Judy is amazing! She will give you the reassurance that you need if you are feeling stressed with planning. We didn't have to worry about a thing - we felt so reassured that she had everything taken care of.
Judy honestly made our whole wedding weekend everything we wanted and more. From helping with decor to being there on the day of to Coordinate, Judy made the whole experience so enjoyable. All the stress of planning a wedding was taken away and we were able to enjoy the whole process. On the day it was amazing to see our whole vision come to life and we cannot thank Judy enough!

Judy and her team will take any vision to life. They did my daughters and niece combined birthday a Boho Chic theme. I communicated my vision and they delivered. What is great about Judy and her team, is that they are your one stop event planner. No need to find multiple vendors trying to put your events together. Decor, even florals, treats, cake, photography, entertainment, soft play. Anything you like Judy can make come to life. Friendly staff and very helpful. They will make sure everything is perfect.

It’s really amazing when you find someone who takes a special interest in your ideas and wants to make one of your most important days in your life beautiful and tremendous. For my 1st baby shower, I hired judy to coordinate and decor. She gave me a lot of options and I could talk to her when a thought came to mind. She’s open to suggestions and clarify a lot of stuff I couldn’t even explain. My event was lovely. Decor was on point and outstanding. This was my first event ( Babyshower ) done by Judy .. Yet alone my first child also and Judy made it so special . Judy! I can not thank you enough for all you did to coordinate our big day. From start to finish you were amazing. You were so organized, responsive, dedicated and kind. Let's just say this isn't my first rodeo and my standards are high. With that said, Judy was able to exceed my expectations!! She can foresee challenges a mile a way and was esthetically in tuned with my vision -all within budget. Her organizational skills allows her to coordinate with all vendors with the least path of resistance. She truly a master in her craft. My daughter's sweet 16 was epic and all done within 3 weeks. I'm planning my 3rd event and it will go to no other but Judy by Design.. One can sleep at night knowing their biggest day is managed by Judy and her team!!!

Judy, thank you thank you. I can’t begin to tell you how appreciative I am for all that you did! You truly transformed the venue into something spectator! It was more than I could imagine! My daughters sweet 16 was beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone was just blown away and still as of today is raving about it. For the short time we had in preparing for this event I can't thank you enough for all your patience and your creative details. From the entryway décor, the flower and candles centerpieces, the balloons & the beautiful backdrop, it was shear perfection. Every single detail was mind blowing. We hired Judy for my daughters Sweet 16 and it was my first time working with an event planner and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. When I walked into the venue I could not believe my daughters winter wonderland party came true. After over a year and a half of planning, we walked into my daughter's sweet 16 and truly were speechless. Judy and her team made my daughter's vision come to life and her dream a reality. Judy and her team did a phenomenal job with our wedding decor. She handled the centerpieces, bouquets, ceremony decor and sweetheart table backdrop. I gave her a vision and she executed it. I was looking for someone to decorate my venue for my 60th birthday celebration. I met Jude in the parking lot of the venue; she was on her way to set up for an event.
We spoke. I told her what I wanted she told me to leave it up to her and I did. The result was beautiful. I had no problems . I will recommend her to any of my family and friends.

I had the pleasure of attending my friends’ wedding for whom Judy was the planner. I have to say hands down one of the best weddings I have been to. Judy’s decor is elegant and classy. The food was amazing. There was even a very special surprise dance for the couple which was enjoyed by all. The DJ was amazing and the violinist as well. The ambiance of the venue was superb. Judy executed everything with class and she is so calm, cool and collected. The bride and groom were in excellent hands. Definitely would use her for my next event.

It was a perfect wedding, most of our guests said it was the best wedding ever. First, she did an excellent job of working with our budget. The decor was magical. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The DJ was on point, he played exactly what we asked him to play. The food was excellent, most people complimented the chef. It was Judy's everything for me! Judy's keen eye for detail, punctuality, professionalism and her advice is what makes her the absolute best to work with. I hired her for a pharmacy graduation party and all I have to say was she did an amazing job. I had several ideas of what I wanted for this party and Judy executed each and every one. She was a great sounding board. She gave me advice on what would work best for the venue I had rented and visited the venue to ensure that everything we had planned would fit the space. She provided many options for what I wanted and offered advice in helping me choose the best option so that everything was coordinated well and looked classy. She constantly checks-in with you to keep you updated and get your feedback as she brings together all the final details for your event. Among many qualities I appreciated, the most was her being honest and trustworthy. When finalizing my desserts that I purchased through her, she did take the time to let me know when I was ordering too many so I would not waste my money. That made me feel very comfortable because it showed me that she cared very much about her clients. On the day of my event, one of the dessert stand that I had wanted could not fit through the staircase nor the elevator. Judy called me right away and let me know that she had already reached out to her vendor for a replacement. It had been so easy dealing with Judy that I told her on the phone to replace it with whatever she felt would look the best and still fit our vision and let me say she did absolutely that! I am not one to leave the decisions to someone else but from the beginning with Judy I knew I could trust her to make the best calls to create a beautiful event. Hiring Judy was the best decision I made for my event. She took care of all my decor from beginning to the ending of my event, making sure that every detail was absolutely perfect. She and her team were also on time when it was time to take everything down which left me not having to worry about it. She is the absolute best to work with and creates a truly worry free experience when planning. I will definitely be hiring her again in the future.

