JPB Designs

our Halloween wedding at the University Club (a Thriller flash mob for one) and Jenny helped make them all a reality. We also had a particularly large bridal party / wedding in general and she handled everything with grace. Our wedding was flawless in every way and I attribute that to JPB Designs. Any couple would be lucky to have Jenny on their team while planning a wedding!

about 8 months to plan our wedding. They helped us every step of the way and truly made our vision a reality in a short time. The planning process was made so easy with their help, I did not feel stressed at all! You can tell that you are more than just a client, she makes you feel like family and truly cares about making you feel special!! We cannot thank her and Moriah (our day of coordinator) enough for planning and executing the wedding of our dreams! If you are looking for someone in the Chicago area/ surrounding suburbs to plan your next event look no further than JPB Designs!

ld have done it without her! Thanks Moriah! 10/10!!

le options for vendors and ensuring that our vision was passed along appropriately. She also helped us navigate a change in contact for the decor company and was overall a huge help for the planning process. The day of coordinators that she works with as part of the JPB team were also amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. She is also very friendly and made sure that we never felt like we had a dumb question or were imposing despite some limitations in our availability and being from out of town!

was missed. She kept all the vendors in line and handled all the coordination seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy the process without any stress. Kim was our main point of contact with the vendors, making communication smooth and efficient. She was incredibly kind, subtle, and professional—never causing any noise or tension, just pure grace and organization. On the wedding day, everything went perfectly, with every little detail in place, all thanks to Kim’s meticulous planning. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to fully enjoy every moment of our special day. Hiring JPB design service was one of the best decisions we made, as it truly made our day perfect. We couldn’t have been happier with Kim’s work and highly recommend her to anyone planning their big day.

rt and personable, but her thoughtful guidance made the entire process so much smoother for both of us. Connecting into her network of vendors was also a game-changer. It allowed us to tap into amazing services that perfectly matched our vision. No matter what aspect of the wedding we were tackling, Jenny always provided great insights and suggestions, which made our decision-making feel effortless. And most importantly, on the big day, Jenny truly shined! She handled everything with grace and professionalism, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without a single worry. Overall, working with Jenny felt like collaborating with a friend who genuinely cared about making our day perfect. She made our experience unforgettable!

uide and navigate sensitive topics, adjust, adapt, and conduct the day of with a steady hand, while celebrating the love of a wedding. She is extremely respected in the industry, and we could not have done this wedding without her. She became more than a wedding consultant, but a friend! Thank you, Jenny, for being our north and guiding us to the most beautiful wedding we could hope for!

plan and have a Plan B, C, and D in mind for when things go awry. I've worked with Jenny for other weddings, and I can speak to her professionalism and poise. She is incredibly calm, which is so, so necessary on your big day. She is thoughtful and considerate. She will bring questions to you that you may not have even thought of yet–a mark of a seasoned pro who is paying attention to the details. If you're unsure, Jenny will present you with a few different options that others have done, and she will help you discover what the best choice for you is. Jenny's detail-oriented nature and calm demeanor makes her an incredible planner with a lot to offer couples. I would highly recommend Jenny to any Chicago-area couples looking for a planner.

s responsive, kind and helpful throughout the entire process and GOT THINGS DONE on the wedding day. My family will forever be thankful for Jenny and how wonderful she made our day. If you are looking for a coordinator who is supportive and helpful and does it all with a sense of humor and make it happen attitude - Jenny is it!

anner when things go awry. We worked with Jenny as our “day of” professional and also hired her for weekly meetings in the weeks before the wedding. We’d work with Jenny again and again!

me curveballs by wanting a jazz band to dance down the ceremony aisle and give each guest a personalized message on their placecards. She collaborated with the appropriate vendors and was able to get everything set up without any adjustments to our ideas. She is organized and keeps you involved every step of the way. We NEVER had a moment of stress when planning our wedding, since Jenny was always one step ahead of any fires that may come up. Our wedding day went forward without a hiccup. Everyone always says to expect one thing to go wrong at their wedding, but we didn’t! Jenny was on top of all of it, and we still don’t know to this day if there were any issues that happened that day behind the scenes because our day turned out perfectly! We kept to our wedding time schedule and never felt rushed, which is so important when you have 150 guests to maneuver. JPB Designs is a great team and will provide the support, brainstorming space, and realistic planning to make sure you don’t get in over your head. We highly recommend them for your wedding!

planning and executing our wedding as seamless as possible. Each vendor suggested was top-notch and Jenny worked hard to get the best value for our vision. Jenny was great with communication, scheduling frequent meetings to ensure we were on schedule. While Jenny had a prior commitment on the actual day of our wedding, a member JPB Designs, Mia, stood in as our day-of coordinator and we could not have been more happy with her attention to detail and support throughout the day. We could not recommend Jenny and JPB Designs more!

