that we had everything under control. In retrospect, there was no way we could have pulled it off without the help of Just Hitched! We did the month-of coordination package, so starting a month out Stephanie took over all communications with the vendors. This was incredible, because it mean we didn't have to worry about any of that and could focus our attention on last minute details and on enjoying our last month as an engaged couple. Come wedding day, and everything went as smoothly as I possibly could have asked for. We got married at a new venue, all outdoors, so I was definitely nervous about how the show would run, but Stephanie and her team ran everything totally seamlessly. Beyond the logistical aspects of the wedding coordination, Stephanie was just truly such a joy to work with, going above and beyond what I even could have asked for from a wedding coordinator. When I was freaking out the week before the wedding about all the things that *could* go wrong, Stephanie went out of her way to help calm me down and talk me out of it, which I can't even say how much I appreciated. I would highly highly recommend Just Hitched to anyone who is planning their wedding, especially if they're on the fence about whether to hire a coordinator.

This thoughtful consideration allowed our band, Altitude, ample time to perfect the couple’s special song selections and ensured that every detail was flawless! One of the highlights of working with Stephanie was her seamless coordination with our team. Her professionalism shone brightly as she expertly cued the musicians for the ceremony and collaborated with our band leader throughout the day. Her dedication to making each special moment perfect was evident and greatly appreciated. What really stood out was Stephanie’s genuine care and passion for her role. The sweet thank you note she sent us after the wedding was a classy and heartfelt touch that we haven’t forgotten! It’s clear that Stephanie’s priority is to alleviate the couple of any stress, allowing them to fully enjoy their day and focus on the most important part of their day: each other. The couple was absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out, and it was a joy for us to work with Stephanie. She would answer questions quickly and provide creative solutions if needed. in. Unfortunately, this is the only vendor who absolutely disappointed. We had a ‘Please be Seeded’ escort table theme that we absolutely splurged on seed paper escort cards for. It was discussed over and over again to be decorated with heavy florals. There was not a single stem on the table although there were plenty of florals to be used. And our bride and groom escort cards were not saved for us to bring home and plant as planned. We were told by Stephanie how important it would be to take a few moments alone before the reception. This would be time to take a deep breath and also eat some apps! We were SO looking forward to this moment we were promised but never got. Even the most basic tasks were not done. The team (of four) had our car keys and were to pack the car with the few things we brought in. This was very much not a DIY wedding and so we were not asking for much. And yet, the few items we brought in were not packed for us and placed in the car. We spent the morning after our wedding searching for my veil, shoes, by husbands extra shirt and all of the dessert trays we brought in. We never got back our corn hole set, the bathroom baskets, and the tons of leftover desserts we asked for. This is just to name a few things. We are very thankful these things did not affect our guests experience. However, we’re still confused as to what the team of four were doing all night. It sure wasn’t sticking to plan we had worked so hard on.

th coordinating my vendors the month of (my videographer went missing 2 days before the wedding and she saved the day!). She met me at the venue the day before to walk-through where I wanted everything, and I left knowing she had it covered. She and another coordinator on her team kept us on-schedule during our wedding and kept things running so smoothly. She was there for advice every step of the way and helped me make decisions when I was tired of making them. Get the month-of/day-of coordinator as a gift to yourself, it’s SO worth it. And I’d absolutely recommend hiring Stephanie and her team!

e was no way we would have been able to get everything done, address all day of (and day before) issues and concerns and enjoy our day at the same time without the help of Stephanie and her associates. They coordinated with all our vendors, leaving us free to enjoy our wedding day and guests.  From my first phone call with Stephanie, I knew Just Hitched was a great fit. She understood our vision and executed everything perfectly. And most importantly to me, throughout the whole process, she always responded promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Just Hitched to any bride!!

she was so hands on and made sure we had a clear plan. I was so stressed approaching the day of since our venue was smaller and I had to bring in a lot of outside vendors and Steph ensured everything was in order. Plus, we had a huge storm hit on our wedding day and had to move everything inside. Steph and her assistant really calmed my nerves and walked me through how the whole day would go, they listened to how I wanted everything set up and it turned out better than I could imagine. Steph and her assistant even ended up decorating our wedding cake with the flowers because my florist ended up not doing it! Overall, I would highly recommend Stephanie for any wedding planning needs. She’s amazing!!!

She met with us monthly leading up to the wedding, and then weekly as it got closer, as well as being available in a pinch. She was flexible with us, kept us aware and on top of our budget, and communicated things clearly. We would highly recommend using Stephanie as your wedding planner and we had the most amazing day thanks to her help!!!

nd Lenise were crucial in helping us find vendors and plan things from a few hours away. They were super organized, only telling us what we needed to think about at the right time, so we weren’t worrying about certain items that weren’t actionable yet. As a planner she has access to so many relationships and hookups that we wouldn’t have considered, and which saved us time and money in the long run (her whole-sale flower membership saved us so much on florals she helped us DIY!). Just Hitched is fantastic for all their logistical and wedding planning skills, but they’re also incredibly creative, fun, and just great people. They saw our vision from the beginning and helped us make it better than we could have imagined. Thank you, Stephanie and Lenise!

COVID, and she was with us every step of the way! She spent countless hours on the phone with me to help us to re-plan, which included of course changing the date, but also changing the venue, and caterer due to the postponement. Even in a time of unknowns, Stephanie knew exactly what to do. She navigated through the difficult covid situation to give us the day of our dreams! The day was beautiful and exactly what I was wishing for! Just Hitched is well organized, and helped to coordinate all the moving parts with the different vendors. We had our wedding at a winery, so we needed to bring in and coordinate all the different rentals from tables to chairs, down to napkins and sliverwear. There was much more involved than just typical vendors such as DJ and florist. There were many moving parts, but she handled everything and it all looked perfect. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Just Hitched helped to make the whole process of planning as fun and low stress as possible which was so helpful since the postponement brought on a lot stress to us. She was always there to help no matter what, and responded very well to changes. New York State was constantly changing the rules with the covid situation, and Stephanie was there with every change to make the best of the situation. Not to mention, she had to constantly change and restructure the event every few weeks becuase the rules for events in NYS kept changing every few weeks. Through her work, Stephanie also has great contacts for vendors that she works with often, and I was very happy each of them as well. I 1000% highly recommend to work with Just Hitched Event Services! Stephanie and her team are just amazing, and really work hard to make the day of your dreams come true! There was no way I could have navigated that alone, and was so greatful I had Just Hitched there to help!

r wedding to September 19th 2020. We had 6 weeks to plan a completely new wedding that followed to COVID mandates. Stephanie IMMEDIATELY jumped on board and came up with creative ways to incorporate our original wedding dreams while allowing us to get married during the pandemic. She coordinated EVERYTHING from the Church, to the tent, to the food, and every other vendor. The night before the wedding, Stephanie and her team were in the backyard until 1am setting up everything under our tent. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch. Stephanie's team took care of everything on the day of and I never felt stress or concerned the entire day. When I walked into the decorated tent for the first time I was in shock. She transformed a last minute, backyard wedding into the wedding venue of my dreams. Our wedding was over a month ago and we are STILL getting compliments on how beautiful everything was. I was on the verge of giving up MULTIPLE times throughout this wedding planning journey, but as soon as Stephanie took the lead, all my worries were eased. I can never thank Stephanie and her team enough!!!
