bout some of the comments above. I first want to apologize that you felt my services were not up to your standards, as I went above and beyond to make your day perfection! My services were for day of coordination, as I added an additional time to look at the ceremony venue, and do two walk throughs with you pre wedding, pick up your personal items at your home, assist at your rehearsal as well as add on additional time at no charge on your wedding day. In response to the slide door and your friend, this is a false story and I would never do this, especially as this is a vendor area - however if someone was look for a patio area I would've pointed them in the proper directly. I do want to point out that there was a breach in my contract for your wedding as your MC made herself into the onsite contact and the "planner" on the day of the wedding which was a huge surprise to me. This prevents me to be able to act as the key point person for all vendors, family etc. I have never felt so disrespected in my entire career, as I did from this vendor. As the coordinator, I was there to assist with all set up, run the timeline and with any guests needs and that is exactly what I did. All of the vendors know exactly what was happening in the timeline, the room was set perfectly, the venue was always in direct communication and the wedding day went flawlessly. I would never be rude, frazzled or disorganized - this does not align with my brand values or my personal self. Meeting families for the first time is a complicated situation when the coordination service only allows us for meet for a very short window, I apologize that you felt I was rude to your rabbi, however I truly did not know if she was your mother, friend etc, this is an error on my part I really meant no harm in it! For your personal items, all items were packed up and presented on your table for the end of the evening, but the catering team was still cleaning your platter and was responsible for bringing that over to your belongings after they packed up any left over cake. Again, I am a bit shocked that you did not approach me directly, Jess. Your wedding day was beautiful and went so smoothly - not only that it was such a stunning event and you were a gorgeous bride! I wish you nothing but the best in your married life!