rganization they brought to the process cannot be overstated. There were so many little things we would have never considered that we were able to add which really helped personalize our wedding. Brianna was so patient and easy to work with. She was always available and the way she brought every piece of the wedding together perfectly was masterful. By the time our wedding arrived, thanks to JPB, we didn't have a single concern about how the day would go. The scheduling was so on point and Brianna was on top of everything. We were able to relax and enjoy our day from start to finish without thinking about logistics once. I cannot thank JPB and Brianna enough for the work they did with us and the outcome they provided. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone looking for a planner.

cocktail shower, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception and farewell brunch. Each event exceeded our expectations.

feeling nervous, we just experienced the joy! We give her our highest recommendation.

day of, and in hindsight, I cannot imagine our day without Brianna. Not only did she ensure the day ran smoothly and troubleshoot quickly and efficiently when things didn't go to plan, but she brought a warmth and energy to our day that was irreplaceable. She was our secret weapon, and we're forever grateful!

, and on track through what could have been an otherwise stressful experience. She also has a fantastic eye for design and helped me make a number of decisions when I was torn between options. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how PATIENT Jenny is - through COVID issues, a zillion seating chart changes and guest list fluctuations - she went with the flow and never flinched. On the day of, Jenny and her staff were magical. I knew I could count on them, and they made the wedding a relaxing and fun experience for my family who would have otherwise been stressed about all the details. Thank you Jenny!!

her job, she is one of the most caring and empathetic women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. My Mother, the light of my life and best friend passed away just a few months before our wedding, which turned our world and our wedding plans upside down. Jenny's compassion and care was remarkable. She was truly a delight to work with every step of the way. Jenny, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did to bring to life our beautiful wedding in the midst of such sorrow. You are just wonderful; thank you for everything.

were perfect. They delivered magic and it was overseen by a planner who knows who to hire, what it should cost and knows if the vendors will do what they promise. Creative ideas were a constant with JPB. We learned what has worked at other weddings they managed. Jenny's attention to detail gave us the gift of not worrying on the big day. Best decision we could have made.

d with Erin for our "month of" coordination, but it was so much more than the "month of." She provided us recommendations for vendors, helped us navigate COVID and an unfamiliar industry, was thorough in her follow-up in the months leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, her and her assistant Gabe continually checked in on us and our parents to ensure everything was going smoothly, offering to help out where needed with setting up, making sure we had a drink in our hand at all times, and made sure our plans were executed perfectly down to every small detail. There was so much coordination, organization, and communication going on in the background that we were blissfully unaware of - we were just having a great time celebrating. Thank you Erin and jpb team!

the way: communicating to our vendors about the date changes and even changing venues eventually. On our wedding day she really made sure everything ran smoothly. She had such a calming and grounding presence. She also really listened to how I wanted all the details to turn out. Thank you for making our wedding day such a success and for being such a pleasure to work with!

ading up to the wedding, Jenny took over all vendor communication and asked us questions we never even thought of up until that point - she made sure all areas were covered. Her calm demeanor made the day go by smoothly and we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Her assistant Erin the day of the wedding was also amazing and super helpful at the wedding. We recommend Jenny if you’re looking for someone who is experienced, helpful, and organized. Thank you for everything, Jenny!

ecided to spring for a planner to streamline the process. This was November 2019. With Jenny's help we were nearly done with planning our September 2020 wedding before the pandemic hit. Jenny made each step fun and efficient. I didn't have to research 40 photographers, email them to find out who was available, and then figure out if they were within our budget. Jenny did all that. Then, emailed us 3 excellent photographers within our budget and available on our date. She did the same for every component of our wedding. She also created a vision design board, to make sure all vendors were on the same page to execute our vision. She made sure we had the best value for every detail large or small -- whether it was the napkins, dress alterations, florist, transportation, makeup, or venue. All our vendors were excellent, fun, prompt, and very professional. Without Jenny's wisdom, foresight, and organizational skills on our side -- we would not have been able to keep many of our vendors and get married in May 2021, despite our venue dropping us 2 months before the actual event as well as a host of other small disasters -- par for the course for many large events. Having an excellent wedding planner was the single best decision we made for our wedding. I am a Costco-shopper, and I love a good sale. But, what you don't know is a good wedding planner knows ALL the sales and inside tricks. They have every detail covered, and are 2 steps ahead. They are worth every penny. Anyone that knows me knows I have extremely high standards (Harvard education and all). Jenny exceeded all of them. Our wedding was perfect, and very much stress free. I even took a stressful board exam 2 weeks before the date! Our wedding simply would not have been possible without Jenny. 5 is not enough. She deserves all the stars.