My daughter's wedding was August 13th, 2022. Judy was our wedding planner. Judy and her team were amazing! I appreciated her honest opinions and the kindness she always showed in our many phone calls! Every vendor she recommended was professional and just really good people to work with! The wedding day was absolutely beautiful! You know you have hired the right person when your daughter calls you 3 days after the wedding to say that "she is so happy she could scream" and your new son (groom) saids he wants to celebrate his wedding again every two weeks! LOL! Judy made my children feel special on their wedding day! How you make people feel is how you ensure that they never forget the day their lives became one! I had zero stress until I met Judy at the venue earlier that week and it just got worse after that.
I had an Amazing experience with all of my other vendors.
When my daughters got there at 3ish Judy wasn't there. Her "crew" never introduced themselves to my daughters but kept asking my daughters how to set up the centerpieces, the Champagne flutes, napkins, etc... One of her crew called Judy and asked where to place the napkins and she told them to use their better judgement... Judy, You SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE!!! It's in the contract!!! There was no coordination with the other vendors at all which is also in the contract: "Planning, coordination, management and execution of event details!!!
I couldn't have made it easier for you. Basically, as you all know I worked hard at creating "our vision" She arbitrarily changed things. I specifically told her I did not want flowers as table centerpieces, but rather I wanted the candles and glass candle holders that I bought and provided. The candles weren't lit... even if they were lit just for our Entrance that would've been acceptable. In addition, not all the souvenirs were placed on the tables; Cups with Edward's and my name that I provided weren't placed on our sweetheart table. The cups were clearly labeled as well as detailed in my email. The sweetheart Table wasn't set up, therefore my daughters couldn't place the cups on it (NOT their job). My daughters found the other cups and placed them on the tables where the Best man, MH, and MIL were sitting (again NOT their job).
Let's continue with the seating chart... I should've received a "Draft" BEFORE it was printed. It would've made everyone's life easier and less stressful.
I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a vendor... Your lack of etiquette (on All levels) decorum, and just plain kindness was appalling. How dare you say that the plates I had were tacky!!! It's our vision NOT Yours!!! Perhaps you are used to working with people that tolerate that condescending, mean, unprofessional behavior. We are not and my guests and family members that I sent to help you do YOUR job didn't expect or deserve that kind of treatment either.
Just to be clear, you are in the service industry. You are contracted to provide a service. While your thoughts and ideas may be solicited, the final decision belongs to the client, not you. You had the nerve to give me attitude and sarcasm. It was my day, my function and my decision. I contracted you to perform a service for me. Not the other way around. Your job was simple, take the client's vision and execute it. I went to extreme lengths to provide you specific details on how I wanted things set up. I even provided you pictures so there would be no misunderstanding. All you had to do was read. There was no guessing on your part on exactly what I wanted or didn't want. You couldn't provide the full-service day of the event planning and management that I desired and understood when we first contracted you. You complained that you had other events at the same time. Project and time management is your responsibility, not mine. You should not take on more jobs than you have the bandwidth to accomplish successfully. You literally failed in every aspect of professionalism, planning, ability to organize and project execution.

I attended a friend's baby shower in 2018 and it was beautifully decorated with the most serene hues of blue. After the shower I said to myself, when I celebrate my Anniversary, I will need to contact this decorator.
I reached out to Judy to help me plan my 22nd Anniversary that was originally going to take place June 2020. Unfortunately, the celebration was postponed to May 2022 due to COVID. Judy was excited, available and on board to revisit all what we discussed. She even suggested some changes and updated decorations. When I selected the venue. I told Judy I would like the grand ball room transformed into something beautiful and, without a hesitation, she did just that. She even delivered white chairs to the venue so they would coincide with the glam themed celebration. Judy's team also picked the LED lighting in the room to set the mood for the evening, when my husband and I entered the room before the guests arrived, we were in AWE!! The room had a magical look and feel to it. As they arrived, family and friends were amazed, and that's exactly what I wanted.

