know is a good wedding planner knows ALL the sales and inside tricks. They have every detail covered, and are 2 steps ahead. They are worth every penny.
Anyone that knows me knows I have extremely high standards (Harvard education and all). Jenny exceeded all of them. Our wedding was perfect, and very much stress free. I even took a stressful board exam 2 weeks before the date!

detail was incredible! Wedding planning can be very stressful and every time we met with Brianna we walked away confident and at ease with the progress we were making. Brianna was in contact with all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the big day and took a lot off of our plate. She attended vendor meetings with us, asked the right questions, and was extremely helpful in making sure vendors were coordinated with each other on the big day. While we weren't anticipating having any problems, we felt confident that if something arose Brianna was properly equipped to handle anything and everything. We had snow and nasty weather on our wedding day but that was a non-issue because we already had contingency plans in place thanks to Brianna. She is unique in being personable and bubbly but can be firm and direct when necessary. We would recommend Brianna to anybody. ive, answered any questions we had, and provided some amazing vendor recommendations. Jenny is incredibly organized and detailed and helped us identify any gaps as the day got closer, including many things we had never even considered.
Jenny also went above and beyond to help save our wedding day after we found out, only 6 weeks prior to the day, that our venue had been sold and was no longer available to host our reception. Jenny was actually the one who found this out from her contacts in the industry and let us know—we hadn’t even been contacted by the owners! Within about 72 hours, she had compiled a list of potential venues for us to check out. She had contacted them all and gotten details regarding availability, capacity, costs, catering requirements, and if they could work with our other vendors. We ended up having some great options and did not have to change any existing contracts.
The wedding day went as smooth as possible. Jenny made sure that we, and our families, did not have to worry about any details the entire day. She was even standing by with some club soda when red wine spilled on my dress during the dance party. :) We loved working with Jenny and would highly recommend her to any others planning their wedding!

ay of coordinator, but she was so much more than that! Her services went high above just being a day of coordinator, and she really helped me for the six ish or so months leading up to our wedding. Contact with Jenny was so prompt and her communication is clear and to the point. Jenny is extremely knowledgable, organized, and calm. Her energy felt like things were getting done, but laid back at the same time.
Also, she knows so many little tips. For example, she had the seamstress sew an extra hook into the back of my dress just in case the first one didn't hold. THANK GOD she did, because the first hook tore during pictures, but thankfully for Jenny and her insight there was no issues.
Our wedding day had no stress around it thanks to Jenny and Courtney. Any potential problem that arose they were on top of it immediately. We along with our family were so happy to have Jenny and Courtney there to help guide us through the day and make everything seamless.

I live in a North Shore suburb, this was our first wedding. Jenny provided recommendations for all of the vendors we proceeded to use, kept the lines of communications open and keeping Andie and me on track.... which included two hiccups from me, when she talked me off a ledge. The biggest hiccup was the week before the wedding when my 34 year old with Down Syndrome was admitted to the hospital for three days. I called Jenny in tears, she took charge that very moment.
Fast forward to September 29, 2018 for our fairytale wedding. Everything from the makeup artists, photos, ceremony and reception flowed smoothly. PERFECTION.

This was something that was SO helpful! Stephanie literally thought of everything that could have happened and had a plan for it. It was also included in the timeline. Stephanie was so helpful on the day of for setting up the whole reception and making it look absolutely stunning. She and I talked about my style and ideas and she executed it very well. When I had a contact lens malfunction in the middle of my reception Stephanie went back to where I was staying and got my back up contacts for me so I did not have to leave my reception to do that and to make my night more enjoyable. what, someone is there to make sure that your day goes smoothly. She was literally like having an insurance plan to make sure that all other vendors were where they needed to be and when. Not once during the entire day did I need to check the time, or go searching for a bridesmaid or groomsmen for anything.
Our day was, without a doubt, perfect and I know that most of that is because of Jenny. From the moment we started talking about my contracts, vendors, etc Jenny provided me with checklists, timelines, pretty much anything you can think of and more. She reminded me of things I didn't even realize I needed to think about.
We ended up working with a venue coordinator who dropped the ball a few times, and Jenny was there to pick up the pieces and smooth things over every single time.
At the church on the day of the wedding, I realized I had left my bag (with cash tips for vendors) in my hotel room. I mentioned to Jenny that I had left it behind and she somehow snuck out to retrieve it from my room. Because she did such an amazing job of getting everything in check, I didn't even notice when she snuck out!
Long story short, Jenny is remarkable! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding! You can tell that this is not only her profession, but also her passion - her work is priceless. No matter how organized you are (I consider myself a very organized person) there are things that come up and knowing that someone like Jenny is there to help is a wonderful feeling.

hinking that it might be hard to pull everything together on the day of while still actually enjoying getting married (lol). I found Jenny through a recommendation of another vendor and she was tremendously helpful from the instant we first made contact - even before we hired her! We met in person at my venue a few weeks before the wedding and talked through everything. She gave me lots of ideas and tips on how to pull everything together in that last bit of crunch time. I gave her all my vendor contact info and she checked in with all of them before the wedding to make sure everything was on point. She even came to our rehearsal to meet everyone and get all the last details figured out. At the rehearsal, we transferred all the ceremony items to Jenny's car so she could set them up the next day. It was so nice not to have to drag them to the venue on the day of!
But the very best part was the wedding day. From start to finish, I knew with Jenny there that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I felt relaxed and totally stress-free the whole day since I knew she was taking care of all the little things. She made all my meticulous plans come to life - It was such a great feeling!
I highly, highly recommend Jenny for day-of coordination - she was a delight and made my wedding day so happy and stress-free! Totally worth it!