of the way and extremely organized. On the actual wedding day, I don’t know what I would have done without her! She thinks quick on her feet - plus is a fun person and easy to talk to! I would recommended Jenny to anyone I know! Such a pleasure to work with :)

was put on the back burner when more demanding brides booked Jenny for the same weekend. Overall I paid for the “day of” services but ended up with a stranger that couldn’t manage the bus schedule or bustle my dress. Luckily I had experienced bridesmaids that could turn things around!

rience and a willingness to problem-solve to your wedding planning time frame. Our guests all remarked what a kind and thoughtful planner we chose - we couldn't agree more!

ur Chicago wedding from afar felt daunting at times, but Jenny was always there to take the guesswork out of the planning. She made amazing recommendations for our florist and hair/makeup artists, gave helpful suggestions early in the process, and was always there to promptly answer any questions that we had. Our big day ran smoothly, and that is in no small part due to Jenny's help and thoughtful planning. Thank you, Jenny, for helping make our big day so perfect!

es, and Pua was so responsive and helpful with coordinating the timetable. On the day of the event, Pua always seemed to be where needed. Along with the help of her assistant Elizabeth, they both made the "day of" events run smoothly, always with a smile!

detail was incredible! Wedding planning can be very stressful and every time we met with Brianna we walked away confident and at ease with the progress we were making. Brianna was in contact with all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the big day and took a lot off of our plate. She attended vendor meetings with us, asked the right questions, and was extremely helpful in making sure vendors were coordinated with each other on the big day. While we weren't anticipating having any problems, we felt confident that if something arose Brianna was properly equipped to handle anything and everything. We had snow and nasty weather on our wedding day but that was a non-issue because we already had contingency plans in place thanks to Brianna. She is unique in being personable and bubbly but can be firm and direct when necessary. We would recommend Brianna to anybody. Our parents and bridal party were also impressed with her professionalism and organization. Choosing a wedding planner is a big decision because of how involved they are and we made the best decision choosing Brianna and JPB designs.

hine on the big day! Thank you feels like the understatement of the century. Jenny was an essential part of our special day and making it one we will never forget! Her love for love was infectious! We went to Jenny only certain about one thing, that we wanted the day to be special, not only for us but for all of those who have loved & supported us. How that would happen...we were clueless. Jenny took us by the hand and guided us through the whole process with love, patience, and soooooo much kindness. She far exceeded even the wildest of dreams we possibly had for our special day. We have continued to say since our wedding day that the BEST decision was using JPB. Having her loving hand allowed us to soak in every special moment that day, without worry! That’s the real gift!

ive, answered any questions we had, and provided some amazing vendor recommendations. Jenny is incredibly organized and detailed and helped us identify any gaps as the day got closer, including many things we had never even considered. Jenny also went above and beyond to help save our wedding day after we found out, only 6 weeks prior to the day, that our venue had been sold and was no longer available to host our reception. Jenny was actually the one who found this out from her contacts in the industry and let us know—we hadn’t even been contacted by the owners! Within about 72 hours, she had compiled a list of potential venues for us to check out. She had contacted them all and gotten details regarding availability, capacity, costs, catering requirements, and if they could work with our other vendors. We ended up having some great options and did not have to change any existing contracts. The wedding day went as smooth as possible. Jenny made sure that we, and our families, did not have to worry about any details the entire day. She was even standing by with some club soda when red wine spilled on my dress during the dance party. :) We loved working with Jenny and would highly recommend her to any others planning their wedding!

ay of coordinator, but she was so much more than that! Her services went high above just being a day of coordinator, and she really helped me for the six ish or so months leading up to our wedding. Contact with Jenny was so prompt and her communication is clear and to the point. Jenny is extremely knowledgable, organized, and calm. Her energy felt like things were getting done, but laid back at the same time. Also, she knows so many little tips. For example, she had the seamstress sew an extra hook into the back of my dress just in case the first one didn't hold. THANK GOD she did, because the first hook tore during pictures, but thankfully for Jenny and her insight there was no issues. Our wedding day had no stress around it thanks to Jenny and Courtney. Any potential problem that arose they were on top of it immediately. We along with our family were so happy to have Jenny and Courtney there to help guide us through the day and make everything seamless. My husband and I agree that hiring Jenny was the best decision we made, and we feel it made all the difference throughout the process and on our wedding day!