Having the support and guidance of Judy by design far excelled my expectations of an event planner. Her team was responsive and very collaborative with our ideas for our daughter’s first birthday, which in our family is like a mini wedding of 300 guests. Not only did she created our vision for this event but she left our guest speechless. Her work is gorgeous, everything is so detailed and intricate I was completely blown away when I say the venue. She definitely transformed the venue as I desired. Not only is she an event artist she really works hard to make sure you get the best value. My husband and I wish we knew her when we got married. My husband and I hired Judy By Design to decorate our reception party and she exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful from our cake, to our centerpieces, and my bouquet. Celebrating my daughter’s Sweet 15, Quinceanera party, at Ridgewood Hall, Judy made the party so beautiful with her design, and her decorated real flowers captured many of my guests’ eyes, and they even wanted to bring them home after an awesome party!!!
She even helped me to get a 3-stage beautiful and delicious cake and a professional photographer from Lambrephotography!!! She really made me enjoy a beautiful party when she did most of the work for me. Thanks Judy!!!

I recently worked with Judy on my 40th birthday party. Judy was in charge of decor, styling and day of coordination. Throughout the 7 month planning process, Judy was always attentive and super responsive to any inquiries or questions I had. The decor that she pulled together was impeccable and brought the masquerade ball theme to life in a classy and elegant way. I was amazed at the attention she had to every little detail. Its the details for me! We hired Judy after seeing her day of coordination for my brother's wedding. From our initial meeting 5 months before our wedding until our wedding day, Judy has been exceptional to work with. I'll never forget two weeks before our wedding, Judy texts us and said "I am ready to execute" and execute she did. We were nervous wrecks but it was messages like that, which reassured us we were working with the best. We gave Judy a vision on a modern rustic themed wedding and she made it a reality beyond our expectations. Lets get into the details, logistics for the day with the wedding party were coordinated to minimize any lapse of time. Judy's staff had full instructions on how to decorate, set up, interact with guests and cover any gaps. As a couple, we did not worry or have to do a thing on our wedding day but get ready and enjoy the day. Judy's decorations, tabling, centerpieces, and sweetheart table, was world class. It was everything we wanted and more. We found out there were some mishaps that Judy and her staff took care of without us even knowing! This speaks to her professionalism and how extremely well prepared Judy is. We nicknamed Judy our "wedding mom" because she truly took care of us the closer and closer we got to the wedding and on our special day. Our parents were thrilled and extremely happy with Judy's overall execution and how fantastic the venue looked. As a same sex couple we searched a long time for someone to help with our wedding. Judy by Design was highly recommended from our venue. I was trepidatious at first as I lost my expectations with wedding designers. We were sold on Judy by Design during our first consultation with her. Our theme was "Interview With a Vampire" and Judy and her team exceeded our expectations! She worked well within our budget and was so patient; such a vital skill to have. We faced many challenges before the big day. Judy was able to accommodate us and was a willing ear when I got overwhelmed.
I wanted to surprise my fiancé on our wedding day, I asked her to do one thing-"Make him gag"; She did just that! I called the surprise "Magic Money" and she delivered! Our guests are still talking about our decoration we give all the credit to Judy and her team!
My husband and I cant wait to hire Judy and her team again for upcoming events! Not only does she check in with you up until the event; she follows up with you after. She is now a part of my family and if anyone asks me about finding a designer for an event; we immediately tell the to call Judy and her team of professionals.

I known of Judy through mutual friends and social media and instantly fell in love with her work. I knew from years ago that Judy would always be the one I would call if O ever got married or have kids. Well fast forward to 2020 when I decided to announce my wedding Judy was the first person I called. From beginning to end Her professionalism and passion brought my dream wedding to life. She understood my vision and made it into reality. A few photos was present and Boom Judy made it happen. She truly cares about her clients and most importantly financial. She is a realist and didn’t try to take advantage of me and my wife. Judy went above and beyond without us asking. Wedding day Judy and her team had everything set and kept everyone on time. We would of been completely lost with out her. She became family and I truly can’t wait to work with her again (next stop baby shower). Thank you Judy sincerely from the bottom of our hearts. Judy's ability to take our vision and execute it to the finest detail was beyond exceptional. Her experience served as a guide and most importantly her open line of communication. She was available throughout the 2 year process we underwent due to COVID resulting in a postponement. On the day of the wedding she remaines to assist with the coordination and her presence was that of family. We are very happy and grateful to have worked with her and we are looking forward to doing so once again in the future. Our wedding was amazing. Thank you Judy.