t’s just say by wedding time I nicknamed her “Sis”.❤️ I live in a North Shore suburb, this was our first wedding. Jenny provided recommendations for all of the vendors we proceeded to use, kept the lines of communications open and keeping Andie and me on track.... which included two hiccups from me, when she talked me off a ledge. The biggest hiccup was the week before the wedding when my 34 year old with Down Syndrome was admitted to the hospital for three days. I called Jenny in tears, she took charge that very moment. Fast forward to September 29, 2018 for our fairytale wedding. Everything from the makeup artists, photos, ceremony and reception flowed smoothly. PERFECTION. The best gift she gave me and my little family is that we were able to enjoy the day, bask in all of the bliss and festivities that our guests did. THANK YOU JENNY😘

tire planning process, and provided us with great options for each decision we needed to make (which was super helpful for this relatively indecisive bride!) But beyond Jenny’s insightful knowledge of the wedding industry in Chicago, she is genuinely kind, thoughtful and an upmost professional. She took such amazing care of us on our wedding day - she and her assistants worked incredibly hard to make sure everything ran perfectly. I thought at multiple times during the day that I couldn’t imagine how we could have pulled off the day without Jenny. She allowed us (and our families) to completely enjoy the day. I would recommend Jenny to anyone without hesitation. We cannot thank her enough!!

and kept my dress together when it was opening in the back! My husband, mother and I were very impressed with her and 150% happy with all of her expertise! She really goes above and beyond to make her clients satisfied and happy

dy to go the day-of, coordinating with vendors and making sure every little detail was perfect. Without Stephanie my family and I would have been running around like chickens with their heads cut off! With her, we didn't have to think about any of the details the day of and everything went smoothly. I would recommend jpb designs to any bride looking for someone to rely on in the wedding planning process.

detail oriented and responses quickly to your questions even if they are sent late on a Friday evening.

fashion, she is just as kind, sweet and fun to work with! I can truly say that my wedding would not have gone as well as it did without her! We had a bit of a weather intrusion that day, which made our Run of Show document (that we put so much work into! haha) no longer useful, and she got things switched around, told me where to be at what time, and let me turn my brain off in a bit of a stressful time! I can't thank her and Jenny enough for the help, suggestions, and all of the in-betweens that went into our wedding. I highly recommend jpb designs to anyone in need of a coordinator!

special requests. Our wedding was very complex, and she pulled it off seamlessly. She was by far our best investment! Book her now!

l 8 or so months before the wedding, when it was becoming more and more clear that it would be valuable to have one. I spoke with a few coordinators over the phone and no one put my mind at ease the way Jenny did. As soon as we booked Jenny, a weight lifted that I didn't even know I had been carrying. She was organized and professional. Jenny seems to anticipate every little thing that needs to be done. Because of her experience and her complete care for what she does, she made sure our day ran absolutely smoothly! I couldn't have had the wedding day that I did without her - and for that I am truly so grateful.

y. I had unexpected stress and worry come over me with morning of and she helped me get through it and assisted with helping me make needed decisions. I would recommend JPB to any bride to be!

inding some part of decor for the wedding she would help me with it. One major thing that JPB does for day of coordination is creating the down to the minute timeline. This was something that was SO helpful! Stephanie literally thought of everything that could have happened and had a plan for it. It was also included in the timeline. Stephanie was so helpful on the day of for setting up the whole reception and making it look absolutely stunning. She and I talked about my style and ideas and she executed it very well. When I had a contact lens malfunction in the middle of my reception Stephanie went back to where I was staying and got my back up contacts for me so I did not have to leave my reception to do that and to make my night more enjoyable. I would HIGHLY recommend JBP designs to anyone who needs services planning or executing their wedding!

what, someone is there to make sure that your day goes smoothly. She was literally like having an insurance plan to make sure that all other vendors were where they needed to be and when. Not once during the entire day did I need to check the time, or go searching for a bridesmaid or groomsmen for anything. Our day was, without a doubt, perfect and I know that most of that is because of Jenny. From the moment we started talking about my contracts, vendors, etc Jenny provided me with checklists, timelines, pretty much anything you can think of and more. She reminded me of things I didn't even realize I needed to think about. We ended up working with a venue coordinator who dropped the ball a few times, and Jenny was there to pick up the pieces and smooth things over every single time. At the church on the day of the wedding, I realized I had left my bag (with cash tips for vendors) in my hotel room. I mentioned to Jenny that I had left it behind and she somehow snuck out to retrieve it from my room. Because she did such an amazing job of getting everything in check, I didn't even notice when she snuck out! Long story short, Jenny is remarkable! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding! You can tell that this is not only her profession, but also her passion - her work is priceless. No matter how organized you are (I consider myself a very organized person) there are things that come up and knowing that someone like Jenny is there to help is a wonderful feeling.

the day to the fullest. She really helped us iron out the details for the day weeks before so that it went exactly as we wanted. There were so many details that I forgot about for the day of but Jenny was there to take care of everything we needed. I would highly recommend Jenny to all brides because I will always remember my day as being amazing and more importantly stress free!
